Dead roach dried to the floor. You could definitely tell it had been on there a while. Not to mention the musty smell and mildew.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Made us feel like we were staying at their house. Older place but very clean. Make sure you look at the rooms because there are smoking rooms as well as non.

Everything is great staff or nice friendly, and ready to accommodate. Also, rooms are very clean due to upscale housekeeping.

lighting in the bathroom is too dull

It smelled like cigarettes in the first room we got that was non smoking. The second room we got had almost a gas like smell. Otherwise it was decent for the price. Had to get into and very small.

The staff were very courteous and the room was clean.

They did not give me a non smoking king. It was two beds, stains and burn holes in the blankets. They got mad that i didnt tell them i had a pet and tried to keep changing my room at 1 am. They locked me out of a 3 story room that i had all my luggage at and walked up the stairs at 3 in the morning and they watched me struggle in the cold not knowing why my key did not work. They had no breakfast. They called me over 20 times at 1 am when i asked them to stop. The fridge was to loud all night, bathtub wouldnt stop leaking. Had to play music on my cell phone and my husband and i struggled to get 5 hours of sleep in a little bed. We didnt change, use the shower or anything because they were so crazy. I will never go to a super 8 again.

The property was clean, plenty of parking, convenient to a lot of restaurants.

It was dirty with hair everywhere. The longer we were there, the more we saw. The ac unit was too moldy to run. We tried to take a shower and the water backed up. Not for travelers..

Property was clean. Well lit parking lot. It serves my needs for a clean comfortable sleep.

The only thing they need to do is change, or wash the shower curtain… it smells sour.

I checked in very late at night, at 10:35 PM, but the receptionist served me well. The rooms at almost all Super 8s I've stayed at have been standard, always neat and clean.

The stay here was good the mattress was very comfy, room was clean. I plan to stay here whenever we have another family gathering. Has a bunch of places to eat very close by.

The room was spacious and clean. AC worked well and it was convenient to stores, restaurants and I75. There was no hot water or decaf at the breakfast which was very minimal. One cereal bin was labeled Special K but contained corn flakes. Water backed up in the bathroom sink. It is located in back of a strip center.

It’s a very clean property with clean staff. Washing machine was broken but there’s a laundry facility near by. Very pet friendly.

Value foe the money and purpose. It was clean and the front desk was very friendly. It is located next to an event venue and some of the rooms were designated as smoking and the smell was strong. I had a non smoking room but some others who went did not and they struggled. Also? The television would not connect so it wasn’t working. We didn’t make a fuss because we were really there to sleep before their game the next morning.

Breakfast is until 9:00 a m. Which might me an issue for some.like us who made it there late at night after a long drive.

No Frills hotel. Only complaint was that Everytime you moved the bed would squeak. It was annoying.

Liquor store next door. MANY dining options very close by. Appreciated the staff and willingness to accommodate. Had my 90 LB GSD w/me during travels. She was totally fine and noise outside was quite enough to where if folks were talking and walking by the door she didn't freak out. I asked to be in a corner unit where there wouldn't be as much foot traffic but didn't affect our stay. Hotel did deliver with request!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly! Don’t judge this super 8 by the name alone. The location was perfect and accessible to other places we were going for our trip. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. Would stay here again anytime.

The hotel had just been bought out. The bathroom was not clean floors. The room was okay. Need to place people with children on bottom floor.

I Ubered straight from the airport on a late flight. Made sure this was a 24/7 hotel and made them aware I would check in late. Tiny vestibule was open, lobby was locked. Sign said “we will be back soon”. Standing alone in a sketchy part of town in an unlocked vestibule was not great. Called the hotel, they answered and just said ok. Thought that meant someone was headed to me. Waited 10 more minutes. Called again. Same person answered and was angry and said “ no one is coming to the front desk”. I asked how to get a refund and started worrying how I was going to an Uber and a different hotel at 1 in the morning. The person hung and walked around the wall-they had been there the whole time. They blamed me-“you should have come in”. Me-the door is locked. Them-you should have rung the bell. Me-the sign says don’t ring the bell we will be right back and I called you and actually spoke with you. Them-still your fault and you shouldn’t threaten refund. Room was dingy, outdated but not different than expected, tbh.

One can go wrong for the cost

This place was so nasty and rundown. It also had roaches. I have never stayed somewhere so rundown and gross. Me and my husband had booked a two night stay. As soon as we got there we asked for another room because of the condition of the first room and the smell. They swapped us to a downstairs one which was almost as bad looking but had no smell. We asked for our money back for the first night so we could go somewhere else and was informed that due to the fact that we booked through booking the hotel would not do that. Hotels.com gave us the money back for the second night but wouldn't do anything about the 1st night. I contacted hotels.com at 6:30 A.M. and they cancelled the next night at which time the front desk attendant called us and asked us to vacate the room even though check out was suppose to be at 10:00 A.M. which we were glad to leave the roaches behind and couldn't sleep so we loaded our stuff back on our motorcycles and went to give them the room key back. The front desk clerk charged us a 20.00 cash fee for early check out... So stupid this was a terrible experience from now on we will book direct so we can leave when we get to a place that looks like this.. DON"T BOOK

BEDBUGS!!!! I was to stay a week could not complete stay because of bedbugs. First night there was dirty bed linen, dirty tub, rusty pipes in the bathroom so I spent the night in my truck. So I stayed in the hotel two nights of a 7 night reservation. No part of my stay was deemed refundable. Incredible! Uncooperative customer service!

For being a lower price hotel with minimal amenities, the staff were outstanding, especially with cleaning my room each morning. Front desk staff were friendly and available. Parking is the biggest downside.

Stayed one night for a tournament with my son. Check in was good and the room was as expected for a Super 8. Nothing fancy but it worked for my needs.

First of all I asked for a room up front because I was traveling solo as a female and she put me in the very back where I guess ppl were living there they had chairs sitting outside and was drinking and smoking and was very loud housekeeping rolling carts all day making noise I guess they not use to black ppl.

It was cleaner than what I expected for a Super 8. Staff is friendly. I felt safe. Even made friends with guests on either side of our room.

Motel is priced very well. There is ALOT of road noise throughout the night, loud motorcycles try to stay on backside of motel. Lady clerk was able to move us next morning. Breakfast i have seen better.

My wife, myself and the dog were well taken care of. The staff was so kind and sweet to us. I'm definitely making this a regular place I come to when I need a affordable, comfortable, friendly, place to stay. I'm highly satisfied with what my experience was.

Rooms are pretty run down and blankets have cigarette burns in even nonsmoking rooms. Most of the nonsmoking rooms still smell strongly of cigarettes and smoke but I still enjoy staying there. Staff is nice and they have a good deal on rooms

Property is adequate

Good stay for the money. room was clean enough, heat/ac worked and could set to a temperature. fridge worked and was set to a good temperature. breakfast adequate although not great: bananas, hot/cold cereal, juice, coffee, packaged waffles, pastry, toast. would recommend to others and may stay again if it fits into our travel plans.

Cheap option and i didnt have any complaints. Only downside is theres not many breakfast options

There were roaches in my room

Driveway was VERY steep. Room wasn't all that clean. Blankets had holes, coverlet had stains. They charge $15 per pet. Our cats don't do any damage, and I always clean up any litter that ends up outside the box. If I thought they would do some damage or the room need extra cleaning, I wouldn't mind paying the fee, but we have 3cats and to pay an extra $30 is a little ridiculous. We probably will stay somewhere else next time.

Everything was good, just the restroom needs more attention, it has too much hair everywhere, dust, mirror and chorme in the sink dirty. The floor with hair and dust too. The rest Everything was good.

The room was comfortable, nice, very clean, except for the floor, which just needed a good mopping. Overall a very good value for the price and the pet fee was acceptable (poop bags would be a plus). A breakfast upgrade would be my main suggestion - the cereal was stale and the choices were extremely limited. Maybe add a refrigerator for the milk and some yogurt. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

They don’t clean properly from I checked in there was hair all over the bathroom floor and they say they clean the room every 2 days and that same hair is still there

it's a Motel so Nothing Fancy. Outdated Electrical & Plumbing but Rooms are Clean & Somewhat comfortable.

Great if the Prices are $75 & Below. it's a Motel so it has Motel type things like Old Towels & washcloths, electrical Outlets, Sheeting is Average. The Hotel is Average But Clean. Again Only if you can get for like $75 or Below is this a Good place to stay.

Our stay was nice as we traveled from four hours away for a family function. It’s not fancy but it was cleaner than most we’ve stayed at in the past and the staff was very nice!

The service was very good but the room needs updating and a deep cleaning. There was stains on the chair, a hole in the center of the floor and small rolly Polly bugs crawling around. The floor was so dirty that our feet were black after just a few hours in the room.

It was decent, bathroom could have been cleaner, the vent didn’t work. My suggestion would be to have a comforter on the bed because there was just a very thin blanket. We had a hard time sleeping.

We stayed one night here and it was amazing! Very friendly service and nice, clean rooms. The man that cleans the rooms is super nice and wished us safe travels as we left! Overall we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
