Had to be careful pushing a full cart of possessions. Too close to the highway . You could hear the traffic. The window latch was broke so there was a leak of air and sound coming in. Tv was too small. It was under renovation. I know they have to do that. Just timing for us.

Late check in , Man who helped me gave me keys to a room already in use , when i went back to get a new room , gave me one with 2 beds when i paid for a single bed , wasnt told before hand , rude and brushed me off

Wedding party on our floor (6th). Tremendous amount of noise, very inconsiderate people. Complained to the front desk and they tried to get them to be quiet, but didn't last.

The lady at check in was very nice but the room wasn’t ready yet. Check in was at 3:00 and we weren’t able to get in the room until closer to 4. The continental breakfast just wasn’t very good, although the ladies that cooked were lovely. The pool/hot tub was very clean and we enjoyed it very much. We had a whirlpool tub in our room and the headrest was broken off and looked really gross. We won’t be staying again in the hotels current condition. Maybe after the renovations

guest service was very friendly and room was very clean and bed was comfy and loved the hot tub was pretty hot! the only thing I missed was the chocolate chip cookies they use to have at the guest services it was so nice to have a treat they need to bring it back and lastly breakfast can be a bit better food was ok and should use trays that can keep food hot a bit longer.

Breakdast needs more attention

Room and hotel were clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool/hot tub area was nice, however, there was an extremely rude woman that was not disciplinary or very attentive to her two rowdy children that were splashing everywhere and screaming at the top of their lungs in the pool for over an hour without any regard for other people in the pool area. The lady at the front desk tried to handle the situation as best as she could. Other than that, we had an overall great experience.

I enjoyed the staff and the few items in the kitchen. The building seems like it was being completely remodeled because nearly every area but the lobby showed signs of construction. Overall it was a good stay.

There was construction on the outside but other than that my friends and I stayed for a birthday and everything went super well.

This hotel was already very nice, but they are doing some remodeling. It is better than before. The bed is very comfortable. The room was spacious. I will stay here again.

I came from a long trip and a horrible hotel. My Son, who lives here in Chicago, met me at the airport to help me find a hotel to stay at overnight. Everything was perfect about this hotel, except we did not realize that it was so far from the airport. It was late, so we did not have time to explore the area, especially since we did not know where we were and if there was anything worth seeing nearby. I still will recommend this hotel.

They bent over backwards and went the distance to make our stay great. Love the shuttle service to local sites. What a comfy, large suite and superb bathroom. It really makes the stay awesome.

Used to be a nice place 20 years ago. Not now.

Every question I asked was met with either a blank stare, a lie so obvious it was insulting, or a shrug like I was interrupting their nap. Need clean towels? Apparently, that’s an unreasonable demand. Want Wi-Fi that works? They act like I’m asking them to build a rocket ship. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the Stone Age. If the lights flickered any harder, I’d have thought I was in a horror movie. The only thing scarier than the décor was the attitude of the front desk. Honestly, sleeping in my car would’ve been a five-star improvement. Avoid this dump at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience and lied to with a straight face

Stayed here for Lollapalooza weekend, hotel staff was extremely kind and accommodating, the place was clean and up to standards even if they were in the middle of renovation. The jetted tub was super clean as well! The pool and hot tub were super clean, may be small but it was still perfect.Highly recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay.

Booked this property ahead of time so we could check in after a long day of traveling. Got to the hotel with confirmation number and proof of payment and they said they couldn’t process the request. Have been waiting to get it resolved for over forty minutes and still nothing. Front desk has helped several other guests with their check in. Would love to give a review if the hotel but haven’t left the lobby.

The stay was good, I expected something different when they mentioned whirl pool room, so it looked a bit small, but thats on my perception not the hotel. Additionally they are in the middle of renovating so there were little signs of that around whoch should be all fixed whrn the reno os complete. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night after party over the New Years Eve. All we needed for one night is comfortable bed. BTW I love coffee in the am, hotels usually don’t serve good free coffee. This hotel coffee was excellent. I was literally shocked. I also asked kitchen if I could have some milk vs cream ( I like milk with my coffee) and they brought me a cup of milk right away. The breakfast was not inluded but we didn’t care for breakfast. Hotel met our needs for one night stay.

Our trip was booked through Expedia and prepaid. Upon check-in, we were not greeted by a staff member, nor was there a bell or other form of alerting staff we were there waiting to check-in. I had to call the hotel and wait for a minute or two before someone came out to answer the phone, which is when they saw us. Surprisingly, it was the assistant regional manager who greeted us, which was not a good first impression of the hotel. Secondly, and more disappointing, the manager told me that breakfast came at a charge, which contradicted what my reservation stated via Expedia. Instead of trying to remedy it with me, she said I need to contact Expedia directly, as "there is nothing she can do on their end." I was very displeased by this answer, especially with their "we make it right, guaranteed" hospitality statement. The next morning, I did call Expedia and the rep contacted the property about the error regarding our complimentary breakfast, which was quickly remedied by another hotel concierge (Amy). Amy was lovely and mentioned that we had complimentary breakfast the whole time, but that the other person who assisted us the night prior (assistant manager, Carline) was not familiar with the Expedia reservation code. Simply put, management is a hindrance to the hotel's hospitality. Please get a new face for the team.

Well we checked in on Friday we left for the concert didn’t get in till in the morning then went to sleep the next day we left came in late went to turn the tv on and watch it before bed and noticed it was broke I’m the corner we notified the front desk they were busy we told them we were going to be gone but if we were it was fine to go in the room to check and they never did you couldn’t notice it while it was off but when we turned it on you could see it pretty clear in the corner they never did go look at it while we were there or offered any kind of a refund or to switch rooms

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Beautiful place, and had it's own restaurant as well. My room was as nice as I have had in a while. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel good service

Very quite slept well. Didn’t get to use the whirlpool it wasn’t working the headrest was splashing water everywhere it was loose.

The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood and the pillows were awful, other than that, nice place.

Middle of nowhere. Hard to even walk on surrounding streets with no sidewalks. No ice machine on floor 4. No dinner available Monday. Room ok but nothing special. Tv is small and old and slow. Good shower!

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Had to move to another room because my 20 year old tv didn’t work, the bed in my new room had a divot from thousands of people sleeping on it, the furniture just looked worn and in need of replacement. The people were great. But everything looks old and worn out.

Also, the not included breakfast seemed a little expensive for what you are getting. At $14, the food seemed close to standard "included hotel fare". Go to IHOP a mile down the road for more choices at a lower cost.

We arrived to a room with no air conditioning. We thought it was just an overworked system so asked for a fan to assist in moving the air in the room. The fan helped but the AC never caught up. We had to have maintenance come in to reboot the compression in the system to get it operating. We had arrived early and although we had originally booked a King size bed with a Jacuzzi tub we were booked into a queen room with a standard bathroom. I understand that being part of a wedding group that you only alot so many rooms to their block available but why when we booked back in March were we down graded so much on checkin.

They were doing some renovations which are needed. It felt like I walked into 1995 in there. Would have liked to have seen some to-go breakfast options. There was nothing to grab and go. Water was hard to find and there were no great options to buy.

I had requested a handicapped accessible room, and verified at check in that it was. Before we left for dinner, my daughter checked and said there was no shower bench, because with my disability i cannot stand more than a minute. I asked at the desk for a bench to be sent to my room, and the guy working said he would. When i finally got ready for bed, there was no bench. Then i noticed the toilet is not the height to be ADA compliant, there were no grab bars anywhere in the bathroom, and if i was using my wheelchair, it would not fit in the bathroom all the way. I could see the room is accessible for the visually impaired, but not for me with my physical disability. And i know the guy at the desk knew i was using a walker. Also, the beds are as hard as rocks. Both my 22 year old daughter and i agreed on that.

It was a nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood however the main reason for the stay was so our kids could swim and the adults could enjoy the hot tub. The pool was cold supposed to be heated which it clearly wasn't warm enough with it only being 22' degrees outside. Plus it definitely needed shocked the smell of chlorine was extremely strong. And the hot tub was not heated at all nor did the jets work. 😒 Very disappointing.

I paid for a jacuzzi tub and when I got there and used it the headrest was broken off and water sprayed everywhere and it was unusable. I told the front desk and they just said sorry. It's crap I paid for a jacuzzi and couldn't use it. The drain was also broken in the tub. I didn't get offered anything just got told sorry!

The hotel itself, I had no issues with. It was well kept and the room was clean. Check in went smoothly. The only issue I did have was with the young lady that was at the front desk when I checked out. First, my husband had gone downstairs 1 hour before checkout to ask a few questions. She didn't acknowledge him even though he was the only one standing in front of her. When my husband asked his questions, she responded with only 1 or 2 word answers. Then when we finally did check out no one was at the desk. We waited a few minutes and the same employee came out from the back, but seemed bothered like we had interrupted her. I handed her the key card and she said nothing. The other employees we interacted with were very polite. If you don't want to deal with people, then do not take a job in customer service working the front desk at a hotel.

Loved the location of the property. Very close to anything we needed. Was a little disappointed about a bar not on the property and it was advertised to have one. That would have been a great meeting location to wind down from being busy all day.

THE GENTLEMAN WHO CHECKED US IN WAS VERY NICE.

In town for just one night for business. The hot tub had way too much chlorine burning our eyes. The temperature in our room never went under 69° although it was set to 65°. We were on the second floor and there was an extremely bright light about 15 feet outside of our window which could still be seen with the curtain closed. All in all, the hotel was pretty clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

Even in these difficult times for staffing and COVID, an occupied room should probably be looked into to assure no accumulation of trash. Staff was very willing to assist with any and all requests. They even reviewed my account to assure my rate was appropriate.

They advertised a restaurant and did not have one. The Tub was very slippery and the only bar to hold was ill placed. My husband has vision problems and felt very insecure.

The room was very clean, a little on the small side but more than adequate foe what we needed. The staff were helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay. We were in Addison for a bowling tournament. It is a little far from everything but the taxi service was very good.

Everything was good until Saturday night after we had just gotten back into our room after being out all day. Then all of the power went off except for in the hallways which made us feel very uneasy. We wanted to check out but we fought through it because we had kids with us. I think the lights were out for about an hour and a half.
