Surprised that they did not have a refrigerator in the room. It was a great location right by both casinos, 45 min to Coeur d’ Alene and no problem going to downtown Spokane. Lots of restaurants around it too.

The size of the room was very small. The bottom of the bed was metal, and every time we accidentally hit it with our toes it let off a big boom, like a drum. It was irritating.

It was ok.. The toilet lid flew of the toilet when my daughter went to use it. The beds not comfortable. The room was very hot.

Room was ok. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Quite loud most the night. Came out and smelled like wet dog in the hallway. Staff clearly hate their jobs at the front desk. Not rude necessarily but definitely acted like they didn’t want to be there nor be helpful with customers.

TV not operable and no working remote. Three different staff members “troubleshot” with a pile of remotes for a totally different brand TV. Heating/AC unit broken and inoperable. We’re given a completely different style room that we paid for. Site said hot tub, not one at location. Pubic hair (3 in shower, 1 on bathroom sink) and urine under toilet seat. Floor in room visably dirty. Not only no ADA parking available for us, but NO PARKING. I parked in a dirt patch on the outer edge of the parking lot. If I could have found another option, I WOULD HAVE.

Friendly staff. Although a basic hotel, it has had some upgrades and creative use of space in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. It was big enough with everything needed to fit snugly in the room. It had nice big photos of NW scenery. The bed only had 3 pillows. The breakfast room didn't have anything gluten-free. Although it had eggs, it didn't have sausage, bacon, or ham, and I'm allergic to eggs.

We love this place. I gave it 4 starts only because online it says that the pet friendly rooms are sound proof. Unfortunately we could hear everyone around us and our dog woke us up all night growling and barking. We tried to keep him quiet He could also hear everyone

work. Front desk said she could sell me a new room that was bigger. I had booked through Expedia and Expedia called them; as I wanted to pay for an upgrade. Front desk would not approve it. I had no choice but to pay for another room and I paid almost double for a larger room. I came from Michigan for an event that their hotel was recommended for. I would much have rather stayed at the Casino hotel for a couple more dollars. I would have been right at the event. Very unhelpful and unappreciative of my business.

Everything was very clean neat amenities were simply enough and sad to say I could not have breakfast. I had to leave too early, but had an early trip to the airport with no problem by hotel shuttle …very comfortable room.

The days inn has gone downhill. Front desk seemed not interested in me at all. The room was super small and questionable in the cleaning department. I will not stay again.

My only thing is I wish breakfast was better.

I left my truck there for 25 days without a worry because the lights are good & there are security cameras around. The breakfast was better than I recall with nice scrambled eggs to go with the other choices.

The room is the quality you’d expect from a Days Inn. It was clean and comfortable. The room is smaller than a normal hotel room. There was no table and chair but rather a window seat. We were on the first floor. We didn’t have a fridge in the room but there were soda and snack machines. Sound was an issue though. There were a couple girls who got into their room upstairs very late and you could hear them talking and their high heels on the wood floor. And the room next to us had a loud snorer that we could hear. Also the shower head was mounted kinda low. I’m 6’ and had to duck down to get my head wet .

We are going through zoning changes because we are closer to Liberty Lake 25 miles or more from the Days Inn that is in Airway Heights Washington. We stayed there to go to the casino and get a night out. It felt discriminating to be asked for a cash only deposit of 100.00 because of our address. We are 60 yr old grandparents not young party people. It was insulting. But on a good note the front desk understood and we worked it out. Other than that the room was clean and comfotable and convienent to our destination.

The lady that checked us in was very nice. The breakfast was good but had very limited options. No eggs, only biscuits and gravy. Would be nice to see oatmeal, eggs, bacon, and things like that. Rooms were decent but the floors were dirty, could be cleaned better.

The first room had a very noisy heating fan, and a metal strip at the edge of the bed that rattled horribly if it was touched. The staff was nice and relocated us to a similar room. The fan still noisy to the extent that we just shut it off until (chilly) morning. The bed still had the rattling strip.

Unfortunately, the guest in the room next to us had a very loud dog that barked every time it heard a noise, this went on even into the wee hours of the night and was very hard to get to sleep. This was at no fault of the hotel, though. Since we were gonna have to leave in the morning before breakfast started, we had asked if we would be able to get some granola bars or something, and we were told that we could come to the front desk before we left, and that the staff would be able to accommodate us, grabbing a few things. In the end, I ended up driving to Walmart and grabbed some things so we did not end up, taking them up on this, but it was very nice of them to make this offer. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower head was amazing.

Just don't think I can go back there.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to park our vehicle for a cheaper rate than the airport and get complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. This is a very basic hotel with absolutely no frills: everything is simple, low quality, poor quality renovations but it is clean and in a safe, quiet area. The breakfast is all sugar, starch and fat- no protein options and the owner is so cheap, he refuses to provide plastic knives, only forks and spoons: so be prepared to eat your waffle, toast, or biscuit by spreading butter and cutting without a knife. Even the pillows are small... More like a throw pillow size... Be prepared.

Staff was great , room not so great shower handle came off in my hand. Jett tub cold water jets went everywhere and super hard to get in. Breakfast was no good very disappointing. Towels were stained. That was in room 103

So I stayed Nov16-18 and my first night there I woke up with water from one end of my room to the other end. The worker knew there was a flood but it happened to be the room above me. Of course being in the one of two suites we had to stay in our room while maintenance and the desk lady came in to soak up the water. The next afternoon my wife was going to nap when the workers came in to inspect for water damage. So checking out I was told the Manager would adjust my charges due to the fact they were aware of what had happened. They never change the charges. I will say that the breakfast was very nice. On a side note it should be known that if you are a local ITS CASH DEPOSIT ONLY! Did an early check in with my C.C but that felt very pointless. Had to go to my ATM to get cash. I do think that the TV could be put on a swivel mount to allow better angle for the couch. I would say to add one in tub Area but after the flood I’d be more concerned with another flood.

The room was nice and comfortable, but the room that they put us in was right next to the lobby and it was very loud and the walls were pretty thin as well. So we were able to hear our neighbors!

The on-line check in and keyless entry made my arrival super easy. I found the traffic sounds on the street noisy and people in a room above me were walking around after midnight. Just seemed like there was a lot of noise. Didn’t have breakfast because of a very early flight out.

The bed was too high, they didn't have a stool to use to get into the bed. the base of the bed was metal and rang like a gong when we touched it. The toilet was too low. No grab rails in the bathtub. The only breakfast meat was a little bit of sausage in the biscuits and gravy. Had coffee, but no tea. However, the room was clean and the desk attendants were nice.

It was nice and close to where we wanted to go. Loved that it had enough towel bars to hang the towels on but would like to have at least 4 bath towels there.

The dog that barked all night in the room across hall was painful almost until 2am. Woke up by construction worker in room directly above us hammering and dragging stuff. Must have been around 8am. Rough night sleep for family but the gal at check in was great. Thanks for the effort.

Only bummer about this hotel is it has stairs, some people could have real issue with this. Other than that it was a good deal considering price.

Our first unit was noisy and the TV didn't work good, dennis came and could not fix it so he really recommended bget another unit. The second unit was great. Dennis l went above and beyond with his service. The girl on the desk was very helpful and pleasant. I feel both should be commended for their excellent service.

Floor was dirty, found that out when walking barefoot. Bathroom only had 1 wash cloth. Very poor insulation, kept up most of night hearing talking from other rooms, TV’s, and more!

Stay was ok. AC was a bit loud. My downside is I needed to pay in cash as MC was lost 2 days earlier. So I got US cash. Room fee was ok but. Fee for using USA cash was going to be 200$. Why???

when i tried to check in, i was told i would need to pay an additional $200 deposit in cash which i was not made aware of ahead of time. i had to leave (with my dog and all my luggage i had brought in) and find an atm and come back. they said upon check out i have to have someone physically come check the room before i can get my deposit back. i don't understand why i'm being treated like a criminal. the check in process also took a really long time for some reason.

The bathroom was decently cleaned but the shower had pink mold on the metal below the water faucet. And water faucet was detached and dangling out where you could see the water pipe. Also had only one curtain which was the fabric one no plastic second curtain.the beds sit on an awkward metal frame that you barely touched banged loudly, and pillows felt beyond over used and flat.

It met my need for a quiet, clean, well run resting place. My stay was comfortable.

Walls are thin. We could hear the next door guest talk and their TV was playing all night. The toilet was refilling once every 5 minutes.

The toilet was 18 inches off the floor withe smallest hole, yet the toilet paper was 5 feet away. Coffee just awful, weekends ran out of breakfast.card had to be renewed twice.

They had gave away the room we had reserved and upgraded us to a 2 bed room for handicapped wich there was no place to put our tooth brush with no counter in the restroom the TV was in another room from the bed and the TV was tiny. Would never stay there or any other one of these properties!!!

I asked for a wake up call that I never got. I stood outside waiting for my shuttle the next morning. After 15 minutes I found the cook and asked about the shuttle and was told the driver wasn’t coming in that day. He did give me a card for a ride share driver that I called and had to pay $25 to get to the airport on top of the $2.50 that they had already charged.

We stay here periodically and are generally pleased with the property because the price point in good. This last stay however, the floor was very dirty. The bathroom floor was very grimy and we had to wipe it down ourselves. Disappointing in cleanliness .

It was good for a sleep and shower for the night. Staff were very nice and helpful. Area was safe outside and parking lot was well lit. Rooms could use a better cleaning as the floors which were a vinyl type flooring were quite dirty and one pillow case I had to change out as it looked dirty. Definitely shows its age a bit and the hallways smell like an air freshener, but everything functioned as it should.

Pretty loud sound like elephants roaring, and i really thought they We're going to come through the wall. Pounding good lord! And ton of clear sexual comments. If you know what i mean. So i had no sleep. I actually was embarrassed to complain about that .so just turned up the tv. Eventually fell asleep.

The free breakfast option was terrible. The coffee was very watered down, no coffee flavor at all. There was nothing appealing about the breakfast. The waffle mixture dispenser kept plugging up so couldn't even make a waffle. I couldn't tell what was in one of the heated pots but was told it was biscuits and gravy or something like that. It looked disgusting so I passed on that. We had to go down the road to McDonalds for breakfast. A big thumbs down.

The bed was very nice to sleep on. Not to hard or soft. The bed has a metal decorative frame that is detached in one corner. So it made the overall appearance look tacky.
