The bathtub looked like water had backed up into it and had dirt and debris in it. Could not use the shower.

Unlike other hotels with kitchenettes that I have stayed in, this had nothing at all in the kitchen. No dishes, silverware, not even a coffee maker. You had to go to the front desk and check out what you needed. I found this inconsiderate and irritating. The carpet was also stained in several places and there was no lighting by the recliner.

My experience was good. Not much to complain about. I didn't like that the side door was broke so had to walk all the around the building to enter. Also, I expected a better breakfast. I was pretty disappointed in that. I feel they could do better for the price and type of hotel that it is.

I asked for a ground room for my 84 year old dad who has cancer. They told me the elevator was working and gave me a room on the 3rd floor. It did that night and then the next day did not. Then he had try and walk down 3 flight of stairs and no cared.

- 3/5
Room was average .. getting clean towels was a bit hard.. lobby smelled of weed.. but not a bad place.. price was reasonable
- 5/5
Everything I'm the room was perfect. My only gripe is not being able to change the picture settings on the TV. Some things were difficult to watch because it was a little too dark and the color was off.
- 5/5
Yes!
- 4/5
Clean room, not noisy, working elevator
- 5/5
The staff was great and the hotel was decent. Elevator didn’t work but the staff was so great to help us get to the 3rd floor
- 3/5
It could use a little updating
- 3/5
At the time of reservation, was not informed of elevator being out of service and we ended up on the 3rd floor due to only 3 rooms left and last minute. Several "wonderers" hanging around . Had someone try walking in our room at 5am. Stairwells were Filthy!
- 3/5
outdated
- 2/5
The lack of customer service enthusiasm was a bit disappointing upon check in. We were originally assigned a room on the third floor and the elevator was out of service. Once we entered our room, the overwhelming smell of tobacco was unbearable. We also noticed a peace of index paper hanging from the fire detector that was being held on by a bandage. Thankfully we were moved to a different room, still on the third floor. However, upon entering this room we noticed the AC unit was not blowing cool air which led us running to the store to buy a fan to help keep us cool during our stay.
- 2/5
Elevator was broken upon arrival, and we were om the top floor. Getting to the actual room, the keys didnt work. Ome more trip up amd dowm 3 flights of stairs to get into the room, it was disgusting. The fridge had a unknown substance dripping down, lack of pillows of each bed and the smoke detector was hanging on by exposed wires. Upon request for more pillows amd blankets, we were told we had to go pick them up — another trip up and dowm three flights of stairs. Neighbors were nosy and inconsiderable. Also the hallways smelled of pot, which is concerning for a state where it is illegal and in a non-smoking hotel. Breakfast was less than stellar in the morning. Had to made some last minute adjustments to our stay, was told that they couldn't do it and that we had to change it through an app. Changed it through the app but the reservation didnt not change. Went back down – again three flights of stairs – to ask about the change. Turns out they could habe manually changed it the entire time.
- 2/5
Elevators still broken and had to walk up to the 3rd floor. Air conditioner terribly noisy.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Friendly staff.
- 1/5
Somebody stole everything out of my locked car and hotel had no security cameras.
- 3/5
Even though on the app for Expedia it showed that there was a room available. When we showed up everything was booked up. So we had to find another hotel.
- 5/5
I liked the quick and efficient service from personal.
- 3/5
Was very unprofessional
- 2/5
Elevator wasn't working. Office chair looked like someone spilled milk all over it at some point, stove was dirty
- 1/5
They canceled my room because we didn't get here until after 2am we had actually made a 2nd reservation and they would not let us check in early because they canceled our room from the night before
- 4/5
Elevator out of order
- 1/5
Air conditioning in room did not work sheets weren’t to clean… not great.
- 2/5
The hallways smell of old smoke, the elevator was not working. No ice machine and no hairdryer in room! Also no kitchen utensils
- 3/5
Elevator did not work. Rooms were dirty. Paint over spray everywhere. Shower leaked and squirted all over sheetrock that was rotting away. Tv Remote had to have the batteries duck tapped into the remote. But you still had to squeeze the batteries just right for remote to work.
- 3/5
No ice, couldn’t get the tv to work. There trash can was full of trash. The beds were comfy and the hot shower was awesome. Not our favorite place but it worked.
- 3/5
There was a smell in the whole building that was very weird. We opened the windows in our room to let some fresh air in. There was not a stopper for the bathtub. The elevator did not work, but they did have signs up telling you this beforehand. They would allow you to cancel without penalty if you wanted. Overall, we got what we paid for.
- 2/5
Elevator was down, room on top floor, key didnt work had to take stairs several times to get new key and haul luggage, no ice machine, plumbing was old shower made bad noises, sink water faucets very old and at checkout printer down.
- 2/5
The elevator is broken. And the first room them gave me still had ppl bags and other stuff in so had to had to Walk to the 3 rd floor twice
- 3/5
Had to wait 15 mins to get checked in, person was out taking care of rooms or something, seems like it might of just been him.
- 1/5
Elevator broke forever , breakfast was granola bar
- 1/5
It was horrible they did not honor the reservation
- 2/5
Elevator did not work. I am 77 years old with bad knees and had to climb 2 flights of stairs. Lukewarm water in shower. Coffee not ready upon checkout and minimal food. Only oatmeal. Nothing grab and go like breakfast bars like they have had in the past.
- 2/5
The noise frowned out the dripping bathtub faucet we couldn’t shut off. This property is way past its sell by date. CEP and clean, BUT basically a dump.
- 1/5
Never even got to stay because their new system would not accept my payment for pet fee. Total loss to me
- 3/5
Post Office distribution center made a lot of noise next door starting around 3 am.
- 4/5
Place was fine. Actually, great for the price. Clean and in a good location for restaurants.
- 2/5
Not clean
- 1/5
I didn't like anything about it it was just horrible all the way around. Never have I had an experience as horrible as I did at this place
- 4/5
I switch to a better room. Clean and no problems very helpful
- 2/5
The stuff seems like they always have something better to do than their job. There is never anyone at the front desk. The lobby smells like weed smoke.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice, but our room was next to the stairwell and very noisy. Had to ask clerk at front desk to check on party upstairs. Clerk was responsive and we finally got some sleep.
- 1/5
It was very unprofessional and just out right horrible. The horrible excuse of a supervisor had no clue how to even be a professional business women and she needs to be fired along with the front desk lady in my opinion I've been to a two star hotel that was better than that hotel every encounter with any of the employees we encountered needs to be fired. We had no guests our entire stay there was no noise or anything that happened the supervisor had shown up to our door after had paid the room for the forth day and she said that she had smelled methinphetamine from our room mind you all we did was vape up there and when my boyfriend that has social anxiety was asked to either let her come smell the room or she would give us 45 min to pack and when he told me this I had called the front desk and told her to come smell it and she said no and after we packed i went down to the front desk and asked her to show me any of the rules we violated and she couldn't then proceeded to get belligerent and started yelling because she was mad she was unable to show me any of the rules that was violated these are sorry excuses of even decent employees and must hate their lives so they have to project it to other people and honestly it's down right sad
- 5/5

I was traveling with my dog and that was one reason I chose this place. There was a fee of $28 for the dog.
- 3/5
Room is terrible. Service substandard.
- 1/5
We had to go find another room at a different hotel. Not recommended to spend your money in a place like this.
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
It was decent. Room was clean, I recommend if you need a place to stay
- 2/5
Client showed up after check in time (3pm) room was completely dirty and other peoples stuff still not cleaned. Receptionist refused to help and told no other rooms. I as the agent called before booking to confirm availability. Client forced to find another hotel
- 1/5
Since I don't answer spam calls while driving, I missed the call from the hotel THE MORNING of the day I'm supposed to check in informing me they DID NOT have a room for me afterall. Their reason, someone decided to stay over... so happy I didn't pay in advance or I'd likely still be trying to get that back First and LAST TIME I'll EVER book with an Extended Stay, and we travel a LOT! (2×/month on avg)
- 2/5
Hair in sink and shower, stains on carpet, leg broke on bed so it moved, Kitchen counter dirty and food in sink. Barhtub had the finish half off! Slippery and disgusting! This place is old and should be condemned!
- 1/5
Horrible check in experience!
- 4/5
Water needs adjusted. Too many ppl to have a nice hot shower.
- 5/5
Everything was great besides having to walk by people smoking weed out side when I was going to my room
- 2/5
The room was dirty the was even some stuff on the back of the TV in the middle of the night to much noise and one of the front desk clerks well two one was with joke that I really didn't like and the other one was in a mood that she didn't even say good morning.
- 3/5
Not as clean as usual :(
- 4/5
Very good location, nice, quiet & convenient & not overpriced.
- 3/5
It was alright
- 5/5
I was travelling cross country, needed a full fridge. It worked for me.
- 1/5
This might be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They actually wrote my room number with a sharpie directly on my key which seems ridiculously unsafe. Front desk staff barely spoke to me and were apathetic at best. And it’s clear this place is mostly used for traveling trades workers.
- 1/5
They couldn't check me in because their system was down and they had been down for hours before they let me prepay and book a room even though they knew they wouldn't be able to check me in
- 1/5
They did not have the room I reserved and did not notify me until I got there so I did not stay
- 5/5
Great customer service ! I really enjoy when Destiny at front desk is here …. She goes above and beyond … makes our stay really feel like home ! Been here for a while and she’s always with a big smile and ready to help out !!
- 2/5
Checked in on my phone due to rate being cheaper and them not being able to do price match. Got my room key, went up to said room and had a guests belongings already in there so I had to get another room.
- 4/5
Clean
- 3/5
Was convenient
- 3/5
When I arrived to my rooms( had 2 ) both bathrooms had not been cleaned, refrigerators were filthy and had not been touched, microwave and kitchen floor dirty! Unacceptable for a guest to check in at 2:30am and rooms are not clean. Thankfully the front desk clerk came and cleaned both areas for both rooms. Also, no matter what time of day, afternoon or nighttime you go to the front desk, no one is ever there to assist you. I also called down to the desk to ask about getting plates and the customer service from whomever answered was horrible! No friendliness or care at all. When she called me back I told her not to worry about it! Overall, my stay was ok. Hopefully the manager Dede honors my free stay when I return.
- 1/5
Booking from Expedia was not honored by the facility. I was about to reach the facility at middle of 2 AM thinking my booking is confirmed via Expedia. When called them I got an update stating they are over booked and cannot do much from their side. Think twice prior using third party apps to book any reservations.
- 1/5
Staff was rude
- 2/5
So I stayed here off and on for work for about 5 weeks. Had a different room each time, and each room had something off about it. One smelled like wet ashes, one the bathroom light wouldn't completely come on so I was showering in the dark, and another the AC wasn't very cool. None of the beds were comfortable. Their computer system constantly had issues so check in could take quite a while. Once they gave keys to my room to someone else that had just checked in, even though I'd been in that room for 3 days. Luckily I was in the room at the time and had the deadbolt in place. They are incredibly short staffed so even though it says check in is at 3, I had to wait until after 6 once for a room to be ready. It's a great price for long term stays, but after all the issues and them potentially giving another person keys to my room again, I am now spending a little extra for a better and safer hotel.
- 4/5
Very convenient, mostly quiet. Room was clean and very affordable.
- 5/5
This location had a large refrigerator and a mini-kitchen. My wife and I made a delicious for us right in our room! Steak and potatoes, with broccoli. Everything about this hotel was great, and the area around it was safe, too.
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
Huge Bed bugs in my bed and I had to end up moving to a new room at 1am.
- 5/5
Front desk girl was awesome. Room was clean, very spacious and has a lot more amenities than I thought it would have (kitchen, microwave and fridge).
- 5/5
Great value, clean and great location.
- 4/5
This hotel did not have lots of amenities but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great, the towels were fluffy. It was convenient to the side of town we needed for a funeral, and was affordable for the four nights we stayed.
- 4/5
Ok, in all fairness we got there late -- and we got the absolute last room available, which means it had issues. There was a funky smell (we figured the carpet had been steam cleaned but not dried completely so it was musty), the cabinet in the kitchenette was beaten up and separating on the edges, the cooktop light didn't work. We wiped down the room with Clorox wipes and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while -- after wiping it down, the funky smell lessened. But the AC worked, and we were happy not to be sleeping in the car after initially being told they were sold out, so it all worked out. Also a function of getting there late -- there were no extra blankets to be had (they were all in the wash overnight). And in the morning the available breakfast food "grab and go" items (oatmeal packets, individually wrapped muffins and granola bars) had already been grabbed by other guests.
- 4/5
This is a reasonably priced hotel for an overnight stay on a drive somewhere else -- kitchenette was modest but utilitarian with a small cooktop, microwave, and full size fridge. TV was small but workable, bed was comfy. We wiped down the room with Clorox wipes just in case, but it seemed pretty clean to start with. AC worked, which was important in 100+ temps outside. Price was considerably less than other hotels in the immediate area.
- 1/5
Staff are horrible
- 2/5
Tv didn’t work. AC whined. Carpet stained. Room has a terrible smell. Everything old very old and sy
- 1/5
Bad hotel
- 3/5
Area for dogs was dirty and unkept. lots of cigarettes and trash everywhere
- 4/5
Property was nice, one of the double rooms looked old and worn out. We changed to a single room and it was better. Wood flooring. The only thing looked old was the stove top. There were no dishes in the room. I worked for this company years ago as a manager and all the kitchen supplies were in the room prior to checking in. The halls were dark and only one elevator to use. Otherwise, bed was comfortable. We were there for 4 nights taking our boys to school at WT! We will definitely use them again.
- 4/5
Was a safe place to stay easy to find
- 3/5
So the issue wasn't the Hotel itself .... The Issue is Expedia.. we booked through them and they will allow you to book even if there are no rooms. Available. After a long driving trip to get to the place you're going and have to sleep in your car because they are over booked is ridiculous.
- 1/5
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! We booked four weeks ahead as part of a cross country road trip. When we arrived July 21, 2023 around 7pm the desk attendant informed us that they were full and could not honor our reservation. We were left to book a different hotel, last minute, at a much higher cost. When I called Expedia to request a refund, they informed me that the hotel said we were "no shows". This is disgraceful. NEVER AGAIN!!
- 4/5
Needs some work but ok for the price
- 1/5
So had the room booked arrived at 1130 pm. Been driving all day there computer couldn't make room key is what I was told. Found a room somewhere else double the price. just told sorry nothing he could.

- 5/5
Not sure why this doesn’t have a higher rating. It is in a nice area and our experience was great. Shout out to Destiny at the front desk with a thank you for taking good care of us.
- 1/5
Although reserved, they didn't have a room for me
- 1/5
There was no room when we got to the hotel. Trying to make sure I don’t get charged.
- 3/5
There are no amenities at all. No in-room coffee. Even though there's a kitchen, no utensils, plates, cups, paper towels....NOTHING. Not even a hair dryer in the bathroom. Won't be staying here again.

- 5/5
Definitely stay again
- 4/5
Ok. Minimalist amenities ok
- 5/5
nice place but kitchen was dated. Great deal for the money
- 1/5
Staff are uncaring, unapologetic, and unprofessional. Our room door did not lock and we didn’t check it as we left, so our valuables went unsecure for days. Partially due to the fact the maintenance guy didn’t fix it and wasn’t there on the weekends. No apologies and no offer to change rooms. Unprofessional attire as one staff member allowed way more of her vast “real estate” to explode out of her “sleep” attire while at the desk. No continental breakfast as “one employee didn’t show up”. Not a big deal but how hard is it to make a pot of coffee and throw prepackaged granola bars in the basket?! Not a bad place but the staff and their awful attitudes ruin what decency it might have.
- 3/5
It is very minimalist.
- 1/5
That was already paid for because they had no rooms due to overbooking.
- 5/5
Very Nice for the price
