Staff friendly and helpful, The place is very clean and safe. Besides being affordable it is by far one of the safest places I have stayed during the updates of our home. The place is close and conveniently located making it easy to get to and from major freeways and attractions.

Very clean place and secure. Rooms are small but well kept, staff is very friendly and respectful. I would recommend staying here anytime of the year!

The staff is really putting in the effort to make this place the go to spot for families. I will say there's some work in progress I really appreciated the staff and our stay there. We've gone in a smaller group and a larger of of two couples and it was a really setup. Bedding and pillows are a little stiff.

Very clean!!!! The pool was perfect temperature! Jacuzzi was clean! And Lemins were falling from the trees! My children loved it!

Amazing place to stay very quite safe and all staff were very helpful! Beds comfortable the style for the hotel matches inside and the outside the rooms have a great colors soft and warm the lighting was perfect oh and a blow dryer that works!! The room was a decent size with a jacuzzi tub. The hotel was a one way in one way out. Our room had a heavy scent of cleaning chemicals that was masking a fowl odor. The bathroom had mold coming through the paint on the ceiling. The mirror in the bathroom was broken and when we unfolded the towels there were long curly hairs stuck to them. My wife stabbed her foot on a nail where the carpet transitions to hard floor. She also received a splinter while putting clothes in the drawer. There was also a noticeable gap between the main door and door jamb where light would shine through and you can see shadows go by. The bed was rock hard with 3 very small pillow and for blankets it was two sheets and a thin fleece like "blanket."

We too photos of the evidable bedbugs in the bedding. We brought the issue to the hotel front desk, they were not helpful to rectify the situation. The front desk told us to deal with Expedia. We contacted Expedia immediately. We requested refund without penalty, but Expedia wasn’t able to communicate with Lemon Tree Hotel and Suites. At this point, it’s been over a week ago and we haven’t received refund.

For what I paid. Actually not that bad. I seen some harsh reviews, so I went into it kind of worried. but for what I paid for. It’s actually not bad in value. If You want to save some money, it’s not a bad spot.

I would not put a rat in there. Would not go there ever again ' we were evacuated and this just made it worse. So traumatized

The parking lot is limited and can get crowded late at night. Our room could have benefited from more lighting. There are no outlets near the nightstands. Since the TV doesn’t offer cable channels, you’ll need your credentials to access YouTube, Netflix, Prime, and other streaming services.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a big issue for us. We have a 10-month-old who is crawling, and within just a few minutes of being on the floor her knees, hands, arms, and legs were completely black from how dirty the floors were. As parents traveling with little ones, that made it really hard to feel comfortable in the room. Overall, it worked for a cheaper stay and had some positives, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

I paid for a two night stay. Hot tub room. Got to the room set everything out for my stay. Went to the pool spent a few hrs there. Got back to the room about 5ish. Set up dinner well the hot tub was gonna fill up, but the hot tub water pressure was extremely low. Barely coming out. I called the front lobby. The worker was rude. He said he'd send a maintenance worker to the room. Meanwhile were waiting to get this resolved to get into the hot tub. Half hr pass and nothing. I call again and he was rude and told us someone will be there and he hung up. 20 min later someone arrived. Hot tub wasnt working. Called the front and he said so you have a option to move rooms. Very dissapointing cause we were all un packed. He was rude about it. No I'm sorry or anything. We had to pack everything up and move rooms. The maintenence guy being nice brought us a cart to roll some of our stuff. Get into the other room. We put the tv on and its not working. Call the front and he was rude saying he was busy with check ins he'll send someone when he can. We happen to see the maintenence guy and asked him ourselves if he can take a look at it. He did and it to him about 10 to fix it. We went to the front for ice. The manger that was supposed to send someone. Told us someone will be there soon. We told him we already asked the maintenence guy on our. He just shrugged his shoulders. Didn't even send anyone that entire time. We had to do his job.

I like how clean the property generally speaking overall is however the HVAC system in room 134 is rid of the toxic black mold they definitely need new housekeepers because the housekeeper obviously want to get home and don't want to make the hotel immaculate according to guest and how California health and safety code

My traveler saw there was cover on the fire director - this is a fire hazard. the noise was very loud he couldn't sleep, windows need to be soundproof.

Stayed here for my daughter‘s birthday for a Disneyland trip. Room was spacious and clean a little outdated but good enough for a family stay. Staff was helpful and attentive. Parking was free but limited. Was only an eight minute drive from Disneyland. Overall enjoyed our stay :)

Dirty no iron are ironing board roaches room had oder. I Lived there in the 80s was nice back then coffee was old creamer looks like dry wall. DON'T EVER STAY HERE....

So the staff was great, the sheets were.clran and the bathroom was immaculate. However when we walked into our room it stank. It smelled like it had flooded and it wasn't properly remediated. We checked in, set the AC to dry and turned on the the bathroom fan. We changed and went to our event. I ignored the open bar and we came back and it sill smelled moldy, so I spend two hours driving us home instead of staying here.

Th room was clean parking was great staff was very friendly. However the maintenance was not so good. Toilet seat was loose, ac was very noisy and I had to shut it off around 2:20 am just to get some sleep. Mattress was pretty firm not too comfortable. Older 70’s type of hotel. But I was inexpensive and served its purpose.

I recently stayed in room #157, and unfortunately, I was not impressed. The bathroom handle was missing two screws, which almost led to a slip and fall. The fridge was old and wobbly, and there was no chair at the desk. The room's lighting was also very dim, making it hard to see. Also, the front door was always jamming and the key card was not working. I had to go to front desk several times.. On a positive note, the front desk staff was extremely courteous, and the housekeeping team had nice attitudes. The courtyard's barbecue area was a highlight, and I enjoyed cooking steak. I also appreciated the motel's colonial style, reminiscent of an old town in Mexico.

The hot tub was the only clean thing but the jets didn’t work. Everything else was literally trashed. There was dust everywhere, dead flies and roaches on the floor. Cigarette stains on the walls that were fresh. And the cigarette smell was the all day and night! It was horrible, the hot tub idea here ain’t worth it. This was room 186

The pool filter turned on at around 6am and was a loud and constant whine until 7:45am. Woke me up and gave me a very unpleasant morning as I tried to ignore the sound and go back to sleep. Not possible.

It was a place to sleep and shower, that was about it. There is now housekeeping unless you request, they used to have a breakfast but don't anymore, they used to have a shuttle but don't anymore.

The staff were really unprofessional and rude the hotel was not nice at all room was un appealing the bathroom door didn’t work and the front door didn’t have a dead bolt and the hotel staff tried to get into the room while I was in it.

This is definitely a local community Motel. The man at the front checked us into a room that I didn't book with double instead of queen beds. When I went to ask him about the room I booked he said that room didn’t exist. He said there wasn’t anything he could do like he couldn’t go to the store and buy us new beds. I never asked him to do that. I just asked for the room I booked. When I showed him pictures of the room he finally agreed to transfer us. The a/c didn’t work correctly and the place was dirty. Kitchenette was sticky and the room smelled terrible. The whole building doesn’t have any a/c. It desperately needs a paint job inside the rooms. Terrible pillows and most of the towels were shredded at the ends. Luckily we only had to stay one night. I thought it would be a good value with one king bed and two queens for my family of 5. I would not recommend and would get two hotel rooms with a chain instead.

Not what I expected. When my daughter and I arrived to checkin we were given a room that the door had been patched together obvious it had been kicked in before. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat. We did request a new room and they did change it. However there were people up all night yelling and fighting. Rooms had strange Oder like old carpet.

Room was clean. Older motel, but was nice. It’s in a gated area, so makes you feel like your car is safe. Grounds were really nice and friendly staff.

The room was clean the bed was nice and comfy I just didn’t like there was a lot of homeless people around. But the commute to Disneyland from there so fast we ubered and the pool was nice .

This hotel is wretched. The bed and pillows are rock hard. The property is run down. While it was reasonably priced, seeing a guest with a call girl in the lobby and then hearing everything made it feel violating. If you want a family friendly location, DO NOT stay here.

The room was in bad condition. The phone was not working. There was a hole in the wall. There was no ice machine you had to go to the front desk

Our room was horrible. The shower head was nasty and had gunk and rust all around it. The shower head didnt turn on. The jacuzzi didnt work which is the entire reason we booked that specific room. There was a panel connected to the jacuzzi which was falling off the side, thats a big safety hazzard and I and my spouse couldve gotten hurt. There was stains on the curtains and there was stains on the pillows and on the bedsheets. The receptionist refused to give us more than 2 fresh clean towels, until we told them that theres was absolutely no clean sheets in our room. Overall this hotel made my trip absolutely terrible and if I had the chance to go back in time I would save my time and money and book somewhere ELSE!!!

I enjoy the Lemon tree the management and everyone who works at the front desk is always nice. Our room is always clean. I need something. I just have to call and they bring it right to us and especially they’ll watch my room for me when my son‘s gone to make sure I’m OK and I actually feel safe there when I’m in my room.

Everything was terrible, room was not ready, everything was duty and a really bad experience. We had to leave the next day and book a different hotel. I couldn’t get my money back and staff was terrible. I would never going back to the horrible hotel

My overall stay was very nice. I absolutely loved the hot tub it was mainly one of my favorite things.

Upon checking in, we weren’t given the room we originally purchased, which was the jacuzzi room, they told us they sold out even though we booked the room weeks before. We were given the room a few days later after much complaining, they offered to give us a discount on a future stay and I obviously rejected it. The TV didn’t work in either rooms and once we finally got it to work it would freeze or take forever to load that channel. It looks like you can link up your TV with your phone cuz apparently someone in another room was trying to do that and it connected to our room while we were in the middle of a move and we couldn’t do anything to exit out of it but turnoff the tv and go to bed The area isn’t the worse but also not the best they had a lot of questionable guest . Oh and let’s not forget the amount of stray cats that were there.. that wasn’t the problem but them fighting like crazy ALL night outside the door IS a problem. They also don’t clean your room unless you ask for it which even then… they don’t. Would not recommend to stay there.. just pay extra money at a better, nicer cleaner hotel!

Ac leaked, bathroom light did not turn on, and staff was not the most helpful. Sad because we stayed here before and now it’s not the same. Very disappointed in how this place has become.

Room was in okay condition it definitely was clean, but. Here is what I suggest having an iron with iron board in the room. Upgrading the pillows and maybe the beds. Area seem a little sketchy but for the price it was great. Very well lit in the parking lot. But the property has a lot of potential. I checked in around 10pm a male at front desk was very nice and very welcoming. I hope you guys can invest for more comfort in the rooms. But over all good price for what I got. Which is why I rated a 3. Is obvious that with upgrades done price will go up. But rooting for you guys.

There were people loitering around, evidence of possible prostitution and drug activity. Do not stay here. Room smelled very strong of cigarettes and there was a strong marijuana smell in the inside hallways. Very gross.

The quality of the room was pretty poor. While clean enough, every thing was in pretty poor condition from the room structures, the linens, the towels, the microwave etc. I would not stay here again unless everything was completely remodeled.

1st room heater didn't work. Second room carpet was filthy. 1 remote for both heaters. Run down, beds were hard. Sheets were stained. TV remote didnt work. Was charged an additional 93.00 when i asked the person at the front desk he said it was a "glitch" they did refund me my 93 and no reason why. If i wouldn't have caught it im sure i wouldn't have got it back. Transsexual males waiting in the lobby. Very suspicious people in the parking lot. Will NEVER stay here again with my young children.

The amenities in the room were not as described & the place was also pictured more luxurious than it actually was. There was also so much construction work being done the whole street so had to go out of the way just to get inside. They have rules for no parties or loud noise yet the first night there some girl was crying loud arguing with her partner right outside my window. The bed seemed like it was about to fall apart. I traveled from Arizona to stay here for 3 nights so didn’t really have a choice to change last minute.

the room had tissue stuff in the peak hole in the door. the hallway had tissue on the floor that wasn't vacuumed up for three days.

Check-in was easy. The clerk was friendly and made sure to let me know they had ice. Parking is sketchy. We were told to park where there was space. The 2nd gate to the property is not functional, which leads to a bottleneck at the entrance. The room was dated, and that's being nice. It was clean. The bed was not great, but big. The pillows were terrible. However, there was a jacuzzi tub (see video). Overall, we would not stay here again, but it worked for our quick trip to the theme park.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, my only issue was after the first day, my room key cards kept deactivating. Which was annoying. At first I thought it was from the magnet in my phone, but I had it reactivated one night, set in straight away on my dresser, then the next morning as I was went out for only a moment, they key didn’t work. And not just mine, but my husbands and Daughter’s card. Oh and a stranger walked into our room before dawn on our last night there. Thankfully they left right away.

All rooms had nasty smells. We cannot change to better room because they are all the same. Doors cannot close properly. We had to flee to other hotel immediately.

The service was horrible, we could hear people at the front desk ringing the bell trying to get someone all night. The shower was broken, and stained.

If you stay here, you’ll be fine. No signs of bed bugs, outlets worked, water was heated, and there’s a working tv. It is clean enough (still dusty and old). However, it is not comfortable, and I did not want to spend a minute longer than needed in the room. We had a short stay, we were fine. I would not stay here again for a lot of reasons, but if you need a stay that is cheaper and don’t plan on being in the room much, you’ll be fine here.

Clean for the most part. More towels hand towels. Wash clothes would be nice. Extra pillow and blanket as well. But over all its a good spot. Have stayed a few times now

But after this third stay, I will not be returning! At initial check-in, Donovan was quite pleasant and very attentive and quick! I asked for a room by the pool (because that was where the ice machine was) and he granted my request. The room we got was quite smaller than the last time I stayed, but oh well. As we put away our stuff, I saw the bed was made and the bedding only went a third of the way up on the bed. Since I am 6-1, I decided to remake the bed. And lo and behold, when I pulled off the blanket and the top sheet, at the bottom of the fitted sheet there was a clump of long brown hair and two pieces of something that was foreign to me! YIKES! YUCK!!! I flagged down a housekeeper and showed her this despicable malady. She apologized (yeah, right) and I told her to bring me an entire new set of bedding. She did. Then with the bedding fresh, new and made, I turn on the TV and all I get is ROKU channels! No local channels and no ESPN! I had an event to go to that night so we stayed in that room, but I told Donovan about all the aforementioned and he give me room for the next day. Great! So now I go out to the pool area to get ice and the machine is no where to be seen. I see a maintenance man and he tells me I have to bring a bucket from the room to the office and they will give me ice! Really!? Is this what prison is like!? Forget it. No more 🍋🌳stays for me!

Worse stay ever, stove didn’t work, no iron or iron board, tv didn’t work, poor customer service was overcharged 3 times the amount due to negligence by the front desk staff, took almost a week to get my funds back, this is more like a run down motel than a hotel, would not recommend staying here whatsoever.

We got the large room with Jacuzzi. As soon as I turned on the lights, roaches scattered. I couldn’t. I didn’t want my husband to place our bags on floors. I went to open the microwave to see if it was clean and I clearly woke up the roach family that was sleeping under it because they scattered from under there too. I told my husband that I couldn’t stay there. We checked in at damn almost 9pm, he had worked that day, so he’d been up since 3am, add the drive up o Anaheim, HE WAS BEAT. So he suggested I chill and for us to go eat out to I could forget about the roaches. Now I know he was beat because he hates roaches more than me. Before we left the room to go eat, I decided to turn the water on for the jacuzzi tub and there were gaps where roaches were running out of that as well. I went to tell front desk and nothing happened. I mentioned it to the man who checked us out the next day and He legit smiled and said “ok, I’ll let them know” . I said “yall need to fumigate the heck outta here”. I didn’t dare to bring our luggage into the house. We left it all in garage till I washed every last clothing peace before I couldn’t bring anything inside our home

My checking took 20 minutes as the manager was nowhere to be found. Sketchy individuals coming and going, my room smelled like mildew and my whole family acquired this bad cough once we got up the next day. I personally fixed the handrail in the shower as it was loose and the shower rod which was being held on by one screw. Walls were filthy with kids handprints and the overall room was just tough to stay in for the 4 nights. I stayed because I didn’t want to lose the money I paid and then pay just as much if not more for another location. Very disappointed but we made the best of it. Now if I can just recover from this cough or cold or whatever we acquired from the room.

We had a great time just feel it need to be more updated. Like fluffy pillows and a warmer comforter. Definitely need a bigger tv. But i would definitely come back

This hotel was nothing like the pictures portrayed. The rooms were very run down and dirty. We were right next to the dumpsters and the trash was all over the parking lot and the steps to our room. We stayed here for Disney and then decided to check out to go to a different hotel due to how dirty and unsafe this hotel felt for kids. We came back from Disney one night to find random people sitting on the steps outside our room, feeding stray cats and smoking pot. There were very large cockroaches running around outside our room. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and I get that they were hotel beds, but you could feel the springs. Do not book here, spend a little more and find a better option.

Staff was nice. Easy check-in check-out. The inside kind of feels like a home from the early 2000s. After walking around inside the hotel room, the soles of my feet were visibly blackened. We stayed here to go to Medieval Times and it was a super convenient location. The price was amazing though. Willing to trade off all these things for the price we got.

I was there for family fun. Contrary to what the previous reviews said there was no smoke filled areas. Our room was big but could use some upgrades the outlets were older and didn't hold the chargers, the carpets, refrigerator and furniture could use updating. It had a nice pool area and laundry facilities so that was a plus. For the price we couldn't go wrong. We used it for showers and sleep and that was perfect for our busy vacation and only 10min from Disneyland. Pictures from when we got there i included. We had the 1room with a king bed and 2 queens in the living area.

The smell of the room was extremely bad, we had to change rooms because we couldn’t stand the smell, the lamps in the room did not have any light bulbs, therefore the light in the room was very poor, in the bathroom, water kept coming out every time we flush it, the sheets did not smell clean.

Well the outside looked bad from the street view.. but has gated entrance, parking lot was way to small for the amount of rooms they have. A lot of cars blocking the room door, and very hard to leave at night if your blocked in and not knowing the room to that persons car. The people who live there and stay there make you feel out of place- a few gangsters upstairs and looked like he was about to get ready for a drive by with his bandana tied around his face this morning as I was about to leave the place. Door lock was broken and I did tell the cleaning lady” she said don’t worry about it” found a roach (bug) in the room on our last night. For the price it wasn’t bad but over all the walls are thin and if you don’t mind hearing sex in the next room you will be ok to stay there. The pool area was cool u til I found a women’s finger fake nail floating in the pool- smoker place for sure- would I recommend it? I would it’s a nice upgrade from motel 6 for sure! I would stay some place else to see what else I found. Room 135 facing east is where I was at. Staff very nice. Air conditioning was cold as f$&k. Microwave worked and jacuzzi was clean. Bring extra blankets is all I’d have to say!

Pay for what you get! Service, Cleanliness wasn’t great. Although I was able to check in early, the front desk felt like they didn’t want to be there. No more breakfast in the morning. Sketchy people hanging out outside. Rooms smell moldy. This used to be our go to for weekend trips to Disney, then Covid hit. This place has gone seriously downhill since with cleanliness, drains back up, We used to love it because of the grill area, pool area but there were a few sketchy people hanging out, did not feel as safe. The construction on the street made it even worse to get in and out.

The room smelled so horrible It smell like pure cigarettes. The smell was horrible. The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain and it was hard to be in the room because of the smell of cigarettes and vapes.

There was crumbs in every corner on the floor next to the beds the pillows had hair from previous people who stayed there and the bathroom had dark colored pee as soon as we checked in like room service never did a full through check the desk cochair had stains from people sitting and leaving nasty residue behind like the chairs doesn’t get cleaned

Definitely check your receipts at the end of the stay. I was only booked for 4 nights and they charge me for 5 nights. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO CHECK-OUT to double check your receipt. I work in a hotel and does not check-out unless I was advice at checkin that I need to physically check-out.

I traveled by car all the way from Oakland and my body was so sore. I really needed a soak in the jacuzzi. It was 10:30pm and some staff member came out to tell us we couldn't get in because it was after 10pm. I will not stay there again and I may not go through Expedia again. I am so. Sore and now we are driving all the way back to Oakland. This truly a lemon.

We got there and first it looked nothing like the photos. Second it’s in a rough part of town, there were dr*gs being used in parking lot n front of my room. There was a party at 10pm and people loitering. It was an active place for late night midweek. Rooms were bad, pillows? Let’s just say I wouldn’t lay my head on that thing they called pillows and when I went to front desk to let them know his remark at 10pm was “it’s a little party” and “nobody is using drugs” incompetent, dirty and a part of the problem there. Oh we even found a beautiful tooth in the parking lot. Stay away…unless your into that sort of thing then by all means….

Once you arrive to your room the place looks clean but once you inspect you'd be surprised theres pest problems..... If you want to sleep this not the place for its super noisy with other what seems to be tenants of the place...overall 3 out of 5 it could really use some improvement for the price they charge per night.

there was a masked man w gloves prowling the gated parking lot. reported it to front desk and was told “he’s a guest here and we know him don’t worry”. felt very unsafe and was on edge at all times.

The room smelled a lot like smoke, but the bed was nice, mini fridge worked great, clean bathroom, the construction outside was inconvenient but over all pretty good stay. As a youngish traveler who needed a decent priced room this worked for us because we really weren’t in the room for much time. About 10 minutes away from Mickey and friend’s parking structure. There was a lot of construction workers staying and for the most part felt save.

The price was good and it was not that far from Disney. One of the sheets had a stain and there was hair in the bathroom floor. I cleaned the desk and dresser to disinfect and the wipe was dirty. We just didn’t sleep over the sheet.

This hotel was horrible. It smelled like smoke, the air conditioning circulated the smoke smell. We had just come in from along drive at midnight and needed a place to stay. The pictures on this place looked okay so we booked it. Wrong decision. I don’t think I’ll be here very long tonight. You can see the door does not close very well, (picture not the great)

I rented this room specifically for the Jacuzzi in room. barely 3 of the 10 jets inside the Jacuzzi worked.!. They give you teeny tiny pillows.! The hotel had no more of them to give me. The tv remote, had no back on it, so the battery kept on falling out.!. I also needed instructions on how to use the remote. And the interior of the room is unkept and really dirty. It needs painting badly.!

Clerk didn’t offer info about the room. Froze when we went to bed and sweaty when we woke up. We found the control for the ac in the morning. They did have a gated area where we parked. No wash cloths. We asked for extra towels but none were available.

Not dirty but not the nicest place to stay. Room was non-smoking but smelled like they tried to mask cigarette odor with cleaning products. Staff was not very helpful and overall just didn’t feel like the cleanest place. Insanely loud fireworks going off at midnight for 29 minutes straight… no way to sleep through it. Wouldn’t stay again.

Came in at night and had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come to the front to check us in. There was a back up of people waiting and check-in took awhile. Tired and hungry. Bad deal!

I would not recomend this hotel..or may i said motel..smells like mold, showers are dirty, and evrything is old tv is old drawers are old, to turn off the ligth, i had to basically unscrew the volt ligth, anyway, please pay more and you will save an experience the i wished i coulded save..

Carpet was dirty, found hair in my bed that wasn’t mine. People were vaping next door which clearly says no smoking which we could smell through the walls. They ran out of towels one night, so we couldn’t get towels to shower. Lots of questionable people hang out around the hotel. Wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is outdated. The location is not to far from Disneyland.. there are several places to eat close by. The parking is gated, but they must have guests that live there. They were roudy and made the environment akward. I was using the pool with my son when an argument occurred and felt it was best to return to my room.

I reserved the jacuzzi room 2 days in advance, chickin was at 3pm, I got there at 10pm, 7 additional hours and they said the room is not available!!!

It appears that individuals are currently residing in the premises. There is evidence of mold growth in the shower area. Additionally, the towels appear stained, soiled, and have an unpleasant odor. The front desk staff exhibited a visibly disinterested demeanor. Furthermore, there were altercations in the parking lot.

Place was great. Clean and everything worked. Only downside was road construction.

While it did its job for the stay there were a few issues that were annoying. The carpet was filthy. Absolutely disgusting. Turn you feet black in a matter of minutes gross. The bathroom light was broken so you only had the exhaust fan light that wasn’t great for getting ready. I purposely didn’t bring my blow dryer or iron (things I needed) because it advertised to be in room. There was no iron and the blow dryer was broken. The tv could use an updating. The door constantly sounded like someone was trying to come in because of how loose it was. The room was terribly hot when we checked in and took forever to cool down. The pool was nice to have but seriously outdated. While for the price, I definitely got what I paid for, however, the pictures of advertisement showed the establishment while it was brand new and looked amazing, or the severely edited photos for better eye appeal. The ice machine was in the lobby and being in the furthest corner away from the there made it annoying to go get.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the bathrooms towels were tiny and felt like sand paper.

I have chosen this hotel for the fact that they have a room with the kitchenette and location wise and upon arrival I was notified that they don’t have a room for me the one I have already paid for. The front office worker was nice and apologetic but the next day I had confronted the what he called himself the assistant manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even want to shear his name with me just said he is LJ or something like that. Noise in the room was horrible, I could hear everything and everyone who was around and people at the neighboring rooms doing their things in the bathroom and so on. We stayed on the first floor and I could hear every step they did above us and all the conversations in precisely. The rooms was fairly clean though but the fresh towels have had peoples hair in it, had to go through multiple to find a cleaner one. My son had a blood stain on one of his pillow cases. The price for the room at this hotel was just slightly lower than other options and I would definitely pay more if I knew what I’ll have to deal with. The area is sketchy as well, many strangers around the hotel and one morning we saw a half naked woman right of the main entry taking the wipe down shower. Not the scene I wanted for my 13yo. Definitely will not consider to stay there ever again

The pictures that Expedia has is completely inaccurate to what the property actually looks like. Seems like a very unsafe area, the room smelt terrible and didn’t seem clean. Ended up checking out a day early. Wouldn’t recommend staying here spend a little extra and go somewhere nicer.

Welcome to the Lemon Tree Hotel where you’ll be welcomed by paraphernalia in the lobby entrance, long hairs in your bed sheets, and boogers (YES, BOOGERS) stuck to your headboard. Also available to you is no parking availability after 9, (why are there so many cars and not that many rooms?) what I can only assume is dealing and solicitation going on in the parking lot and a padlock on the pool gate at 10am. Yes, I tried calling the front desk. No they didn’t answer, no I’m not surprised. Seriously, I could go on and on but I hope that’s enough to steer you away from here. The price does not make up for proximity to the parks. Better luck elsewhere!

I stayed just one night. There was no light switch, just lamps. Ice machine only at lobby desk. Its fair. Old carpet and old shower head.

Witnessed a man beating up a lady in the “gated” parking lot of the hotel. The room was dirty and I found dog food in a corner of the room. The bed was also broken and there was mold in the shower. The sink was also clogged.

Our first room with the kitchenette smelled like smoke and mold, flies flying around, bugs in the bed, and cigarette burns on the sheets. We asked to switch rooms, and instead of helping, the guy just cut us off mid-sentence. He downgraded us to a smaller room with no kitchen and never refunded us the $110 price difference. Second room still wasn’t clean — we had to clean it ourselves. The worst part: While I was at work, some man just opened our hotel room door while my girlfriend was inside alone. No knock. No warning. He had his hand on the door, trying to talk to her and wouldn’t back off. If the top latch wasn’t on, he would’ve walked in. She called me crying. Anything could’ve happened. I left work and went straight there. The front desk didn’t care. Their response was “she should’ve called us.” That’s insane. We found out the guy was an employee — makes it even worse. That should never happen. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and the staff does nothing to make it right. Never booking here again.

The property definitely doesn’t look like what the photo show. It’s extremely rundown. The bedsheets are probably from when the hotel first opened the rooms are musty I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

When i checked in the room smelled like cigarette smoke. My daughter has asthma and this was a huge problem. There are smoking signs outside the facility but people were still smoking outside the main entrance. They refused to give me my money back. Never offered me another room or to even try and find a solution.

The building is old. Walls are "paper thin". I was able to hear everyone who came in and out of their room. I was able to hear the steps from the second floor. My room was close to the main street and was noisy from vehicles passing by and construction workers on the street were working at 5 am.

Not bad for the price. I would stay again but staff wasn’t helpful and didn’t offer any real solutions to problems. Owner needs to invest into this place and be willing to make some sacrifices. If he/she did so they would be much better off

We showed up and it looked like a rundown old dilapidated building. Nothing like the pictures. The room was disgusting not cleaned(lettuce and ketchup stuck to the nightstand). He said they were fully booked so we didn't ask for another room. We wanted to leave but we're way too tired to try and switch hotels. The pictures on the website were nothing like what it really was. The closet door was missing, the bed sounded like it was going to break. The floors and walls had grease all over them. We never leave bad reviews but this was the worst hotel I ever slept in.

The first room we got was not cleaned . The whole room smelled like cigarettes & the restroom sink had ashes from the cigarettes . Unfortunately we had to tell the front desk about the room . We got a new room & it was semi the same expect the sheets had holes & around the bed there was white stains on the floor . The door to enter the pool access was very hard to close & not to mention the towels only had 2 . AC didn’t work that much.
