Nothing! Room smelled bad, tight parking, rooms need update!

I love how close to Disneyland and the garden walk it is so convenient to just walk to both whenever. The pool is nice as well. :) Everything in the room works completely fine and it’s always clean. There’s no real issues. It might be a little bit dated, but it’s not a problem.

For a small motel it was very clean and the owner was very nice. It’s a very basic no thrills motel but it was bug free and dirt free and location was great! Can’t saying anything negative because I knew going in it was just a basic motel.

Great place to stay for a short Disneyland trip. Walkable to the parks, food options nearby. Also refrigerator and microwave in room is a huge plus.

Pillows and bed were supportive and great for me, location to Disneyland and garden walk restaurants was great. Had a pool, we didn't use. Staff was accommodating, towels were large and clean. Shower head was high and pressure was great. The walls are thin, noise from outside was distracting. The floor was uneven, sunken in different places. But it was just a place to lay down after the parks so not a big deal. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and toiletries.

Location and price met our expectations. Parking was free and the motel was easy to find. The room was small, outdated with an old, loud a/c unit and the soap they provided in the bathroom wouldn't even lather - it just fell apart (plus, the shower head was full of corrosion). But the worst part was the manager - he was very rude and not accommodating. He and the other employee made check out difficult and they snapped at us for even asking for a 2 hour extension on parking during the morning hours (we stated we would be gone well before the check in time for the next guests) and demanded that we move our car into the $40 lot next door. It ruined our day and truly soured our trip.

Looked run down and super old. Missing a lot of stuff other rooms just have by default. Kinda dirty and run down. You definetly feel you get what you paid for.

Location is great and staff were kind and efficient. There was a stain on the sheet, the TV didn't work, the bathtub didn't have a plug to draw a bath, the water in the sink smelled bad. There were no drawers for clothes for a three night stay. Room was very basic and not very cozy. Bed was hard.

Maybe the best if the close/cheap/no frills hotel options Basic as can be. Old, dated room and decor. No dresser, no bathtub plug, minimal outlets. Bed was OK. If you’re just looking for a place to crash near Disney and aren’t too picky, this place works. If you need more comfort an amenities, look around.

I had a fantastic stay at the Riviera Motel! The staff truly made the experience exceptional--they were friendly, responsive, and always available whenever I needed anything. One thing I really appreciated was their flexibility with parking. They kindly allowed me to park in the lot before my check-in time and even after I checked out, which made my travel plans so much easier. The location is also a huge plus. It's very close to Disneyland, and just about a 5-minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot. From there, you can go through security and hop on the Disney buses that take you straight to the park, which was incredibly convenient and saved a lot of time. It's clear they go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Great service like this makes all the difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay! Everything went perfectly, and I have no complaints.

Very friendly staff! Free parking saved us money since Disneyland parking is $40 a day. Clean and comfortable facilities. 15 minute walk to Disneyland and very close to restaurants and convenience stores.
