Walked in my room and walked right out. It was so bad I would not even put my purse down let alone sleep there..

The motel could use a major overhaul. But it worked in the situation we were in.

There was no tea, no coffee—not even a cup on the hotel room. There was only a single clothes hanger. The hallway carpet was old and frayed. The door was rather rickety.

Went up to the room and mold was everywhere in the bathroom walls mirror tub dirty sheets and blankets and dirty floors told front office he only gave me a refund for one day but I didn’t stay so I lost out on money never again How dirty it was with mold and dirty sheets

I have nothing good to say Absolutely not what we expected. Pictures do not show the true low value that this accomodation offers. Ceiling lights taped in, stains on sofa and floors, we left and cancelled after seeing the interior, was only refunded 2 nights and not 3, very poor. Have yet to see the refund come through

The pool was sunken, huge and beautifully vintage LA but not heated. Multiple people living at this motel with animals, plenty of feces on the lawns. Friendly and helpful staff but, understaffed. This place could definitely use a makeover.

Needed a last minute room and this was the only hotel with an available room in Anaheim. In fact, we got the last room. In short, it was very dirty, not even a trash can in the room at all, non-working ice maker, bedsheets were covered with hair and old stains. Room smelled like pee. The shower had ants crawling around it. The room was supposed to be a king bed but was really a queen. I DON’T recommend this hotel.

To pricey for flwhat you get. The pictures of the property did not match the property. The property was run down things were broken. For being in a good part of the city there was many homeless lookong people. Carpets wete stained couches were dirty. 2 pillows for a kong size bed.

It was super dirty. There was cigarettes burns on the bedding curtains, found a use old razor blade in the bathroom.

We could not stay at this property. We checked in and parked. We walked through the property, in the hallway on what used to be carpet, passing volumes of trash and chicken bones. Arrived at the room, opened the door, we were greeted worth the smell of the worst cat box stench that burned the eyes. After a step in the room, the beds looked like they had dirt animal footprints all over them. We did not even put our luggage down and went straight to the office to request a refund. It was the worse experience I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Cannot believe that it is promoted through booking.com it is the worse of the worst.

This would be a good place to film horror movies. Stay there if you don’t mind roaches or dirty beds we were on the property for 15 minutes, shown three rooms in abruptly checked out. The clerk working in the counter gave us our money back. He was delightful and seemed really embarrassed. This place looks nothing like the pictures.

I couldn’t even stay the night the room was so dirty. The pillow cases looked like they haven’t been changed in who knows how long. There was spiders in my bed and on the drapes. The drapes were torn and had holes. The room Looked nothing like the pics. That whole place needs a facelift badly

We had to move to three rooms by the time we settled with our kids the third room the toilet didn’t work. We had to leave the next day no refund lose out on the money for second night Homeless people in parking lot. Did not feel safe.

I don't tend to rate places I stay, but this is an exception for me. I cannot strongly enough suggest you do not stay here. Basic amenities such as hangars for clothing or an iron were unavailable and the amount of hair in the refrigerator genuinely had me gagging.

This property looked like it had gone through a bad storm and nothing had done to clean it up. Everything in the room was old including the sheets on the bed. It wasn’t cleaned very well.

Didnt like anything, it was like a ghost town. There was mokd in the bathroom and walls has stains all over them. Waiting hours to get clean sheets because the ones had someone else hair all over them. Not a safe area for family with small children

I appreciate my stay at Anaheim hills motel 6 studio every time. The staff is always accommodating and considerate.

First let me start Nick at the front desk very very nice. First room had wasps big spiders, switched rooms terribly dirty except for the bed and the bathroom was clean. There were so many stains on the floors, walls, lamp shades and the desk chair (no desk) was broken almost fell out of it. The other chair had stains also. The outlets were either not fully screwed in or maybe it was water damage because they were sticking off the wall I was afraid to use them. There were random nails or screws sticking out of the wall. It had a very musty smell in the room. The peep hole was plugged with toilet paper. Only 2 pillows in the room. We were afraid to use the ice machine its so terribly dirty and looks like it hasn't been serviced in years. The hallways walking to the rooms are so dirty and stained carpets. We only stayed one night but honestly considered finding another hotel near by. There was also a lady who was at the front desk who wasn't rude or mean but had an irritated look on her face again Nick was so very nice and apologetic about the room and ensured they would check for pests

Clean room and nice staff. Ask i wanted was a nice shower. No amenities. Broken showerhead. Barely lukewarm water temp. Rundown room and furniture. Dark. Dingy. Probably the worst hotel i have ever spent a few minutes in. Did not feel safe spending the night. Bed must have been 50 years old. Torn up chair. Dismal place all around. Non-smoking room that smelled of old perfume and cigarettes. Looked like a Sven from s seedy movie.

Carpets need to be replaced, it smells horrific. Unbearable, did not stay and they would not refund me! Just horrible!

From the moment I walked into the lobby, it was bad. When I walked in, a woman came out from a closed room to the side. I was not greeted, but her phone rang and she answered it before saying anything to me. I made a comment under my breath and she ended the call and checked me in. My husband and I went up to our room and immediately our senses were offended. The room was warm and musty and smelled like stinky feet. One glance around at the room and I knew I couldn't sleep there. I went back to the lobby and let the woman know and she called someone. A few moments later, a man showed up (he was much more hospital) and inquired about the situation. I told him I couldn't stay in the room because of the smell. He said, Oh, it's probably the disinfectant. I said, No, it smells like stinky feet. We had to be downgraded from 2 Kings to 2 Queens, but that was all that was available. He showed me the room and it was better, but not much. It did smell like disinfectant, but you could still smell the nasty it was covering. We were there to see a musical down the street, so we took i, and left for the show. After the show we came back. I almost ate the cost of the room and drove home. I had to put perfume on my upper lip to mask the "disinfectant" smell. My husband covered the pillow with his sweatshirt and slept on my back so we wouldn't have to touch our face to the linens. The room is in terrible repair and neither of the two lamps worked. And what is that on the picture glass?

Do not book here! This place is creepy and very unsafe. I booked a stay here with 2 of my friends for a Disney trip and we were miserable . The staff was okay, it was 2 men and they had me wait for a while to check in and they were just talking until they finally assisted me. The location is 20 min from disney which was the only positive thing from this experience. The room was absolutely nasty. We had cold water in the shower and the microwave was broken. There was a hole in the bathroom and just has toilet paper to try to cover it. There was hair on the sheets. I will never come here again and we paid $150 a night. Total rip off

There was no tissues in the tissue holder. I needed fresh towels and had to hunt them down. No daily or any housekeeping and we were there 1 1/2 weeks. Needed extra trash bags had to find them. When I did find fresh towels I had to trade them for the 2 used ones. Anytime I called for help I needed to go to the desk to get something. Water was shut off for hours and I had to call and find out why and for how long. We had a tub, but there was no plug so we couldn’t use it. Somehow the shower kept leaking water every time into the bathroom no matter how careful we were. Maybe because the shower head was pointed toward the back wall and couldn’t be adjusted. The bed was comfy enough. The microwave was broken. There was a bedside lamp with nowhere to plug it in—it was just sitting there. We had to ask for trash bags and take out our own trash because no one was coming regularly or at all to check on our room. After I added more days and rechecked in at the front desk a woman was knocking on the door and calling us wondering why we hadn’t checked out. I was at work— my boyfriend called to tell me. I asked for an extended day rate and it wasn’t helpful. My best bet was continuing to use Hotels.com.

The photos are a lie. They catfish you into paying $160 with no refunds when in reality the real price should be $50-$80 a night. There were holes in the curtains where people could look through. Questionable people around and NOT SAFE for women traveling alone. thank god i had my husband. the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. please do NOT waste your money.

The bed was not comfortable at all and the other studio 6s I’ve stayed at had a full refrigerator and half a kitchen this one had a microwave baby refrigerator no coffee no coffee pots

This hotel is a dump. The room was overly sprayed with something to hide the smell of what I am not sure. Decent bed. Carpet very old. Pool looked decent. Run down in general. I was going for cheap and that's what I got. There were families here, it didn't feel unsafe.

This place is such a catfish. I should’ve read the reviews before booking but I was tired and just booked the first room I could find so I blame myself. Right when my boyfriend and I walked into the room we were greeted by ROACHES!! The room was so dirty and disgusting we left 2 mins after being there. We asked for a refund and the owner wouldn’t give us one without pictures and proof of roaches smh!! There was a dirty bra and socks laying on the ground outside our room so we should’ve known… DO NOT BOOK HERE unless you a 304 and need some quick cash

It is a motel 6 with a different name! My room was infested with cockroaches. Would definitely not recommend a stay here, it looks good on the outside but terrible on the inside.

Dangerous unfit for staying

The staff was unfriendly and unapproachable. The stank strongly of bleach and body odor. It did not appear to be clean. The overall look was dirty and unappealing. I felt like i needed to shower just from looking at the room.

It looks like motel 6 just bought the place recently and still needs to remodel, room nice and spacious but everything was old and dingy looking and it didn't feel very clean. Hallways were also very not clean looking but overall was a decent stay for what it was

We left after one night. It was SOOO BAD! Dirty sheets, stained mattresses, ripped and holed blankets. The heater had mold growing and the microwave was dirty. We were told by the restaurant next door that it was an unsafe, drug-filled place. We could not leave fast enough!!

Room was very dirty and ..carpet was dirty there was dog/cat food on the carpet and a lot of dirt and dust.

Studio 6 is a Motel 6. Property was run down. Room was filthy. The pool looked nice and the staff was nice. Other than that this was not a very nice property. Nonsmoking room had cigarette burns on the sheets and the toilet seat. Trash on the floor in the room and the bathroom. Stains on the carpet and the furniture.

We had to change rooms twice! I was not going to let my family stay in a room that had garbage on the floors, drawers stayed open, looked like blood on the bedding, dirty hand prints on the bed, smelled like garbage, and literally looked like a crack house hotel. The last room was in the front of the hotel which still was awful but at least I felt a crackhead would not break in. I can go on and on! Don’t go there!! Worse $100.00 I’ve ever spend in my life! They denied me a refund even though after 2 hours there I couldn’t stay there any longer.

Couldn't pay me to stay there again. The Non-smoking room smelt like smoke and the cigarette burns on the toilet seat confirmed. There was mold on the curtain. The desk chair arm was broken, the arm chair seat was ripped, and the head of the shower was just laying on the floor. Assuming the holder was broken. No soap was in the room either. Unacceptable on all standards.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly the sheets were stained the desk/table had not been wiped down it was dirty from previous guest there was no shampoo or conditioner or lotion like other hotels and no blow dryer in the room and we no sooner booked our room and they were calling us bugging about reselling our room to someone else because they were busy we the room do to going to a concert in the area and knew the concert would end to late to drive home we could not enjoy our concert because they called many times asking if we planned on coming so we did not get to stay for the last hour of our concert because we feared the would sell our room to someone else if we did not get back to them by 10pm or so. The rooms could definitely use some new carpet better screens on the exterior of the windows the room did not even smell fresh like most motels I have stayed.

The pictures posted of this motel are very deceiving. This motel is completely rundown and has zero amenities. The sheets smelled like cat pee, it wasn’t very clean and there were knats all over the room. This place was disgusting. We had paid for a two day stay. After the first day we checked out and the manager told my husband he would refund our money for the second night based on our dissatisfaction. That never occurred but we didn’t care. We ate the loss and checked into a better hotel. We do NOT recommend this motel.

It was a rat’s nest. Carpet in the hallway outdoors is stained, everything needs an upgrade. The hotel facilitates a lot of crisis housing, but there’s a lot of drug use, partying,and prostitution going on. It should be shut down. Your ads are very misleading. No coffee pot in the rooms , there was a hair in the tub and on the floor. It hadn’t been vacuumed . There was only bar soap in the bathroom, no shampoo. I paid an extra person charge , but the towel supply was scant and was not replenished. When I asked the maid in the hallway for some off the cart ,she questioned the validity of my request. She gave me some, but it emphasized the type of people that frequent there cannot be trusted. It was very difficult to sleep because of the noise. People we’re running through the halls ,banging on doors , kids crying , and loud music playing. I turned the bathroom fan on for white noise to drown it out, but had to switch it off because it was drawing cigarette smoke from the next room. People were using the stairs to sit on. I had to slip passed them to get to my car. It was a very unpleasant and disturbing experience.

We ended up having to find a quick place to stay after our initial hotel to stay at did not work out. This place is unsafe, there was constant traffic of illegal activies such as multiple women going in rooms and men going in and out. There was a room where all night there was people going in and out from 10 pm to 4 am. Constant traffic, and loud arguments between people. I would not stay here with children at all.

There was 2 strands of hair on the sheets. Someone down the hall kept slamming their door every several minutes from 11pm to maybe 2am. People walking down the hall at night being very loud. I would not recommend.

The beds were comfortable. Pillows were small, sheets were clean, no housekeeper ever came to bring fresh towels for 3 days. There was no trash can on the room. The neighbors were loud and their dogs were barking. Very bad nights of not sleeping. On the last morning, the tub wouldn’t drain. A couple was fighting and throwing stuff out on the property. Overall; terrible place to stay.

Our room was clean but the hallways were dirty with trash and puddles of either pet pee or people pee. A lot of rooms are being used to house homeless on vouchers. Some rooms show signs of permanent residence seen through patio windows. Road noise is prevalent. Restaurant next door has live, outdoor band that plays until around 10:15 every night. A/C in room made loud clunk as it cycled. Beds were hard. Could have given the whole rating a 1 but they seem to be keeping a few rooms for paying guests and keeping them clean. But it was not worth the price which was still a lot of money.

This will be our second time checking in here. We love the staff and service here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in process was very easy. I booked online and was able to check in, in minutes. The room was surprisingly nice, no complaints.

Property staircase was dirty with food stains, noisy long-tern families and children play-toys in the driveway. Front lobby picture is deceiving. In general over priced.

When staying here please keep in mind you are probably on a budget or out of other options. I honestly think with some updates to the rooms this can be a really nice place . I was pleased with staff and our stay .

The place is a dump. Carpet so dirty you afraid to go barefoot. Just a sheet over mattress. Only 1 of 4 lights worked in bathroom. Open electrical in the bathroom. Furniture dirty, torn, broken and scarred. We canceled our future reservations.

I only stayed one night overall was ok nothing extraordinary

We were completely disappointed at the lack of service and lack of cleanliness at the hotel. We were there as we suffered a loss in our family and this made it even worse! The hallway was lined with trash and bathrooms were disgusting. To pay $140 for a hotel that was dirty was not how we wanted to spend our night. This hotel looked as though they allow druggies to stay there. We did not feel safe what so ever. Under normal circumstances we would have declined the room and moved to a different hotel but as exhausted and emotional we were that was not a choice for us. Anaheim Hills is so much better then this!!

Later the police was called to a room down the hall. Lots of noise from children running down the halls late at night. Not a pleasant stay at all.

For what we paid we got a pretty good room. The toilet seat fell off and the a/c didn’t seem to really kick in until 2am.

Don't let the name fool you this is a Motel 6. Our room was dirty the hallways were a mess and frankly it looked like most of their patrons were live ins. There was trash all over the parking lots. For the money they charge they should be charged with some type of crime! If I had seen the place before hand I wouldn't have paid $60 a night but certainly not the $140 they charge! Do not recommend a stay here unless you're absolutely desperate!
