Front desk clerk Shannon was to busy on her personal phone with her friend trying to help look for her dog, that she wasn't helpful with understanding the chargers on my bill. She referred me to call back and speak with a manager... Poor customer service

The power went out so had to move to a different room

Smell of poo right when you enter the room evey time. We were there two nights. Hot tub jets did not work and tub did not get very hot. Room was much less nice than the pictures led.me to believe. Not a chair in sight, tiny little bathroom. Breakfast bagels were stale and food was not appetizing. Was ok but for 430$ I expected it to be nicer.

When we checked in the receptionist was able to give us two rooms which one of the rooms was already occupied My husband was able to open the door and walked in on elderly seniors. The poor lady nearly had a heart attack screaming for her, dear life After that, all we got was an apology you would expect some kind of discount. I did get two rooms. They still charged me full price the breakfast was under stalked and had a line

Room was very poorly maintained. Scratched walls in the shower, toilet seat had chips, missing caps at the base of the toilet. The bathroom door had obviously been caulked so white caulking was evident on the brown door. The mattress was poor quality. The towels were like old dust rag quality. The air conditioner below the window looked like it could out any minute. There was no space in the bathroom to set out toiletries. A sink mounted in the wall and a mirror that was it. I will never stay at a Baymont again nor will I recommend this chain to anyone else.

First thing on arriving we’re 2 people dumpster diving right near the entrance, and homeless sitting at the picnic tables in the rear of the facility. Did not feel safe

We were here for an event at the fairgrounds. It wa close with a gas station and Jack in the box in walking distance. The hotel is clean, staff courteous and breakfast basic but enough to get you going. Would stay here again

the hot tub did not work properly, which was lame because it was the only reason i payed extra for the "suite". the sheets were covered in stains. the bathroom was horrible, so small, worn, and gross.

I ended up not staying at this property. I personally don’t think the pictures they have posted are very accurate to what the rooms look like. Was very disappointed and ended up not staying.

The carpet in the room however had stains everywhere and could really use a deep clean. Some mold stains on the caulking around the shower and sink. Overall it was a nice stay and we would definitely come back for that Jacuzzi room, the friendly staff and location.

Very good/bad stay. More good than bad. Rooms have seen better days and could use update. Good bathroom facilities, but the toilet paper holder was a little difficult to work with. No elevator, so if you need that, stay on the first floor. Walls are thin, so can hear other conversations. Frig definitely needed replacement, but worked well. Microwave is small, but good. Beds were excellent, and slept well, even on the first night. Lots of room to put our lunch materials, dry and cold. Excellent ventilation system- we had fried fish dinner one night and the room was odorless within an hour. Good breakfast, tho we missed that it's a straight 6am-9am, even on weekends, and arrived Sunday just after they had closed. Wonderful helpful staff- had to change rooms and had a minor issue with zero coffee supplies which were all fixed with a quick trip to the front desk. Wonderful location- across from grocery store, several restaurants and gas station. Short trip to other stores under the highway, and easy on/off access. We will stay again.

The door jamb metal insert was missing from the door assembly, and the flip lock was the only security feature available. As a solo female traveler, it felt unsafe and thankful I brought along personal protection devices.

The first room we were given was dirty, it still had food from previous booking. When we went to tell front desk, she didn't believe us. Then gave us a different room that had a weird odor. Beds were hard.

I got down to the breakfast hall about 15 minutes before breakfast was over. The pancake dispenser was out of batter. I went to notify the front desk and nobody was there. I started trying to wrestle up something else for breakfast. There was preformed scrambled egg patties, and sausage patties. The eggs were awful. So I was really hoping for some pancakes. When the young Hispanic lady at the front desk with piercings and tattoos finally showed up, I had informed her that the pancake dispenser was out of batter. She told me directly after that that it was 9 AM and she would be cleaning up the breakfast and it was over anyways. I looked at my watch and it was seven minutes till. I informed her that I had been waiting and it had been out for the last 15 minutes. To that she did not respond. Also in my room, I had grabbed the nightstand next to the bed and pulled it over towards the chair so I could have a little table to eat at while watching TV. Behind the nightstand, I found a 3 inch long, purple straw that I can only assume was used for doing drugs. Not a great experience.

The king size room with hot tub was not available for us. They said it was under repair. They didnt have any king rooms available. Gave us a very small 2 queen room. The people in line behind us also had booked the same kind of room, not available for them either. I was not sure if they even have such a room, ir just bait and switch. The hot tub by the pool that was for all was not very hot and had no bubble jets that worked. Poor maintenance on rooms and common areas. 😢

If I could give this hotel a zero I would. Hot tub didn’t work (owner tried but no luck), had floaties in it. No elevator so if you have a lot of stuff and want a king bed, you are out of luck. Only queens on the main floor. The room was run down and dirty. Floors were dirty, shower had hairs in it as well as the towels. Quiet hours were not enforced. Loud music all night. People fighting in their rooms, dogs barking. Was not an enjoyable stay. After bringing our concerns to the front desk was informed there was nothing she could do and we would have to send an email which may or may not be answered within 24 hours.

Overnight stay. It was quiet, close to gas stations, grocery store and easy access to the freeway. The room was clean and roomy!! There was a mini fridge and microwave as well. I’ll stay again!

The lobby was clean and updated, and the staff was friendly. However, it was a different experience upon arrival at the rooms. The carpet in the room looked as if it had never been vacuumed or cleaned, and even the TV remote was grimy.

They don’t have elevators and I have extreme difficulty using stairs.

Hot tub jets didn't work. The king size bed was absolutely horrendous, it put our backs out. The curtains were falling off the hanger. The faucet handle came off. The shower head wouldn't shoot straight and barely put out any water. Peoples dogs were barking when we walked down the hall and barked and cried when they left them in their room. They didn't have any eggs for breakfast.

The mattress was so old it had a dent in it forcing me to sleep lop sided. The property allowed pets but the pet area had not been cleaned so was full of poop, it was hard not to step in it. There were no poop bags or trash can in pet area so it appears that people just didn’t pick up after themselves and staff were not cleaning the area. Staff were perfunctory but were having personal conversations with each other as they were checking you in as if you were the distraction not the customer.

Hotel was close to the fairgrounds where we were attending a dog show. Our room had vinyl flooring that was perfect as a pet friendly room. The back of the property had a sand area for our dogs to relieve themselves. Washer/dryer available for use. Our walk-in shower door kept sliding open

The room was not super clean. The floor did not look like it had been vacuumed. The bathroom floor was nasty dirty, and the shower was gross with not great water pressure. I'm not even sure that there was an elevator as all we could find was a stairwell. The continental breakfast was very limited in options with no water available. Two other rooms close had their tv on all night into the morning and we could here everything. So the room was not very sound proof.

mmmmmm The rooms were cheesy and worn out. The toilet seat was unattached. The furniture looks like it has seen better days in 1992. The mattress was hard and stained. It was noisy. If you like a lineup of carbs in the morning you'll have no trouble getting it at the breakfast. The yogurt was all out of date. The whole place needs an upgrade.

I am still waiting for my deposit back as nothing was ruined in the room, but have not received it. I reached out with no answer in return.

However, the beds were notably firm, comparable to sleeping on a hard surface. The shower water temperature was not very warm, leaning more towards room temperature. Additionally, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door rather assertively at 9:20 in the morning to inquire about check-out.

The room smelt very bad and was in general disrepair. Some of the furniture is ready for the dump. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were really terrible.

Due to medical issues I reserved a specific room for three nights. When we checked in the first night they didn’t have the room I booked. They put us in a room with less quality than Motel 6. The security lock on the door was a plastic tie wrap and broken plumbing fixtures. The next morning they said they could put us in the room I had originally booked, but wouldn’t be available until that afternoon. This room was very substandard, dirty shower floor, broken fixtures on the tub. I paid Expedia for three nights. We stayed two nights because this place is so bad. I tried to get my money back from the hotel but they said I had to get reimbursed from Expedia. Now I have to deal with that.

Courteous staff at check in and check out. This is an older hotel with some deferred maintenence (toilet paper holder appeared to have been ripped from the wall and was sitting on the back of the toilet), but otherwise clean. Contintal breakfast was bare minimum, but the area was clean.

The room was terrible, we only stayed for one night and they would not refund the rest of our stay which was almost $400. The bathroom was filthy and smelled like mold. The location was shady the staff unprofessional and the furniture in the room was literally torn up like someone got attacked in there. The only reason we stayed that night was bc we got there so late we had no other choice. Save your hard earned money and time and go literally anywhere else.

I loved the pool and spa. It had a nice comfortable atmosphere.

The room was very clean and overall in decent condition. The carpet throughout is obviously very old and has a smell to it and the fixtures could use updated like the toilet paper holder just drops the toilet paper on the floor.

The tv in the room is mounted in such a way, I could not use the HDMI PORT. The pool hours and the TV is highly irritating! Won’t stay at Best Western again.

The carpets were not clean at all we didn’t even want to take off our shoes, the carpets in the hall way were WAY worse! Like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. The sheets seem d cleaned but come stains were e still apparent. The ac had a bad smell. It wasn’t the best place to stay but we only needed it for one night of sleep.

Room was okay. Wall sconce next to bed glares into your eyes. Was woken at 7:00AM by a guy banging materials as he loaded remodeling supplies back into his truck. No soap provided at sink. No eggs at breakfast. Could not charge my EV because the spaces are not marked for EV charging only, so they were taken by regular cars.

I didn’t get the room that I reserved, the front desk young lady was not professional she doesn’t know what she was doing. Didn’t get password for WiFi , breakfast they offered was awful

The staff was very courtious. The room needed a lot of attention to details. The freezer was completely covered over with ice. The breakfast wasn't very good and wasn't kept up. I would have coffee there then go over to Jack in the Box to get someting to eat.

Highly recommend! The staff here go above and beyond to make sure guests are having the best travel experience ever. Katelyn, Shannon, and the rest of the bunch have been lifesavers. The rooms and lobby area are super fancy and well-appointed, the housekeepers are on top of everything, and the location is safe and SO convenient. We extended our stay several times and couldn’t be happier. And OMG the hot tub rooms are amazing!!! So relaxing and peaceful. Big thumbs-up!!

We met friends from out of town to celebrate birthdays/holidays both families stayed 5 days. Staff were exceptional all week. However, hotel is in need of maintenance. Rooms need deep cleaning, carpets are stained, beds are old, bathroom walls need wiped down stains on walls, you don't want your clothes to touch the walls in the restrooms because they look nasty. Our friends room had damage from a pet who had stayed previously & tore up the bed corner, night stand, & their carpet was very dirty. Our frist room had a leak under the sink mid stay & we moved next door, these rooms need updates, the room smoke alarm was not in order & in the closet. Breakfast was good very average but kept up well. Hot tub & pool needs proper cleaning & pool chemical levels checked often & maintained daily. My husband got a skin infection from the hot tub, a bunch of red bumps. There was a older man who was completely inappropriate in pool area our first night staff addressed him & took care of it. The staff are wonderful but are working really hard because the building is in need of maintenance. This is close to stores, it has great food places, great indoor pool area but they need to do better at maintaining it. This could really be a great hotel. Our first room was missing Coffee maker & hair dryer the staff had no idea, so glad we told them. I wouldn't go back unless this gets updated. It's too bad because the in-door pool area is really cool.

Pictures show hardwood floors in rooms.m ours had just that in entry. Door had big gap and let light shine thru. Other room had wet spot on carpet from somewhere...and had to switch rooms. Hot tub was broken which was disappointing. It's not the worst I've stayed in but just ok.

Gorgeous!! We walked in absolutely stunned by how beautiful everything was. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and so so fancy. Get the hot tub room if you can! Totally worth it. And best of all, the staff are amazing. Shannon went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Oh! And the breakfast!! My kids were mesmerized by the pancake “assembly-line” machine. Parking was easy, TONS of shops within minutes, a Walmart nearby, a gas station 30 seconds away, etc. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! You can’t beat the price, service, and luxury that this hotel offers. Book NOW! =)

After I got some body wash I told them not to clean my room & left there were no door hangers on my door & I was staying multiple days. I left for an hour & when I came back they were in my room cleaning. The worst part is that I looked for a room in Redding. I was extremely frustrated with not being in Redding. The app is very sneaky & has done this before I hate it. If I wanted to stay in Anderson I would have typed in Anderson.

The service was very helpful, the room was very clean and the continental breakfast in the morning was filling. I will stay there again if I was traveling through there.

The Baymont has become our family's go to stop/stay on our way to Oregon. We've come to expect clean rooms and great service. Our last stay fell a little short only because our cable had been disconnected, maybe by the previous guest, and when we asked the front desk about our TV not working we were instructed to wait it out as it was most likely due to the weather. We were too tired to really put more energy into it. In the morning, we took it upon ourselves to check the connections behind the TV and found the cable disconnected. We reconnected and issue resolved! Other than this small TV issue, I would still recommend staying here to anyone traveling.

It was only good enough. Stained carpets in the halls, old bathrooms. Charged double for our pet and had to ask for that to be changed.

Room was clean and well set up. Liked the tv. Staff was top notch too. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool, although the jets in the tub could have been a bit stronger for my taste. The only room deficiency was the lack of counter space for my standard size shaving kit. Will stay again!

We had quite the experience at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the smell inside was extremely strong (I don't do well with strong scents). I saw reviews saying it had been remodeled recently, but the wallpaper was peeling, the toilet was wobbly, there was a big hole in the carpet, and to top it all off, the drain fell out of the sink. I do want to add in that the receptionist was quick to call the maintenance person and then get us a new room once they found out it couldn't be fixed right away, so we appreciated that! Overall it was a very interesting experience!

Hot tub was broken so they upgraded one of our rooms to a jacuzzi room. All of the staff were great. Owner Sammy is a fantastic guy, very pleasant and friendly. Parking was fine and the area was covered by security cameras. Rooms were clean and satisfactory.

Upon attempting to check-in online, found out they are not pet friendly (hotels.com said they were). So on my phone from our car (road trip), I attempted to call the hotel directly, the phone number provided in the text was a disconnected #. I googled the phone number and 2 calls later, reached their front desk. The receptionist said they only have a limited # of pet friendly rooms and the room I booked was not. She found a second floor room that allowed pets, so at least we were not completely out of luck. I found out upon check-in their hot tub is out of service (my 2 filters on hotels.com were pet friendly & hot tub), sigh. The room had stained carpet & dog damaged furniture. The toilet was in a closet, the shower was set up so the only way you could adjust the water temperature was to stand in it naked, and adjust the temp while being exposed to whatever happened to come out of the shower head, yikes! The breakfast had no protein at all, and when the milk ran out, the staff refused to refill it. We won’t be staying here again.

had to get help because the freezer was frozen shut and I needed to put my ice packs in there. The TV only had three or four stations. they said they'd been having problems with it. there was no coffee in the room or tea the Wi-Fi was spotty. there were tons of stains all over the carpet inside the hotel room and going up the stairs which was really gross. the breakfast was definitely substandard. there was hardly anything hot at all. there was no protein to eat and the bread was stale. The girl behind the desk was pretty cool and very helpful. none of this was her fault. I felt sorry for her. I will never stay here again

The room is immaculate. Staff was very helpful especially to the twin brothers who were the Valet who helped with my trailer. Getting there was a bit irritating because for some reason google maps directed me through the rear of the hotel, and the parking getting in front of the valet was sort of congested at that time. The pool was unfortunately under renovation and unavailable, so that’s one thing too. The location is conveniently located around 5-8 mins to Topanga Valley, which have it all! Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

Next door there were dogs in the room that we could hear moving around and they barked in the middle of the night. I checked in and got to our room, the room hadn't even been cleaned yet.

The room wasn't very clean. The hallways stink real bad. All the carpets throughout the whole facility were staying making the atmosphere of the facility cleanliness was not that good at all The spa was over chlorinated the coating around the spa was not properly coated the gym was not accessible. Had paper taped up in the windows. There wasn't a vent on the outside of the air handling unit within the pool area. The breakfast was not very good for complimentary breakfast but at least they did have coffee. Overall I won't be staying there again

Could not sleep!!! There were people chit chatting right outside our window at like 3am… The walls were so thin I could hear EVERYTHING going on in the room right next to ours…. People were up at 5am.. I was so miserable trying to get some rest… the room was clean and staff were nice but man, got stuck w a horrible room number that night, very unlucky

Booked this hotel because it had indoor pool even called and doubled checked because my child really wanted to go swimming after spending days in a car driving across the US imagine the disappointment of when we got there the next day and the pool was drained and not in service. I understand that sometimes pools need to be cleaned or repaired that’s fine but if someone calls not even 24 hours before and you say it’s open we expect it to be that way. Disappointment aside it’s not the end of the world just would have been nice to have updated site saying it was out of order. My biggest issue was the guy checking us in handed me the check in paperwork to sign my fault for signing the first spot before really looking over it but as I proceeded to fill it out I realized he had charged us for more days then our reservation when I said something he seem frustrated and took the paper back proceeded to hand me a new one with the correct amount of days and $amount but refused to discard the old paper or give it back to me. Seems odd

My only complaint is they had only one person checking out and taking care of the breakfast area to do everything.

Hotel is in DESPERATE need of remodeling in the rooms. The lobby is deceiving as it looks nice and the hallways look nice, but the actual rooms have dirty carpet and old tubs that are stained. Breakfast was very limited with no napkins. Stairs entering property were filthy. Staff is nice but would not stay here again.

Hot pool and swimming area are nice and clean. Room is obviously clean and smell good...If needed to say something, this is great for young people. The shower area for seniors need more safety equipment like hand rails in the shower room. In general, we give 9. Thanks so much, will come back.

Also had an indoor pool, but did not have enough time to use it. The only drawback was the breakfast which was pretty much non existent even at 7:30am. Timing was 6-9am, so youd expect things to be avaliable at 7:30am. But there was not even milk to go with the cereal. And the staff said they are waiting on restocking and dont have anything. There was only a few packaged mini muffins, oats, bread coffee, cereal (no milk) and an automatic pancake machine which had maybe one more bag of batter left. I was expecting eggs to load up on before headed into the national park for a hike. But there wasnt even milk!

The lock on the room door was broken and the carpets had stains all over them. The stairs to the second floor were also very dirty. We had another booking with them scheduled for a week later and I canceled it right after leaving and booked at another hotel.

All of the service staff was very helpful and kind. Our room had broken glass on the floor and my 6 yo son got a large shard stuck in his foot. I asked to move rooms (glass). The front desk person was very kind, and did get us another room, but that room smelled HEAVILY of mold / other smells and the air was unclean. I didn't want to complain again. I would not stay here again.

Had a good stay just a couple unfortunate things like the pool wasn’t heated at the time, but it was due to repairs

Absolutely terrible! I have NEVER seen hotel conditions so horrendous. Upon check in I was informed the pool heaters can’t be turned on for the pool or hot tub due to just resurfacing the pool. Upon entering the back door to our hallway, the hallways were extremely scraped up all along the walls. The headboard in the room had a slash on it, nightstand utterly scratched up, puncture in the ceiling, scratches on the wall. We checked out immediately and informed them of the unfit conditions. The front desk lady just made excuse after excuse of they are under renovations, they just switched ownership, they just had a wildfire come through, not all the rooms are like that (so why put me in one? And it was a not busy Wednesday!) NOWHERE were any of these details disclosed to buyers, only beautiful pictures posted. BUYER BEWARE! They should not even be open for business in these conditions!

The interior decoration gave a 50’s and 70’s vibe. It was clean with the exception of the carpet in some areas stains from previous guests. Clean outside nice pool.Evening staff excellent!

Great and friendly staff. However, the room we were given smelled of urine, opening up the window helped clear it out. No TV remote in the room. Woke up this morning with bug bites. Breakfast options were very limited. Thankful we had a place to sleep for the night but I do not think I will be returning here.

Easy check in, Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was ok carpet was dirty and stained it was missing the fridge and remote control they did bring me both and offered to change rooms but I had already brought my things in and didnt want to move rooms they did apologize . Close to grocery outlet, dollar tree and a couple fast food places. Overall I rate it a 2 1/2 stars pit of 5.

It was hot in the building and the rooms were gross dusty, blood on the carpet and the beds horrible

I booked online hoping to take my kids to the indoor pool. When I arrived to check in, I noticed the pool was closed, and it turned out it was empty! The receptionist was impatient as I was trying to figure out if I should stay because I was looking forward to the pool for my three children. I asked if I could have a refund since the website had no sign or disclosure that the pool was out of service. She refused a refund. Later, I requested to change my stay to a later date, but they also refused. I was very unhappy and went on to book another hotel in the same area that had a pool, very nice staff, and a better price.

If you don't mind a room smelling like Urine, white stains on the couch, and an AC begging to put it out of its misery, this should be the right place for you. Just note that you may not have a way to leave in the morning. The surrounding area and people in this place look very sketchy.

We pacifically picked this property. We had stayed at at many times and we’re always happy this time. Apparently it has new ownership. It’s a pool and the hot tub was inaccessible and this is the main reason we picked this property because it has an inside pool next breakfast was the worst ever it only had eggs and pancakes, and they were edible. The staff seemed and knowledgeable and confused with the new ownership very apologetic. I have to say, but the property did not offer or to fill our needs if it continues that way, I will not stay again and we stayed several times before totally unhappy. I think I should be reimbursed for my reservation due to not having what I needed And the only reason I booked it.

The staff were amazing! However, the room was very dirty and the common areas (hallway, rear exit, and carpeting on the stairs) were stained and full of cobwebs.

The hotel is pretty good for the price rooms remodeled but no port to plug in your devices the pool area needs better cleaning

Property was dirty, carpets and furniture stained. No elevator. 1st room we were given hadn't been cleaned. second room was beyond hot, no AC turned on. Carpet and furniture dirty, roach in room and worst beds ever slept in.

The rooms are not up to expectations for such cost. Stained carpets, mouldings, poor repairs. The location is behind a gas station, which feels... more motel than hotel. And we've stayed at plenty motels. Main confusion: The queen beds are not queen - I traveled with my partner, our eldest, and a toddler and every room we've had over a two week road trip has been two queen sized beds. These were noticeably smaller, even by our 8yo kiddo. The staff claim they do not have rooms of double sized beds so perhaps my whole family is bonkers. Because of this, even Expedia didn't provide a cost difference in refund. The breakfast (eggs and pancakes + continental, no meat option if wondering) and front desk are handled all by one person, who did her best and was super friendly with our toddler, but could not keep up; we helped with opening cabinets to find and restock more utensils, addressing the airpot so patrons waiting for coffee could serve themselves, and wiping down our table. While it seems having a fridge and microwave in a room ups the price at hotels, I'd say this location should be priced at $100/night. $180+ was not worth it, even with the breakfast and pool included. (No one was in gym that we saw and we did not attempt to use it. Is it available to use?) 2.75/5 stars

Great place! Quiet and felt very safe.

We appreciate the hard work of the staff at the hotel. Specifically, Talib during the graveyard shift was extremely helpful and kind, offering great solutions to a late night issue and using compassion to do so, and i think her name was Bailne (that's who my receipt was printed by) in the morning who handles the entire breakfast service and all front desk tasks solo. You two are the real MVPs!

Shower amenities ran out and were not refilled; the exercise room has not been working since 2019 (stop advertising that is is available), unsavory characters were hanging around the lobby.

Overall this experience was less than exceptional or acceptable.

First, the pool is great and indoors, which is perfect in a place that regularly has temps of 100+ f/ 37+ c. The front desk staff is very good, likely because they have practice with things not going well and doing a lot of customer service. (They also have to handle the job of making, serving and refreshing the breakfast during morning checkout. And they are still great.) However, the cleaning staff is not great. Our shower had someone else's hair in the drain and on the walls. The floors in the room don't have rugs, and they were dirty. The sink drain plunger was broken, and one of the pool towels were grabbed had a big yellow crusty stain on it. While the decor, pool and customer service are great, the rest means we won't be staying here on our return trip through this area.

Nice. Freezer went out and one bed was broke down. Kings are only upstairs with no elevator. Just a heads up for people that can't do stairs.

Not great- ok for sleep only- bring your own pillow! Not very clean- stained pillow cases, hair around room from various previous tenants. This location is literally right on the highway.

Rooms were stinky with a weird smell... AC was broken and would not work. We asked for a different room but were refused. We checked out early... Never coming back

This was no fault of the woman behind the desk but the computer stopped working and there was a huge line of us waiting to get checked in. It took almost an hour to get that done. Hot tub was not working and looked super gross. Room was clean enough, the kids liked the pool. Didn't stay for breakfast.

The computer system was slow so even though they asked me to pre-register, I had to wait over 30 minutes to check-in. When we got to the room, the beds were filthy. They had dirt/sand in them and bits of leaves. Both beds in our room had this problem. The shower head was so high up that I, a five

Unbelievably disgusting. Arrived latenight entered a room that smelled like a dirty ashtray. The manager at check in warned us of a water leak from the toiet. Because they were sold out we were instructed to use towels to manage the leak. Outside our window in the parking lot below was a chain smoking meth head. There was dogfood in the corner of the room. The carpet was stained everywhere and the furniture scratched. The bedsheets were stained but smelled like bleach. The deadbolt did not lock so we rigged up the icebucket in case of entry while we slept. We crashed in our clothes for about 6 hours and then got out of there. I noticed hair on the walls of the shower and a stained shower curtain. We await the refund for the 2nd booking of the room that was unacceptable.

Very old and outdated! Toilet was leaking! Safety lock on the door was broken off!

No dresser. Bed squeaked and clunked. Both room door and bathroom door squeaked loudly. No room service the first day and when we called, they said they only do it every day or so unless requested. What’s with the guy that lives in his car on the street and spends his time in the lobby of the hotel? My son and I were visiting in the lobby and he came in and took over our conversation. Just very uncomfortable, knowing that he was living in his car and spent all of his time in the lobby. My friends who I made reservations for here, saw what appeared to be homeless people writing messages on their paper plates at breakfast. Lots of people hanging around that are pretty sketchy. This just knows not Len to a feeling of safety. Every day for six days had egg burritos for breakfast. Pretty runny and not very tasty. A menu change would’ve been nice. I think the owner needs to spend a little bit of time here to get things back in shape so that is a place that we would come back to. But of course we have no reason to come back because of the overall condition of the hotel. We are sorry that we encourage several of our Friends to stay there.

Our check in service was neither friendly or not. The hot tub was broken. There is no coffee makers in the room. It seemed clean enough and was comfortable. Sure not what I expected.

Hot tub is closed, pool was dirty. Shower was like being pressure washed and didn't realize until i went to get out that there weren't any towels in the room. For the price we paid expected it to be better.

The clerk sent me to a room that hadn’t even been cleaned. She proceeded to curse about the room not being cleaned, and then apologized for her language. She then told me the only room left would be on the second floor, no elevator at this hotel.

The staff was amazing! They helped me get my ring put of the sink and helped me find my childs baby blanket thay we left behind!

Staff is great but I can tell the owners are cheap. My door handle must have been from TEMU. It almost broke in my hand. No pride in ownership. Very basic needs in room. Noisy neighbors.

Don’t recommend this place at all. Unfortunately my husband’s father ended in the emergency room and we had to cancel our stay. Owner refused to refund the room even after Expedia tried to step in and request a refund on our behalf. Talk about heartless.
