Best Western Anthony/West El Paso

Was a very good experience.

The towels were standard at best and not very useful Only 6 towels total washcloths & face towels Asked for extra pillows and was told they don't have any extras which I found peculiar The breakfast was centered around waffles cereal and juice Egg entres were microwaved and inedible Coffee was weak Very few choices available The attendants kept the breakfast area very clean The first morning we arrived at breakfast at 9am and there wasn't any fruit set out Ate a yogurt and some cereal I considered it a continental breakfast and it would make sense to market it as such Parking is limited We couldn't park near our room There are no parking spaces at all that were nearby and no spaces near the office Overall the hotel is adequate for 1-2 nights but keep in mind it's a 2.5 ☆ hotel

Upon arrival the hotel seemed good. I traveled along way so the thought of sitting in a hot tub was so nice.. until we actually got in and the water Luke warm and the jets were broken. Our room was half way cleaned. The faucet to the sink was very hard to turn on and off. We appreciate a hot breakfast which is what they offered. We went down about 8:30am and the lady that was taking care of the breakfast set up was very rude. She almost ran into my child purposefully a few times. She kept getting close to us and wiping down the countertops near our plates. She kicked a piece of food under my chair and then swung back around to pick it up . And she smiled like she had done something good for the first time in her life , when we finally got up due to her making us feel like we weren’t meant to be there. Very prejudiced vibes were given off . I went to the front desk to ask for towels and they didn’t have any. Definitely not worth the price and it’s equivalent to a motel 6. I would never stay here again.

Night staff was not greeting at all. Seemed to have a bad attitude and was in a horrible mood.

Excellent location! We did notice the floor of the pet friendly room a bit dirty as if it had not been swept and mopped previously to our arrival. Everything else was perfect! The beds were very very comfortable

The hotel was recently renovated. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for an overnight stay. Bathrooms could use updating but served their purpose. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot is well lit along with the hotel. Area is busy since it is close to the interstate and lots of commercial motor vehicles are in the area since there is a truck stop next to hotel.

Breakfast was not the best but it feel you up, the room was very clean and smelled nice and no bedbugs thank goodness. For what I needed it sleep and a shower it was a good stay.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a couple room issues that were quickly resolved. Room ac unit not turning on and smoke detector going off in the middle of the night because of low battery. Only complaint was that room service did not clean our room. They must have entered because they took the dirty towels but didn’t replace them and beds were not made. Overall decent hotel in good area.

The front desk lady was extremely rude not only to us but to my parents who came the next day and some other people I heard her helping.

We got there late almost at midnight and customer service was awesome. We had a room in Deming, New Mexico and it got canceled last minute when I called to verify that there was reservations they said yes they’d have the room ready and waiting and they’re just so nice in room with the beds were beyond uncomfortable great water pressure for when you’ve been on the road. All you want to do is get clean and felt so good. We were there so late that we slept in and did not get the breakfast but their coffee was good.

I like that it was located in a very convenient place to hit the road. Employees were very kind. The door of the room I stay was not very even, so you need every time make sure it was closed and the A/C stop working. In mid night

The room was really clean, but the flooring was a little damaged. I can see the filler that was used to fix the floors but it looks a little "dirty" but it wasn't. The common area with the breakfast was great! The employee taking care of the area was nice and very personable.

This is our regular stay when we go to Anthony. We go a couple times a month it seems and our room is always clean. This time the only thing that we did not like as that no AC was on and it was 104 outside and the room inside was like 100°. Would be nice if the AC would have been put on auto at a low setting to make the room a little more comfortable when we got there.

El baño estaba tapado y llame al frente y me dijo que fuera por un destapador porque no tenían mantenimiento asta en la mañana! Yo alfin fui por el porque como estaría de apestoso el baño con tres personas !! Me dio coraje pero que podría hacer ! La mujer de la mañana estaba limpiando muy bien la cocina del almuerzo! La mujer que limpiaba los cuartos me tiro basura en mis pies al momento que estoy pasando en la banqueta !

Close to wet and wild

Property was great! Staff are all super friendly. Only complaint is the road noise and traffic noise at night… but that’s not something they can fix. You just deal with it.

In town for the races at Vado motel was close to track. Everything went well overall the stay was good. Only issue was there was a bit of dust/dirt on the floor (maybe a wind storm came through). Nice place to stay.

This could possibly be the cleanest motel you'll ever stay at. It is next to a Pilot Commercial Semi Fueling Station so can be quite noisey even in the middle of the night. Pool is immaculate. Staff very accommodating.

The hotel was pretty clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient. We arrived very late and the room was still available and the staff was friendly. On the last day upon checkout I asked for an extension and although they said no initially, they did allow me 15 minutes to finish packing without charging an extra fee. So that was nice. I did however find a denture or tooth veneer type of thing on the floor when I was packing so that was gross. lol. It was four front teeth sewn together. I picked it up with a napkin and threw it away bc I didn’t want them to think it was mine. Ew. Aside from that, everything was extremely clean, including the beds and bathrooms etc.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is decent, and the staff is very friendly.

The refrigerator in the room was noisy, you heard the freeway traffic and the people below and next door.

Overnight sleep on our roadtrip

Very clean, quiet, grandson loved the breakfast (typical of motels). The staff was exceptionally helpful both day and night, all very personable. Easy to get to from the highway, located near the places we were visiting near El Paso.

Asked to be placed in a quiet room which was ok at first then the front desk put quests with barking dogs around me, needless to say I did get much sleep

First the pros: if you like the door to the outside off-loading easy. The hard floors were clean as well as the rest, very clean! Service at front great! Cons: chair upholstery peeling badly and rickety, lanolin looks like it has been cut or peeled then taped over to hold together, room was not a “suite” just standard size, couch was hard as brick!! Ouch! I don’t recommend this for older ones like us. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall.

Have stayed here before. Was excellent back in May 2024, too. Only room issue was the shower curtain. Wouldn’t close properly causing water on the floor. Curtain and rod needs replacing.

There was a huge English Mastiff dog tied outside next to where I parked. This dog stayed there the whole night, tied with a rope. In the morning, around 5am, staff were out side of my room, having a conversation with each other. One was upstairs the other downstairs and they had to shout as they couldn’t hear each other, as one of them was power washing the stairs. Which means, I was woken up by their conversation and had to hear it all.

We didn’t stay in this property. The only room they had available was a smoking room and the strong cigarette smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. The clerk was professional and understanding of the situation.

We were going to Wet and Wild water park and it was the perfect location. The rooms and facility were well cared for. The hot breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend if in the area.

Started off trying to charge us for early check-in at 1410, after being told by 800# that early check in was not an issue. Hair drier literally burned up within minutes of starting. Pool was beyond filthy for our entire 3 day visit. Floor in our room was very dirty and so worn out we had to wear shoes to go to the bathroom. There were no extra pillows in the entire hotel. There was no blanket in our room. The coffee pot in our room was filthy, i had to run 4 cups of water thru it before it cleared up.

10 stars is not enough. Best night stay I’ve had in a long time. Most comfortable beds anywhere.

First time staying there, when we first arrived I went to check in requested a bottom floor and Ofelia said they’d were booked but I had friends staying there who should up an hour later and were given bottom floors. Also the room we stayed in upstairs had terrible flooring its peeling. There also was event at the water park and we couldn’t get parking because of the terrible lack of organizing at the hotel.

Lots of street noise. The cost per night was high compared to the quality of the room and the facility.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was just as described on line. The pool was our favorite part ! So clean ! Also staff made our request happen for an adjoined room! Our family had a great stay !
