The room was clean False advertising, they lied about having breakfast, and I chose this one over another ones because of breakfast. The swimming pool is also out of business. It is filled up with gravel or sand. The hotel is an a noisy place and you can hear all types of noises coming from inside the room itself too

I want to mention the microwave was dirty and needs cleaning. And the bed is really hard maybe a pillow top would work.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! NO POOL, NO HOT TUB, NO BREAKFAST. NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES. The rooms are gross. Dirty sheets and dirty towels. This run down motel is nauseating. Booked a smoke free room. Was given a "smoke free" room that reaked of heavy cigarettes smoke. All my luggage and clothes ended up smelling like I am a chain smoker. The owners of this terrible motel allow Pimps and hoes to occupy the rooms. Constant nuisance activities going on at all hours of the night and day. No hangers to hang your clothes. No bar soap. Fake/ counterfeit liquid soap. The owners cut corners everywhere. Not a place to stay. Motel in total disrepair. This place posts false "good" reviews to deceive potential customers.

He told me he had cancel reservation and to contact the party who I booked my reservation.After trying to get a refund for the amount of $116 I spend for a hotel that I didn’t even stay in , they decided I just refunded me 25 dollars. I was scam by this hotel

The pool was under construction, thank goodness that I didn’t bring a swimsuit or booked it for the pool there are definitely people that are living there the rooms were definitely filthy the bathroom, especially felt unsafe the door only locks with a deadbolt and doesn’t really close all the way I think the only good thing that came out of this is that I had a bed to sleep in and there was ac said there was free Wi-Fi but didn’t work the TVs that are in the bedroom didn’t really work either they’re in the fridge that you can use, but the pictures in the rooms do not show justice I would be wary on where to choose. Went there to go see the concert so definitely just check for bedbugs but if you’re just there for a night, I think you’ll be fine. And for all my females. If you think there’s a complementary hairdryer bring your own thank goodness I did

Overall, an okay experience! The room was clean and the service adequate. There’s a lot of room for parking and the adjacent restaurant is nice. There are other restaurants and even a gas station within walking distance. The only complaint I have is unfortunately not to the fault of the hotel itself, but rather the environment. The hotel, as well as any other hotel in the area, is right next to an active railroad. Trains pass throughout the night and are very loud, so it’s difficult to sleep. But I suppose that’s what makes it so affordable, so I won’t complain too much.

Property was infested with roaches, restroom was filthy. Property has a lot of sketchy people roaming around. We ended up leaving and sleeping in our vehicle at a rest area. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Beware they have false advertisement!! The pool is green and the hot tub is full of concrete! Cigarette burns in the dingy sheets, no wash cloths. Refrigerator barely cool. Nothing on that property looks like the pics they advertise!!!

The refrigerator did not work so my dinner spoiled. The pics online imply some type of breakfast or breakfast snacks served. There were none.

Interior is nicer than the exterior lets on. It is by an active train track.

This place was nothing like it showed in the pictures and there was no breakfast like advertise on the website. The room smelt horrible and had roaches everywhere and poison all over the room. The shower barley worked and was mostly broken there were hole all in the walls I wouldn’t recommend ever staying there.

Well you get what you paid for, turned the light on in the bathroom and roaches scattered everywhere.

Affordable, clean and convenient area about 2 miles from the stadium. Staff is very vigilant too, so the area felt very safe. It is by a railway station so the train is constantly running by, but it didn’t bother me. Has a fridge, microwave and TV.

Just needed a place to sleep after a concert. Simple , clean room close to venue.

No toilet paper. No towels. And when asked the front desk clerk he gave me an attitude. I asked for his name and he said he did not have to disclose that information to me. Never again will I stay with this company.

Overall wasn’t that bad the cleanliness was just very off in terms of the smell, since it smelled like cigarettes as soonest you walked in and we saw a cockroach. Which you get what paid for.

We did not stay in the room for no more then 45 minutes it was dirty the floor had not been cleaned there was still stuff in the refrigerator the ac did not cool at all. The place is old. It no longer looks like the pictures. My air conditioning did not work and they never came to fix it and I reported it twice. I had to call from my personal phone as they stopped answering room phone. Poor service and poor quality.

Upon arrival the clerk was friendly at check in. Once we got into our room, there were roaches. The bathroom door didn’t close right because it seemed like someone kicked it in. Towels had stains didn’t apear clean. When I asked for 1 extra towel because there was one 2 towels and 3 of us I was told we had to wait till housekeeping was available the next day. When housekeeping came the man was rude and basically threw the towel at me. There was loud music playing till after midnight both days we stayed. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Expedia didn’t do anything to help us out of this situation and funds were limited so we had no other choice but to stay.

The room was filthy! Sheets were dirty and the train passing almost every hour! We did not sleep and right at 10:58 there was a knock on our door to see if we were leaving at 11am or adding another night! There is NO WAY in HELL we would stay another night! Just that right at about 10am is when I started falling asleep after being awake almost ALL NIGHT with that train!

Should have read the previous reviews, Never would have booked this motel. The majority of the reviews are similar to this one. Motel’s responses are all the standard ‘we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations crap’. Apparently nothing has changed because a majority of the reviews were more than a year old.

A uhaul truck hit the overhang and people had smoked in the first room.

This probably have a lot of roaches so if you have anything valuable you need to dust it out before you leave because you don't want to take no roaches with you they don't clean their sheets well or they towels and towels are dirty you need to clean up if you ever go I will never recommend to stay in here I stayed here and the staff are rude and very inconsiderate and likes to start things with their customers which I don't understand but I stayed here for a week and it was terrible so I would suggest going to the Baymont hotel when it reopened cuz that's the best hotel I've ever been in since I've been in Arlington

This Hotel was clean and the people were nice. It’s in a bad neighborhood, but it was all good.

The room that was given to us was unacceptable. Suppose to been non-smoking but smelled like smoke. Bed sheets and pillow case had stains, blanket had burnt holes. Room had bugs as well. Switched us to another room that was only acceptable due to no bugs and decent bed sheets. Wash towels had stains. This is not a 4-star hotel PERIOD!!!

The aesthetics of the building were not even remotely like the picture show in the ad. The room was not up-to-date, door had been busted in from the frame and a not so good attempt to fix it was noticeable. We encountered roaches which made for an uncomfortable stay. The add advertised that the hotel was pet friendly but the clerk wanted to charge an additional $30 for my 4 pound pooch which remained in the pet carrier and I actually spoke to the personnel before arriving to confirm no charge for the pet. I presume one of the owners upon hearing my dog bark called the front desk (different person) and again they wanted to charge me an extra $30.00. I'm actually glad my service animal was there because the environment was unsavory and in a part of town that was far from the beaten path.

Horrible! They DO NOT have a hot tub. They DO NOT have vending machines. They DO NOT have a deli or snack bar. And they bother you to leave. They knocked on my door 3 times in the last 30 minutes before checkout.

Other than being in fear of my life due to the location of this property in town my stay was decent. Beds were lacking as far as comfort, and the room was a bit dirty, and no rags were provided (just 2 towels and a bathroom mat). I would not stay here with children, but for a couple or some friemds that are just in town for a quick/cheap trip you get what you pay for. Overall I would honestly stay here again in the future, it could have been worse.

This place was GROSS. I didn’t even stay. The room smelled horribly of mold. There was a dead beatle of some sort in the shower. All of the towels had some sort of hair on them as if somebody had used them to shave. There were shady people everywhere. The kid working the front desk didn’t really seem to speak English. I couldn’t do it. I took off and found a different hotel. 0/10. Worst hotel expierence I’ve had. And my standards are not particularly high.

There's not one thing we liked about this property! It was disgusting, no breakfast like it said, no hot tub (was filled with dirt/grass and a big rock for decoration I guess) this was by far the worst place we've ever stayed and I would strongly discourage anyone from staying there! The website states that the hotel includes breakfast and smoking facility. These were the main points for which we opted for Rodeway Inn. However, to my surprise the staff told that there is no Breakfast facility available nor in-room smoking is allowed (we had to go outside for that). To my horror, there is not drinking water facility available as well. I mean these facilities are expected from a Hotel. These two facilities are mentioned and still were not delivered. Will not recommend to anyone.

You get what you pay for. Bare minimum room (as expected, not a problem), occasional roaches, but it does appear relatively clean and the staff does a good job

The room smelt disgusting. We sprayed and sprayed but it was awful. Smelled like smoke and a dirty enclosed room. Bed was also really bad. It was Hard and made ugly noises if you moved. Not comfortable at all.

This place is disgusting, moldy, smells like piss, and the smoke detector had been ripped off the wall. They advertised a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and wifi - they have none of those. Staff was rude and we only got 1 towel for 2 people. Bug infested, holes in the walls, etc.

This property is a horrible place to stay! Loud music played all night until early morning! Sleepless nights! The window in the room made wind noise all night. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and weed! I killed several roaches and I'm allergic to them! The TV didn't work right! Wish we could have gotten our money back! Unsafe, unsanitary, plain and simple Never stay her ever! No stars at all! Gross!

Next doors felt very unsafe. We left next day the room is ok but wall doors ceiling is dirty the bathroom door won’t close. Mostly we felt unsafe that next morning there was three and four cops around definitely knew we didn’t feel safe. Wish we could Get our money back

It isn’t in the best area, and the other guests were playing loud music, littering, and I could smell weed inside and outside. That being said, the staff are really friendly and the linens are nice and clean.

The room door was wide open at 1am when we arrived. Room smelled like weed, ashes were in the sink, restroom had hair on the shower wall and floor. I was told the door was probably left open from housekeeping and if that was true I would have expected the room to have been clean. The desk chair had a big hole in the seat and the dirty mini fridge was plugged in using a home extension cord. My son immediately asked to go home. There was no soap to wash our hands with and the towels were old and stained. The on duty attendant only checked the room to make sure nobody was in there. After seeing all the cats laying around I could only imagine what was on the bed prior to our arrival. We didn’t feel safe there after that and due to the other guests and their actions.

The floors were nasty we walked around the room bare footed and the bottom of our feet were black. We believed the pictures it showed for the place and had booked for 2 nights. We thought they would clean the room the next day but all they did was take out the trash. There is a nightclub next door so on Saturday night don't plan on getting any rest early the music is very loud. We could not call the front desk on the phone in the room it didn't work.There was not a light breakfast there as was shown all they had was coffee.

The photo online is not what this hotel looks like. It was very rundown and the pool water was green from not being cleaned. We did not stay there and asked for a refund because of the way it looked. First impressions mean a lot to us.

Broken dresser and curtains that were is not very good shape. I didn't have an ice bucket in my room. The steps had been repaired at various times, making the steps uneven. Also, some things advertised on line where not present, such as free continential breakfast. The person cleaning did have a passion for his job. Otherwise improvement is needed for this hotel.

We stay in cheaper hotels always but this was ridiculous. Man at desk wouldn't get off phone or stop talking to check us in. Room was clean but no bath towels only rags and hand towels. Pillows were almost nonexistent so little filling.

We booked a non smoking room and were given a room that reeked of smoke. The sheets were dirty and there were burn marks on them. The smoke detector had been pulled from the wall and there were black burn marks on the ceiling. There was someone getting evicted outside from one of the rooms and everything was dirty. We could not stay the night there and asked for a refund. We left about ten minutes after checking in.

Terrible. Missing safety lock on the door, missing droors, no toilet paper holder, graffiti on the bathroom door, mattress cover that makes crinkling noises, everything is beat up, tiny tv with no good channels etc, just bad.

When speaking with the front desk about a long term stay, he failed to mention that they only take cash. So I left to get cash (for the second time). When I returned, the front desk informed me that the only room they had available cost more than I went to the ATM to get. I was floored at how he just left out pertinent information. Extremely unprofessional!!! The hotel is very last resort. If you cannot find anywhere else to go, then try another city!! The room he was supposed to rent me was TERRIBLE and a lot shady looking.
