Na Two cockroaches. Broken ice machine one day. Broken front door for a few days. Dirty floors but clean towels and bed sheets. No hairdryer in room. Minimal supplies. Thin walls. Good hot water.

No cleanliness, the rooms stank, I booked a non-smoking room and got a smoking room, the staff was very unfriendly

The rate was reasonable. It was useful to have a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The towels were absorbent and soft. The bar soap was a mere sliver. Too small. It's become time to replace the carpeting in the room.

The worst thing about budget options are often the guests, some of whom were noisy and smoked weed in their rooms which of course permeated into the hallway.

My reservation, which was fully paid for in advance, was mistakenly entered for the night before I was planning to stay. Although there were some rooms available, since my reservation was for the night before, I was not provided with a room. I ended up sleeping in my car. The following four nights, I stayed at the J.W. Marriott in DC. Needless to say, they offered MUCH better treatment there! They could have given me a room. I would have been willing to pay twice, once for the erroneous reservation for the night before, and again for the night I ended up sleeping in my car.
