    This place is awful. The elevator was broken. Parking garage smelled like urine. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. I expect some level of facilities management geez. The staff was helpful and responsive. But everything else down graded the experience. I might as well stay at a cheaper place

    None of the elevators in the parking deck work, there is no option for stairs. So imagine me and my daughter going to each elevator with my luggage thinking “oh maybe it’s just one elevator” no it was all elevators. My daughter and I had to walk out of the parking deck, up a small hill and a short street/drive through that’s used for checking in and out. We were not informed that the elevator or the security automatic gate arms did not work. I think this is something that needed to be said along with the price when the staff asked was we parking a vehicle on the property and how much it would be. I found this to be a safety risk for anyone who had to access the parking deck at night. Also it’s two separate building the building with the lobby is nicer and I do believe that’s side and the rooms on that side is the photos used for advertising. I booked thinking I was staying in a nice hotel for my graduation trip only to be sadly mistaken.

    Some staff members were friendly, while others came across as cold. I appreciated their help with luggage storage and replacing room keys. I didn’t bring up the comforter issue because I was worried about getting my deposit back, and some staff members did not seem particularly approachable. The window view was okay. You can see the Air Force Memorial and the Washington Monument in the distance, but otherwise it’s mostly a highway view. I didn’t mind it. The room also had a nice sitting area with a comfortable couch, a modern table with plenty of charging outlets, and cozy lighting. As for the location, if you’re visiting Washington, DC, it’s quite far from the city. There are buses and trains available, but schedules can change, delays happen, and missing a connection can add significant travel time. If you plan to spend most of your time in DC, I would recommend staying closer to the city. The airport shuttle was a nice amenity, but with only one shuttle per hour, it wasn’t very practical for airport drop offs. The lobby was nice. The breakfast buffet was about $23, which isn’t terrible, but for the price of the hotel, I expected cleaner accommodations, friendlier

    Wow was this a busy place but the staff (All of them) were amazingly calm and professional and accommodating. I had a window in my room break by the weather, The staff quickly took over the situation moved us to another room that was comparable. I must say this was a very good stay. I really appreciated my stay and will use this facility again. Thank you staff

    My family and I booked and paid our room weeks in advance and traveled over 9 hours from home with a child, expecting to have accommodations upon arrival. Instead, we were informed that no rooms were available. To make matters worse, the front desk employee initially told us a room was available and even charged my card for incidentals. The situation became even more concerning when we were given a room key to a room already occupied by another guest, which is a serious privacy and security issue. After that, we were directed to what appeared to be a storage room. When I returned to the front desk seeking clarification, then I was then told that there were actually no rooms available at all. As a result, my child and I were left sitting in the hotel lobby until 5:00 a.m. because we had nowhere else to go. After traveling such a long distance and having a confirmed and paid reservation, this level of disorganization, lack of communication, and disregard for guests is unacceptable. I understand that issues can arise, but the way this situation was handled showed a complete lack of professionalism and concern for a family stranded in the middle of the night. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience and hope management takes steps to address these serious operational and guest service failures.

    The customer facing staff were wonderful - especially the shuttle bus drivers to the airport and mall. However, this is an old property that is not being maintained super well. We found bugs in our first room (in the small East Tower) and had to be moved to another room in the main tower. Thankfully, the new room was in better shape. The shuttle bus was also having mechanical issues… the driver had been trying to report the issues but he was ignored until we had to speak with management on his behalf. Overall, the staff were great but not sure that we would stay again.

    No pool as seen in images, apparently it has been closed down. Elevator did not work, forcing guests to drag suitcases to the parking lot. AC very loud. TV did not work. Bathroom light flickered on and off, like a cheap hotel. For the price, I don't recommend. Offers breakfast, staff in dining area were nice. Water bottle was $5.00. Parking is $30 a day but I was not charged, which I am grateful. Lots of construction outside hotel, dusty. No place to walk around unless driving somewhere. Garage smelled.

    Some updates had been left undone, like rusted bathroom doors, old shower heads, and showers that had limited water pressure. Internet was fine, and restaurant was open until 11:00 p.m., which is a plus. The negatives involved having a personal items either thrown out or removed from my room. This was reported to the front desk, and no one followed-up. As of today, the manager at the front desk knew nothing about the incident, which demonstrates a lack of attention to security. Shuttles are offered to metro (nearest station was closed over the weekend), but only starting at 9:30 a.m., by which time most people are at work or out doing tourist activities. The shuttle only runs once/hour to the airport instead of being available on call. Great if you can hit it, but seems to lack a focus on guests' needs. To reach a metro station, you must walk nearly 3/4 of a mile, hence the need for a more frequent shuttle starting earlier in the day. Some nice amenities, but doubt I would stay again given the need to Uber everywhere and given the lack of attention to security matters.

    When I first arrive I had checked in early. They was very helpful and let me do it free of charge. Took a shower and took a nap. Woke up used the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush. I let front desk know and they moved me to the room across the hall. Wonderful!!! I was there for 5 days. 4th day I took a shower and walked back in the bed area. Seen a black bug on my pillow. I instantly got pissed. Bed bug was on the pillow. Should’ve took a picture but I washed it off the pillow into the sink. I called my friend and she let me come to her room at another hotel that night. I went back to my room and packed but I’m not bringing them clothes into my house. Have to take them to a laundry m

    I came here to stay ai what I believed was a nice hotel because that is what my dad had wanted when he was still alive. He had gone to Washington DC on an honor flight because of his service in the Navy. He passed away so I was making this trip with my mother for his internment. my mother is 81 years old and we were stuck out in the rain for over an hour and a half for the airport shuttle. Got to the hotel and when we complained we felt as if we were being made fun of us. They gave us two breakfast vouchers but the food was cold both days.We were told you had to pay security deposit and the one time I tried to pay for my dinner by signing for my meal I was told it was declined. I went to the front desk and eas told that it was because of how I booked which I said was crazy because I didn’t want to pay for any extras in the first place but was not given any choice. I paid for my meal without charging anything to my room. Poor location if you want to see the sights in DC unless you drive because you have to take a taxi to everything.. We checked out and I booked us into another hotel. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone . It was a bad way to start what was a hard trip anyway. Still waiting for money back from security deposit that we were told would take 3 to 5 days. It has already been 7 days since I checked out.No washcloths in the bathrooms and no garbage cans in the bathrooms either.Such a rotten way to start our trip.

    The room was very satisfactory. There was one receptionist who was not super friendly or helpful. They were also very short-staffed at the breakfast bar and buffet, so there were long wait times. I also wish there was more than 1 microwave in the dining area. It would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this as an affordable option in the DMV area.

    We had a small problem with our room that the Customer Service Staff resolved quickly and more than made up for the slight inconvenience. Additionally, we were there to attend a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery and the dog sitter we had contracted with cancelled at the last minute. While waiting for the dog sitter in the lobby, I was chatting with DES from Sheraton’s Corporate Office who was visiting the property. Des immediately sprang into action and said, “We’ve got you”. She told me to bring our Pomeranian, Marshal to the check in desk and they would watch Marshal for us! They played with Marshal, they took him to the potty and even had him attend a Sales Meeting!!! I have NEVER before been so impressed by a willingness of Customer Service Staff to go SO FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! I would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic Customer Service in every department but especially the Front Desk personnel

    The breakfast menu was delicious. Every staff member was polite, pleasant, and helpful. I found this Sheraton location to be very convenient for visiting Arlington National Cemetery. The AC and water/shower pressure were excellent, by the way. I will definitely be returning.

    Hotel is very dated and it shows. Is certainly not typical Marriott nor Sheraton. Rooms are more of Days Inn or Quality Inn. Airport Shuttle does not stRt until 0600. Staff at desk are helpful and courteous, yet attempted call ahead to ask questions after last min flight cancelation, was put on n hold , hung up on several times could never talk to person to have questions answered or I would have chosen Navy Yard hotels. Cambria and AG are both excellent well worth money.

    Don’t stay in the East Wing if you are disabled or bringing someone that is not a fully able bodied person. Too many stairs even with elevators.. the mezzanine that bridges the two wings together is all stairs. Otherwise everything else was awesome!

    I booked a room with a city view and was given a room in a separate building from the main hotel. The building was run down, not clean and felt like it was moving because the elevator was right near our room and very old. The building, itself, was not good quality. When I asked for a room with a city room they said the hotel was over booked. Room was clean, bathroom was very old. Bed very comfortable.

    The property is conveniently located. The staff was friendly and polite, the property was neat and tidy overall, parking was easy and convenient and the overall first impression was great. However, the bathroom left a LOT to be desired. The tub drain was clogged leading to water nastily pooling up. The shower head was loose, the faucet wasn't working properly, the towel rack was loose and half pulled out of the wall. The outlet into which the coffee maker was plugged into wasn't working. These factors detracted from an otherwise nice experience.

    I was given a room on the second building. It felt I was staying at a motel 6. Hole in wall, fridge was a small squared one that was on the floor and all scratched up. Dirty wall, bathroom had loose faucet. Website stated shuttle service was available until 11:30 pm. The day of arrival, I was in waiting area by 11:20pm , called the hotel was told the shuttle last pick up was at 11:15pm. I was left tat the airport so I had to order a $25 uber. Not recommended.

    We had a very disappointing stay here. The room next door was having a party and playing music loudly after 10 pm. We had to wake up for an early flight at 4 am. There was no phone in our room, so we had to walk over from the east building to the main lobby over 3 times to speak to the second staff member, who did not seem to care. Security went over twice, but they still kept partying. The first staff member said there was a one-time warning policy, which was not applied by the second staff member as we complained multiple times. Also, the issue of our room not having a phone was never addressed by staff. We also asked for a room change, which they said there was absolutely no available rooms. We were extremely dissatisfied with our experience, especially as Marriott Bonvoy members. I do not recommend staying here if you are trying to get sleep while staying close to the airport before an early flight.

    Ordered room service and they forgot items. Called customer service and talked to the restaurant directly and I still never got my items AND was charged for the entirety of the order.     We stayed at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel in Washington, D.C., from April 11th to April 12th for one night, and unfortunately encountered several issues. We booked one room, but upon arrival, we were given a different one. When we tried to access this room, we faced difficulties, and had to seek assistance from the concierge. Unfortunately, the manager, Talisha, who came to help not only displayed a lack of courtesy but also treated us in a very discourteous manner, making us feel at fault. Additionally, the porter promised us a compensation by reducing the parking fee, but this was never done. No one apologized to us, leaving us feeling even more uncomfortable. In the end, we were left in an uncomfortable situation. We hope that the hotel management will take this feedback into account and take measures to improve their service.”

    No where on their website does it indicate that you must be 21 to check in. My daughter had reservations and was met with a manager with a bad attitude. When she could have simply explained the situation instead of being rude and saying we're not letting you check in. I called and spoke to an uneducated employee who told me to look at the site for the age. Which again is not listed. He procedeed to tell me i can change the name to my daughters friend who is over 21. I did that and then they told them they dont see the reservation at all. Although i sent them the reservation invoice and reservation number with the friend name on it. Needless to say i had to call who i made the reservations with to call the hotel for me. Which then they were able to check in almost 2hrs later and a lifetime of embarrassment for those young ladies. So there will NOT be a return visit.

    However, the breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. It was far too expensive for what was offered. The food quality was poor—particularly the scrambled eggs, which were honestly some of the worst we’ve had. To make matters worse, when we arrived at the restaurant, even the glasses had an unpleasant smell, which made for a very bad start to the day. Overall, while the hotel and staff were great, the dining experience needs serious improvement.

    My first 2 nights were horrible. I stayed in an annex type building which was like a dungeon . There was no phone and cold water coming out boiling hot. Maintenance came and resolved both quickly . However, at 3:00 am there were people screaming and slamming doors- felt like an earthquake . Just when that settled, the water pipes were moaning and squeaking loudly all morning. Then, no hot water in shower. The following night no screaming and slamming but the pipes were horrible and add some kind of drilling noise to that. I finally got moved to main tower which was satisfactory - I will never return .

    Even though the hotel seems out of the way the hotel has made an allowance for this. The shuttle service to and from the airport is wonderful. The shuttle also takes you to the mall and subway and drops you off in front of both. Just check with the front desk to ensure the times which are consistent. We ate several times at the mall. The price of the Expedia package was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to utilize this deal again. We heard horror stories about car tickets from cameras around DC. I wouldn't rent a car and we appreciated the hotel transportation.

    My son lives in The Witmer, and this is where I always stay when I visit. This was the WORST experience ever. I booked a King bed, on an upper floor the previous week, and paid in Full. I was unable to pre check-in on the Ap so I called, and called, and called. No one picked up the phone. When I arrived at 9:00 pm, they had given my room away. The woman at the Front Desk was extremely RUDE to me and said they were sold out. After a very long wait, I was given a Handicapped Room on the 3rd floor. The room was horrible and the AC was not working properly. My son and his wife were upset for me.

    The first night, when we returned and found the door unlocked, I called the front desk. I was told a manager would contact me in the morning, but I never received a call. The next day, we made absolutely sure the door was locked before leaving. When we came back, it was unlocked again. This time, we took photos and reported it to the front desk in person. The staff member wrote down my name and room number and again promised that a manager would follow up the next morning. Once again, no one contacted me. This is a serious safety concern, and the lack of response from management made it even worse. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

    Before arrival, I called and messaged the hotel multiple times to inquire the shuttle bus service, but I received no response—not even when contacting them through the booking intermediary, Expedia. The hotel lacked even basic in-room amenities, such as drinking water, I have to go very far to buy. The signage directing guests to the rooms was also unclear. A renowned brand like Sheraton should certainly offer a higher standard of service.

    It’s clearly an older building, but it’s been cared for, and nothing felt neglected. One of the biggest perks is the daily shuttle service, which runs to the Pentagon Fashion Centre (mall) and Reagan National Airport — extremely convenient and a really nice added benefit. The gym is also solid — nothing fancy, but it has everything you need for a good workout, including cardio machines and weights. Overall, it’s a dependable hotel with great staff, clean rooms, and very convenient transportation options. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if you need easy access to the Pentagon area or DCA.

    I had a handicapped person with me and I was denied a room in the main tower with easy elevator access. I did not know the physical layout of the property and I was told by the manger I should’ve called a head, which I would’ve done if I knew. It was inconvenient for me, the stairs were an issue, we had to take a lift, then the elevator. It was really uncomfortable and inconvenient. My stay was 3/27-3/29.

    The building appears to be quite aged. The rooms are compact and exhibit significant issues, including an unusual appearance in the ceiling paint. The door does not close securely. The bathroom shower has low water pressure, and there is an insufficient supply of towels. The air conditioning system is not functioning optimally, as the room remains warm despite the thermostat being set to the lowest temperature. The only commendable aspect is the availability of garage parking.

    The Expedia app said to call for shuttle. No one answered the phone both times I called. They wouldn't comp me for my Lyft expense because I booked with Expedia. The Shuttle goes to terminal 1 every hour on the hour. My room had a malfunctioning toilet so I requested to be moved. The second room was good except there was no hair dryer. There was also some suspicious activity outside the hall of the lower level room i was originally assigned. The desk staff were younger and not very polite. The Shuttle driver I met the next morning was very kind! But his drivers seat was broken and he was using a personal pillow just to make it more comfortable. It just seemed like the typical HUGE business with overworked or undercared for employees running things and having the excuse of things being out of their control. Breakfast was awesome! The room was clean! Overall I would stay again but Expedia should be more clear about the shuttle service directions.

    I was very disappointed with my stay. Room Key card didn’t work the first night. Was given access to my room by guest services. Had to leave my room propped open to retrieve my food order. Then what took me out was there was no hot water the first night. I was told TWICE that the engineer would be coming by (but no one showed up and the phone just rang at guest services). The next morning I called again the hot water situation was semi-fixed (the water got really warm) and my key card was fixed.

    Staff was very nice at checkin. However the room needed some work. Shower curtain rod was almost falling off the wall because of broken tile, which made curtain hard to keep closed. Refridgerator was barely below room temp turned all the way up. AC/Heat was noisy and obviously in need of repair and bathrom faucet was loose. Needs TLC. But room was clean and staff was good.

    As we were leaving the room to walk to the elevator, as I was holding my granddaughter's hand, I looked towards her foot for some reason and I saw something tiny and white crawling on the carpet....I looked closer and it was a bedbug who had not fed yet. What helped me determine it was a safe location was upon checkout when we were driving away from the property...there was a military base next door - this to me confirms it's a safe neighborhood. Cab rides were reasonable to DC and the nearby mall. Hotel beds were firm and comfortable. View was decent.

    I have only one disappointment which was that I wanted to stay longer and asked to speak to the general manager who was not there I requested an extension of four more days but wanted the rate I was charged for my original booking and even called the corporate office but was turned down so I left I never can understand why a hotel never can accommodate this type of request because I'm already there I can understand if the hotel is sold out but this hotel was not fully booked and lost the revenue of 4 extra days ? That I paid to Hilton I just don't get it ?

    Overall this property was great. Front desk staff and bartender were nice. Housekeeping, however, opened our door at 8 am. 1 did we forget to put the do not disturb sign out? Yes 2 did we have the safety lock on? No. 3 is it housekeeping 101 and common sense to knock on the door before going inA room before checkout time? YES! Do better!!

    Floor in the bathroom had dried stuck on organic material. Informed the front desk/staff who dispatched a cleaning person which led to a communication problem. I had to physical scrape off some of the unknown organic material with my finger nail to show the cleaning person what I was talking about. The cleaning person only spot cleaned. Later I reported other dried organic materials on the bathroom floor and requested housekeeping to scrub the entire bathroom floor which was not accomplished. The work around was I had to request additional floor towels to cover the entire bathroom floor so I was not stepping on the unknown organic stuck on material. Another suggestion to include a complimentary breakfast. Also the room's HVAC noise was too loud which required ear plugs to sleep. Furthermore the noise from the above room (rec center) woke me up early morning several times.

    Staff. Called the front desk to inquire about the van times when I landed. Was told driver was at the airport. I stated that was fine but I’d miss him. I was still deplaning. I asked next van time. She states an hour from now. Called back. A male states 24 minutes. When I ask about the difference, they just put me on hold…contacted driver and he stated he was still at the airport. No sense of what is going on. The driver spoke to me like I child, saying I was supposed to be out here. No one apologized. Upon checkin, the two women completely ignored me while standing at the front desk talking to each other and offered no apology for the confusion. A family checked in, and then the male I spoke with on the phone checked me in. Will never stay again. Even shuttle driver kept running his mouth to the point, I told him I needed to make a call. He kept trying to get me to say everything was fine. When I started to explain, he kept fast-talking. With that, there’s no point in trying to explain or get accountability. There was no point.

    I had a few problems at check in . They gave me the wrong key to the wrong room . Then when I got a new key to another room the room was not ready and was still being cleaned .     When I was at the airport, I called to see if transportation was coming. They never answered the phone so I had to Uber to the airport after waiting an hour and a half. Once I arrived at the property, one of the staff members did not try to accommodate me staying in the east building, but one of the other staff members did help me. Dinner was horrible and wings was too salty and my cheese sticks was cold. I was very disappointed during my stay.

    Hotel is amazing! From the cleanliness to the amazing staff to the location! Easy access to downtown DC and Maryland. Literally anywhere you want to go is within a reasonable time. I ended up here after an appointment was postponed and stayed 2 additional days because my family was comfortable and we enjoyed not only our stay but the never ending entertainment nearby!     The service desk employees were amazing; friendly and professional. We really enjoyed speaking with them. The restaurant waiter was a real gentleman and the food was very good. Our only complaint was I was given wrong information by some front desk employee when I called after placing the reservation. I had asked specifically if the shuttle would be available for our 7am flight and was assured it would be as long as I set it up at check-in. Only to find out it doesn’t even start till 6am, so we had to pay $21 for an Uber.

    The room was comfortable enough although the pillows were not. Our room had a toilet that seemed to not have a wax ring causing it to not be solid on the floor making it unstable.     Very reasonable rate and nice staff in older facility with good size rooms that is somewhat run down (eg elevators) with an adequate bar /rest but no dining near by.

    The wall outlets did not work couldn’t charge our phones… it was spotty at best, phone lines were down most of the week so we couldn’t call the hotel or use room service at all, outlet in the bathroom was dusty and sunken into the wall ( I also have a picture of that as well) dirty hand towel that had make up stains on it. (Picture of that as well) can’t say that I would recommend the hotel. It was nice however how close it was to the Arlington cemetery where we were in town for my brothers funeral. Not the best experience but not the worst.

    Hotel seemed virtually empty. I don’t know if it’s because there was a government shut down or if that’s just normal for this particular hotel. In our room, the shower didn’t work and neither did the phone so we had no way to contact the front desk. We went to the dining room and they were not only out of Chardonnay, but they were also out of vodka which for a Thursday evening seemed unusual. Why not just go to the local liquor store and buy a bottle of each. The food was mediocre at best. The dining room was like being in a diner. This is strictly a no frills place to be. Probably would not stay here again, unless it was really important geographically.

    I didn’t like the fact that the shower drain was clogged and would immediately flood when I took a shower, which felt nasty. Also the fact that I booked a king size bed, but was put in a room with two smaller beds.

    I checked in late and they were understaffed saying they had a wedding and a birthday party and could not give me towels! They also had police and national guard the next morning all over the lobby just hanging out! Not amazing service overall and seems scary. Go to Embassy Suite for the same price!

    Hotel was reasonably priced but needed updates to the carpet and paint in the rooms. When we first arrive only two elevators worked and by the time we checked out, only one elevator was working. That created delays getting leaving our rooms or going back upstairs to our room. Finally, the batteries on our room door died and we had to wait twenty minutes for the batteries to be replaced for room entry. Parking was reasonable and the breakfast was decent for a hotel buffet. Water was available all day in the lobby but coffee was promptly removed by 10am so patrons would spend with the barista.

    Hotel nice except things like light out in bathroom and hotel split into towers, confusing with multiple elevators…had to haul suitcases up to an area then up and over stairs down another hall. Likewise to return to parking garage. Parking was additional - over $30 and breakfast was good however $76 for 3 of us!!!! Not THAT exceptional!!

    The ice machines on most floors weren't working Our aircon in our room wouldn't turn off Workers where painting skirting boards in the restaurant while we were eating breakfast. Very limited gluten free options for breakfast The staff where nice enough but did seem distracted at times and we had to wait excessively long time to be seated at restaurant several times.

    Besides a woman walking around literally NAKED with her husband or pimp (not sure) and small inconveniences of dirtiness in the room, overall the stay (inside the room) was a decent night. If you have children, the area (neighborhood) the hotel is in is not the best. My daughter came to me expressing 4 boys her age 12-13 asked her if she had any cannabis and where to buy from. So please just be mindful of the people around.

    The girl I must have inconvenienced by wanting to check in. She was busy texting on her phone and was very rude. The other staff then next morning were very nice. We made the choice to stay elsewhere the next night.

    Love that this property is only a 25 min walk to Pentagon City mall area. There is some construction going on in the area between the hotel, by the Pentagon, towards Pentagon City it there is a walking path and lots of locals were walking back from Pentagon City the evening that I did the same walk. I also loved that there is an airport shuttle, and the morning I was taking it to the airport - to hop on the Metro to go to work on Capitol Hill the shuttle stopped right in front of the Pentagon City Metro stop which was great! Loved the view at night from my DC facing room. The rooms have all been recently refurbished and were very large & comfortable.

    It is a good location. Close to everything we wanted to go see. Shuttle service on arrival wasn’t good. We ended up having to Uber after waiting for 30 minutes or more. There’s only 1 clerk at the desk, so you have to wait a bit and the calls were not answered (I called yo ask about something but it was easier to go down to talk to the clerk) because there was only 1 clerk. Once you started talking, the clerk, waitresses, bell hop were all lovely and helpful.

    I should have just listened to the reviews. This hotel was so dated and had so much water damage and mold. I was sick all night. You can smell that it’s wet and they try to mask the smell with the air being on blast!

    When I booked through hotels.com they said that there was a shuttle to the airport. When I inquired they said that the shuttle was not available when I needed it. I asked them to book a taxi, the clerk said they would do it in the morning. When I came in the morning they said it should have been done at night. I asked for a wake up call but I didn't get one.

    Need to update the place aesthetic pretty old. When I checked in the room bath tub had some fungus in it backed up from the pipes. Cleaning service should have reported it before me a customer was given that room. The second room was a bit better but missing shower gels on the wall two were missing only one was on the wall. I had to call and got no one and had to walk downstairs to ask for a new room. Front desk need to answer calls from room service.

    Room was falling apart. As a guy that builds new buildings and takes care of old ones it was unacceptable. Light switches broken, stains on shower tile, lights out, and so much more.

    The hotel does not live up to the Sheraton class. The hotel has probably seen better days. The area around the hotel does not look safe to walk around alone or after dark. Maintenance is an issue. In my room, there was an open crack across the ceiling. The phone in the room was useless and there was no way to contact the front desk. The one saving grace was the quality of the staff and their responsiveness.

    The staff from check-in to check-out was so incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly! The room was very clean. We ordered loaded waffle fries through room service and they were a nice treat. We received a hearty portion for the price. We did pay $15 a day for parking. That was not included in the room price through Expedia. So, that was a surprise when we checked in. Expedia should have disclosed that information when booking. Our family overall enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!
