Besides the signage being confusing, everyone and everything was wonderful. One of the most beautiful rooms we've been in at the Inn, but it is pricey!

The experience was amazing. Cannot say enough of how polite the staff was, our room was spectacular with amenities that went over and beyond for a hotel. Food at the library lounge, dinning room and room service was outside! The peaceful atmosphere and the use of shuttle service made this stay one of my all time favorites.

Breakfast at the Inn was great! Had dinner at the Village Social and the Bistro. Both were very good. Touring the mansion was very interesting, especially the Backstairs Tour. Wasn’t that impressed with Luminare, way overpriced.

We had a wonderful stay. Some of the staff would benefit from some more training. The restaurant meals were not as good as we expected for a hotel of this rating.

The only small niggle is that the dining room staff could be a bit better organized. Other than that A+.

Rooms are beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds. We loved the robes. Mountain View was worth it. Hotel service was excellent, we enjoyed that. Only disappointment was not being able to schedule a trail ride or carriage ride, we requested it, called and left a message with no call returned. It also wasn’t available on the website to make reservations for that, which would be very helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel, we will return again.

A fab choice to stay when visiting the Biltmore Estate. Nice walk down to antler village for more dining choices/casual options and the winery - Inn has a full formal dining room and more casual library lounge with options for HH or lighter meals - enjoy one on the loggia! Room was spacious and comfortable.

A beautiful property in an amazing setting! The Inn is a wonderful destination! Beautifully landscaped with high end finishes, the rooms are comfortable, very clean and well appointed! The staff, from the valet to the housekeeping, front desk to the restaurant are exceptional! Come and enjoy the mountains with a glass of wine and relax! On the property of the Biltmore, the is plenty to see and do! We intend to make this a 2x years experience.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very accommodating. The room is so cute and the single rose in the bathroom is beautiful. Our only complaint is the food in the lounge. We had dinner in the lounge on our arrival. The food was not very good, the carbonara wasn’t even edible. The second night we walked down to the social and the food was amazing! The trout and the pork chop were both excellent and 1/3 of the price (which we don’t mind paying for good food). We will be back but we will not be eating on the Inn property.

Do not stay in an adjoining room. Door allows noise to come through and it's not buffered at all. It was a very disappointing part of our stay.

Impeccable EVERYTHING!!

Excellent facility! From grounds to the hotel itself, impeccably maintained! Staff at all levels was courteous, friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious, kept spotless by housekeeping staff, and well suited to a relaxing experience.

I'd be remiss not to callout the fun activities we were able to do in between our meals/drinks: sporting clays (maybe the highlight of the trip!), wine tasting, and of course the Biltmore House tour. It's also fantastic to just walk around on the walking trails and admire the incredible view. We already started planning our next trip back before we left!

Service and immaculate grounds.

Also, our room 582 was all the way at the end of two halls. The last room. The walk to the elevator was hard for me as I was recently recovering from surgery. It felt like we were in a different county. All in all, the Biltmore has lost its luster for us. We brought our daughter and her husband there as a Christmas gift and it just wasn’t what we expected. We won’t be back.

Super friendly staff and excellent amenities. I am supposed to remove a star, yet the benefits outweigh the problem; it should still be taken seriously. I trust that the housekeeping staff will ensure thorough cleaning and maintain the rooms in a spotless condition. Upon accidentally dropping my eyeglasses on the floor, I observed that beneath the console table and beds, there was a significant accumulation of dust and dirt.

We were not told anything about a free breakfast when we checked in. They also failed to tell us

Every morning we had issues at breakfast. The waiters repeatedly overcharged us—counting our children as adults instead of applying the children’s breakfast rate. Our breakfast bill exceeded $180, so we eventually stopped using the buffet and started ordering à la carte from the menu, which was actually more reasonable. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to have changed from a luxury establishment into one that focuses on overcharging guests.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff was kind, attentive, and accommodating. The housekeeping staff stood out to me because they were always so courteous when we left our room every morning and the little extra details

Comfy beds. Convenient shuttle service. Cute village for dining and shopping Awesome 4 mile trail from the Inn to the Biltmore. Only complaint was we were sat downstairs in the main fireplace room for 45 minutes without anyone coming to the table.

This hotel was an absolute treat. The room was fabulous and the staff was delightful. We saved money on some of our other stays on the trip but decided these nights we would treat ourselves and it didn’t disappoint.

Five star experience. Ritz Carlton like staff and service. The estate has the most beautiful conservatory my wife and I have ever seen. Newly renovated property in 2025 and our lovely room had the new furniture smell. Definitely the "perfect combination of relaxation and recreation." Expensive but worth the unique experience and I would stay here again.

The new beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The room temperature was set to 60f when we arrived back from dinner. Not pleasant on a cold night. Water in the shower was mostly luke warm. After going out side at 3.30 on a freezing morning due to a fire alarm I was surprised that no staff member came out to engage and update guests. Not sure if I'll be back. Had great visits in the past.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn, we plan to come back and bring the kids.

The food in the dining room and the Library Lounge is diners. The waitstaff are all genuinely friendly and strive to provide excellent service.

Hotel was great other than the bar area. Service was extremely slow, they need more help and more than one bartender!

This was the perfect place to stay ahead of my visit to Biltmore House. I had 2 spa treatments, a wonderful dinner and breakfast in the dining room, and a cozy lunch by a sun filled window. The rooms are well appointed and the bed, comfortable. The cheerful and helpful staff navigated a ride to the airport for me. I look forward to a future visit!

The staff are extremely well trained and “of course!” Is always their reply. They are all friendly without being obsequious. Standards are high for service, food (quality, freshness, presentation, options), cleanliness and promptness. We found it frustrating to book reservations in the dining room, told there was no availability, even when there were several empty tables, throughout our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very disappointing stay, food was bad. Staff was less than helpful. Would never stay here again. Total tourist trap, stay away.

Beautiful property. Bed was extremely hard. Bathroom light is on outside of door so if you get up in night the light wakes up others. Needs to be inside of the bathroom. Expensive.

The place is beautiful. The bedroom is elegantly decorated and bed was very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The grounds are gorgeous. I only wish they had more restaurant options on site. The overall stay was wonderful!

The bathroom facilities were impeccable with nothing wanting. The bed was most comfortable like sleeping in a cloud. The breakfast menu was excellent especially the buffet. The buffet we ate both days. The efficiency and professionalism of all the staff could not have been better.

The Inn at the Biltmore is a wonderful hotel nestled within the expansive and picturesque grounds of the estate. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the bellhops to the serving crew within the lounge and restaurant. The dining options were exceptional at the hotel and at the Antler Village which is only a short walk from the hotel. We enjoyed dining in the restaurants and in-room and the food in all instances was of the highest quality. Complimentary transportation between the sites was convenient and easy to navigate. The hotel room itself provided picturesque views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Estate, and was very comfortable with all of the expected conveniences. Morning tea and coffee was offered in the lobby area and our room also contained a Nespresso coffee maker. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back again in the future.

It was an amazing stay! One of the most beautiful places in North Carolina, if not the entire country! My family had never been there before and i wanted to spoil them, especially after the kids did so well at their national scholastic shooting championships. We loved touring the house, the gardens, the winery, and the conservatory. Staying at the Biltmore Inn just added that extra touch of luxury. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The Inn at Biltmore is palatial, both inside and out! Located at a higher elevation on the Biltmore estate, the view of the Blue Ridge Mountains is breathtaking! Dining options range from aristocratic to common accommodations. But all include wait staff that treat you as a VIP. The rooms are fit for royalty; and the welcome gift of your own book, “Biltmore, An American Masterpiece”, is a treasure to memorialize your experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Every single person we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. While we wish we could remember all their names, a few really stood out: Jim, our friendly and helpful shuttle driver; Lorenzo from valet, who was prompt and courteous; and Teresa in the dining room, who provided wonderful service. Speaking of meals, the food was phenomenal across the board. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious — not a single disappointment. The Inn itself is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It’s the perfect complement to the grandeur of the Biltmore Estate. We left feeling rested, inspired, and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one evening, after walking around the Estate and gardens. We ordered room service which was delicious (the chicken was absolutely amazing) and the food service staff was great! We didn’t spend a lot of time looking around the Inn but the fireplace was very inviting, the bed was absolutely wonderful and the stay was wonderful. Would stay again!

The Inn is gorgeous with a knob to Vanderbilt early days. Furnishings, service and atmosphere are very inviting.

We had our engagement in the library at the main house and stayed at the Inn it was fabulous! They are still cleaning up the grounds from Hellene but have done a remarkable job!

The staff was exceptional. The room was very nice and clean. I would recommend the breakfast buffet…delicious with plenty of options.

We had a great stay, my only complaints would be that there was no hot water for the shower or bathrooms. Being that the temperature was in the 30’s this made it unpleasant. The gentlemen at the front desk said “this is an issue we keep hearing about and are trying to work on it.”

We loved the convenience of the transportation buses available throughout the day.

Staff was lovely, tied our cords nearly with a cute ribbon, ice and chocolate at our door in the afternoon. Friendly staff. Can’t complain.

We were offered a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our 53rd anniversary. It never arrived until late in the evening after we had asked for it before dinner.While dressing for dinner a turn down was offered but as we were dressing we asked the lady to please come while we were at dinner. She never came back. In the morning we had to take cold showrers because there was no hot water. The front desk gave us a financial credit but the room still cost over $500 and it cant replace a problem filled 53rd annivarsary.

The room was lovely. The staff were all friendly and courteous The shuttle drivers were entertaining and prompt. As a senior, being dropped off close to the mansion as well as the other buildings, was extremely helpful to me. Even though we had a car, the shuttle was a great way to get from place to place on the Biltmore property.

We have stayed at the inn before and it was 5 star...our room on this stay was not 5 star...the room hadn't been refurbished yet and the inn must not be doing maintenance on these rooms...dirty carpets...clearly no steam cleaning and musty room due to moldy hvac unit

Beautiful Inn in a unbelievably gorgeous setting. The grounds were immaculate, and we really enjoyed being outside in the evenings. We were lucky to stay in one of the renovated rooms. The renovated rooms are a definite must!

The facilities were great. The phone in the room was a bit of a challenge to operate. Suggest you post operational instructions.

We loved the Biltmore estate and grounds. Our stay here was so peaceful and beautiful. Great customer service and outside areas were amazing and easy to explore many areas from. Our room was nice but beds were small/cramped and not that comfortable unfortunately. The property itself was the star.

Beautiful inside and out. Didn’t like that you can’t get your own ice at the Inn. Front desk employee lied and said they were working on fixing them, but found out from housekeeping that was not true. They only allow staff to get ice. Also no ventilation in bathroom.

The property was excellent and the staff was friendly. One thing was weird was that the ice machine was behind a locked door and room key did not work. They did deliver ice each evening but when we were leaving I wanted to put ice in a cooler for trip home. I am not sure why they do this

After checking in I noticed I was placed on a floor with a very large and loud wedding party who had rented a room nearby. At nearly 11 pm at night they were so loud I could hear them all the way down the hall. I would never have expected such a raucous group at a property I paid $500 /night to stay in. This was unacceptable. I went to the front desk and the clerk said “quiet time” was after midnight so to let her know if it was still loud after that time. The room was as expected and advertised, but the experience was so very disappointing.

We will return.

One of the great destinations!

It is difficult to walk around the estate because there are very few trails or sidewalks. The restaurant at The Inn was excellent for dinner but unable to handle the Sunday morning crowd. The room was nicely redone but quite pricy for an OK but not a Wow!

This property is under renovation. We were not given two rooms near each other-We were not even on the same floor. Very little effort on the part of the staff to welcome or provide service. Just an okay stay. Not memorable.

Unfortunately, there was a renovation mishap that closed the dining room when we were there, but they were very accommodating, even providing us with a light continental breakfast (which was the best I've ever had).

The restaurants well exceeded expectations

Like staying on the Estate when we visit the house for Christmas. Don’t like the breakfast option at the inn. Too long of a wait, even though many tables were open. Also not a fan of the strict dress code at the restaurant at the Inn. They could make it a little less dressy but still prohibit jeans, tennis shoes, sandals, t-shirts, etc.
