    The woman at front desk was wonderful so helpful and kind. The room was clean bed comfy I literally could not sleep all night the people on the next floor on top of my room were so noisy stomping on the floor ALL NIGHT and I mean all night well past 4 In morning. Was horrible got no sleep

    Nothing, worst experience we’ve ever had. There was a hug gap in our door where you could literally see through to the inside of our room. We had to shove a towel in the gap and it took 2 of them. There were women in the parking lot twerking on cars when we got back from visiting family. Starting around 1am, there was a lot of commotion coming from the parking lot that you could hear over the AC in our room on the 3rd story. A huge fight took place where someone literally was beat within what looked like an inch of his life. They repeatedly yelled the N word at the time of their lungs for almost 3 hours. I was not able to sleep at all and wish we could get our money back. I feel like it would have been better to stay in our car. We will never be back. The room smelt terrible and I had to go buy something to take away the smell. The elevator was just as bad. The entire place needs to be deodorized. Fridge doors and handle were disgusting. I wish I could upload the video we have of the fight but we didn’t take any pictures.

    I was placed in the first floor under someone that stomped around, dragged furniture and banged and dropped thing all night long! At 3i the morning I’m saying to myself, “surely these people will go to bed soon!” But noooooo! I also killed a roach climbing up the bathroom wall. The hallway didn’t appear to be vacuumed in quite sometime. I’m surprised I didn’t have bedbug encounters. Fortunately, that didn’t happen.

The hotel location was very dark, and I did not feel safe at this location. I could hear loud arguing and noises in rooms nearby. I ended up leaving the hotel and finding a reservation elsewhere without speaking to the front desk staff. I honestly didn’t feel safe traveling out of my room, so I took my things and went directly to my car. I would not recommend staying here. The room did not match the picture I saw online.

    Expedia should not promote this property. Everything smells like smoke, there are cigarette stains on the sheets, there was exposed wiring in the kitchen area, and we were kept awake all night by the upstairs guest walking back and forth from the bed to the front door. There was definitely some suspicious activity going on.

    I stayed here twice, a few days apart. The first room had bed bugs. I have pictures of the many bites. The second room was a smoking room (had an ash tray). I reserved a non-smoking room. There are no bedside lamps. The rooms aren't comfortable or inviting. Everything is cheap and the lighting is oppressive. The halls smell like sour bongwater. Calling this place "Biltmore West" is ridiculous. This isn't near Biltmore and nothing else at all in the area is called "Biltmore West"; it is just a BS marketing ploy. I've stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms in my life and this one is very near the bottom of the barrel in my experience.

    It was very peaceful after the 1st week. I was ubder a smoking floor. The person above me used to walk and stomp so loud it would jerk me out of a sound sleep. Would hear Chairs sliding, stomping at 1 2 3 4 5 am. They didn't sleep and never sat down. So i slept 3 good night's. Week 2 bottom floor. Non smoking above me. So anyone that has stayed above me. Went to bed by 11 12pm. So i have slept ever night so peacefully. Def 4 outta 5 for how quiet it is usually all over property.. Fix electronic doors. Only a couple work and other 2 randomly. NICE employees 👍

    This property was not one I would ever recommend. I got a smoke free room only to be told they didn’t have one and gave me a smoking room. There was no toilet paper in the room at all. There isn’t even a hook to hang a single towel. I ended up paying more than what Expedia reserved for me. The room rate was the same but an extra 30 something in taxes was added rather than the 14 in taxes Expedia gave me.

    Gave us the wrong room, there was a terrible smell in the room that was giving us a headache. I found a glade plug in in the corner that they had in the room. Once we got rid of that the old smoke and pet smell in the room was noticeable and bad. Not a good place to stay. Not safe. Drug deals in the parking lot.

    This is predominantly an extended stay property. Many of the little niceties, like a hair dryer, coffee maker and the like are not here. It was clean and comfortable, and they will give you what you ask for at the front desk. the front desk is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM. They give you a number to call for immediate needs. i did not need it, but if that's a concern for you, there you are.

    The chairs in the room were like dining room chairs - good to sit for an hour but uncomfortable afterwards. Furniture was cheap. When I arrived, there was no bedspread nor phone. Had to go downstairs to request as no one answered at the desk after several tries. "Telisha" (sic) did get those for me. Realized next morning there was no coffee maker. Lots of men were roaming around the parking lot in the evenings, which is a little concerning for single, older woman. Very, very disappointing stay. When I went to desk to cancel the 2nd night, which was right at 3:00, Jennifer would not give me a refund for that night. Absolutely terrible experience.

    I chose this hotel because it boasted a kitchen in the room. However the kitchen does not include dishes/utensils/ pots, or even a basic coffee maker! All the common areas smell strongly of marijuana, and cigarettes. I felt sick by the second night. The walls are thin so you can hear people walking above, and noises from the next room. There was hair stuck in our washcloths from the last guest who used it. I did not see in the advertised that this is an “extended stay” hotel. It felt more like a low income apartment building rather than a nice hotel. I would not recommend staying unless you plan to move in. There are no hotel perks.

    I would recommend that nobody stay there. It was unorganized and poorly managed. I was suppose to stay there 7 days and left after 1 night. Unfortunately, I will have to pay for the full stay. I moved to another hotel which was cheaper but was much much more relaxing and professional.

    We arrived after midnight and had to call for checkin. The manager arrived in about 10 minutes and had a sleepy child with her. It was clearly an inconvenience for her. She wasn’t rude, but certainly wasn’t friendly. The hotel hallways smelled of marijuana smoke. The room itself was clean, but very simple. No lamps, metal bed frames without a skirt, dripping faucets. We had 3 towels for 4 guests.I won’t go back.

    Great place if you wanted to make some drug deals in the parking lot. Dog poop everywhere my dog didn’t even want to go near the dog area. The hallway smelled so bad I had to hold my breath walking to my room. The elevator had urine in the corners. We left early. I was highly disgusted in the whole experience. We were looking forward to spending sone time in Asheville but we cut it short. YUCK

    I was traveling with friends to a wedding. When we arrived at 3:40 PM to check in and dress for the wedding, none of the rooms were cleaned. They allowed us to use a room that had been stripped but not cleaned to change for the wedding. Upon return at 10:45 PM, we were told that the key card lock on one of our rooms was broken and that the staff would have to let whoever stayed there in and we would need to use the slide lock to secure room from inside.

    The room that was issued to me needed a serious renovation, it looked like someone had a fight in it. No headboards for the bed, bathroom sink cracked and glued back together, exhaust panel under microwave missing causing grease to collect on the ceiling, bathroom had a stench in it so we purchased our own deodorants ect. Never had a room like this at WoodSprings, it should have been put out of service until brought back to standards. Hope the rest of the rooms don't look like the one issued to me.

    I showed up early and the room was not ready....fair enough check in was at 3 but I took an Uber there so I was kinda stuck. Was told it would be ready in 2 hours so I walked down to a place to eat and then returned right before 3 and was told 30 more minutes..I just sat outside on the curb because they didn't have any place inside or even chairs or benches outside. My room wasn't ready until 415 and I got a "sorry". The room was gross...smelled, carpet had a thousand stains as did the counters and just looked rough. Walls were also super thin. I wouldn't recommend this place.

    We stayed here to breakup our longer drive. The experience was so bad that it put a stain on the rest of the trip. Had to wait an hour to check at 10pm. They gave away our room to the person in front of us after calling earlier in the day to verify that we were coming. They gave us (our group had a toddler and a pregnant woman) smoking rooms because we booked through Expedia. The staff was unhelpful and borderline rude, the rooms themselves were dirty and and in disrepair. The air conditioner housing was removed from the wall and the microwave door glass was smashed. On top of all of this the other tenants were loud and argumentative throughout the night with no assistance from staff. By far my worst experience with booking through Expedia.

    Management was extremely rude to the point I almost left. They do not follow Covid procedures but jump all over those who’s mask maybe slipping down. Lead by example. The place smelled like smoke and wasn’t very clean. My sheets had hair balls so I slept on the other bed. Will not come back

    I booked two reservations. The first one I was located on the first floors and the person over me kept walking hard on the floor and this affected my sleep. I had to move my room to the upper floor where the smokers are. At first the smoking bothered me but I had to buy air fresheners to place in my new room to help with the cigarette smell. So, far this had helped me with my stay at least I got a better goodnight sleep. Overall the place is nice.

    The hotel was no clean the smell was so bad on the room they said the half full kitchen and there is the worst nothing to cook. When we arrive there the lady at the front desk told us that that hotel was more for the people that work on contractions and go to sleep there that is why the hotel look like that unless smell like that

    We chose this property because of the very limited breakfast options at other hotels. The fridge, cooktop and microwave were for us to make breakfast, however, no cookware was provided because of COVID which made the cooktop useless for us. I guess I should have confirmed this before I bought a dozen eggs! Ended up with paperware and microwaving breakfast. Bummer was no coffeemaker or coffee in the lobby. The desk clerk was very friendly and provided an extra towel because my wife uses two and there were only two in the room. Funny there was just one little bottle of shampoo for amenities. The room was very plain, but we just needed to sleep there. Unfortunately the building is such that we could hear the people above us walking around quite clearly, and got middle of the night calls from another room three times until I unplugged the phone. There is no switchboard. The next night the police responded to a dispute and kept knocking on the door next to us after the girl involved went down the hall banging on everyones door. Again, no staff on duty all night. Later we were told they or we could have called the on call staff, however there was no information about this in the room. I understand they cannot control their guests, and maybe there is a different clientele at an extended stay hotel.

    I traveled three hours to the hotel in heavy mountain traffic and my reservation was lost when I arrived at the hotel. Slept in the car and it was very cold that night.     I am a bit more disappointed in orbitz than the hotel. Orbitz does NOT have up to date pictures on their site of this hotel and it is deceiving, as the hotel is not as nice as the pictures. Add years of wear and tear to the pictures and it might be accurate. For example, in the picture there are bed skirts that in reality are not only missing but in the picture hide the fact that the beds are wire frames, much like a rollaway cot. The fake would of the furniture is beat up and has exposed edges of the particle board its made of. The TV had a gash in the center of it where then no picture would display so watching shows had a gap right in the middle of the picture. The floors were horribly stained and I can't stay it felt truly clean in this hotel. I booked a non smoking room but upon arrival found I had been put in a smoking room which the front desk only informed me upon arrival stating they ran out of non smoking rooms. Had I known in advance I would have booked a different hotel to meet my needs but given the last minute notice all other hotels in the area were already booked. To say the least - what a disappointment.

    Amazing helpful staff with what they had. Sorry to say the mattress was horrible. With as many guests coming and going the company should upgrade. Being away from home in an unfamiliar environment deserves a good night sleep.

    The receptionist payed more attention to the computer than she did customers attempting to check in. No one was in front of me in line and it took roughly thirty minutes before I was checked in. The hotel would not provide one extra soap when asked, also the room was not cleaned once during my stay.

    A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot at all times of day/night. I had a generator stolen from the back of my vehicle in complete daylight. Hallways and elevators always smell like cigarette smoke.

    Horrible experience. At check in internet was down. I had to leave go to ATM pay cash. No hot water overnight. Internet not working in the room. Could not work on my computer. Water leaking from ceiling. Staff in my room without notifying me. It was the worst experience ever!!!

    Room was ok. Went to check out at 7:30 am, desk was supposed to open at 7 and wasn’t. I could hear the guy behind the counter so I called from the lobby phone and he was very snippy with me even though he was the late one.

    Workers at the front desk not wearing masks in a pandemic, no towels in the room when we got there. If you have a room on the first floor be prepared to hear people’s footsteps from upstairs, as well as thin walls and windows you can hear people’s conversations outside your room. But it’s a great location not far from downtown.

    Arrived at the property and was immediately dismayed. When we saw the room, we were revulsed. The room was dingy with only stark overhead lighting available. The room was advertised as "a fully-stocked kitchenette" and we found no coockware or eating utinsels. Comparing the actual room to those online showed several glaring disparities. The receptionist was asked about the differencies and she confirmed that the online photos were actualy of a different property and newer property, not representative of the current property. We protested that we jad been mislead and the property quality intentially misrepresented and we demanded a full and immediate refund. The clerk was understanding and initiated the refund. Recommed avoid this property at all cost.

    I was unaware that this was a weekly stay hotels. The walls in this place or paperthin including the floors which are made of wood all the noise from the upstairs neighbors transfer directly into our room I have barely sleptWhen I arrived there were people hanging out all around the property in work clothes drinking and socializing in the parking lot and sitting along the hallways.

    Made a last minute decision to stay in area. This was one of the last few rooms available in Asheville. I guess you get what you pay for here. Foyer smelled, elevator smelled of cigarettes and room smelt like cat urine. Won’t be back for sure.

    The fact that they had the top floor as a smoking rooms , yet they let in some drug addicts on their site . I did not mind some of the noise , but why did we see people coming and going into the next room , It look suspicious . The overall outside look nice , but the room was not what i expected . The wiring in the bathroom was weak , the light would stay on as long as you leave it on . I cannot say much about the other rooms but only the one I stayed in .. The staff was nice on the week days but kind of moody on the weekend .. I understand that it is tough to control a hotel , but please show some smiles , cause we paid to stay in your place . Should of been more satisfying than what was going on . . I may or may not come again in the future

    We had a TERRIBLE experience with this hotel. We got to the hotel around 5:15 or so to check in and they said there were no rooms ready for check in. They said it would be about 20 - 30 minutes. We ended up going to eat, coming back, still no room and had to sit in our car for hours before getting let it. They do not have a lounge area for waiting. I believe it was around 8:30pm when we finally got in. We saw what looked like a drug deal in the parking lot. The rooms are old, ugly and stained. Don't look in the corner of the floor board by the side of the bed! It's nasty! There were burn marks on the counter by the tiny stove. I will never book with this hotel again.

    I liked the hotel except it smelled like marijuana in the halls, people who had room over mine was up all night, banging on the floor, and there was bugs in my room 212. House keeping did not change trash and i was told very rudely that there is a dumpster out back and i can take it out. No ice machine, no soap in bathroom, only two towels. No coffee pot or coffee in lobby or machine

    Great value qnd friendly staff! The manager, Bridget was accommodating and extremely hospitable. The grounds were well maintained and the room was clean. I was able to schedule the housekeeping around my needs which is always helpful. Location was convenient quite so I was able to get my much needed rest. I definitely recommend this place to any travelers looking for a quality room at very reasonable prices.

    After surfing hotel to hotel, I finally found a place to stay in Asheville weekly. Was a nice quiet, out of the way location. Place seems top be well maintained, with nice amenities. Only critique is that there are no furnishings at all.

    Very loud and people drinking in the parking lot all hours of the night. You have to pY $30 for dishes to cook with and they dont clean your room at all. Too expensive for what they offer. Do NOT recommend staying here.

    This place offers a kitchette without any utensils, coffee maker or other kitchen stuff. The area did not feel safe and the bed was very uncomfortable. The towels were also cheap and had stuff all intertwined in the fabric. Was not worth the money.

    We walked in and we seen a roach the toilet had burn marks on it . The sheets was dirty I had to put my sheets on there . I felt nasty I had to clean the room with my own cleaning products.
