The lady at the front desk was great! She got us checked in very quickly and early. We ate at the bar in the lobby after the Braves game (which they have a shuttle to take you to and from the stadium). Food and drinks were excellent and the bar tender was great! It was an overall great experience and we will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and very well kept, which made everything feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I checked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds were absolutely amazing and some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on while traveling. And a huge shoutout to the super awesome shuttle driver who made getting to The Braves game easy, fun, and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and comfort!

The hotel was okay, some of the staff were not very friendly. It was upsetting to learn that you have to pay for parking, which we did as soon as we arrived thinking we would be validated by the hotel, which the sign stated. Unfortunately, it was almost $30 to park during our one night stay. However, when we arrived multiple vehicles were parking and I did not see anyone scan the QR codes in the parking lot. Not to say they didn’t at some point. Seems as though we would have been better off just not following instruction to do so, would have saved us $30.

This is an older hotel, but it was well kept. I was impressed that the carpet felt as clean as it did. The check in staff did their job but could have had a bit better customer service. The lady who checked us out was friendly. The shuttle to the battery was nice and easy. The only downside to the hotel was that you could not change where the showerhead sat and the shower curtain for the shower was way to small for it so it did ot prevent water from getting all over.

It was close to the ballpark, had a shuttle service. Going to the ballpark was great, however leaving the ballpark was very unsafe as the shuttle overloaded passengers. When we arrived at the property, staff were friendly, however I paid for a balcony and received a room without one. Upon arrival to my room I called the front desk and was told they had oversold the balcony rooms and were unable to switch our rooms. The rooms are older, and every sound from outside can be heard. We could hear all the sirens and a very loud barking/ whining dog all night…so very little sleeping. The next day our air conditioning went out..they sent someone from maintenance who couldn’t fix the problem. Finally they switched our rooms to the balcony room which I originally paid for. Maintenance: poor sound proofing, Water pressure is very low, large gaps in doors leading to the outside, pool and hot tub out of order, several ice machines were broken. Wine and cocktail glasses littered the hotel for days. The location of the park was very convenient to Truist stadium and provides a complimentary shuttle..going to the game was great however leaving the game was very sketchy as the shuttle was overloaded with passengers. Some sitting in laps and some standing in the cargo area.

Convenient location, close to ballpark. Unclean lobby, cocktail and wine glasses littered the area. Older rooms that aren’t soundproof. I paid for a balcony room, but the room I was given did not have a balcony. I called the front desk and was told they had oversold rooms and didn’t have a balcony room available. We decided to stay in the room, the room next to ours had a dog that barked and whined all night. You could hear all the sirens and outside noises..so we didn’t sleep great. The next day our air conditioning stopped working, we called the front desk and they had maintenance come. The gentleman seamed nice, however appeared to just push some buttons and leave. 15 minutes after he left it turned off again. We called the front desk again and they agreed to switch our room. So we had to pack everything up and switch rooms. (This room had a balcony) the balcony door had a large gap allowing air and bugs in. It was also very hard to open. The shower had poor water pressure and was not sound proof. We were told it was accessible, however the shower was not ada compliant. Later that night we enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to the game, we were told to arrive back at the shuttle before 10:30 as this was the last stop. We arrived at 10:15, a large group of people crowded the shuttle. The seats inside filled up quickly, the shuttle driver said he could hold a few more in the cargo area. Myself and 6 other passengers rode in the back of the van- it was very unsafe and we were all frightened.

The front desk people were friendly. The room smelled musty, hinting at old water somewhere. The paint in the room (including bathroom) was chipped and had been messily covered up. The ice machine was broken. The mattress was so sunken in where the pillows set, that we had to rotate it. Upon doing so, we saw dirty clothing under the bed, from who knows when! Disgusted... To top it off- as PAYING GUESTS OF THE HOTEL we had to pay 30/day TO PARK...or risk being towed. We will NEVER stay at a Hilton ever again. They are so far from the brand they once were. We were disappointed on many levels.

We really liked how close it was to everything. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was pretty nice when it didn't smell like Marijuana. Stayed for our honeymoon weekend and wish we would have picked another place. Besides our dealings here, the weekend was great. We didn't like that you had to pay for parking even though you're staying there. They made up for that by having a shuttle running to the braves games. But getting back on shuttle after game was a crap show. We were told the last shuttle run was 10-10:30, so we had a friend who was also at the game bring us back so could stay for fireworks. Saturday, we were where we were told to be for pick up at 10ish with a line of other guests. After waiting for a while (understandable with traffic), the small van shows up. A group of people that are just walking up, ran thru traffic and got on to shuttle before he got to where he said pick up was. We asked if he would be making another trip and was told no pretty rudely. We had to shell out more money for an Uber. A few guests we were waiting with even had left the game early and missed the walk off grand slam to make sure they'd be there to catch the shuttle since they had had the same issue the night before. It would have been cheaper and less hassle to stay somewhere else and just drive and park at the game. We said something at the front desk about the situation when we got back and was told we would get free breakfast in the morning for our trouble (typically $16/a guest). Went down in morning and was treated like we were idiots. The staff was rude and immediately acted like we were the problem. We ended up just leaving. The room also constantly smelled like weed.

The air conditioning in the room did not work so we were changed to a different room and it still didn’t work. Buyer beware: They did not have the room I reserved and would not refund the difference. When I arrived, which was earlier than the check in time, they told me that no suite was available, nor would it be available and because I used a third party to book the hotel there was nothing I could do. They overbooked the suites. I reached out to Expedia and even they reached out and the hotel refused to refund the difference of the downgrade that I had to stay in. I know things happen, but the fact they would not refund the difference, even when Expedia reached out speaks volumes about their business practices.

Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast choices was very good. There needs to be more than 2 seats in the indoor pool area. If you have younger children swimming inside, you need to be able to sit down to supervise your kids if you are not planning to swim. Also, there were no beach towels at the pool, so walking back to the room soaking wet was not fun. Please provide beach towels as most people don't travel with them.

The lady at checkout was nice. The bed was comfortable. Everything needs updated, the door to the entrance was broken you have to operate it by hand, the elevator was very loud and quite jarring. The man on duty behind the desk didn’t even greet us when we came in. I didn’t see there was a $25 parking fee when booking or that there was going to be a $50 additional fee on top of the booking fees. There was no hot water in the morning, we didn’t know we had to call down to have an engineer turn it on, and to have water pressure turned up “because of low occupancy” until checking out. The carpet in the room was very outdated, and the room was attached to an adjoining room. I thought for the money I spent on this hotel I would have been enjoying my stay but not so much.

I can’t say enough about the kind and caring staff here at the DoubleTree. Stacy was my first point of contact - she went above and beyond to accommodate an early check in for me. She empathized with us so naturally, and I really felt taken care of. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the king sized bed was so comfy that we slept in until 1pm! My next “wow” moment was the next evening; I approached the bar/restaurant and bc it was empty, I asked the man if the kitchen was closed? He was so warm and friendly and offered to fire up the kitchen to make me a pizza. He introduced himself as Brian. I was just blown away at the genuine hospitality. Brian really didn’t have to accommodate me but he did anyway, and in a way that made me feel welcomed. I wanted to make sure I gave these staff a proper shout out for being AMAZING just because. 10/10 will be back to this DoubleTree. Your kindness is so appreciated.

I use this property when I am training new reps. It has a great lobby and work area. It is unfortunate that they provide a printer, but no ink in the cartridge.

I arrived at the property without a reservation and was told I should book the reservation online, as it would be cheaper. After I booked online, they asked for a confirmation number. I provided the number and they said they could not look it up that way. After locating my reservation, I was told they did not have the room I booked and they were not sure how I was able to book it online as it was not available. Since the bed was smaller than what I booked, I asked of the room was cheaper and was told no. After check in, I asked if a bellman was available to assist me with bags. The response was that they had a luggage cart I could use. The front desk person walked me out and put 2 bags on the cart and said he had to go back to the desk. After loading my own remaining bags, it was hard to push or turn the cart. All of my bags fell off as I was trying to enter the building as there is a floor depression at the opening doors. The front desk person came and helped me get one bag back on. When I got to the elevators, the wheel got stuck and the cart completely fell over to one side. Thank s time I had the pick up the cart and the luggage. When I finally made it to my room, it was clean and comfortable.

The front lobby area is beautiful and modern. However, the pools left much to be desired. The outdoor pool was open but the water was very cloudy. The indoor pool was under construction and looked rough. There was also a hot tub that looked dated. The rooms were clean and nice. However, lighting was terrible. Also, there were several areas that were patched up, making the room look rundown. The most frustrating part is I repeatedly tried to work with Expedia and the property to check out early and get a credit for the night I wasn’t staying. However, I had to go through several hoops and didn’t get that issue resolved. That was very frustrating. The property has great easy, free parking. It’s also close to several shops and restaurants. Target, Starbucks and Chipotle are walking distance, along with some other local restaurants. Overall it was a nice property. I give it 3 stars due to the condition with patched up stuff.

One elevator was not working and the doors of "working" elevator would not open all the way and was very slow. Long lines of people waiting to use the 1 "working" elevator . indoor pool was empty. outdoor pool was dirty, water was hazy and looked like it had not been cleaned for some time.

There was no towel on the shelve in the pool area, so I asked the front staff for some pool towel, but they just told me to wait until the other staff who takes care of preparing towels to show up. It was already pool open hour and they should have been ready for it. Also, indoor pool was broken, that was disappointing.

Smelled really nasty/weird throughout the hotel. Smelled like trash next to the pool like a dumpster was on the other side of the fence I’m not sure it if was but it smelled like it. Pool was dirty. Hair in shower and dead spider smooshed to ceiling. Jacuzzi broken. And the balcony was absolutely waste of the extra $ so small not even big enough to put a chair and it was dirty. Staff was VERY nice !!!! None of the above would be any of their control it’s just an old hotel and I think they work with what they got but need a few updates to the building

The style inside was warm and welcoming, staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. One elevator seemedbto not work at all and the functional one was slow and noisy. The room had nice fixtures and very comfortable beds. My family and I enjoyed hanging out at the outdoor pool but the indoor pool looked nice also. We went to a Braves game and the hotel staff was very helpful answering questions we had regarding the game. The hotel was also less than a mile from the stadium. Highly recommend

Service was a mix bag: reception desk sucked (they gave away my room - double- because I booked thru hotels.com. When I asked why, they told me they overbook and I could cancel… I called Hotels.com and got an early checking (after a different person at the desk took pity on us…). Elijah was the best! Shuttle was convenient. Parking great. One of the elevators’ doors did not work properly, but we managed. So the only issue was the disregard for a reservation that we did months in advance just because we did not book directly with the hotel.

Not as close to Truist Park as I would have liked, a little misleading in the description. Photos on hotels.com were misleading ad well. Hotel is not as new as its show to be. Pool area is nice but pool is rundown, water is cold in the indoor pool and there were bugs in it.. hot tub however, was pristine and awesome to sit in. Bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was not worth what they charged for it and we barely had hot water in our shower. It took 5 minutes for it to get warm.

The check-in was good but when we tried to get in the room, the key did not work. I alerted the front desk, and she did call the maintenance service. He came to our assistance before his clock in time. He stated that the battery was possibly dead in the door but was didn't have the correct tool. In the meantime, we waited. He came back; He was not able to complete the task. He said that he would come back after we returned to the room. upon our return back, the cleek said that he had repaired the door. We arrived at the room, and it was not fixed. We still could not get in. We waited a length of time before the clerk could let us in. I asked if we could get a discount for the inconvenience. She said yes, however upon checking out, the morning clerk said that he had no knowledge of it and that I would have to file a complaint through expedia. Other than that, the room was fine.

You can tell that the property is old and they did some renovations to spruce it up. The doors are EXTREMELY heavy so you can hear people’s doors closing all throughout the day and night. Also, their plumbing must be old because you can randomly hear a screeching noise when people turn their water on. However, the staff and the other patrons were very nice and the location was ideal for what I needed to do for my short stay.
