-- As it was an older property, we couldn't use the trolley for our luggage to access our first-floor room, as there were stairs from the lobby level to the first-floor level. So we had to lug our suitcases and garment bags up the stairs, which, as we are in our 70s, was difficult. -- The shower didn't work, so we had to use the handheld shower device. Not good. -- The AC unit was terribly loud and kept waking us up in the night. -- The bed was comfortable but the sheets were scratchy. On the positive side, the staff was pleasant.
- 3/5
Ac in my room didn’t work at all. Room was 77 degrees the whole time
- 4/5
Clean room, easy check in, and nice aesthetic. Only complaint was the air conditioner making a rattle sound every time it ran.
- 5/5
The staff were excellent. Courteous, helpful, and genuine. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Our 4 day stay was perfect. Easy access to food and events is perfect.
- 5/5
This hotel is pretty, bright, and very clean. My room was very quiet, which I appreciated. My breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. It was very difficult to get on WiFi, even though I signed up for IHG points.
- 4.5/5
Staff are extra friendly and very professional. Nothing
- 3.5/5
Great location near Braves Stadium. Hotel was beautifully designed and clean. Room was ready to go when we arrived. Our rooms air temp never went below 76, even after letting the concierge know. The breakfast was tasty but we waited 45 minutes for the food and had to send the potatoes back due to still being refrigerator cold. They were very busy and although they tried, they didnt seem capable of dealing with a full house.

The hotel renovations are shaping up nicely; however, our assigned room did not have a working phone and the TV could not find a signal, so we were unable to use those. It was a short overnight stay, so it wasn’t a major ordeal that required switching rooms, but hopefully that won’t be an issue when we stay there again. The room was clean and comfortable as it has been during other visits. Safe and convenient location that’s walking distance from restaurants and retail shops. Dog friendly too.
- 5/5
It was undergoing remodel so part of hotel not available. Did not have breakfast or need parking.
- 1/5
Hotel was under major renovation during my stay.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a varied menu and the coffee was excellent
- 5/5
Very enjoyable
- 5/5
Good staff, clean facility & the renovations they’re doing will improve overall. The beds are comfy & checkout later (noon)

Great location!! All of the staff were amazing!!
- 5/5
Great location in a quiet neighborhood Not aware it was under renovation but certainly understandable and not an issue

Check in was at 3pm. I didn’t get a room until 5:30pm. No one seemed to care. I wasn’t the only guest who had this problem. Had to leave luggage at the front desk because I had tickets to a Braves game that I didn’t want to miss.
- 5/5
Currently there is some interior construction occurring but it doesn’t really interfere with anything. The room AC is very noisy when it turns on
- 2/5
Staff was great, however, the shower water in multiple rooms had very bad smell to it, property was undergoing construction, phone and various outlets in room didn’t work.

Convenient location, nice surroundings, low to no surrounding outdoor property noise. Excellent staff. Nice experience all around. Really enjoyed our balcony. Only negative was how firm that bed was. Just did not sleep well. It was great that it was a Super King; just so uncomfortable.

I prepaid for my stay through a third party, and at check-in I was told my card would only be used for incidentals. However, after checkout, I noticed multiple additional charges from the hotel. When I called, I was told to contact Expedia—even though the charges were clearly from the hotel. Expedia later confirmed the hotel admitted the charges were a mistake and said I would be refunded within 48 hours. Instead, I woke up to yet another charge. The lack of communication, billing errors, and unprofessional customer service made this a very frustrating experience. Be sure to monitor your account closely if you stay here.

Staff was excellent and ensured we had a fridge set in our room before we checked in
- 3/5
Clean room. Staff was nice. The TV in the room is old school. So, no streaming services were available. Which is fine but we didn’t expect it. Also, there was no mini fridge. Again, no biggie but haven’t stayed at a hotel in awhile without a mini fridge and smart tv being default. The room was clean but there were no trash bags in the trash cans. The shower was either super hot or super cold. It’s a good hotel but not for our needs. We won’t be staying again.
- 2/5
No access to hot tub/pool. No microwaves or refrigerators. No available parking in the on ground parking lot.
- 4/5
Great location, superior potential, great attitude and effort despite being in the throes of renovations. Bottom line - they should have passed in the renovations to warrant the full price stay.
- 5/5
Ok
- 4/5
It was fine for a few nights but I wouldn’t go back. The property is under renovation; the key system went out during our stay; we didn’t have a fridge and were told we would have to ask the front desk if we wanted one; and the market is an absolute rip off.
- 3/5
Okay.. needs upgrades
- 1/5
Not that great of a job done paying attention to detail and cleanliness. The room had an odor and was not cleaned well. Hair in the shower and around bathroom sink. HVAC system loud made it impossible for me to sleep. Pets in the hotel I was not ok with that not ok to guest that’s not pet friendly with others animals
- 5/5

- 4/5

- 3/5
Location The lobby and restaurant furniture was damaged and needs replacement. The room was clean but bathroom is outdated. Hallway carpet was filthy and need to be cleaned.
- 5/5
Great customer service and location.
- 3/5
Staff was really nice, room was better than most at this level. The lighting in the bathroom was so bad I had to move next to the window to put on make up. Electric mirrors would make a huge difference. The HVAC turned on and off all night and was disruptive, but didn’t effectively cool the room. Don’t bother with the coffee unless you prefer an extremely weak truck stop style.
- 5/5
Friendly staff neaitiful lobby, great coffee and comfy beds.
- 5/5
Friendly informative staff, including bar area and general manager. Rooms, spotless & cleaned at appropriate times.
- 5/5
Overall great in every way
- 5/5
Everything was exceptional! The location was great. Restaurants were in walking distance. The mall was a mile up the street. The rooms were spotless. I’d definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Wanda at the front desk is AMAZING!!! The Bartenders/Servers, Ryan and Kesha were awesome too!
- 4/5
Convenient, close to shopping, food
- 5/5
Rooms were very nice and clean! We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
The location of the hotel was central to the interstate and was not hard to find. Upon arrival, the hotel aesthetics were beautiful, there was an outside pool, inside had charm and plenty of comfortable seating that felt like home. The hotel was clean, staff were professional as they checked in one person after another during a very busy time of day. I did not eat or drink at the bar, but both seemed reasonably priced. I ran into Wanda, whom I met at a hotel 3 years ago. She was the GM at a hotel in Louisville. I'll never forget her hospitality and warmth, her demeanor, ensuring that guests had everything they needed and more! My family and I had a great stay and would definitely stay again. :)
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel overall. The property was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities made the stay feel relaxing and enjoyable. Staff members were friendly, professional, and attentive, which really added to the positive experience. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
- 3/5
Attention to Guess no wash clothes did not clean room
- 2/5
We have stayed at your location several times as we pass through to Florida. We have always been satisfied with our stay at The Vinings location, however, this time was very disappointing. We arrived later at night and did not bother asking for a change of room as the front desk clerk said the hotel was fully booked. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom had looked used, the drain cover was broken, and there were dead bugs between what should have been the fitted sheet and the mattress cover. That is completely unacceptable. We slept with our close on as we were disgusted. Lastly, we were shocked that we could not get a guaranteed room with a fridge to store our insulin and had been told we could store it in the community fridge. Again, that is completely unacceptable to use a fridge to store personal medication that other guests would have access to. We look forward to a response and credit for the room for what we experienced during out stay.

- 4/5
Great location, amazing staff. Very clean but could use some maintenance and touch ups here and there, especially in hallways.
- 3/5
They didn't have hot tubs and u have to request a room with a fridge n microwave that's the only way u would have one in your room
- 5/5
Great hotel. Small and cozy. Staff was great!
- 5/5
Actually: I couldn't stay because my Niece said I made the reservation without her knowledge. And she is my Conservator.
- 4/5
Staff was really helpful and nice enjoyed that. The room was clean but very cramped
- 5/5
friendly staff and very welcoming to my dog, thank you all!
- 5/5
Excellent customer service! I love the modern renovations and the location!
- 5/5
Staff was great.. Perfect location for our needs.. Quiet area.. Planning to book again on return trip..
- 5/5
Room was updated, clean and comfortable. What we liked most, even though we arrived to late to enjoy it, was the game tables set up in the lobby. It almost feels like a lodge. We stayed just to be close to an early morning appointment in Atlanta but will definitely rebook to enjoy a short staycation in the city.
- 5/5
Comfortable surroundings in the hotel and outside the hotel. Very quiet room Good restaurants nearby
- 1/5
The hotel itself was fine and the staff member who checked me in was great. However, when I checked out I noticed some stuff was weirdly wrong on my bill (snacks I purchased were charged double and a charge at the bar was a random number and less than what it should have been). The man at the front desk was super unhelpful, and actually added another random charge instead of fixing the incorrect ones. I tried calling and emailing the hotel and didn't get a response for a week+. I finally said I was going to file a chargeback on my cc, which made them respond right away. They refunded the extra charge that the front desk guy had added and said they would look into the other errors. But then I never heard from them again.

Our room had a dirty towel in it.And the toilet kept running room 206
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
The staff is really helpful. We stay here every time we come to Vinings to visit family. Great location, comfortable rooms, clean. The pool and outdoor hot jacuzzi were relaxing. The dinner is gourmet quality! Don’t forget to try the Savannah made ice cream available in the lobby snack shop.
- 4/5
The service was great. Bed was just uncomfortable. The mattress felit like it was dented in the center like its time for it to either be replacd or flipped. I woke up in the middle of the night with my back hurting but i moved closer to the edge and it was fine. The bottom of the bathroom door is also unraveling which was odd but not necessarily a deal breaker.
- 3/5
During my stay, there was at least one of the two elevators closed most the day due to them painting it a weird blue color. However, u they never shut off the elevator that was being worked on so it would constantly open first and you’d have to sit there or fiddle with things so that the correct elevator would come.
- 5/5
The rooms are clean and the establishment is clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly and together with the Manager Dwight are very helpful and accommodating and attentive to the needs of the guests. We always feel at home at Indigo Vinings.
- 5/5
Property was clean and the staff were professional.
- 4/5
Nice area, nice rooms, older hotel but no real complaints
- 5/5
Amazing service. Staff made me feel so welcome! Alex at the front desk greeted me warmly and the manager was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend this home away from home!
- 3/5
but the hot tub spa part of the was a let down as it was not in full working area , was put off by the geust ice area & shower in room had black mold + room did not cool down.& tv remote had a chunk missing on it. Beautiful decorations.hotel and the rooms , bar & seating areas nice, close to alot of restaurants. Crossing roads can get a bit hectic for the price i would stay again + not having a refrigerator in the room was a disappointment
- 5/5
It was excellent. No complaints.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel in the center of Vinings. Walk to dining and shopping.
- 4/5
Hospitality staff are very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. Weekend housekeeping is limited and because of that our room was not serviced until late Sunday evening. I would stay again
- 5/5
The only thing they lacked was refrigerator in the room.
- 4/5
First room was booked for balcony. But the a/c was extremely loud. Second room didnt have the balcony I paid for but the front desk gave us a breakfast voucher. One of the beds had blood on the sheets.
- 5/5
Nice and convenient near dining options
- 5/5
Nearby shopping and restaurants were amazing.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 5/5
Great property, great location, good area. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
There were great restaurants around the area. And there was also a shuttle to take you to Truist Stadium and anywhere within a 3 mile radius. They also had a great sitting area outside to just chill. The staff was great and helped us out with everything.
- 5/5
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We were able to stay in one of the recently remodeled rooms. It was peaceful, clean, and comfortable.
- 4/5
Relaxing
- 1/5
The was no working AC, the room was 85 degrees my entire stay. The room had a repulsing order.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay again when back in the ATL/Vinings area.
- 5/5
Dwight is Awesome! Great service! Beautiful hotel and our dog was very welcome!
- 1/5
Want money back left after i checked in
- 4/5
It was a very nice hotel except my AC was out due to a compressor malfunction and I was told by front desk I’d be getting points but never have and I contacted them and nothing was done . Otherwise it was a nice place and hot but ok stay .
- 4/5
Always nice atmosphere
- 5/5
Beautiful property and beautiful hotel. Very clean & quiet. Staff was super nice & respectful. Would recommend & will be staying again soon! :)
- 5/5
Everything was really nice and convenient in the staff was super welcoming and informative
- 5/5
Seamless experience, keep it up
- 3/5
The check-in process was slow and the hotel was dated. This was okay for a no-frills hotel. For the area, there are better comparably priced hotels.
- 3/5
Nice property overall. I book this property for the balcony options. However, upon my arrival the balcony room that I was able to book was suddenly unavailable. Only options were a king with NO view and a double queen bed room. Very disappointing as ib only booked for balcony space and views.
- 5/5
Stay was great! Dwight, Courtney, Deja, and Ariel were so accommodating. Hotel was well kept. Missing a fridge but they mentioned remodeling so they are on top of it. The shuttle was convenient to the staduim. Will be staying again soon
- 5/5
• Great location for planned events • Rooms are very spacious & clean
- 4/5
Staff were extremely personable and friendly! Willing to accommodate without you having to ask, but my stay was very satisfactory so nothing was needed. Breakfast was great! I'll definitely stay here again in the near future.
- 5/5
Me and my friend were looking for a prim location hotel for our Atlanta trip. We were attending a concert and wanted to make sure we were in a good distance to the location as well as food and shopping. Hotel indigo caught my eye as I had never heard of this type of hotel and the pictures were very appealing. Nice hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable room. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Atlanta.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay and will be returning
- 5/5
Nice people and nice property! I always stay here when I visit Vinings GA
- 5/5
Amazing space staff went above and beyond. Were very respectful and the icecream sandwiches were amazing would love to visit again. They do have a 50 dollar daily incidental fee but besides that the stay was amazing.
- 4/5
Was good
- 5/5
Love the Indigo Vinings ATL!! Great outdoor pool and waterfall spa make it like a resort getaway!! Super staff too!
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
They are doing consruction next door so its pretty dusty around there. But the overall property is nice
- 2/5
I stayed at this location the first few years of it opening and always loved it. Not this time. The property has declined 100%. Poor lighting, nothing works in the room, no exhaust fan in the restroom working, therefore molding around the shower base was visible, paint chipping off the doors, iron very dated and didn't work. The website claimed to have room service but didn't. The staff was helpful as they could but it just wasn't as nice of a stay. Extremely disappointed because I've always spoke so highly of this place.
- 3/5
We stayed here just two years ago and the property was so well taken care of. What a difference two years makes. The rooms at least on the first floor were beaten down. There were multiple pubic hairs still on the toilet bowl and few on our “clean” towels and made beds. The bathroom walls and shower floors “looked” dirty - could not decipher the black marks on the shower floor. Behind the dresser between the two queen beds had old eaten sunflower seeds and candy wrappings. The room smelled like feet too. We only stayed one night this time, but would not stay here again. We made the best of it, but for the money not worth it. Staff was friendly - although I did try to make special accomodations for my son’s birthday and no one answered my message and when I mentioned it at the front desk it was glanced over.
- 5/5
I liked the balconies, breakfast, and shuttle service.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 4/5
2. Only one courtesy van to/from Stadium took 1/2 hr to 45 minutes round-trip (traffic) with limited capacity 3. At check-out, was charged for breakfast even though waiter was given meal-tickets. Took 20 minutes for manager to confirm with restaurant & process credit. 4. All staff were trying very hard & were always courteous despite large number of disgruntled guests
- 4/5
Beds were comfortable
- 4/5
It was overall a pleasant experience.
- 5/5
Overall, good place to stay. Clean & quiet. Very friendly and likable front desk staff. Outside of the hotel (building itself) needs upkeep and/or maintenance. Crispina down the street is a good Italian place. Saw a good show at The Punchline a few miles away. Good price, nice location.
- 4/5
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable . It did not have a refrigerator.
- 5/5
World class adventure! This was our favorite hotel amongst the six nights we spent in Atlanta partying at six flags for summer break! The in-house restaurant can in clutch each night after leaving six flags at closing 8:00 pm.
- 5/5
This hotel was great! From the check-in process to the amazing staff at the hotel, I am so glad I chose this one. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy and the pool area outside looked amazing. The breakfast was excellent! Will stay here again for sure.
- 5/5
The manager Dwight was amazing
- 4/5
Need upgrade pool chairs
- 4/5
Overall this is a nice hotel and we appreciated the consistent housekeeping and good cocktails at the bar. Our room was really stuffy and even when running the a/c constantly, it stayed around 74 degrees.
- 3/5
This is an older hotel that has been nicely renovated, but it still shows its age. Had to change rooms when we checked in because the first room had an old, moldy smell. Staff was accommodating of our request. Breakfast was good. They use a coffee from a local roaster which is a nice touch. Convenient location. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small and worn.
- 1/5
This hotel looked really nice in photos, unfortunately when we arrived we were very disappointed. our room and the hallway smelled so strong with cleaning chemicals, it was hard to breathe! The pool area had many tripping hazards, the outdoor sofa and lounge chairs were in TERRIBLE condition. There were no towels for the pool, the staff were unresponsive to our requests.
- 5/5
Most best good ok nice
- 5/5
The sheets in the bed were top notch, some of the best I’ve had at a hotel, and I slept great here. Loved the Vinings area.
- 3/5
Staff fabulous
- 3/5
i still haven’t recieved my deposit back
- 5/5
Needed a place close to Truist Park that was nice and didnt break the bank. I found just that at Hotel Indigo.
- 5/5
We stayed here during MLB all star weekend and would definitely be back. Great food, shopping, clean area.
- 4/5
Location was wonderful. The place was very nice.
- 3/5
Check in was awful. Many people waiting for 1 to 2 hours past check in to get a room. They did offer breakfast coupons, but at this point people were already later getting to the Braves game than they wanted. I got ready in the lobby bathroom for the game 2 hours past check in just so I could make it to the game before it started even though I did the precheck-in the day before. Pretty disappointed.
- 2/5
The customer service is terrible or limited. I called front desk, to check out and was unable to reach someone. Using the automated system, i contacted several unrelate departments in an attempt to reach a live person, to no avail. Thus i had to leave several voice messages. At, my checkout, no one was attending the front desk, after waiting for several minutes a maintenance person walked by and wrote my name and room number down, to inform them of my checkout. As of the next day, i have not spoken to a live person, and i have not been checked out of hotel. Just terrible.
- 1/5
I liked the shuttle service
- 1/5
AC was down property wide. On the second night we switched rooms only to find out we’d be spending another hot night. No word from management through! Bathroom door was water damaged on the bottom and could not close properly, costing you a battle and half a half just to open and close it. My one star rating is for the staff who kept it cool throughout.
- 5/5
Quick and easy check in. The room was clean on arrival and staff was helpful when needed. Perry, the shuttle driver, was absolutely so very helpful and so hilarious! Enjoyed my stay and I’ll definitely be returning!
- 3/5
Chair in room had cushion pulled upright and chair bottom had stains as well as cushion. Two decorative orange pillows on the bed had a bad body odor smell. Small stain on comforter. I should have looked closer at what was in the room prior to booking. No microwave and no mini fridge. No literature in the room regarding hotel amenities. The air conditioning return vent looked like it was falling out of the ceiling and was very loud when the air conditioner was running. The bathroom was very clean and literally the only plus.
- 4/5
This delay did take time away from our plans of going to the Battery and enjoying our selves.
- 4/5
Restaurant staff were all wonderful. Housekeeping was unfortunately poor. Rooms still not clean by 6pm. Room air conditioning is very loud- requires TV volume to be turned up and down to compensate.
- 4/5
The hotel is so cute and the staff was very helpful and welcoming!
- 5/5
Although it was a long wait, free shuttle back from the Braves game was appreciated
- 1/5
Arrived and was a long wait to check in.. when getting to the room AC wasn’t working it was 76 and after telling the front to fix it came back later to 75deg room.. was given another ac was noisy but cooling a little bit … Very Disappointed in my stay from the moment I arrived… the morning desk staff was very receptive and helpful though!!
- 5/5
Great all the way around!
- 5/5
I’ve been staying in hotels a lot in ATL due to work and this is THE best hotel I’ve stayed at. The room decor was trendy but not over the top and the front desk was so helpful i also liked that there wasn’t a fee for parking. I will try to stay again if i need to
- 5/5
Very Nice Hotel. Bed was super comfortable.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and wonderful, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The check in and check out process was easy peasy and I enjoyed the fact that they have a shuttle service. I would highly recommend and will come again.
- 4/5
Quiet gem away from city—truly enjoyed
- 5/5
The location and customer service from the staff is second to none. I would highly recommend this property.
- 1/5
The air conditioning was really loud. It kept me up for two nights. I asked for it to be fixed, it wasn’t. A housekeeper walked into my room while I was laying in bed, at 3pm, no knock, unannounced. Also, they charged me 3 different times for incidentals, still trying to figure that out. Not the best experience at all.
- 2/5
Very unprofessional
- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
I loved my stay at Indigo. Spacious comfy room, beautiful lobby and relaxation areas, wonderful restaurant and wonderful shuttle service!
- 5/5
We checked in shortly after 9:00 pm. We ordered some wings, Caesar salad, strawberry salad, and garlic mash potatoes from the public house pub in the lobby, the food was delicious and filled us up from an entire day at six flags. I will say and not that it bother me personally, but to bring a 1 year and six year old down a smoke filled hallway to get to our room was somewhat like still being on the haunted mansion ride at six flags, it was funny to me considering every room from elevator down to our room said no smoking and atleast three rooms were smoking down on the grass, I mean not even trying to hide it. The entire second floor smelled like I was a reggae concert. Either way my son and I made our way back and forth to the elevator. Some folks just don’t understand rules that are laid out.

Great Place!! Will definitely be staying here again

This was a very simple cost effective stay we had a corner suite that opens to the pool. It was just nice and intimate and a very cool juxtaposition to the downtown and the concert that we attended we will definitely be back.

However, there were a few disappointments during our stay. There was no ice machine available, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we expected, which took away from the overall comfort of the room. With a few improvements in amenities and cleanliness, this could easily be a five-star

Marlo was excellent from checking us in and out. She smiled she gave us so many details sbout the hotel and surroundings. The only three things missing are fist floor needs an ice maker and there need to be microwaves and fridges in rooms.

We liked the area and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good as well. The only two things that we were not happy about were the broken jacuzzi and the lack of advertised free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. We had to take Lyft both to and from the Braves stadium which was disappointing.

The food in the restaurant was amazing!! The staff went over and above for our family.

Great stay! Only gave it 4 stars because there was no fridge in the room and the hot tub wasn’t very hot but it was still nice. Rooms were clean. I will return.

Checked in with friendly staff - room was hot - thermostat screen blank - obviously not working. Phone in room did not work. Changed rooms - new room would not get cool either.

Nice place and people, wish late checkout would’ve been an option but other than that it was nice l.

The AC was out in the common areas and the ADA room was located far away from the elvator and door- the bathroom area was really fun down- door was falling apart- light fixtures were barely hanging on the wall- you could tell things had been patched together- the sower nozzle was not easy to adjust and it either sprayed on the wall or you had to hold the arm was broken- this is very difficult for a disabled person to handle. This bathroom was supposed to make things easier- it did not

This was our second stay at this property and we love it. We stayed for Braves games and it’s a close commute to the stadium and just a lovely place!
