Reviews
The hotel is praised for its excellent location, with many attractions within walking distance, particularly the aquarium. The staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful. However, there are frequent complaints about the valet parking, which is expensive and sometimes inconvenient. Some guests also express dissatisfaction with the breakfast provided.
- Excellent location with many attractions within walking distance
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Expensive and sometimes inconvenient valet parking
- Breakfast not up to par for some guests

We had an amazing time in Atlanta and at the Hyatt Place. The only issue we had was that the room did not have a good shade so in the morning we were woken up with the sun. Otherwise we had friendly service, helpful staff, comfy bed and good breakfast.
- 3/5
Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had cleans sheets
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was pretty good and a good options to choose from the room was clean and spacious there is only valet parking so you have no choice to pay for that service which is 60 dollars a day, me and my wife didn't drive anywhere once my truck was parked by the valet we was in walking distance of everything we planned doing on our trip.
- 4/5
The location was good. But to have to pay $60 per night for parking was preposterous
- 4/5
Breakfast was the only down fall. The breakfast eating area was not clean nor were the tables cleaned after people used them. Chairs were all over and you had to find a chair and bring it to your table. Food was barely warm, serving dishes were empty most of the time so it limited your choices for breakfast. We asked for milk because the container was empty and the food host did other chores (wiped down the food counter, straightened stacks of plates, spoke with other employees, etc) took forever to get milk. Pancakes were literally burned black and were hard as rocks. Breakfast was the only reason I did not give excellent as scores across the board. It's a shame because everything else was perfect!

Clean safe place
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the guys working in valet parking. However the coffee ran out several times every morning and it was slow to be replenished. We didn’t have all of the soaps in our bathroom sink. And Saturday night music was being played with swear words in the bar/lobby area. Having said that, whenever I asked for help or needed something, staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The staff were so friendly and helpful. We came for one night for the Megan Moroney concert and after walking back from the concert late night the front office staff was out greeting people and asking all the girls how their concert was. The hotel was clean, quiet, and convient to everything downtown Atlanta! We will use this hotel again for our next concert!
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and nice! Room was clean, beds were so comfortable and we loved hanging in the pool. It’s walking distance from every attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend it!

I am really impressed with my stay. The hotel was easily accessible from I75. The aquarium was across the street. The valet staff were prompt and friendly. The check in was quick. The staff made me feel welcome. The bartender was excellent..the food was decent. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the water pressure in the morning and the room didn’t get cool enough for me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Well done Hyatt 👏
- 1.5/5
The breakfast was included and the location was great. I wasn’t aware I’d have to pay a $75 security fee when I got there. Also couldn’t afford parking at the hotel because it was $65 a night. I paid $200 for a room for one night I should atleast be able to park my car in the hotel parking area without paying a fee let alone a $65 fee. Absolutely ridiculous and very inconvenient! Had to find parking down the street and wake up at 4:30 am to put more money in the parking machine. Please do better Hyatt. I will never book again.

Our family visits Atlanta every year while my husband is in town for work and this is one of our favorite hotels so far. It was very clean and SO convenient to downtown. The pool was very clean and the fitness area was very well kept. The convenience of having an on site restaurant was really nice and the staff was so friendly through the trip. One word of advice, pay a little extra for the high floor with a view. So worth it! Highly recommend!

Staff were absolutely amazing! From the front desk, to the bar, to the chefs. I did not have to interact with cleaning staff but my room was clean as well. Incidentals were $75 per day, I didn’t drive so I didn’t have to worry about valet fees.

Breakfast was great. There were enough table and chairs to accommodate guests. There was a bathroom nearby. Had both cold and hot food and refreshments. Towels at the pool area were heated. Parking is only by valet; you will not have access to your vehicle until you leave. Room was too big with not enough furnishings. Some construction going on at the hotel. Pool water was cold, and people smoking in the pool area, not great for the kids.

We loved everything during our stay, especially the breakfast. The room was spacious, and although we went on a busy weekend, I hardly heard any traffic or outside noise. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful, and so was the valet crew. I highly recommend staying here if you'll be visiting the aquarium or World of Coca-Cola, as they are both right across the street and within walking distance. They had some of the best pancakes and sausage I've had in a long time from a hotel. The pancakes were perfectly fluffy, and the sausage was browned but not burned. I really don't like it when the sausage looks half-cooked. There is essentially no parking, and you will have to valet, which is kinda pricey. Considering the area, you are better off using the valet service to guarantee a secure spot. It isn't a deal breaker, but it does add up.
- 5/5
Great environment, super close to a lot of activities/main event places. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, there was always someone at the desk. Secure access to get into the building when we were out late at night. The room was clean, and had extra towels laid out for us. The breakfast was great, and they had so many options to choose from. Overall 10/10 would stay here again.

The location The system was down causing delays at check in and they didn't offer any solutions or compensation when we had already paid full price. There was also many hidden fees including $60 a night for valet only parking. The ad simply says parking is available, not valet only.
- 3/5
The breakfast was okay. Location was good. Room was kind of dirty and housekeeping didn’t clean anything or take any trash when refreshing the room. Power went out and the elevators stopped working. They didn’t even know about it until we told them. The stairs weren’t accessible to go up levels, only down.

Room could have been cleaner; mold in bathroom; and hair in shower; carpet had stains.
- 5/5
I know the $60 a night seems a bit pricey for parking but it was really convenient and you have valet and unlimited in and out so it comes out cheaper than parking in any of the surrounding lots. The hotel was very clean, staff was polite.
- 5/5
Very clean and we came for aquarium, super easy to walk to. $60/per day parking.
- 5/5
The location was amazing for downtown Atlanta. Next to all the eateries and a very clean hotel. These all combined made the experience excellent and a place I would recommend highly. Next door to the Aquarium too! Not the hotels' fault but no grocery stores or even CVS in walking distance. The lotion bottle was a little small and so I asked the reception area a couple times for another bottle so I could stay moisturized. Breakfast good...but the cheese was only offered for the grits, and I put it on other things which were served daily.
- 5/5
Experienced no issues at all.
- 1/5
I paid around $300 for one night, and the experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. The first impression was the valet staff rudely informing us that overnight parking costs $60. That is an outrageous amount just to park your car at a hotel. When I got to the room, there were no complimentary water bottles. I went downstairs to ask for water, and the receptionist tried to charge me $4 for a basic bottle of water — something that even budget hotels usually provide for free. The next morning, we went for the complimentary breakfast that was included in the rate. The options were extremely limited. The sausages were burnt, the breakfast area looked dirty, and the eggs tasted bad enough that I asked for ketchup just to make them edible — but there wasn’t even any ketchup available. The only positive thing about this hotel is the convenient location. Other than that, for the price you pay, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. I will definitely never come back.
- 5/5
We always stay here when in Atlanta. The service is exceptional, the parking staff are like family, and we enjoy our visit. We were able to purchase tickets for a tour and was given an excellent reference for an eating facility nearby. Nothing at this time.
- 2.5/5
The breakfast was good. The customer service was good as they did work to resolve my problem with the sink hole bed although I thought it quite hilarious and royally ridiculous the first night that the suggestion was to pad the sink in the bed with blankets. I was granted a new room the next night. Replace those worn out sink hole mattresses. Unclog the slow running sinks. Put less linens in the washer and dryer so that the bedding won't be so wrinkled and Motel 6 looking. I was very dissapointed with the room quality as it does not live up to the name Hyatt.
- 1/5
You have to use Valet at the hotel, there is no self parking option. And it costs you $60. We only stayed from about 8pm-8am at the hotel. Just dropped our car off when we got there and picked it up when we were leaving. The attendants were unhelpful and unnecessarily rude when I asked about a self parking option they just kept pointing at the small sign on the wallet that said “valet parking only” in front of a single parking space…. The hotel was alright, the TV inside kept saying no signal, I called the front desk for someone to come help. After 45 minutes of waiting with no one coming I called again to cancel the request for help since my son was desperately needing sleep. Also we didn’t use the fridge but it was barely cold at all. Don’t go to the lobby past sundown they just let guests play rap music extremely loud and loiter in the lobby. The location was very convenient for going to the aquarium or Coca Cola factory. And the breakfast was very nice but their bar/restaurant inside never opened at 12pm, we waited for a bit because my son wanted some of their pretzels but no one showed up and staff were unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend it to people staying less than 2 nights or those not visiting the aquarium just because of the parking fee itself.

Love Hyatt Place😃 After parking Valet, we took the elevator up to check in which was super easy. This place was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, lobby and hallways smelled amazing and rooms were immaculate, so housekeeping is top notch here! Beds were a little uncomfortable and pillows could be better, but next time I will just bring my own, There was complimentary breakfast and you can't beat location. Centennial Park is just across the street and is a beautiful place with pathways, grassy areas and water features. There are so many food options within walking distance we never had to drive. Our concert venue was only 5-10 minutes away so we got an Uber once. We have already booked again for later this year, can't wait, we love it!

Perfect spot for a quick Atlanta trip. You’re right by State Farm Arena, the Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Aquarium, and World of Coca-Cola, plus two MARTA stations—super easy to get around. Plenty of food options nearby, always coffee in the lobby (huge win), and the staff is genuinely friendly. Rooms are clean, and everything runs smoothly. I’d absolutely stay here again—and that’s my go-to test for a solid recommendation.

Not in a safe area, had two incidents - staff security was called for disruption in lobby. Outside was sketchy. Was traveling with my 20 year old daughter- she was also concerned for our safety as we walked to & from dinner. Would not recommend here.

Upon check in everything went smoothly. I did discuss the deposit with staff as they stated $75 a night but the website says $50 a night. They honored the price shown online. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. They had fresh coffee daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. They offer covered parking for overnight for a fee. The hotel is literally across the street from the aquarium. Close to major attractions. I walked to the Cardi B concert from the hotel in 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

I LOVED our stay at this property! The staff was incredible, the parking was great, and it was so safe and secured. We will definitely be staying again and we’ve already recommended our friends. Parking is $60 but they took such good care of us and the parking garage was private with security/valet so we were comfortable leaving our car. The biggest thing for us was safety and security and they met our expectations to a T. You have to have a key card to get into every door and the elevators. Perfect area and fantastic for the aquarium and coke factory. Staff was amazing! Everything was so clean and everyone was so incredibly friendly.

Breakfast was good, everything you would expect in a hotel breakfast. I was very pleased and impressed with the staff that was operating the breakfast area. Breakfast was amazing but extremely crowded. Property was beautiful but no cable for 2 days. Went to bar and there was no bartender. Several different sets of people came by and walked away when there was no service. I finally asked the front desk and they said they do it all but no one knew to go to the front desk to ask for a bartender. Certainly a new spin on things.
- 3/5
That was really a bummer! The beds were not comfortable! But overall we still had a great trip!
- 5/5
Jawana was a great help. She spent so much time on the phone with me making sure that we got adjoining rooms for our kids. Location was great as we were there to visit the aquarium and the world of coke. The only drawback was no TV for the kids for the whole stay.

We had a family trip to Atlanta. The hotel is in a very convenient location right in downtown. The room was clean and quite spacious, and the staff were very friendly. The view from the room was beautiful.
- 4/5
The television in the room was a little wonky but it was a nice stay.
- 5/5
Great room. We enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
Room was clean, and spacious. The staff was polite, helpful (we needed first aid supplies and they gave us what they had), no problem giving us extra pillows. Breakfast was okay, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, some fruit, French toast sticks, bagels, toast, juice, coffee, milk. The TV didn’t work the majority of the time due to bad WiFi service and we had a 2 year old who really needed to watch a little bit of TV to wind down, 80-90% of time we were in the room, the TV didn’t work. The proximity to the Georgia Aquarium was very convenient, we were able to walk to the entrance easily, and we were able to leave the car valet parked (which is required) until 3pm in the afternoon (even though checkout time was 12pm, so it was really nice not to have to worry about moving the car and paying for additional parking somewhere else. (If we had not been back by 3m, it was only an extra $20 for the rest of the day, which is still a good deal. If visiting Atlanta, especially to see the Georgia Aquarium, I’d most likely stay here again, but it would be really nice if the TV/wifi worked.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when traveling through Atlanta. I must say we were a bit surprised to find the parking was $60.00 per night. There was hardly any toiletries in the bathroom so make sure you pack them. In our opinion- it was not worth the price for two nights..

Check-in was easy. Room was clean. Beds were soft. View was nice. The valet staff could be a tab bit friendlier. I did call the morning after my first night to request new towels and wash clothes, never received them. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. I went out late one night to pick up my kids from a concert and was told there was no guarantee I would have a parking spot available upon my return. I think since I am paying $60 night to park finding me a spot should not be an issue I am to worry about. I would stay here again because the location was excellent for attending the aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum.

Enjoyed the stay, as I do at all Hyatt Place hotels. The only negative is that the water pressure and water temp in the shower was pretty bad. Breakfast is $11 per person. The rooms were clean, it is conveniently located next to the aquarium and centennial park walking distance and I did like that restaurants are walking distance.
- 4/5
Yes but the coffee is not very good
- 5/5
Great location, good service, nice breakfast.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic
- 5/5
This is the best hotel to stay at while visiting Atlanta. Its in the best location, and the service and staff is just superior. I love this hotel!! Thank you Hyatt Place Atlanta Centennial Park for making my stay so great.!
- 1/5
The main issue was that the hotel did not receive my prepaid Expedia reservation in their system. Even though I had a confirmed itinerary and payment was processed, the front desk could not find the booking. They also stated they do not accept Apple Pay, which was the payment method Expedia used. As a result, my traveler was denied check-in and had to pay again at a much much higher rate. The problem was not with the room or hotel staff, but with the reservation not being properly transmitted from Expedia to the property.

Location was amazing , staff was extremely attentive rooms were great . It was a great stay with my family
- 4/5
Parking is $60 per day its put on your card when checking in. My first and last time. It was a surprise $60 a night is a bit much. And it was valet parking only. I can park my own car but you were not allowed to.

- 5/5
Staff very friendly. Easy check in.
- 5/5
It was a quick trip to see the aquarium.
- 2/5
The lights in our room didn’t work and we called to tell them and no one ever came to fix them. We were also not told ahead of time about the only option for parking was valet for $60 per car (for one night stay)
- 5/5
Close to Tabernacle for live music and next to the Aquarium
- 4/5
Grwst location, easy check in and out
- 5/5
excellent staff, clean room.
- 4/5
The room was clean but it’s an older hotel showing signs of wear. The location is great! Directly across from the aquarium. Beware, parking is awful. The hotel charges $60 a night to park! Way over priced! “Complimentary” breakfast costs $11 per person.
- 5/5
The front desk was very friendly, the room was spotless, and valet parking was incredible!
- 5/5

- 1/5
Horrible stay. Worst i have ever been to. Charging 60 dollars a night/per car to park is ridiculous. To get our cars back after 3pm paying 20 dollars extra per car is ridiculous too. Never was mentioned of that.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfy and the staff was super nice.

The stay was very nice. The breakfast selection was limited and the food was semi warm.
- 5/5
Staff was so helpful and very polite. Ease of checkin and checkout . Spacious rooms and bath/ showers.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. There’s a cute diner within walking distance from the hotel if you’re looking for tasty Southern breakfast fare.
- 4/5
comfortable
- 5/5
Leah checked us in and all staff were very hospitable. The room was very clean and well decorated. Very close (walking distance) to events, parks and different restaurants.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, the checkin was extremely easy, & all the staff were very nice
- 5/5
The hotel and room were very clean. Staff friendly and breakfast was good
- 5/5
Large room, comfy beds, clean room and modern-looking hotel, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, walking distance to State Farm Arena! Would book there again!
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was great
- 5/5
Front desk staff was on point and awesome!!! Loved the valet super nice gentleman
- 5/5
The service was very warm and genuine. Good size room. Not big but comfortable. Clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Amazing all around. Very clean and hospitable.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms and a great location.
- 2/5
Bad service with the room service, unprofessional.
- 5/5
Very clean, nice, and safe.
- 2/5
Only good thing about this hotel is the location, they charge for everything! $60 a day for parking is 1/3 the price of the room!
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The lady who makes the coffee is the best.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Good experience!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
It is directly across the street from the aquarium! Centennial Park is walking distance, and many restaurant options within walking distance. No airport shuttle as one website mentioned but quick Ubers.
- 5/5
The room was very nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and clean. The concierge and attendants were detail oriented and friendly. They knew the area well and helped us get around.
- 4/5
Really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were as pictured; beds comfy, room kept clean, TV worked well. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. Amazing access to Georgia Aquarium, the reason for our trip, literally right across the street. The only drawbacks were the parking situation;when we arrived, we did not know where to go with our car. Maybe some more signage would be good on that. Also, we would’ve enjoyed more coffee being provided in the room. Housekeeping did bring it later. And in the room you could see a stain on carpet from refrigerator leak, but refrigerator was cold and obviously repaired. Disappointed in fee for Continental breakfast - did not eat it…should be free, really.
- 5/5
This was one of the nicest budget friendly hotels that my husband and I have stayed in. We travel frequently. Key card entry for the building as well as the elevator were nice safety features. Right across the street from the aquarium/coca cola and was an easy walk. Many restaurants in walking distance. The room was stunning. The room was large, had a couch, desk and closet. The sink was outside the toilet/shower which is always a plus. The view was beautiful as well! Room was clean and the staff was amazing. Would stay again!!
- 5/5
It’s was best hotel stay we had in Georgia.
- 5/5
Great location. Came for a concert and it was so convenient
- 4/5
Everyone was nice
- 5/5
Gym was perfect, breakfast was great. Staff was amazing and extremely attentive. The only complaint we have about our stay is that there is no filtered water at all to drink. So it does have a "dirt taste" to it at breakfast and I'm guessing any glass of water you would order would've been the same.
- 2/5
You are forced to pay for valet parking, although it is never stated on the booking page. The valet drivers are very rude, and drove my vehicle recklessly inside the parking garage. When leaving the hotel, my glasses were missing from my car, meaning they were taken by on of the drivers. I will not be booking with this hotel chain in the future and am very displeased with the hidden fees, attitude of the employees, and the reckless nature of the valet drivers.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room
- 5/5
Check-in was great. Friendly staff. Very close to State Farm Arena. Parking is expensive, but convenient.

The stay was comfortable. But $60/day for parking is borderline robbery.

Everything was great from check in to check out, the valet was great and the room was super clean. We were very happy with our stay. Especially Leah at the front desk, so friendly and was wonderful helping us get checked in!
- 5/5
Beautifully decorated. Perfect location for the Aquarium. Staff is fabulous. Kaiden was there every day of our trip morning and night and was always able to ensure our stay was perfect.
- 5/5
Excellent facility! Great customer service! Great Location! The continental breakfast is second to none and the rooms are clean and well maintained.
- 4/5
I gave a 4 out of 5 because the once free breakfast is now $11. We did get one day comped. The staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Great service!
- 4/5
Really convenient option if you want to visit the aquarium, coca cola world, Benz stadium etc.
- 5/5
We stayed at the Hyatt while in town for a concert at the State Farm Arena. It was about a 10 min walk and felt pretty safe. The entrances are secured and you must have your room key or be buzzed in. Only down sides were $60 valet parking (we parked in the lot next door for $40) and additional $11 per person breakfast. Felt like it was a great price overall until the additional costs. Staff was so nice!
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Hotel was a great location to restaurants and attractions. Would stay here again.
- 1/5
We never had a room key. It is the first time in 50 years of traveling this happened. Hyatt Hotels should issue a refund to all the guests. No one was happy. It was bush league at best.
- 5/5
Great stay and short walk to food and dragon con, only thing that went wrong is that I got sick while there.
- 3/5
We loved the location right across the street from the aquarium, other museums and centennial park, there are no other dining options at the hotel and the breakfast buffet was not good also be aware they will try to charge $11.00 per person for the buffet. The rooms are not cleaned daily you have to request it but they do provide towels daily.
- 5/5
It was only minutes from aquarium and world of Coca Cola. Plenty of restaurants to choose from all around. Will stay here again in the future.
- 3/5
The hotel is a little dated. Its in a conjested area of downtown ATL. Hotel staff were amazing/phenomenal. However, the hotel itself needs to be renovated with more of an upscale pool, rooms, dining decor. The description of the reservation stated one room (suite) as if there would be a room and then an external living space as well. However that was not the case. It was just one space with more sq feet, like a studio, not a suite. And once the sofa couch was extended, there basically was no walking space. If Hyatt is going to charge these type of prices due to the location, then they need to ensure the hotel interior/exterior, decor, comfort, room layout, etc aligns with the price. Again though, the hotel staff was frickin phenomenal...they receive 10 stars and thats the only reason the hotel was worth the stay.
- 5/5
Great Service
- 5/5
Pleasant stay, in town overnight with friends for a concert. Good location, walking distance to State Farm Arena. Very clean, friendly staff, quick check-in and valet. Beds comfortable, nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean with a great view, the gym is open 24/7 and it's in a convenient place with great food options up and down the front sidewalk, I really enjoyed my stay!
- 5/5
Outside was loud and there was a lot of construction going on, that’s no fault of the hotel and it didn’t bother us. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable and we had a nice stay.
- 5/5
The front desk was very helpful and resolved an issue by a mistake that was made by Orbitz regarding breakfast. They quickly resolved the issue by providing vouchers for my kids. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service! We love your place.
- 5/5
Housing keeping did not speak English which made it difficult to communicate effectively. More English-speaking housing keeping as a recommendation.
- 4/5
No self parking options. Only option is a $60 a night valet parking. Was convent to walk to the aquarium and coke
- 5/5
Great location and cleanliness Also area around is safe and walkable distance to dining options
- 3/5
The bathroom needed some attention in our room (toilet roll holder was loose, shower curtain hooks were missing). Also the pool was dirty from construction next door. The towels were piled up after people used them at the pool, and obviously no one took care of them. The hallway smelled mildewy. Overall, would not stay here again, especially for the amount we had to pay...
- 4/5
We lived the fact that it was directly across from the aquarium which was our main reason for being there
- 5/5
Awesome staff. This was my second stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience. Easy walking distance to anywhere downtown.
- 5/5
It was convenient the staff was excellent. Would recommend only one thing i would recommend a microwave and a that the refrigerator works.
- 5/5
Most surrounding restaurants shutdown by 9.
- 1/5
Didn’t like
- 5/5
I stayed here for a concert. 10/10 would stay again. The room was huge and a 10 min walk from stadiums. There are dining options next door you can walk too and the breakfast was great!
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean and comfortable and location was perfect!
- 5/5
Really like the property, we booked it as we were going to the aquarium the next day and the staff was so nice and helpful. Very clean rooms. And hotel was nice on the inside. Good options to walk and eat somewhere.
- 5/5
I enjoyed our stay, I felt very safe and the room was very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend! The location was near restaurants and right infront of the Georgia Aquarium and a little walk to the coca-cola museum! I will definitely be staying here again!
- 4/5
The bed was very uncomfortable. We could feel the springs in the mattress. Woke up with pain in my body. The food was okay but often left open with flies flying on it.
- 5/5
Location was great. Whole experience was awesome.
- 3/5
Staff is wonderful just parking is strange to us you must valet park your car at 60.00 a night and no self parking options…. Weird limited parking all around the hotel area so by renting a car and saving on uber or share rides you still have to eat the cost of valet only parking at 60.00 a night
- 5/5
Everyone is welcoming. I wasn’t a fan of the overnight pricing for parking by any means but outside of that it was a very pleasant stay
- 4/5
The hotel staff and room was amazing! The amenities were not as great. Everything is an extra charge like a microwave, breakfast, and extremely high price for parking. Don't forget to bring cash for tips which are expected for proper service.
- 3/5
Breakfast and beds are terrible
- 5/5
Great location, less than 10 minutes in walking distance from State Farm Arena and all the surrounding spots. Excellent customer service, very safe, great breakfast and comfortable room.
- 4/5
Lots of construction otherwise fine. Walkable to my destinations which was a plus.
- 5/5
Amazing Hotel in an excellent location with great amenities. Really enjoy staying here when we visit the Georgia Aquarium. Parking is available and great staff with multiple dining options around. Clean and family-friendly.
- 1/5
You have to pay to park at this hotel and pay for breakfast. They will charge breakfast to you even if you don’t go. The pool is very small for the size of the hotel. The cleaning staff was very rude!
- 5/5
Great location for families
- 4/5
Overall a good hotel and would stay again. The parking was a mess. However the valet drivers are amazing but just so many people/cars in a small area. The elevators were incredibly slow. 30 minutes to get ice one time. Then my daughter took the steps and couldn’t get back in. Checking out was a horrible wait at elevators to. Not sure what was going on. The beds were ok, a little soft for us! The Aquarium and Coca Cola museum are literally across the street! Super convenient to lots of attractions; Olympic park, sky wheel and Falcons stadium all easily walkable.
- 3/5
Overnight “valet” parking was $60. Pool was heavily chlorinated. Pool area was left untidy during swim hours. Homeless people on every corner. Construction. Protesting.
- 4/5
I brought my boyfriend for his birthday and we enjoyed our stay
- 4/5
Great place and walking distance. Only thing was I found a lot of hair from the previous person that stayed in the room every where.
- 5/5
We enjoyed a great stay. The hotel is in a perfect location. We walked to the stadium for a concert. We were also able to visit the aquarium and the world of Coca Cola. Awesome location.
- 3/5
Parking allowed. They charge a fee of $60 per night to park. That would’ve been good information to have before booking.
- 5/5
Only negative is the $60/night for parking. Everything else was great!
- 3/5
room was ok, having to pay $60 to park car at hotel , crazy.area not great.
- 4/5
Overall the stay was enjoyable. Great location with lots to do around hotel. Be nice if bar was available at the hotel.
- 4/5
Enjoyed our stay for the most part. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower, large tv. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Thank God for booking the rooms prior to them charging $11.00 for breakfast. One elevator was not working so it made wait times quite long trying to get downstairs for checkout
- 5/5
Wish they had more fancier options for dining in like pasta or steaks.
- 4/5
Ok not bad
- 4/5
Other access dor tourist attractions
- 4/5
Hotel staff was super kind and helpful! the room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was surprisingly quite for being in the city and location could not have been better if you want to go to the aquarium!
- 4/5
Walkable, easy to dine, safe
- 5/5
Nice hotel and staff was very friendly. Great location! Wished our room was available when we arrived an hour early but everything else was great. Valet was easy and valet staff friendly!
- 3/5
The restaurant and bar were not staffed. The pool water was murky.

Property was nice.

10/10! My friends and I came from out of town for Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour! The Hyatt was the perfect stay. Super walkable to Mercedes Benz Stadium and right across from the Georgia Aquarium, Olympic Centennial Park and the Skyview. We only had to drive once to Mary Mac’s Restaurant. Staff was incredibly helpful. Will absolutely stay here again
- 5/5
I had an amazing experience, this was my first solo trip and I went to see Beyoncé for cowboy Carter. I landed really early so my room wasn’t initially ready, check-in was at three. I got there around 8:30am. Sarai & Osmara were amazing and made sure I was able to get into a room at the soonest available. They came to my room and brought me a fruit platter and water and Red Bull since I didn’t have a lot of sleep due to my flightwhich was so sweet of them. They helped to make my trip so easy and comfortable. I will absolutely be back and recommend this hotel to all my friends staying in Atlanta.
- 3/5
Walking distance downtown Atlanta.
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Great location, clean
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
Not top notch for the price. Very mediocre. Had a broken fridge.
- 3/5
Everything was great, but I had to have the sheets changed due to hair in the bed upon arrival. The staff was courteous and had a great response time. Breakfast was amazing and fresh.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect location. Close to attractions.
- 3/5
$60 parking overnight and $11 bfast per-person
- 2/5
The place was very clean and most of the staff was great, but the breakfast is not complimentary as stated and the parking is a bit overpriced. $60 a night.
- 5/5
Arrives to hotel early after an overnight train ride and had the ability to check in early for a $35 fee which was worth every penny. The ability to have that luxury after a long travel makes all the difference. Room was clean and close enough to everything we planned on doing while visiting the city.
- 1/5
Manager was rude
- 4/5
Location was perfect for visiting the aquarium. Noon checkout was great. Parking was very expensive.

- 5/5
Staff were very friendly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!! Will be back again.
- 5/5
My family and I enjoyed our stay here this 4th of July weekend! I was particularly thankful to have Nautica at the front desk during our stay. She was incredibly informative and kind!
- 5/5
Nice safe area
- 5/5
Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Centrally located.
- 3/5
The property met our needs as far as location and being close to the places we needed to go. The rooms are good size and so was the bathroom. The down side was the cleaning the rooms. We had our baby with us so when we left for the day and came back the rooms weren’t cleans and the towels wasn’t changed. This was at 4pm in the even when most places would already have the room cleaned by then. Due to the construction next door the pool had debris in it.
- 2/5
Reservation said breakfast is included but it wasn’t. They charge $11 per person for breakfast. Pool is not good.
- 5/5
Excellent spot and the staff were exceptional!!
