This property is located in the perfect spot with a staff that makes a difference. They anticipate needs and always seek solutions rather than magnifying problems. My travel team made a costly mistake in planning my travel for this trip, but the hotel resolved the issue without any additional burden on me personally. Thank you, Vladimur, for simply making me feel like the most important person in the property.

We found this hotel to be clean and serviceable with little enjoyment. It offered a very average, slow coffee option in the lobby. There was no option to sit outside, no courtyard, no restaurant to enjoy the Atlanta warmth, and no outdoor pool or rooftop. The hotel's restaurant and bar were dark, and the restaurant was windowless.

Room was clean and staff attentive. Very convenient to be able to go directly into the mall from the hotel. Shuttle service for our dinner out was so nice . Highly recommended this hotel .

$50 -$60 JWM parking… Say what ? Marta parking is across the street $5 overnight… office parking next door $12 per 24 hours… JWM please correct your pricing ….

We were very pleased with our stay here. Lots of amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, clean room and surrounding areas. The cafe staff were incredibly kind, friendly and attentive and put a smile on our faces during every interaction. We loved that the hotel was connected to a shopping area with a food court, restaurants, and mail salon. It was also just a 15 minute walk from a grocery store and Target for any last minute necessities not found in the mall. Finally, loved the lounge area. Great place to connect with others. A 10/10 experience!

Quiet location for vacationing next to a shopping mall with places for dinning.

This place is a mixed bag. Its clean and fancy. They do nickel and dime you though. They tried to make me buy a $25 gift card for the mall every day by saying it was a fee for the room (charging me $25 in return for the gift card). They acted like I had no choice until I got upset, then they removed it. The drinks are overpriced and I suspect they don't always give you a full shot of alcohol in the mixed drinks. The complimentary toothpaste is hilariously small. The room has no coffee or microwave to encourage you to spend more money. It was nice to be in such a classy, high-end place but it also felt like being at a Mercedes car dealership which is a bit gross.

I paid for two nights, they cancelled my res without calling, and when I showed up night two they told me it was cancelled and I had to rebook for the night. I wasnt refunded for the two nights I already paid for so they essentially made me pay for 3 nights for a one night stay

Amenities it was advertised that there was a hot tub. It was closed. I chose my hotel based on the hot tub on site. There should have been something that said the hot tub was closed at this time!

I requested a room with a hot tub, the provided room's shower was not closed properly, which flooded the entire bathroom floor. Requested the change in the room, but got a room without a hot tub.

Checking in was easy, valet is easy and nice folks, room is always clean. The restaurant was rough - couldn’t get anyone to even acknowledge we had been seated by the hostess and eventually we left. Otherwise, always a solid place to stay!

The room was spotless. The staff was very very friendly. I really love the bathroom and the showers were so clean and spotless. Beautiful view from the 18th floor overlooking the city. Going to come back to say again connected to the mall was a plus. Don't really need to drive anywhere unless you want to. The food was great and the breakfast was excellent. And they have a little prize for you not sure if that's everyday but it was when we were there we loved it. Can't say enough about it but we really enjoyed it thank you.

Stay here multiple times. It’s amazing , there is an easy access to shopping from the hotel, food is amazing, the rooms are clean and airy. The gym / pool is also really nice. The moment you enter the staff are kind, welcoming and always helping . I will be back here

After you stay here, it may be difficult to stay at a different hotel cause everything is perfect from the location, ease of transportation , shopping, food options and kind staff. The staff made my stay wonderful and pleasant

We checked in very late, early morning on the 28th due to a flight delay on the 27th. Despite the time, the lady at the front desk Ms Betty , was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth check-in and a great experience. Her warmth and helpfulness stood out, especially after a long travel day. We really appreciated her kindness and exceptional service.

Was there for a weekend conference and felt very taken care of. From reception to the bartenders to the shuttle drivers to the housekeepers... just everyone! The whole team really exuded the Mariott standard. Shoutout specifically to Shane at reception. Whatever I needed, he made sure and got it done. And the room was spacious and nice with a gorgeous view of the Atlanta city line. Absolutely loved my stay here.

Booked this for my birthday specifically looking for heated pool, called before booking asked if they had heated pool they said they did. When we arrived the water was FREEZING! tHEY SAID THE HEATER HAD BROKEN. The SHOWER water was freezing so bad it gave us a headache while showering! The staff said to leave it running for 10 minutes we left it running 30 never warmed up! We called to complain they said they would send a tech they didnt. The fridge was not working we called to complain they said they would send a tech, they never did AGAIN!

Only complaint was the bartender neglected us as we were looking to order food at the bar. Checked on us once and we weren't ready to order and never came back. So we left. All other staff members were fantastic.

Service was not good. Room service tasted really bad. Asked for hot water to make formula for the baby 3 times and told I had to go down and get it myself.

We enjoyed our stay. It was just for a night but it felt like we were there for a long time. The room was perfect, clean, well aired and, comfortable bed. Will be visiting again for certain!

I stayed at this property for 3 weeks and the breakfast every morning including Sundays was always the same and was very very limited. Not the standard of a JW Marriott.

I was shocked by the poor service at this JW Marriott. The Restaurant, The Preserve was poorly ran - extremely slow service and lack of attention to guests. The valet was non existent after hours. This hotel is NOT the standard of Marriott and I will never stay there again. 1/10

Loved the friendly staff and clean rooms! Everyone from.the reception to the restaurant and barvstaff went above and beyond at every interaction.

Hotel was nice. Lounge was very dark in the day. Restaurant was only open for breakfast. Expected a bit more for a JW.

Close to shopping with an indoor pool but might need to be cleaned smelled like hotdog water. The room view was 5 star and front desk was 5 star also

Beautiful, upscale hotel in heart of Buckhead. Hotel is adjacent to Lenox Square Hotel which allowed for many additional dining and shopping options, but somehow was still remained quiet and tranquil. Friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Lovely stay!

Everything was top notch at the JW Marriott! The room and view were excellent. The hotel was right next to a great mall. The bar was a fun place to unwind as well!

The hotel is a bit old. They didn’t clean our room the fiesta day so had to ask front service to pls ask to get it cleaned up the following day. The following day was already 2pm and the room was still not cleaned. Had to go to the front again and sat in the lobby until it got cleaned.

I visited this hotel with my family for a few days and everything about it was top notch. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Very helpful! The pool area is beautiful and the connection to Lenox Square mall made it so easy. Also very close to the SlooMoo Institute which is a must if you have kids. Very pretty neighborhood and well appointed. 10/10 recommend

excellent location right across the street from MARTA. I did not have to go outside to go to Lenox Square Mall. All the shopping and eating one could ask for. I was at a meeting at the Georgia World Congress center and went back and forth by Marta...super convenient. When I arrived and departed it was by air so Marta to the Airport. No Parking fees!

It was a little confusing to get into the building from the garage and there was a homeless man sleeping in the garage elevator lobby. Other than that...LOL, great stay!

We have stayed in this hotel for years. The main reason we choose this hotel is bc we feel safe here and can walk to Lenox and Phipps to shop. We valet park and walk everywhere else close to hotel. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff very nice. We had a very kind waiter in the bar one night. Food was delicious!

First we had to change room because of loud noises. Then in the morning the cleaning lady entered in our room unexpectedly while we were naked!!! Very awkward moment!! She was there around 9:30 and the check out was at noon… other than that, our stay was great!!

I’ve stayed here before and this was my worst experience. The check in was smooth however, the staff that night was extremely gruff. He wasn’t welcoming at all. This was different as the staff is usually very friendly. Valet was extremely friendly per usual. The gym equipment was broken, the sauna didn’t work, and the jacuzzi had warm with inoperable jets. I told the staff at the front desk and she apologized and advised that they rarely check those areas so they wouldn’t know it was broken unless someone told them. I did not have a good stay this time and as a Marriott Bonvoy member; unfortunately I dont think I’ll be staying here again…
