    The service across the entire hotel was top notch (e.g. cleaning crew, front desk, bell hop, valet, etc.). The staff were the standout for this hotel. The location of the hotel is great - right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The hotel restaurant had pretty good food and was convenient. The hotel gym had great equipment in it. The valet team was fast and super efficient. Most of the staff remembered my name throughout my entire stay, which was a very warm touch. Big thank you to Ryan, who was so helpful for my entire stay and made me laugh the whole weekend. Also, big thank you to Shane, who was the bartender for the hotel bar. My drinks were amazing! I absolutely plan to return to Ritz-Carlton Atlanta on my next trip to the city.

    No pink / no blood . It came out rare to med But lots of blood . They offered to redo it but I had no time. Bellman left my hanging clothes in the closet ( what bell person does not check closet ?). I tried calling them for 3 hours they never answered the phone. I had to call corporate Marriott hdq For help . Finally spoke to security and located my left behind belongings in closet Bed comfort was good /everything else bad The hotel seemed deserted. Arrival May5 Holiday Inn would have been better

    The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day. Every detail reflected the high standard you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton property. Although I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, everything else about my stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta and looking for exceptional service and a clean, comfortable place to stay.

    When I called the hotel, no one would ever answer. The staff was not effective and efficient. It took 20 minutes for them to print out my bill. My lamb chops at the restaurant or overcooked, even though I asked for them to be very very rare. I’m sorry, but it was like a $2000 dinner. I’m very disappointing. The Bell men in valet were awesome.

    Great, attentive staff. Bathrooms have no exhaust fans. Furniture/ fixtures could be renovated. Bed and linens were good and comfortable. Breakfast was good and diverse, lots of options! Overall a good hotel but they should do a little renovation to keep up with more modern style.

    Everything was great with this hotel.the only complaint that I have is when the housekeeping clean your room they take the little amenities that they put in the bathrooms out. They don’t replace it and they will take the dirty robes, but won’t replace them with new ones.

    Our stay at the Ritz Carlton, Atlanta was wonderful from start to finish. Andre at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and truly made us feel like VIP’s. Johnathan and Chris from bell service were equally kind and attentive. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious, and every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. It was an unforgettable We experience. We definitely will be back!!

    We were looking for a luxury experience and did not completely get it. Honestly the hotel staff were superb. Very friendly, engaging and eager to help. No issues with service. Unfortunately area of town not the best. did not feel comfortable walking around especially at night. Had to uber everywhere. Room AC not working well despite worker coming into “fix” our first night here. More hot and humid in the room than outside. also tiles constantly running. I had to remove the tank lid on the back and manually push down the flapper multiple times a day to allow tank to fill. so annoying. For this price point i was expecting better room and facilities. Service 5plus. Hotel itself 2.

    I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. As for the room, it was cozy, comfortable and had Diptyque products that I really enjoyed. My only qualm - and it's by no.means the fault of the RC - would be with the neighborhood. While it is convenient to many ATL tourist spots - CC Museum and Georgia Aquarium - it's not the best area to walk around after dark with a fair share of homelessness. But I had none of these issues during the day. In summary, I would definitely recommend this hotel as long as your sole ambition is to walk around and galavant in the area in the late hour's of the evening

    Perfectly nice hotel…except for the neighborhood and surroundings. Upon arrival, the front desk advised me not to walk around near the hotel in the evening. They said during the day, you’ll likely just be harassed by the homeless but at night it is not safe. Most of downtown Atlanta looked this way, though. Probably used to be better, as I’m sure they don’t build Ritz-Carlton hotels in horrible neighborhoods. Ventured north to watch a Braves game, and this area was night and day different from the downtown. Unfortunately, I’d advise staying in a different spot.

    I would only come back for the super friendly employees, that being said the hotel could use some serious upgrades. We had to rig our bathroom door in order for it to shut. We used our shoes, garbage can to keep it from opening. You can’t tell the difference between the bath mats and the towels. They need to be thrown out and replaced with new ones. It’s the ritz Carlton guys, yes run by Marriott but come on the towels, robes .. gross, felt like sandpaper. The throw pillows were stained and just disgusting. My expectations were sadly diminished the moment I walked into the room. I will say the convenience of transportation from the hotel room was priceless. Close to the Marta and free trolley was awesome. I’d come back solely for the friendliness of the employees. Barbara, who is retiring after 40 years of working at the hotel was just amazing! Come visit us in Florida. So sweet! None of the negatives mentioned here have anything to do with the employees, I blame management.

    Due to severe language barrier. Had to call three times to have pillows delivered. Worst of all, I requested two wake up calls - 6:00 am and 6:30 am - neither of which occurred causing a missed flight. Room condition was typical Marriott. No bathroom door lock. Chipped paint in various places theought room. Definitely Not worth the $$

    The staff was amazing! They found out it was our anniversary and left framed pictures, balloons, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. All for free! The bathrooms are lovely. The lobby, lounge and restaurant were impeccable. The bed and bedroom was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Very walkable location to all the best attractions in downtown.

    I'm not sure why this place got some crazy bad reviews but it was very nice!! The hotel was very clean, peaceful, and conveniently located! We went for a weekend trip to see the aquarium (incredible) and world of Coca-Cola (so much fun). We took ubers or walked to both places and nice restaurants close by. Some people also said the area walking around was unsafe or dangerous... We expexted sketchy conditions but it really wasnt that bad. It's regular downtown anywhere you go. There will be poor people sitting/sleeping on the street. We found all the local charities hounding us for money worse! All in all, nice hotel, convenient location. We would stay again.

    If you are looking for a 5-star hotel, this is not the place. The Ritz in Atlanta is at the most a 2 star hotel. It is so badly maintained, furniture with scratches everywhere, the AC unit is so loud that you won't be able to sleep and it felt dirty all around.

    The Ritz was in a convenient area, close to the expressway and dining options. The staff were pleasant and professional. I would not say the facilities were indicative of a 5 star hotel. Our sink faucet was loose- as in very loose, the sink stopper went down but you had to get under the sink cabinet to push it back up, the bathroom barn door did not lock which was needed because it the door didn’t stay closed easily. , The iron had so much junk on the bottom I’m surprised it slid at all and the ironing board cover had no way to keep it secure to the board. The room was nice although somewhat dated. Bathroom lighting was very good.

    We stayed at the Ritz Saturday night after a long day at the aquarium with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I felt safe here with my children and the employees were very accommodating to them. There was a small kids table in the lobby with crayons and coloring pages. My daughters also got to pick out a stuffy of their choice upon arrival. The room was very clean and I never felt like my daughters couldn’t walk around the room freely. I do however wish that the room had a functional fridge and a microwave for storing and warming milk. I was able to get some warmed milk for my daughter from the bar downstairs but would’ve rather done it myself in the room. The bartender was very kind though and got it for me as fast as he could. We ate breakfast the next morning on the second floor and it was AMAZING!

    The rooms were nice but the valet crashed my truck parking it and didn’t notify me , I discover the damage when they brought my truck back to me , the hotel is a nice stay and nice environment for all but the third party valet company they used are not cautious with other people vehicles l.

    Room was very dark and overlooked the internal AC units. It was spacious and clean though and room service was very good. The neighborhood is NOT good though. Fine if you are just staying for business but would not recommend this location for a leisure stay.

    Very disappointed at my stay @ The Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, GA. The room had many damaged items. When I called corporate, they reached out to the manager in Atlanta. No one contacted me back because on their end, one of the managers closed the case without speaking with me. I have pictures of the damages in the room. I’m so disappointed and I’m waiting for the manager to call me back. I hope The Ritz Carlton has some form restitution for this. This is unprofessional and an outrage.

    I have no complaints and will suggest that the elevator that was close to the executive suite on the 17th floor is serviced for the sound it made all throughout the night. We could hear it but I didn’t let it effect my stay, or this review. Fredrick with Valley is always a handsome face to greet me as well each time I stay, he’s so nice and accommodating as all of the staff is. Truly this Ritz is why I return to it each time I visit the ATL
