    The staff was doing the best they could. The elevators were not working. My husband who had our luggage was stuck on 4th floor unable to come down due to the elevators not working and so many people cramming into the only elevator that did work which would take you all the way to the top floor then open up on each floor going down. There are 20 floors! I was having so much anxiety about the elevators I had to go down several flights of stairs! It took my husband over 30 minutes to get down the one elevator we were so late we missed our appointment. There was a domestic dispute all night across the hall from us. Paying $25 to park soooo far away from the hotel is insane when most hotels parking is included. Breakfast is also not included. For the amount you pay you would think AT LEAST the elevators would be fully operational and the windows would be clean. Westin Marriott this was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

    The rooms were nice. Good Morning! I'm emailing to say what a complete disappointment out stay was this weekend! Upon arrival everything thing seemed okay, as we were waiting for the elevator we were told by another person staying at the hotel that she had been stuck in the elevator and had to have the fire department come get her out. We used the elevator and got to our room on the 16th floor. We left later for our concert, when we returned, which was very late, the elevators were not working correctly, and we waited a very long time to get to our room. My husband has a bad hip and walking up 16 flights of stairs would be painful. Early Sunday morning my husband went to get something from our vehicle and when he came back someone was stuck in the elevator AGAIN! He was going to use the stairs, but the doors were locked, and no one could find the key to open the door to the stairs. Imagine if there was a fire and the doors were locked and no one could find a key. Once the key was found my husband had to go up 16 flights of stairs to get back to our room with a bad hip. This is unacceptable, especially considering paying $235.00 a night.

    2 out of 4 elevators were broken. There was 2 conferences and one wedding when we arrived. The hotel seemed like a daycare. Kids running around screaming late into the night a solid 45 minutes away from the airport. Room smelled something funny, bathroom was tiny and the door hit the bathtub. No iron or ironing board no welcome waters. Definitely was expecting more would never return

    This has got to be the the best hotel we have stayed at. From the moment you walk in it smells like verbena! Everything was great from the food at the restaurant to the very friendly staff! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and atmosphere felt relaxing, be sure to sit outside in the evening on the patio with water view! Stop by the Starbucks in the mornings and see the sweet barista there. She greeted us with a smile and was very friendly every morning of our stay. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Savor restaurant on site, both times were amazing! We would recommend The Westin if you in the Atlanta area. We plan to stay here again on our next trip! Nothing, everything was great!

    My food was cold. The only reason I didn’t returned it because I was so hungry. I had to use the microwave. My fries were not fresh. It tasted old. The restaurant was empty at the time. So I don’t understand why I received cold and old food.

    Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel lobby and rooms very clean. Only thing I didn't like was the elevator service. There was 4 service doors but only seems like hotel only using one, long wait at times. The room was very clean, it just had a stale smell like carpet may been wet for long time or just old carpet.

    The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice, professional and helpful, however, I am one of the guest who got stuck in the elevator Saturday night (5/24/26). It was a very distressing experience and to make it worst the staff was aware that this particular elevator was having problems and they continued to allow people to get on it. The fire company had to called to get us out of there! It could have been a deadly incident and it was so avoidable. The management acted as if it was nothing and I felt were very insensitive to the situation. Only the Manager on that night showed any sort of concern. The others were much too complacent. In addition, they charged me for nightly parking and I did not have a car. It's very difficult to give the hotel a bad review when the hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was so personable but the elevation situation would keep me from staying at a Westin again.

    We booked our rooms 6 months out and called the hotel randomly to request that all of us be put on the same floor. It was a group of 25, not only did they not accomidate our request that was made far in advance, We booked the more expensive rooms so that we could help them help us. Also on arrival which we also asked for early check in, which they couldn't provide, our rooms wasn't ready at normal check in. We was spread out threw out the hotel aross 5 floors. Also this is a hotel with its own private parking lot plus parking structure,but they still charge your room by the day for parking, which is ubsered since you would be traveling there by some form of transportation. Also breakfast wasn't included with your room.

    One of my favorite parts of staying here is the restaurant. The food is consistently great, the service is attentive, and it never feels like an afterthought the way hotel dining sometimes can. I’ve stayed enough times to appreciate consistency, and they absolutely have it down. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional from check-in to checkout. Every interaction feels warm and genuine, which keeps me coming back. This has easily become one of my favorite hotels to stay at in the area, and they truly never miss.

    1) They checked in different people to our room. It took me 1 hour to finally get into a room. 2) charged me for valet while I kept showing them it was included in my expedia reservation. 3) we found an ant 🐜 on our bed in the 2nd night. 4) elevators were very sketchy and noisy 5) receptionists were kind but they need way more experience in taking care of issues. 6) I don't see the reason why it showes all kind of room types like superior or executive when the receptionist literally said all our rooms are the same????? Why did i pay extra to get a superior room if they are all the same???? What I would do if were to get a room here, make sure you get the cheapest room, its just an upcharge for the others and pay in total before you get there and make sure don't buy anything but the room, if you like to get valer or breakfast or whatever just buy that there. What really got me after all of these issues they didn't even care to offer anything in compensation to make the issues right, not even a bottle of water.

    Location is great, the property has had a rehab not sure when, but rehabs are not cutting it these days (the BED was horrible) I thought about going to buy a mattress foam or pillow top, that's how bad it was. ELEVATORS where down most of my stay, they had 4 + 1 = (5) a service elevator and it took upwards of 20 minutes to get an elevator at times.

    The front desk reception staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room for our anniversary. Dining staff were equally kind and attentive. Parking was well organized. We didn't have an iron in our room and we were charged for breakfast which was supposed to be a part of our stay otherwise the stay was very pleasant.

    The room I slept in was next to the elevator me and my family didn’t get any sleep, and the staff admitted that I was saying the truth . That the room is not quiet at all due to the elevator being very noisy and very loud. Everything else was nice but what is a hotel stay if can’t get sleep.

    Gorgeous hotel, lobby, restaurant and very accommodating staff. We had a meeting of over 200 people and went to get some food - the manager made sure we got a table in the back. The food was outstanding! Hotel room was nice, clean and quiet. Parking was easy and close.

    To make the room livable, I ended up spending over $42 on DoorDash just to order air fresheners to help mask the smell. For the price I paid to stay there, that’s completely unacceptable. The staff mentioned that guests with pets are usually placed on floors 3, 4, and 5 — so why was I on floor 10 and then 12 dealing with the same issue? On top of that, there’s no free parking — valet is $32, and self-parking is $22 per night. The hotel itself feels old and outdated, nothing like the sleek, refreshed Westin brand I expected. The carpets hold odor badly and really should be replaced with hardwood or vinyl flooring to prevent the smells from lingering. I typically rely on hotel ratings when booking, but I honestly can’t understand how this property has the reviews it does. Based on my experience, this was closer to a 2-star motel than a premium Westin stay.

    Very average! Not worth all the hidden extra charges. Room is small and bathroom needs to be updated. Valet for what an average hotel smh Pick anywhere else because this place is not worth it at all! Will never be back and they will look down on you if you bring your kids to stay and charge extra for guest.

    For such a busy hotel not enough staff for dining. Took an hour for dinner and staff told us not enough people to cover shifts when also having a conference at the hotel. Poor scheduling. Front desk was very professional and personable

    Heat was not working and had to call the front desk 3 times before someone finally showed up. The technician stated that she didn’t know how to fix it and offered a space heater which I was okay with. This is not something that I would expect from this hotel chain. Normally I have a very pleasant experience with Westin.

    Long waits! Room door was dead. Had to wait outside on the floor for an hour with my kids waiting on maintenance that was never called to let us in. Went to front desk twice with all of our bags trying to get in the room. Very uncomfortable double beds. Not the cleanest hotel

    This is a well kept hotel - very clean and comfortable. The comforters and literally like clouds! It is clear that the cleaning staff takes pride in their work and it’s appreciated. The front desk staff is also very kind, constantly carrying a smile and accommodating. The valet guys are respectful and courteous and I truly enjoyed my stay.

    Hotel and staff were excellent. Would recommend changes to parking fees. Although I feel parking should be included with the reservation, if fees must be charged at least charge daily instead of every time a guest has to leave.     We stayed 2 nights, and didn’t get any cleaners to come to the room and clean it at they could have least leave some fresh towels. The pool was disproportionate to the amount of rooms it could only have up to 66 total. The food in the Resturant was hot and cold. I was served cold Macaroni and cheese with a piping hot piece of unseasoned chicken, but the green beans were good. The staff seemed nice and said hi. The best part was Starbucks.

    A great hotel! Easy access right off the interstate. Excellent facilities, friendly/professional staff, spacious and very well appointed rooms, and great breakfasts in the restaurant. Everything about this hotel was perfect for me. It is some distance north of downtown and the airport, but if that doesn’t matter, this is an outstanding hotel (as are most Westins I’ve been to) that I would highly recommend and most definitely stay at again.

    I was not impressed by this hotel. The rooms were dated. Older carpenting and out of date furnishings. The bathroom tub was stained along with the tiles around the tub. The water was lukewarm in the shower. The only positive thing was the beds. They were somewhat comfortable. Although, i was extremely tired after driving 8 hours. I would not give this hotel 4 stars...maybe 2.5 stars. Especially, for the $$$. I''m pretty sure i wont stay here again.

They also didn’t have any dumwaiters available when we tried to leave, just said sorry we don’t know where they are and left us hanging which was a pain for a family.
