When I arrived, I told reception that I had a dog and was traveling for a dog agility competition. The receptionist said nothing about this and gave me a room on the second floor (I also had stated that I had a dog on my booking, which I received an email back saying that my request had been received and approved). However, the second day: my key no longer worked in my door, I went to reception again to ask about this. The receptionist noticed my dog and asked me if I was aware of their pet policy. I responded that I had just arrived the previous night, I had stated I'd brought my dog several times, and hadn't received any more information. She then, quite rudely, stated that: (1) I would need to pay extra, (2) I should not have had a room on the second floor (as if this was my fault), and (3) she disregarded my explanation that I had told several different people that I had a pet with me. I felt as though I was being treated as if I had tried to sneak my dog into the building, which I certainly had not done. This whole encounter left me feeling like the hotel was very disorganized and there was poor communication. This may have been because I used a third party booking service (Booking.com); however, these services are so common now that this should really be better avoided.

Apparently, Sunday and Monday afternoon till evening (7pm) they rent half their teeny tiny pool out for swim lessons. I specifically booked this stay as gift for my grandson (12th) birthday. Unlimited swimming for hours was the thought. In the shallow 1/2 of pool taken up by the entrance steps....WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THIS. would have changed my stay dates had I known. Was NOT the swim filled gift I thought I was paying for!!! Very VERY disappointed

We had planned on staying here for 3 nights, on the 2nd night our car was broken into. The parking lot is dark and a magnet for vandals. I would be cautious staying here.

Everything was excellent. The only issue was that the hot tub was not clean and that was the primary reason I chose Comfort Inn out of all other comparable options.

Lobby garbages were over filling for the entire night. Hot tub needs the crime scrubbed off its even floating in the bubbles from too much chlorine. Sauna wouldn’t warm up. Elevator was so smelly and dirty. The floors were nasty dirty. Breakfast spread was pretty great though. Worried about how dirty the kitchen was though.

Staff was very polite and receptionist was very welcoming. Breakfast was so good and did not disappoint. Family lived the pool area! Might of seen a bug that looked like a house pest! Not sure but didn't see anymore of them.

The property and staff were amazing we love this hotel but Booking through Expedia we went off the pictures of the rooms and the room we booked was a room that had an extra bedroom (as the photos showed) when we arrived that was not the room we were given. The pictures on Expedia were not correct. This affected us because we had our adult special-needs son with us who needs his own space to feel comfortable and staying in a hotel. It was unfortunate and made for a rough night.

Staff was super nice and welcoming! The breakfast was great and their staff in the breakfast room was so helpful and kind too. The room we stayed in was spacious and my kids loved it!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was also really good. I would recommend that that pool and hot tub be monitored more because it was completely over-crowded, which made it hard to have fun in. Also, I recommend that the gym be updated because it is really small and there isn't much updated equipment in there. Overall, a great value for your money though!

Friendly staff clean room

The common areas and the elevated were pretty rundown, but the rooms themselves were well maintained. I had a devil of a time trying to find an ice machine on the second floor of this facility and finally walked down the stairs to the first floor. That seemed a bit inconvenient. The front desk staff was very helpful and responsive. Wi-Fi tech-support was helpful as well.

First room upon checl in had womens lashes and other residue on the bed. Second room had a stale paint smell. Both night the guests above us had a very unruley dog thay would bark and run across the room causing a lot of noise as late as 1am. Called the front desk both nights and nothing was done. Also by night 2 there were literally no clean towels for rooms or pool throughout the entire hotel. Honestly one of the least relaxing stays I've ever had..

Breakfast is wonderful. The staff is wonderful. It's clean the maids are working all day hard keeping this place clean. The front desk staff is wonderful. If you need to stay for the night or the week or the month this is a comfortable place to do it. It can definitely be a home away from home. And if you have animals it's probably the best place that you can choose. These people know hospitality and they do it right.

Located in a safe area, welcoming lobby area, down side was no staff was at the desk when I arrived. There were 3 of us waiting for over 5 minutes. There was a continual smell of marijuana in the hall ways.

They have a wonderful continental breakfast. The hotel is in a very safe area and it has anything that you could possibly need in a stay over.

Everything was good, only issue was the tub wasn’t draining while showering and in the morning there was no hot water.

Hotel easily accessed off highway. Very clean. But hallway to room smelled of someone smoking weed. As we brought our things into our room the smoke detector was chirping off and on. I went to the front desk to see if they could replace the battery, usually a 9 volt. The office staff gave me two AA batteries. She could not assist as she was the only person in the reception area and it was 9pm. Upon returning to the room, I used an ottoman to get up to the ceiling and of course, upon opening the detector it was a 9-volt battery. The phone rang from the office, but upon picking it up the phone went dead. Nothing would light up and it would not respond to any buttons. So another trip back to the office to see if they could find a 9-volt battery. After 5 minutes of waiting, she came back without finding any. So back to room. We had no working smoke detector for the night but we couldn’t change rooms as it was reserved thru an Expedia rather than the hotel. The walls were very thin and we could hear the tv next door. The tub had nothing to keep you from sliding and my husband had difficulty getting in and out without falling. The breakfast was the standard fare. Although the price of the hotel was great for January, I’m not sure we would stay here again.

I was upset about the fact the shower head did not provide me with running water I needed to shower! Instead the water was focused on a bath which I don’t care for! Management should be responsible to assure that everything is properly working. So unsatisfied!!!!

Room in decent condition and staff courteous but could be improved by: 1) breakfast potato tater tots were cold and dry, 2) not leaving rind of lemon in water (becomes bitter over time), 3) consistent info being provided. For example, I had to request email copy of receipt when informed it would be sent by email after dropping off room keys in box. Expect delivery of receipt within 24 hours.

The room was clean, had an issue with the tv, breakfast was decent. Staff was super friendly and courteous. Attended to all my needs, when I mentioned there was a smoke alarm beeping in the hallway, they fixed it immediately. Would definitely stay here again. It was convenient and not too far from the freeway.

Easy check-in, pool is super warm which is always a treat at a hotel(some are too cold). I will say I don’t think we would stay again only because the walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbours coughing and sneezing. Also the bathroom wasn’t proper cleaned, hair around the towel, dirt in the corners. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. All the staff we came across was lovely.

I encountered lying, was cheated out of my money and experienced a total lack of integrity from the staff and mostly from the so-called manager, Nataly Benegas. The supposed to be provided Wi-Fi was spotty at best and nonexistent much too often. I needed it and the lack of it ruined my stay. I checked out a day early for that reason and expected a refund because the advertised services were not provided. The manager could not be reached on the weekend and either she was lied to about the Wi-Fi availability, or she lied to the people I spoke to and used it as a reason to deny my refund (cheated me). The person I spoke to said Ms. Benegas was in a meeting (I have my doubts) and would get back to me if I left a message. She never returned my call, showing a total lack of integrity for someone in the customer service industry. Be warned - stay at this disreputable place at your own peril. I also sent an email to the Comfort Inn corporate headquarters about this incident, and they did not have the common courtesy to respond either. STAY AWAY! Use their competitors.

Spotty internet, we kept having to reset it. Air conditioning unit only had ‘fan’ and ‘cool’ on high fan speed and no heat. The pool was in need of cleaning

Stayed three nights by myself in a new city. Felt safe and secure. Easy on and off the freeway. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but I did use the gym. Minimal items but enough to get a workout in that I appreciated. Not the newest or cleanest of hotels, but it did the job and I have to say it was really quiet. I didn’t hear any traffic or any door slamming which is always a big deal for me. Staff was always extremely friendly.

We stay at this hotel every year when we come to Washington to visit family. We have always had a good stay great staff and it is 5 minutes from family, fast food, convenient store.

The internet was not great, the refigerstor did not have a freezer.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was spacious and clean. Loved the smell of the room. No stuffy smell or anything.

Pool area is very nice. Front desk staff were incredible. Facility could use a good scrub overall.

This is our regular place to stay. It’s comfortable, clean and front desk staff is exceptional. Pool facilities are clean and very well kept up. Fresh lemon water at desk is convenient. Room is clean and beds comfortable. We did asked to be moved Dumis to noisy guests next but they were very accommodating. 4.5 stars from us.

We booked this room after leaving a different hotel for cleanliness issues. kind, informative and easily accessible. the room was large and comfortable and had an enclosed closet space, with ironing board and iron. Bathroom was clean and had a hair dryer. decent selection for breakfast down in the lobby.

I enjoyed my stay

Fitness room needs to be revamped. Too much equipment, no AC, equipment not functional.

I understand there was some soccer party event thing going on, but waking up at 6am the first morning because of noise, having constant knocking on our doors till as late as 11pm from kids, and just an overall unenjoyable stay. The AC stopped working both nights and it got to 80 degrees in our room. This was suppose to be a nice summer trip and a break for us and it felt worse than sleeping at home. The pool was packed the entire time, and I had to take my kids out for breakfast the second morning because 30 minutes before breakfast closed, they only had eggs left and dry cereal. This ended up being a $91 breakfast expensive so I expect in the very least to be compensated for the inconvenience and having such a loud and miserable stay. For $455, I would rather have stayed at a motel and gotten a fancy breakfast than deal with this nonsense.

Bed was fantastic. Only has one elevator can be a little busy! Staff was friendly. Seemed a little pricey for the stay for what it is. But overall a good place to stay.

The walls were so thin and the re was an adjoining door, so it sounded like our neighbor’s TV was in our room. We couldn’t concentrate to read or have a conversation - nevermind sleep. The night manager at the front desk said they couldn’t move us to another room and he couldn’t decide whether or not the cost of the room would be refunded, even though we checked out 2 hours after checking in…and for those 2 hours we were out at dinner. We never touched anything in the room. He said his manager would decide the next day, but it’s been 2 days and I’ve heard nothing. Terrible experience. We will never stay at another Comfort Inn.

(About 1 hour drive to park entrance). My room had a fabulous view of the mountain! Great pool/hot tub, full hot breakfast, coffee/tea station at reception is a nice touch. Cute little gym with treadmill and free weights. Beds and pillows are comfortable and bathroom is very big with large separate sink area. Overall great value and would stay here again.

This is our go to place to stay when we come down for a race at Pacific Raceways. The rooms are generally clean, beds are comfy and staff is helpful & friendly. The free breakfast is basic but good and has a decent selection to choose from and all the staff working are always super friendly and helpful. One thing that would be nice is if the pool was open before 10am since checkout is at 11am. Parking can get chaotic if you’re checking in later, but we always seem to squeeze in somewhere. This last time my only complaint was that our AC seemed to not be working properly so the room got stuffy and hot in the night. The bathroom also had a strong smell of urine coming from it so we kept the bathroom fan on and the door closed, but that’s the first time out of many stays that we have ran into either issue and we will continue to book here to stay when we come down.

We had an ok stay. Overall clean. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast options were decent. We stayed here after visiting Mt St Helens plus casinos were along the route. We went to Muckleshoot Casino that was like 10min drive and it was huge. Lots of slot machines.

Accommodation was great and the property was very well kept. Lots of options at the continental breakfast, and a great staff. It was nice to stay in a quieter area than in the middle of the city.

This property is unassuming. But comfort is definitely worth the name. I needed to sleep, and wondered if it would be noisy since it’s tucked away on a corner, I slept amazingly well. Hot shower and simple breakfast got my day started, and I felt so comfortable. Thank you for the amazing stay. Great people and staff. Would stay again. ❤️

I was there with my family but had to work from the hotel during the day and the internet connection was so spotty and bad that I couldn't work from the room. I had to go to a local Starbucks to get good service. That was the only complaint.

We booked a multiple beds room that Travelocity listed, however, they do not have the 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed that was listed. That room no longer exists at this hotel. The breakfast and room were decent, however, there was mildew in the shower. Overall, an okay experience, except that we needed more beds.

Easy to find and the breakfast was hot with lots of options. Downfall was my bed had an obvious dip and uncomfortable.

It's not made clear at check in that you have to ask for housekeeping - unless you look at the door tag you don't know your options. We're fine with using the same towels and making the bed ourselves for a few days, but at the very least housekeeping should collect trash daily. I had to ask at the desk if someone would come get ours and they were very nice about it. Also, there are really no dining options nearby except Jack's (a Texas Roadhouse) which was unexpectedly great.

Warning for ADA users!! The bed is extremely high and not doable with a regular power chair. You would have to have elevator in your chair. There is no under bed room for a hoyer lift either. This hotel is not ADA compliant.

We enjoyed the excellent, comfortable, nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast at Comfort Inn Pacific was plentiful and excellent as well.

The complimentary breakfast was standard self-serve fare, featuring a popular waffle maker and other typical options. It was served in a large, dedicated breakfast room with ample seating, which was a nice touch, preventing overcrowding. Self-parking was efficient and plentiful, offering a sense of security given the well-lit and spacious parking areas around the hotel. The location itself is very convenient, with two gas stations nearby and easy freeway access, making it ideal for those traveling north or south. The rooms were both comfortable and clean, equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave—a definite plus for longer stays. The single-cup coffee maker was adequate for a quick caffeine fix. However, one notable drawback was noise from adjoining rooms and closing doors. If you have noisy neighbors, you'll likely hear them, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. A specific observation during my stay from Thursday to the following Thursday was a noticeable drop in hot water pressure/temperature on the weekend, which was not an issue on weekdays. This is something to consider.

The breakfast

The only issue we had was that the shower was lukewarm at best. It would start out hot and by the end, it was turned all the way to hot and was only tepid.

Fast check in

Property is decent enough, a little noisy and garbage cans were constantly full on property. Also, most unfortunate part was the cold showers I had to endure both mornings. If you like that, it’s fine but I prefer a warm or hot shower and it seems as though the hotels system can’t keep up with multiple guests showering at the same time.

The hotel was not far from the airport and close to shopping locations and attractions.

They accomodated a request to keep most of our teammates together on the same floor. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. cons: fridge did not close and when asked to change it, no one ever did.

Went there because of a business trip and I got there early and they let me check in early. They do have breakfast and it is pretty decent. Kids would definitely love it. Room was completely clean and bed comfortable. My only negative thing is they allow people to park in front of the door and have two ways to get in. That part of the parking lot is full then you would have to back out and go around to get to the other side to get to the other side of the building where the other parking lot is.

I had a fantastic stay! The amenities were top-notch—loved relaxing in the pool, sauna, and hot tub, and the gym was well-equipped and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. What really made the stay special was the amazing staff—every single person we encountered was kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcomed. Can’t wait to come back!

Staff was great but nothing to really eat just a dairy queen ,jack in the box and am pm.

Had to run shower for 20 mins to get hot water. Then the water turned cold again a couple of mins later. Sink drain plug is stuck closed. I had to prop it open with a pen cap.

The walls are thin and the room next door was blasting tv all night long. The pool water was very cloudy and gross. The breakfast room was too small for the amount of guests so we had to stand and eat next to our kids who sat at a table. Definitely disappointed in our stay.
