Great place for the price. I used the pool - really enjoyed the peaceful grounds.

I had a very pleasant 2 night stay. There were some stains around my door and a greasy spot on my floor, but basically clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed! The pool was nice too! The cookies were good when they were available. Parking in the evening was a nightmare for someone recovering from knee surgery. I didn’t bring my handicap placard so ended up hobbling up the incline from the lower end of the parking lot.

1 bad thing.. the elevator is the SLOWEST ive ever encountered !! Fix the elevator

There was paint on the comforter and we were given a sheet instead of someone changing the linen. The television did not work. I can see they are still renovating but just a little more effort needs to go into the building. Staff was ok, didn’t see many.

Very clean modern rooms with hard wood floors .. linens were aesthetically pleasing, very white not worn and very comfortable. Staff were attentive, helpful and pleasant. The facilities modern aesthetically pleasing only one exception the elevators .. the elevators was the only small issue I had with my stay.. but not a big enough issue to fret over. Would be my go to choice whenever visiting in the area or near by.

The hotel staff is one of the best I have ever seen. They treat, their customers with love. When you check out at the front desk, you are saying to yourself, when I return I will definitely be staying here again.

Everything about the stay was great. The room was clean, housekeeping came by every day to see if I needed anything. I didn’t participate in the breakfast, but was offered it during check in.

The hotel felt old and outdated. When we first got there it took over 5 mins for the desk attendant to come to the front desk .Poor craftsmanship renovations. (Elevators were rink-a-dink, the floor numbers didn't show up). The hot/cold for the shower was reversed. The ac unit was too loud. Breakfast was a joke. I've seen better options in a vending machine. I would not recommend.

Overall, this was an excellent stay! Quiet, clean, solid breakfast, pleasant staff, all you could ask for at a fairly inexpensive hotel. Five stars out of five stars in my opinion!

Past reviews stated hotel was clean, but I beg the differ. We found hair strands on bed, counters, toilet, like not wiped down or swept good. Hotel might've been renovated, but there was a horrible ant problem in our bathroom. We told clerk at front desk, but we stayed in room. Unfortunately, woke up in middle of night to use bathroom and ants were everywhere in there. We got relocated to another room on same floor at about 3:00 am. It was awful and an inconvenience, but I will say the front desk clerk was nice. We will not stay there again though.

Pretty clean few minor problems but the staff did amazing especially Faye, she was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and went above and beyond!

We booked for 4 nights, hoping for a comfortable stay, but unfortunately the noise level was terrible. The room is not soundproof at all , you can clearly hear everything from the room next door, making it very difficult to sleep or rest properly. We have to book another hotel afterwards . Terrible experience !

No my room didn't have any heat. I called the receptionist desk and he kept saying that it worked. They charged me a deposit and then kept the deposit saying the room smelled like smoke. Which is a lie because I don't smoke.

Front desk staff was awesome, breakfast could have been better, the room was clean the only issue I had was the dirty towels I put on the floor to be replaced was folded and put back on the rack as if they were changed for clean ones.

We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind.

The place was really clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the rooms didn’t have ice buckets in the remotes did not work to the TV. oh, and to mention, it wasn’t a really good location! Secluded but close to everything

The hotel had staffing shortage. Room tidied up only twice during my week long stay. Had you asked for towels twice? Pet friendly hotel had what appeared to be dog poops steps in the hallway on the main lobby floor and was cleaned up on the following day.

The overall day was good. We were just surrounded by rooms that had dogs so all we heard was barking.

This hotel was not very clean. There was a roach in the bathroom of the first room we were assigned to. I requested to be moved to another room and the sheets were dirty with hair on them . The sheets in the other bed were stained. We immediately left this hotel and requested a refund.

Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathtub drain struggled to empty. Any extra supplies required guest to come to front desk to retrieve.

The hotel has recently been remodeled. The room and halls were very clean. Young man at check-in was very nice and helpful. It took two attempts to get me into a fully functional room. Both issues were a result of the recent remodeling. Again, front desk was extremely helpful. This hotel will be a bargain choice once the kinks are worked out. Traffic noise is an issue with this location.

The facility was under construction with debris and people all over the grounds. The only functioning elevator's certification had expired in the month of May, and in addition, the panels and wires were open creating a fire hazard and danger to young children.

The rooms were pretty decent for the price I am a disabled veteran. They had no rooms on the first floor for me and the elevators were malfunctioning. After letting them know that I got locked out of my rooms a few times and having to climb up and down the stairs for my entire stay, I was assaulted by the elevator door once the “FIXED IT”. It hit me in my disabled shoulder and I have been numb in my neck and my shoulder ever since. When I let them know, they just said they would give me a call back. It seems that they are in the middle of being taken over by IHG, but instead of spending money on expensive signs, perhaps they should focus more on fixing the elevator and making sure that their guests are safe and do not get injured during their stay.

The location was nice and the breakfast was decent. The rooms are very poorly insulated and we could hear the neighbors beside us and across the hall. Doors slammed all night. If you actually want to sleep this hotel is not recommended at all!!!!!! Signs for a quiet time would be a huge plus!

However, The towels and facecloths need to be disposed of. They were washed but just with stains that couldn’t be bleached out. Small complaint….. but….. you asked!

The first night was ok. The second night, there was roaches in my son's bed and the bathroom. It was late so I told management on that Saturday. No laundromat because of renovations. I choose hitels based on breakfasts and laundry services. We went to breakfaston Friday morning and they didn't offer any meat which is ok, but the young lady who was doing the breakfast did not eat gloves as she was replenishing the biscuits with her bare hands. That prompted me to put our plates in the garbage and get breakfast each morning from a local restaurant. Therefore, I had to spend money on breakfast and going to a laundromat to wash the team jerseys!!

There was a $100 deposit when we got there I am a germAphobic so I spray and wiped down everything I give the cleanest a B+ The rooms are decent and comfortable to feeling ok and safe they are going under renovation due to new management I didn’t like the elevator small and old There was a pool and the breakfast was simple the gym room was tiny It was close to many different restaurants If I needed to would stay again Regular room for a weekend nothing extra special

Each time I have chosen to stay here, it has been out of convenience. Previously I was given 3 different rooms for several reasons out of my control. The rooms always tend to smell kind of musty when you enter in. I am not a drinker nor a smoker and was accused of smoking in my room. I felt so touch by that accusations because that's not of my character. I went to speak with the manager Lily and she stated I left tobacco in the trash can and she wasn't able to rent the room out due to that. These companies will do anything to swindle you out of your money and though I stay here often when I travel, I'd rather take a chance going to a less likeable part of the neighborhood rather than patronize this hotel again. I should have stayed at another facility when I noticed the renovation sign still up from over a year ago and no progress has been shown. Baymont in Augusta Georgia. I am so done with you

We were in a renovated room that was very nice with a comfortable bed and small fridge and microwave. The only caution is the new tub is slippery.

New mirrors in bathroom have built in lights, but noticed this am that a junction box with capped wires for previous ceiling mounted light is not covered, creating a shock exposure and general incomplete look.

My room had bed bugs and I decided to check out within 20 minutes, I went to book a hotel room elsewhere for the rest of my stay. Staff has refused to give me any refund so I had to call the bank. Staff member that night said that they are hoping they can clean the room before he gets in trouble with his boss. Hotel cleanliness is similar to a motel 6. Kept lying about their job positions about whose manager. DONT BOOK HERE BOOK AT FAIRMON NEARBY. Had to call my bank to dispute everything. Ruined my trip overall.

Everything was fine EXCEPT when people let the room door SLAM close instead of quietly closing the door behind themselves. I heard slamming doors my whole 3 night stay!!!

Seemed a little like it was a sketchy spot. It didn't help I had to hear people having sex at 3 am when I had to be at work at 6am.

For the price, property is good, going through a rebranding so lots of renovations but it was never loud which is good. At night, the lighting surrounding the area was amazing and made you feel secure. Only thing I hope that gets upgraded during the renovation is the breakfast in the morning, very bad quality

Check-in was fine. Room was fine. Breakfast service was terrible. Offered a hot breakfast. The orange juice dispenser was empty, the waffle mix was empty, the refrigerator was empty except for creamer, there were two bakery shelves - empty!! There was dry bread. Some people must have gotten eggs. There were only a very few left not enough for one and there were 3 of us as well as sausage. Only evidence. We were there an hour and a half before shutting down so am sure others were equally disappointed. When you drive in from CST 8 oclock for us is actually 7. When we talked to management we were told breakfast was complimentary but not promised.

Be aware that they are going through renovations! The room was overall clean though! No problems with cleanliness at all. Only thing that threw me for a loop was they don’t warn you that the refundable deposit when checking is one hundred dollars until you are already there. Not that it was a problem for me, but not everybody has it like that. So what would yall do if somebody already paid for the room but does not have the money to cover the $100? Just a thought. Breakfast options were not all that great!

Oh gosh,, I was assigned to a room with ants and. Dirty and spotted then they changed me to another room. That room was okay.

The roof was being worked on and the room had a terrible smell.

No hot water in the sink throughout the stay. No hot water in the shower on last day of stay. Facility is under construction; construction is not advertised on any website. Would not have made reservation if I knew. 7:30 am a forklift is outside my 4th story window blowing its horn for 15 minutes nonstop. Construction crews working in hallways at 7am. Continental Breakfast was horrible. Cold coffee, terrible food. Definitely would not recommend as long as the construction is going on.

Hotel was under a remodel with dust and debris everywhere. Bathroom had little to no light and there was a shirtless man sitting in a chair drinking beer outside of elevator when we arrived. My daughter was concerned as I was too. On top of that they still charged me deposit on top of normal rate. We obviously didn’t utilize or do anything to room to cause that issue. Now have to call and straighten out with customer service reps. And finally skip the free breakfast it was awful and instead went to local restaurant for food.

The building was damaged from the hurricane. The staff and everyone was so nice and professional. They were eager to assist with anything I needed.

This hotel is bad. It appears that it’s falling down. The place was not clean at all. The pool area is an eye soar for the entire hotel. The pool is like a blue lagoon. The so call breakfast sucks. For the price one pays, you would think that the breakfast would be decent. During my stay there, I had to go get breakfast somewhere else because the choices were not great.

the window was so dirty that you could not see out. the carpet was missing big spots. The hotel was under construction. no where to park. the shortest king size bed i have ever seen my feet hung off the end with my head hitting the headboard. had to move plastic sheeting to find the check in desk swimming pool was nasty brown color.

This hotel did not have our purchased rooms upon arrival. Previously purchased 3 double rooms, but when we arrived we were told we only have a king room and double room. Since we had to accommodate 7 people, this would not work. The front desk attendant told us we could get a refund. Called back probably at least 20 times to speak with manager about refund, and never got to speak to her despite leaving numerous messages. Instead had an employee to call and say we can only be refunded for 1 room. Apparently that room had checked in automatically and the front desk worker didn’t see. Terrible customer service!!!! Will NEVER use this hotel again!!

My confirmation price was one and a half times the original price. There were additional fees for a safe and also $100 deposit added on at the property. There were stains on the sheets and no shampoo in the shower. And I reserved a king size room and did not get it because they overbooked. If there are other choices, I would look into them first.
