It's a motel 6 so don't expect anything great. Just somewhere cheap to shower, sleep and leave. The ladies at the front desk were great. Housekeeping was great. It really is the people who make the experience with it.

I should’ve known when I drove up and there was a large dumpster parked in the middle of the parking lot that this might not be a good place to stay.There was blood stains on the pillowcase and cigarette holes in the blanket.(so much for a non-smoking room) moldy ceiling hidden by a loose piece of plaster that halfway fell down. There was no microwave the room or in the lobby.

The staff was cool The door had clearly been locked in before but it could lock. You could still see straight outside. Someone walked by and jiggled the handle an hour into the stay. Didn’t stay all night. Checked out around 10. I was scared

I like being able to rest. No one bothers me. The rest time was peaceful, and the location was a good one. In walking distance to restaurants and stores. The staff were not semi pleasant. My refrigerator freezer was packed with ice and dirty, and I wanted to be cleaned and defrosted. The microwave was very dirty, I couldn't heat anything in it. Otherwise, the ac had the smell of mold. There were small roaches and I'm scared of insects and bugs.

People were very welcoming and nice. Provided recommendations for dinning options and places around the town. Very friendly. They may need to change the bathroom doors as they were deteriorating but the room was clean and comfy.

My room had been redone. Although bare bones I wanted first floor. They had me in middle courtyard where I would have had to carry things back and forth constantly. I did not have things in a suitcase

My main complaint with this motel was that they charged me twice for my stay, Two charges appear on my credit card statement and they say they have no record of the second one,

This was by far, the worst worst worst hotel I have ever visited in America. Found mold in the room in multiple places and the room smelled like bleach upon entering. Looked like a crack den. Lot of sketchy activity going on at this hotel, beware. How anyone has stayed here before is beyond me. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to ever be forced to stay here. BEWARE AND RUN

Property was definitely old and dated. Updates were all obvious repairs and nothing ever replaced. Toilet leaked out the bottom of it, and a roach crawled across the floor. People were nice at the front office.

The fact that I paid MORE on this app than the actual property. Just to save y'all time it's 321 for 7 nights for a single king bed with micro fridge... I paid that rate for 4/5 nights.. 361 for the suite with kitchenette.

Didn't give a damn the so called general mgr she was nasty as hell she tried to tell me the room was clean that I didn't know what I was seen that she didn't see nothing wrong with the room I believe she doing drugs don't stay at this motel it needs to be shut down because of the nasty rooms it's not safe to stay here

Room 113 was so terrible..

1st they kept knocking on the door to clean the room even with a do not disturb sign on the door as we work nights. 2nd the shower flooded the whole room and they did nothing about it. 3rd called to extend check out by a hr as we had to work 16hrs to finish the job to get to the room and they invaded our privacy by going in putting our stuff in the corner. 4th take my pillows out the room and they try to run at me to attack me over my pillow.

It closed to fast food store. The bathroom had dead bugs, the TV did not work well, the bottom sheet on the bed wasn't clean, the bathroom walls and floor were dirty, and the bed area floor needed sweeping and mopping. The microwave had a red source spill in it. The room wasn't welcoming!

Man, this place is rough. Our first room found the door wide open and two bug bombs on the floor that had just coated everything with insecticide. It took an hour to get a different room which was clean but only sheets were on the bed and we had to request blankets. The staff there are friendly but it's just not a great place to stay.

Walked in the room and it smelt like Cat or dog piss! Dirty sheets! Floor dirty and sticky! Did not get the room i paid for. Paid for a kitchenette and didnt have one. Told receptionist and they said theres nothing she could do about it. Was charged a $50 pet deposit and walked in and it smelt like a kennel. Charged another $50 deposit for what i dont know. Worst motel room i ever walked in.

I always enjoy staying @ Motel 6/ Studio 6 in Augusta, GA on Wrightsboro Road..

TV had only half a screen. Other half was black. Baby roaches inn the bathroom.

This was was disgusting. We first were given a dirty I cleaned room. The. Given a second that smelled of mold and fresh cigarette smoke. Th me toilet wasn’t flushed and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. There was a naked man on drugs in the room Nextdoor that kept screaming. Needless to say…. We did not stay there. Run. This place is like a long term brothel for section 8 housing, and completely unsafe.

I will also try to contact Motel Six corporation and discuss this experience with them.

Worse place we’ve ever stayed. TV did not work. Window curtain not in place. Roaches and bugs everywhere. (Killed 6 roaches the morning we left.) commode seat loose. No hangers in closet. No smoke detector. Big crack around entry door. Bed was made with top sheet on top of blanket instead of on top of fitted sheet. Housekeeping issues need to be addressed. Certainly not worth the $250 nightly charge.

Ran down got a lot roaches especially in the bathroom.

There was no problem with the room but they only room available was on the 3rd floor. My husband and myself are both disabled. My husband only has one leg and I have mobility issues. The evaluator was out of order so that was greatly inconvenient to have to climb 3 levels of stairs and we had pets with us.

This was great property to settle for a little while.

Place was filthy and scent of weed everywhere. We were sent to an occupied room. Then when we came back to reception and was given another room, there was roaches crawling in the room. This place seemed very unsafe.

If you want cold water, roaches, security constantly being called for people fighting in other rooms go ahead and book your stay. Otherwise stay away and don’t ever stay here !!

Front desk is very unprofessional. If you traveling for special occasions this is not the hotel. You can't not trust At least make sure you have four hours extra check in or check out and on top of that Room that I was staying 218 had no heat or hot water On winter Xmas . I booked non-smoking accessible room but when I got there to check in, the staff there said no more room for me and let me go to find another place to stay I said because of long trip I flew from Canada to Atlanta and then drove to Augusta I have already exhausted so I have to live smoking room and also upstairs that was terrible experience made me very uncomfortable and disappointed

The bed was firm and they really give you privacy if asked. The room had water nets and mild dew in the room. The shower always dripped in my husband had to fix the sink in the bathroom.

I’m not sure how much of the room got cleaned. When I walked barefoot my feet got very dirty. Something was left in the fridge. We could hear other guests outside & in the room next door. People were smoking outside including weed. Some people were wondering around the building.

There was a communication issue between hotels.com and the actual hotel. The hotel had no rooms available when i booked and i couldn't contact either party about a refund for the issue. We had to leave and find another place to stay.

Horrible customer service. Had a reservation and showed up at 3:30 am after a long drive and am told that they overbooked and our room is unavailable and they couldn't do anything. Did not get any warning or email/call and no offer for a refund.

I reserved the room here and when I went to get my keys and check in they said they didn't have that room available and only had a one-bed room. That wouldn't work because we needed two beds for the four of us. We had to find another hotel for the night when it was already late in the evening. So we had no place to stay and out $65 dollars.

I wasn't expecting a lot, I wanted a basic hotel room. there wasn't anything on the walls, no mirrors, pictures, anything. the mattresses were the same quality I had in my dorm room in college in the 90's. bathroom shower water pressure was horrible, but the sink water pressure was extreme. pillows were horrible and I had to ask for more since we only received 1 per bed. the towels were old. and 2 blankets, not comforters that were on the bed had cigarette holes in them. The employees were nice and did the best they could, but overall the hotel was very bad.

It was the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. If we were not so exhausted we would have stayed in our vehicle

The hotel is going through a makeover. The staff is very friendly. The rooms need to be updated. It was Masters week so for the money compared to other locations, it worked.

The room had black mold all throughout it and it had not been cleaned. Floor was sticky shower was dirty and tv didn’t work. I asked to be moved and was told there wasn’t any other room available.

The staff was extreamly nice. Only issue was since there wasnt enough staff some of the rooms hadnt been fixed all the way yet.

I didn’t stay! Got there to check in and was told there were no rooms available. Yet I had already paid through here! So now I have to go through the bs of trying to get you to refund me. That’s after spending over an hour in the middle of the night trying to find someplace to stay. Your website is useless after midnight because you can only look for the next day on. When you go to these places, they charge you double. It’s ridiculous. And why I used your site and planned ahead. Or tried to.

Front desk was locked. Waited for almost 20 minutes and not one soul. Called and no answer. Went around the area and all I saw was sketchy people. The building looked like it's under construction.

It took twenty five minutes to check me in There was only one person ahead of me to check in . Then I was told that even though I reserved a nonsmoking room, only smoking rooms were available. Then the check in clerk was unable to print up my receipt., so I unloaded me luggage to my room. When I returned to the window to pick up my receipt. there was a sign inthewindow saying closed so the clerk could pick up her takeout meal, sorry for the inconvenience. This is a three story HUGE building with not many cars in the parking lot. I do not understand withsomany empty rooms theycouldnotfind a non smokingroom for me. This was, hands down, the most disgusting and disappointing motel experience we've ever had. The room was shabby, the furnishings were cheap and spartan, there was a small table but no chairs, the bed was an awful foam mattress with a hole in the middle, and they gave us only 2 small pillows for a king size bed. But the worst part was that, despite 3 times requesting that they clean the room, we were there for 5 nights and they never cleaned the room. The staff was surly, combative, and completely unhelpful. We were there for the Masters tournament, so we were out all day and only needed a place to sleep at night, but the experience was just awful.

Front desk staff (Patrick) was amazing. Housekeeping staff very welcoming. However, the property and rooms were less than adequate. The smokey smell almost made us ill. We had to use a refrigerator as a table (everything else was nailed to the wall). No amenities in the bathroom except a very small bar of soap. No hair dryer. Beds were like futons. Some of the long term residents (not aware of this) were very nice, but loud at night. Though very convenient to our destination, definitely not worth the $200 per night. We left after first night of our anticipated two night stay.

Now negatives-loud, rude & crazy, out of control guests you could hear everything & i mean EVERYthing.Someone was riding their motorcycle through corridors all hours, kids screaming, ppl having "relations", ppl fighting & slamming into our hotel room door, crazy & or homeless ppl constantly outside harassing guests, dangerous situations 24/7, pimps & their employees, ppl asking for $. The laundry had to be guarded, so we took a chair to sit & wait.The nearest McDonald's was a nightmare on all visits.They were out-of bedding so we provided our own & towels too. Shower was peeling & floor in shower sank as we stood on it & it was narrow; Im 5'9 & bf is 6'4 and we fit but it was claustrophobic feeling. The door had a huge gap on the bottom so the floors were dirty, we swept & swiffered daily to maintain it so our feet werent black just walking to the bathroom. Remote had no back on it. If all that's cool, this is the hotel for you. We were there for 17 days.

The room was relatively physically clean and up to date. The air conditiining unit needed to be cleaned. There were several cockroaches in the room. My husband woke up this morning to find a cockroach on his leg. We saw a cockroach on the bathroom wall. He saw a couple of other cockroaches. in the room.
