This hotel is completely renovated. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent staff. Pricing is very economical. It’s within a block or two of several restaurants and fast foods. A whole Fresh Market is one block over.

The room was very nice. We were just staying the night because we were headed to Myrtle Beach the next day. Beds were super comfortable. AC was nice and cold and the staff was super helpful when we checked in.

Im a business man and the business area with a computer was not working and neither was the printer. I told the owner who was an Indian guy gave me an American name and gave me the fifth degree when i told him the computer nor printer wasn’t working. Instead of apologizing he gave me 3 reasons why his hotel is different and stood on his hotel has a business office area and most others don’t. So arrogant that he missed the fact that his business area devices don’t work!

Everything was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good.

The bed was incredibly soft I did enjoy that I didn’t like the breakfast at all. The price ppl pay they should have better quality food. That was a complete disgrace. The sausage was greasy and the potatoes wasn’t done nor was the hot water even hot.

The breakfast was good as well.

Bargain! Clean, quiet hotel north Augusta with feiendly staff, free parking, good breakfast. Don't miss Reed Creek State Park about 10 minutes away. Texas Roadhouse is an easy walk away, other options like Red Lobster and Zaxbys also. About 15 min drive to downtown. Quiet, safe area.

They like to tie up your deposit on the room for an excessive amount of time. Instead of just placing a hold on your debit or credit card, they fully charge the card and then delay getting the money back to you. If your not diligently aware, it would be easy to never notice getting the deposit back at all. Water pressure was a little low, they need to walk away from the water conservation devices.

The room was clean and small which was nice. The beds were better to sleep in than most of the other expensive hotel rooms. There was no dresser but where there was some crayon coloring on the wall - didn’t bother me too much. But the door was difficult to get open. Looking at it positively, breaking inside would be difficult for someone to do. The small training room was nice with A/C upright bike and weights. The treadmill didn’t work. They were fixing up the place making it look real nice. The breakfast wasn’t bad with fresh fruit, eggs and sausage, cereal, and bagels with coffee and juices. The staff was friendly and nice by letting us check in early and my request for a 1st floor room so very happy with my stay :)

Decent hotel for around $100/night. Not well insulated so kind of noisy. Could use updating but was clean. Water pressure wasn’t great, but bathroom was clean. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel is clearly not for romantic trips, if you are passing through and you need to spend the night, then it is quite suitable and the price is reasonable, nothing special .

The room was nicely appointed and was very clean. It was basically quiet, except for our next door neighbor, who apparently was quite excited to get up at 5:00am to go to work. Lacked dresser with drawers, and other guests could be heard easily when they spoke above a normal tone. Water pressure could have been better in the shower.

The only inconvenience was the crew replacing ceiling tiles in the hallway as we checked out. However they were polite and cleared a path.

I didn't like that there was a door attached to my room, but it didn't lead to an opening. Thank God. Also, a noise couple in the room next door arguing for the first two days. Ugh! The drier didn't dry my clothes to well, and my coins got stuck in the machine. The front desk guy replaced my coin so I appreciate it, but that was the stuck coins.

Room and lobby appeared clean. Staff was nice and polite. I debated on a three star due to seeing some bugs on the floor and wall of room. Breakfast provided was decent.

The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were all very friendly. But there was a lot of remodeling going on that we had to walk through, the tv service was pretty glitchy, and so was the climate control. The water pressure was adequate but nothing impressive, and the hot water fluctuated when showering. Not a bad experience necessarily, just average. Probably priced a little bit higher than it should be, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it was a total rip off. Again, the room was very clean and quiet, so that does count for a lot.

There was remodeling going on, so there were workmen and their tools through our entire hall. There had been a leak, so there was no water available until 9:30pm. They did advise us of both issues upon arrival, but I discount was offered. Very limited parking partly due to construction vehicles. Breakfast was good.

The check person was excellent… our tv wasn’t working and he personally had us in another room with in minutes. Great place to stay for the price!

mattress in the room was sucken on one side, so I just slept on the other side pillows were kinda soft, but I doubled them up. the hotel was otherwise clean, didn't see any bugs, and the staff was courteous.

Hotel should list they are undergoing renovations instead of accepting reservations as though they are guess ready and once you get to the hotel and see the condition you are not able to change your renovations without incurring a penalty. We booked another night only because business was not completed in one day. WHAT BREAKFAST? To offer breakfast by these standards we should have been paided a fee to eat it! Franchises should monitor their brand with more care!

There were dirty spots on lamps and rust and leakage from the air conditioner. The plastic cups for water which were supposed to be sealed were not and of course they were plastic. The bedding had stains on both beds, couldn't tell if it was clean or not. Also booked a King and received a room with 2 Queens with no explanation. Parking was horrible, at times had to circle the lot in order to wait for a spot to open, seemed like people were using the lot even though they were not staying at the hotel.

Traveling through and location was right off the interstate. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Check in was easy

We stayed in room 211 for an 3 night stay and while it was “Ok” the floor carpet seemed to be somewhat sticky and the room was also very damp in the room. So damp it made everything else feel the same. For a quick overnight type of stay this hotel is ok but nothing more than that

Our room was ready early so we were able to check in before 2:00pm. The check-in was quick and efficient with helpful and friendly staff support. The room was as described, but unfortunately required a climb into a tub (this was a “mobility accessible” room), and was located at the furthest most point from the elevator, on the tip floor of the hotel. There is apparently only one roll-in shower room in this entire hotel and it is logically located on the first floor. Other than these things, the hotel is very nice and I booked again for an up-coming stay. The manager assured me that the roll-in shower room was booked for me and I look forward to returning.

We checked in Friday, 5/9/25. Upon arrival, we were given a room that smelled horrible. We asked to be moved to another room. We were moved but that room smelled damp and musky as well, but not as bad as the original room. We tolerated it because we were tired from the drive and just wanted to settle in. We were in that new room until Saturday afternoon when the toilet would no longer flush. We again had to be moved. On the morning of checkout, I went into the bathroom of the new room to take a shower and a cockroach was crawling across the bathtub. I stepped out to get my phone to take a picture or video to send as proof; however, it had crawled behind a pipe on the toilet when I returned and I couldn’t get a clear picture. For the entire stay, we were inconvenienced with three room changes along with the fact that cockroaches are very unsanitary. We have emailed the general manager as well as left a message for a return call and are still awaiting a response.

Great affordable hotel for a quick overnight stay. Location is right off the highway, breakfast was great, and rooms although older, were decent and upd to date. Greta sizable refrigerator and comfortable bed too. Staff was friendly and check in/check out was smooth.

I realize the entire region is still dealing with the effects of Helene, but I have a feeling that the 8.4 rating this hotel gets on this site has been artificially inflated. This was a below average experience and realistically probably in the $75 per night range, but I was traveling and looking for a place last-minute. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you have options.

The hotel was quiet and the bed was firm but comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. It had the typical bagels, cereal and make-your-waffles. It also had some form of eggs, potatoes and sausage every morning. The front desk people were very friendly, as were the breakfast hosts.

There were several choices for breakfast. However, the hot food was not hot. The powdered eggs were sitting in excess water and looked unappealing. The sausage appeared under cooked.

The carpet smelled like it had been wet. There was a roach in my bathroom. They need to do a better job at cleaning the place. I checked out a day before my reservation was complete.

Overall the stay was great they just need to update on some hot water. But other than that it was ok!

Check in was easy and quick. The room was very nice and well laid out. The remote was missing batteries so we had to go down to ask for some. Then we realized that the TV was missed a cord but the person at the desk was helpful. In all we had a nice stay.

Great place to stay!

This hotel’s staff provided a service that I would have expected from a 4 or 5 star hotel. Every single staff member I encounter was gracious, made me feel like they wanted my business and did whatever they could to make my stay as good as possible . This was a business trip with some special requirements. Very comfortable room, satisfactory breakfast, many restaurants in the area.

Instead, we arrived after a very long drive and I was not able to bath because there was no roll in shower. In my reservation I made it clear that I MUST have a roll in shower since I could not climb into a bathtub to shower. The hotel was not willing to make a single concession (and didn’t) and said they could not put out the guest who requested to stay over in an already booked room! They could have moved them to another room however. Guest are told that special requests will be provided “if available”. This was a specifically booked and paid for room and should certainly have been provided as “promised” by the acceptance of the booking and payment. Shame on this hotel. I can neither recommend it nor will I ever book it again.

This hotel wasn't bad at all. It's close to the expressways, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. I loved my room size. My ONLY complaints were the pillow were too soft and they missed some spots vacuuming ( saw some crumbs on the floor in spots) other than that, everything worked, staff was nice and it was a pleasant stay

I had a wonderful experience at the quality inn and suites off of I-20. The staff was wonderful. The property was maintained well. More importantly the bedding was clean and comfy!!! This is one quality inn you dont want to skip over if you're on a quick business trip.

I needed me some me time. So a night to relax and think is what I wanted. The Quality inn really delivered. This location is great. Plenty of eating places and quiet area to get some rest. This is my go to relaxing location.

Super helpful even at 1am

Parking was a nightmare with 4 hotel/motels being in the same area. Elevator was very slow and kind of questionable. Most of the staff were great but seemed a bit over worked.
