    My room was warm. I believe the thermostat is set and controlled. Although someone came to my room in 5 minutes & put on a show of repairing…. the thermostat remained the same…The staff was nice & I didn’t want to make a big deal because I was only there for a graduation & one night but had I needed to stay for multiple days….. I couldn’t sleep in room that has the thermostat set at 73 for sleeping

    Excellent customer service. In the Augusta area for travel basketball game. Greeting at desk was superior. Also had dinner at restaurant, burger was delicious! My family will definitely come again. We decided to stay another night.

    Clean room. Most of the staff was great. Super friendly. Was a little disappointed to find out as I was on the plan heading to Augusta that the pool was closed and being renovated. Also couldn’t seem to find an option for room service but I know they have it. All in all a good stay. I will definitely stay again.

    The room was great. However, ch eck-in was less than ideal. There was a problem getting the key to work twice. Finally, an employee came to me to open the room door after calling from my cell outside the room. She was very apologetic.

    The room was extremely clean, but just a few minor issues mainly due to the current remodeling: there's no fan in the bathroom or maybe there is just out of order, there's no shelf, tray or area in the shower to put personal items : such as facial soap, razor & shaving cream and even your wash cloth has no sufficient place to hang without having to bend way down close to the floor in the corner !! ugh !! Best thing yall got going is Yayla if i spelled her name correctly. She runs the late night til am shift. I wish I had competent workers like her !! Wow!! She went over & beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable !! Shes the #1 reason I'll be coming back to stay again !! So thanks Yayla for going to such extremes to ensure my stay was enjoyable !! Shes definitely a keeper ...... D. Rauch

    Breakfast food not hot and microwave too far to utilize in the lobby. Too far from buffet seating area to utilize and keep hot. It's convenient if you are going to your room to eat, right by the elevators. Maybe they could have 2 microwaves.

    I paid online, but when I checked in they asked for a credit card for "incidentals" which is fine so I gave her one. She didn't say she was going to put any hold on it though, which is fine too. My gripe is if they put a hold on it immediately, and come check out there's no "incidentals", they should release the hold immediately.

    The room I was given was substandard. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There was a poop stain in the toilet, soap scum on the shower head, hair in the tub, and the tub drain was clogged. The tv didn’t turn on even though the remote batteries were fine. I called the front desk to switch rooms and the hotel manager by the name of Nikitta came to my room with a maintenance worker by the name of Anthony. She immediately insinuated that I must’ve done everything I complained about because I checked in the room hours ago. I respectfully assured her that once I brought my luggage in the room I immediately left to run errands. Nikitta said with a rude tone of voice “come check out this other room and see if that meets your standard because I’m about to get off work and I ain’t about to do too much room switching after that”. I took the other room she offered that was clean and didn’t have any issues. The maintenance worker Anthony was kind and assisted me with moving my belongings to the new room. With the first room being dirty and Nikitta’s nasty attitude I could barely enjoy my stay.

    All of the ammenities were not as listed on the website. One of the main reasons that I booked this property was because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi and both were closed indefinitely. they were doing construction and it was dusty everywhere. an email was sent to me on dec 4th and nothing was mentioned about these ammenities being closed. I was told when I got to the property that it was listed on the site about everything being closed and it was not.

    This is definitely going to be my go to place when traveling through Augusta. I was met with the friendliest staff at the front desk (Amanda and Lyric) who were so pleasant and helpful. The hotel is under its final stage of renovation and the rooms were spacious, super clean and fresh, great bedding, coffee maker in room, nice bathroom and working heat& air. They had a reception in the evening with appetizers and beverages (wine, beer, and sodas). Nancy was the most pleasant bartender/attendant. What a great place to rest for the night!

    When I arrived the hotel was undergoing Renovations was not told this while booking the room was told by front desk clerk that I could cancel and get a full refund even though I'd booked through a third party had a hard time getting this done a day later I was told that the refund would not be granted had to call back and finally got the refund granted but still have not received it

The rest of the hotel was renovated and easily the nicest hotel we’ve been in and it was crazy expensive. Also never heard any construction going during the day. Will gladly be back for a get away

    My room was amazing, clean, very nice and had plenty of space. They were doing work on the lobby and a few other places. It was nice that the pool was open but whoever believes it’s a good idea to take the hot tub out that’s not a good idea. No one needs a yoga area. A bigger work out place would be fine and you can add the hot tub back to the outside pool with a covering. The inside pool is nice for days when it rains and for people who can’t handle the heat real well. Someone might need to rethink that.

    I travel frequently and usually stay at the Hyatt or Hilton, but I decided to give the Sheraton a try. Overall, the experience was just okay. When I arrived in my room, none of the three trash bins had liners, and I had to request them from housekeeping. The shower also kept overflowing, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the elevator was out of service for two out of the three days of my stay, which was frustrating.

    The beds are comfortable, the staff were awesome! We've stayed here in the past years when in Augusta visiting family. We were somewhat disappointed that once again thehot tub was out of order & indoor pool freezing cold which gave us nothing to do in the evenings at the hotel. They are working on renovations for the Master's Tournament next week which is needed. The staff is awesome and we appreciated the hospitality.

    The hotel smalls really bad. The rooms are old and dirty, the elevators are also dirty and smells really bad. Very underwhelming for a Sheraton, the worst I have seen so far. Staff was really nice but the hotel was less that pleasant.

    The staff is very warm and friendly. We were greeted the minute we got inside the lobby and the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and clean; the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included in our stay and there were a lot of options; my only complaint is that the hot food didn't taste great. The eggs and sausage were pretty inedible, but they had fruit, cereal and pastries which were fine. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!

    Hotel appears old with sloppy updates. The Sheraton had the reputation of being a great place to stay, but the Augusta GA hotel was only adequate.

    Property was close to other business so was easy access for those. Cable TV reception and internet reception was poor. Breakfast grab an go bags for a place with a restaurant seems a little lack luster.

    Everyone was lovely but we booked this one because it came with a free breakfast and the first day there was nothing there but apples and oranges and then it was a grab and go bag which was a disappointment to us.

    All-in-all it was an enjoyable stay. STaff was very friendly and helpful and Lauren at the bar was great! My only "complaints" would be that the internet is unreliable and needs to be updated. Also, I had to replace my room about 5 times because the cards de-magnetized. I was not storing them near my wallet or phne. Other than that it was a good stay.

    I booked B&B. I went down for breakfast to be told they only offered breakfast bags. Not good enough as I had a busy working day ahead. Went for a shower, no hot water. Took 10 mins to get hold of someone at reception. Moved to another room on the same 4th floor. Same issue, then to a 3rd room on the ground level where I could finally get a warm shower. That combined with a headboard that was loose and rattled all night made for an awful stay. The reception staff were totally unfriendly or helpful. Give this hotel a miss.

    Check in time was 3pm. We got there at 5pm and there was no room ready. We had to wait an additional 1 1/2 hours. The phone in the room didn't work. The bathroom is oddly designed. The bathroom doors are French style and very noisy, wouldn't close properly, and the light switch was outside the room. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. You only got a "breakfast bag" that consisted of a granola bar, a cereal box (no milk) and a juice.

    We chose this property becasue it has an indoor pool. But upon arrival we discovered it was closed for cleaning. You could smell the chlorine from the lobby and it smelled like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The hallway on the third floor smelled also and our room was very musty when the AC was off. Also the restaurant isn’t open for breakfast on Saturday morning which would have been nice to know in advance

    The door wiggled when shut, there was a huge gap between the door and the door jam, the tv was smaller than any tv I’ve ever owned, the room was the size of a closet and I could have paid the same price for a room with a jacuzzi at the Hyatt for what I paid for this Cracker Jack box
