Room was very large and easy to move my mom around in her wheelchair. Will come back again!!

Thought because it was Marriott property it would be excellent. It was a disappointment. The room did not have a comfortable chair in the room. The bed wasn’t bad but also not the best. We would not stay there again if the need arose to be in the area.

It’s a Marriott but def could use a redo. In my room alone the window was broken so when the wind blew it whistled. The tv wasn’t working and had a crack in the corner. It wouldn’t get online so you couldn’t stream. The shower faucet was broken so not a lot of water would come through the shower head. The fire alarm went off during my shower from all the steam. I didn’t not complain at the time I noticed things as time went which is my problem. Location is great. Staff so nice.

The only down side is because of its convenient location to shops and food, the price is a little high.

I arrived late in the evening & was very tired. When I first checked in, the room #333, it was overly warm, musty stinky & the bathroom counter looked clean, but had crumbs & residue on it. It had not even been wiped down. I had to go down stairs to request a cleamer room #408. The receptionist was very apologetic & emediately assigned a new room. However, the keys did not work so I went downstairs again. The room was ok, but had a faint smoke odor. The window latch was broken & the screen torn when opened. Maybe someone had been smoking out the window.? I was on the 4rth floor, so thinking of danger for children. The bed creeked, the mattress was hard with plastic under the sheets. The TV cable did not work. So went down again. The receptionist gave me a solution f or the TV, but it did not resolve the issue. I was too tired, so just went to sleep. In the morning, the food was ok, but the hot water for tea had black residue in the bottom. After breakfast, I wanted to sit outside in the fresh air, but it had just rained & there was no covered place to sit& the outside furniture was wet. So I went back up to the stuffy room. I paid a lot of money for that hotel, only because my daughter & granddaughter were staying there. We were only there 2 nights for my grandson's graduation. I was not impressed with the hotel! Next time, I will stay at Holiday Inn Express, which is always clean, has great service & 1/4 the costs!

It was very convenient to where we visiting. The muddy mess outside of our window. (North side) I’m guessing it doesn’t belong to the hotel, so they may not have the ability to fix it. It didn’t bother us much, but it didn’t look good for the hotel.

Room and bathroom is dated. Shower head was terrible. Could hardly wash the soap out of my hair. Breakfast was good with good verity.

I was in town for a family event. I checked in but did not go up to the room, I ran some errands with family. When I got back to the room it was nearly 100 degrees in the room. The A/C was broken, went to the front desk and had to wait while he was on his personal phone. I informed him that the A/C was broken. He said he would send up maintenance, who never showed, had to go back down as I said I had an event to go to. He said, no maintenance is here, I will just change rooms, but you have to bring all your stuff down, 3 trips and he ended up moving me right next door. I was late for my family event. Rude staff, Rooms not maintained, inconvenient and did not care.

Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Didn’t greet me when I checked in, didn’t give me the rundown of breakfast hours, etc. The coffee was short on cream flavors, like it normally is. The walls are showing age and beat up pretty well. The apps for Netflix and Amazon didn’t work. Internet was spotty at best. I always stay here when I travel for work with my company Dion’s, and it was just not the usual high standard I have come to expect.

Did not have a good stay ... hotel room next to us had kids who were noisy most of the night that kept us of from having a good nights rest. We had to contact the hotel manager twice - the first one did nothing and the 2nd one did talk with the parent but noise continued. Very dissappointing because there were plenty of other rooms available that could have been used to create separation for noise issues.

Very little. The room was as expected. That's about it. The smell was horrible...sewage smell that was present in the lobby 1-2 days and then it was in our room the last day of our stay. It was so bad we had to change rooms after being there for six days. Very inconvenient. It was unbearable so we were told "sorry" and nothing could be done as there was no on-site maintenence at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. That may be the case, but we were barely offered a new room and nothing was done thoughout our stay to eliminate the smell. We were told by the desk clerk that it happens "all the time" mostly "when we fully booked." This is unacceptable and although we usually look for and book Fairfield Inn when we travel, we will not being doing so going forward!

2nd floor room looked out on ugly vents on rooftop, and a raised, heavily traveled street beyond that. But it was quiet, and the bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and we had a fridge and microwave. Very good overall.

Mattress was lumpy, pillows uncomfortable, probably worst I’ve ever experienced, window shades did not black out bright lights shining into our 2nd floor room, 3 night stay. Noticed some maintenance needs on property. Not the hosts fault but room 223 by elevator was noisy and some recalcitrant pubescent girls were knocking on the door, giggling, and running off. Oh well, I was young a long time ago.

This hotel wasn't any better than any other hotel of this rating. It was comfortable. BUT, what made this hotel a standout was the HUGE shopping village next door!! It was like another town tastefully planned out and with all kinds of shopping choices. There were medical office, eating establishments and SHOPPING, SHOPPING, SHOPPING with amazing village decorations. LOVED IT!

Receptionist was very nice, gave me a map of things nearby to do and $10 off any entree at lazy dog. Love that your hotel has a hot tub we utilized it, not many hotels have a hot tub anymore. That amenity is the reason we will be back for a weekend stay 😌

Stayed for 6 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was much appreciated and offered several daily options. It’s close to the Southlands shopping center and has many dining options as well. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

had to go get key instead of someone bringing it to me and ensuring the 2nd room was better. Water pressure from shower was so excessively strong that it hurt. Plus, since there was no shower liner, it forced water onto floor making a wet mess.

I liked the bacon for breakfast and the Dannon vanilla yogurt.

It was a nice stay. It was quiet. The best thing about it was the location. You can pretty much walk to food places and other stores. That's what I did when I went to dinner.

Convenient location, walking distance to Southlands shops and restaurants. Hotel is a bit tired. I've not seen an AC unit that old or noisy for years! Breakfast not great, but there is Village Inn very nearby.

I will be looking specifically for Fairfield inns and suites every time i go somewhere. It was a fantastic hotel! It spoiled me to where i dont rhink i could stay any place else. I highly recommended it!

Thank you to the staff on 6/21 for saving my dress, this wedding was very important and they helped so much! I will say on 6/22 in the morning they ran out of coffee and the young girl serving was not very helpful she acted annoyed and never came back with coffee or told us when it would be ready. We just checked out to go find coffee. She could have been a little nicer, customer service is rewarded.

The property was overall clean and staff were very friendly and helpful! The beds were not comfortable at all and I swear I could feel every mattress spring. Aside from that our stay was excellent.

The room was average clean. Fan in the bathroom would not shut off and was extremely loud. The bed was extra firm. Great front desk staff.

Stated a heated pool it was in doors but not heated. Was told room would be cleaned every other day when we got back to room late it was not cleaned. No towels no toilet paper front desk told us to come to desk to get towels and other supplies??? Isn’t that what we paid for?

Air conditioning buttons were damaged and we were not able to set the room temperature to our comfort. We had turn it off to cool room down.

The suites are big with a Don ng table and kitchenette area. Needs some fixing up, replastered and repainted and maybe an updated look.

I woul like to say check in and out was great. My room was not clean it had snot on the headboard and no one cleaned the stool all they did is make the bed. I also had another room and the bed was so bad i asked to change rooms and the man as the desk basically was rude about it and disnt offer any soultion

We enjoyed our stay. I noticed small conditions in our room that could use some repairs. But overall stay was great.

Overall, hotel was very good. Two issues: 1, confusion about what room we were actually in caused some issues with house keeping. 2. Breakfast had lots to choose from. However, food prep area was not kept clean. Other than those two minor issues, things were great.

Very great stay! We enjoyed it and the stay had no issues.

Stayed 3 nights. No one cleaned my room during the 3 night stay ( They did say they clean up every other day). The bathroom smelled horrible. The AC was so loud it was very difficult to sleep. The iron was broken and I could not iron my shirts. The amount I was charged per night, I felt robbed. The only thing that made up for all the bad experiences was the friendly staff.

Overall, the property and staff was great, but in the suite room, the shower was broken, there was tiles coming off the wall in the bathroom, and kind of dirty. The dining room and the breakfast was also very good for a travelers. I would come back again.

The counter staff were friendly and helpful when checking in or when we needed anything. Room is not cleaned daily and have to request items. There are days when they pop in and drop off. During the over week we stayed the room was lightly touched twice. The breakfast is not the greatest, didn’t have a variety of fruit and the kitchen staff were a bit rude and had the attitude as if they were being bothered. Hotel was in a convenient location and several stores/food places walkable.

Wish there were extra blankets and pillows in room.

Nice place to stay when visiting the southeast metro area

The “breakfast” included is a total joke. Think microwaved instant eggs and discolored sausage patties that taste freezer burnt! Do yourself a favor:…walk next door to the hotel for breakfast.

The area was near a sons apartment and made our visit convenient.

The smell of bacon cooking in the morning kept waking me up, and the bathroom had a weird smell to it.
