Hotel seems pretty dirty and they need to maintain the property

The room was dirty and smelled like a rest home. The service was terrible by the staff the manger was arguing with a maid in front of me without a care. The staff had no patience for you or yourconcerns. The equipment they were using like the debit card reader would not work.

Good experience. Staff was nice and helpful. Deposit for incidentals hasn’t been refunded yet but overall good service.

Very OLD hotel with out dated furniture, lighting and shower was awful. The staff was friendly and greeted well. For me it was a night's sleep and was out in the morning.

Everything was great. I got an excellent rate with two bedrooms and couch. The food downstairs to purchase was a great selection. Everything was great. I would definitely stay here again. The front desk was very helpful and polite. Rooms were nice and cold

not clean at all. the rooms smelled of urine, the sheets were stained and had hairs it’s like they never even changed the sheets they just redid the bed. the window curtains were torn and the shower curtain as well. we were supposed to stay 2 nights ended up staying one night only and did our best to be out and about instead of resting there. We heard of previous roach infestations there would not be surprised if it were true. Also there are a bunch of men that hang out in the parking lot at night it felt very unsafe for the cars. i don’t recommend.

I checked in my room, saw cockroaches everywhere. I went back to the front desk to ask for a refund and get out of there. After multiple days they haven’t responded and they won’t give me my refund. Please stay away from this hotel if possible.

While they show pictures of having a pool in reality the pool is filled in with dirt.

Our room was big and clean. Breakfast was good for what was there. A lot of things in the building just didn’t work

Had to keep asking for breakfast to be refilled , mirror was broken in my room and right before we checked out there was a roach crawling on the wall. In order to receive bath towels you had to bring back the used towels (NEVER HEARD OF THAT) then if you didn’t bring them back there was a $25 charge for small towels and $30 for BIG TOWELS like 0/10 recommend !! Towels should be unlimited the service for breakfast was TRASH had to wait 30min for someone who wasn’t even on the property to come refill the waffle maker and refill the eggs, sausage and tater tots.. NEVER AGAIN do better !

I was charged $50 for two towels being red from me cleaning my baby juice that was spilled up. Never in my life have I heard of such thing like that is ridiculous. The manager said they would have to throw the to throw them away because the stains won’t come out mind you they haven’t tried to wash them yet but still charge me so that mean they might charge you to use the towels so I would not recommend this place to no one

The pool was under construction. The building is old and has that smell. The check in was smooth. The room did not look clean. When we called the front desk the phone rang forever it took a 4th attempt each time before someone answered. If we needed extra towels/soap etc we had to get them. I asked for housekeeping and I was told he’d ask to get it done but couldn’t promise anything. Housekeeping was never done. The key does not work for gym access you have to have the front desk open the door each time.

room was dirty, our door had a missing peep hole so you can see straight inside, restroom door was broken, water pressure was bad, ceiling had little holes like if they had termites, had a small window behind large curtains and there were stains on the floors, and outlets didn’t work because they were loose.

Do not book a room here. I should have read the previous reviews before booking but I didn’t. We arrived around 10pm to check in and the front desk was kind and helpful. I was taken back that the deposit totaling more than my actual stay, but paid it and got our keys. We entered our room and it had a HEAVY smell of mold and dirty carpet odor. We literally walked right out and to the front to asked for a different room. The lady was kind and quickly gave us a room change but that room too had the same odor and it was actually worse, so we asked for another room. When we got to the 3rd room, the toilet did not flush, a towel has blood stains on it and another hair. At this point it was nearly 11pm and we were ready to leave. The lady who checked us is stated she had no access to refund us the stay and deposit and we had to call back tomorrow and speak with Srithi. Super frustrating no one is capable of this and here we are 2 days later and I have no heard back from Srithi regarding my refund. She stated she would call me back and she has not. I have left her 2 messages and is obviously avoiding resolving this matter. DO NOT STAY HERE. They don’t care about the hotel or the people who stay in it. Everything is run down, dirty and old. I have no idea where they invest the money because it’s definitely not into the hotel. Oh and the first room on the wall it was carved “HELP!” On the wall which you can see in the 3rd picture.

The room was dirty. Bugs scattered across the floor when we entered the room. Dirty sheets piled up on the pull out couch. I requested a new room. We were given a new room and there was what looked like feces smeared into the carpet. The front desk attendant asked if we wanted a refund and we said yes. Its been almost a week and still havent received it. It was a filthy hotel and wouldn't suggest booking here.

The only good thing was the housekeeping staff ! Me and my family would never stay here again . The entire hotel smelled bad there were roaches in the room dingy linens not enough towels clogged toilet no water the first day till late at night . Had to move to a different room because the first one was so bad. Called the property manager left a message and never heard back from them.

After checking in, we checked the beds and the sofa bed. The sofa bed had dirt in it and we asked to be moved into a different room with two beds, the arrangement was made. But the room stunk, we had 3 people staying in the hotel room and when we asked for an extra towel, the front desk gave attitude and claimed that a dirty towel had to be exchanged for a clean one. After explaining that we booked for 3 people to stay at the hotel and only have 2 towels, they finally gave us an extra towel. The next day we asked for our room to be serviced, we came back to the hotel and they left two clean towels. When we asked for another towel, the front desk continued to give us attitude about how the day before they had already given us a towel and we had to explain that our room was serviced and was replenished with 2 towels like before. The front desk gave us a small pool towel, it was just as small as a hand towel.

We booked a Studio Suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed for a family of four, yet the room only contained one set of towels. Unfortunately, the problems escalated quickly. The bathroom had visible roaches, and the bathtub was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. When we requested bedding for the sofa bed, we were simply told they did not have any available. As a result, my daughter had to sleep using a blanket from the car just to stay warm. To make matters worse, the bedding that was provided appeared dirty. The white comforter had black stains on it, and the edges were brown and discolored, giving the impression that the linens had not been properly cleaned or replaced. Needless to say, none of us slept comfortably. By morning, we decided the best option was to check out early and find another hotel altogether. This experience fell far below even basic hospitality and cleanliness standards. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable and honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.

Fine in general. If something breaks in the evening, you either change your room or wait until the morning because no tech on side after hours.

Checked in after a long wait in line. Water was off in the hotel for several hours. Went to adjust AC in room because it was hot, the carpet was completely soaked, I couldn't walk on that side of the room because it was soaking wet. I Called the front desk 4 times and no one answered, so gave up and went to bed. Next morning breakfast was ok but no 2% milk, no attendant around, so I told the front desk. They gave lip service but did nothing. I later went to check out and they overcharged the amount of the room. Luckily, I asked for a copy of the bill and saw they were charging more than the Hotels.com rate locked in when I booked the room. They said they couldn't adjust the rate but wanted me to try to reach the asst manager to get them to adjust it. We will see if they actually credit my card for the difference. Obviously, management doesn't empower the front desk people to apply credits to customers when necessary. I used to love this hotel, but it seems to have gotten very frugal and gone downhill. Less emphasis on customer satisfaction and more on pinching pennies.

Today eggs and sausage were again cold and the toaster was missing and when I asked they said it was broken. I would appreciate daily room service; however, it is currently provided every three days. Consequently, if my stay is for three days and the last service occurred the day prior to my arrival, I would not receive any service during my occupancy. The room itself requires significant renovation, as the toilet door does not close properly, and the carpet is in need of a thorough cleaning. Thanks for checking, things are okay besides the breakfast could have been better.

In addition, the room sleeps 6 people, yet only had one bath towel. I went to the front desk to ask for more towels. There was only one person on duty and he was not even at the front desk. Another man was waiting in front of me to exchange dirty towels. When the front desk attendant showed up, he took the towels and disappeared with them for a very long time before returning with clean towels. Made me wonder if they were on the other side of the building! When I asked for more towels, he told me our room should have two towels. He disappeared again for a very long time and then brought me a bath towel and two smaller and commented that "they should wash more towels." The elevator in the building needs a serious service. There was no sticker/notice saying when last it was serviced. The whole panel with the buttons was loose and you had to really push the one for the ground floor very hard. Breakfast was okay, but it ran out of food quickly and it took them a long time to restock. There was also NOBODY around to report it to. Front desk was unattended a lot. You also get 10% off if you leave a positive review! So most reviews mean nothing.

Rented two rooms,in which they had just shampooed the carpets before we got there. One of my rooms floor stayed wet All night getting some of my stuff wet. There was no blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. The bed sheets had something on them. The bathtubs didn’t look clean and their was a unpleasant smell in the rooms.

Great AC, big screen tvs, good sound proofing. Carpet is stained everywhere in different colors. No blackout curtains. Bathroom shower too small (nearly fell down 5 times (I’m 41)). Toilet gunked with old poo. Walls and desks had either bug carcasses, food, or body fluids stuck in various places. Crumbs were left on every table and counter and fridge. Towels were not clean, bed sheets had brown stains. Bed was comfortable tho. Awoke to ants in bed. No sign of bedbugs. Shower water is hard and the complimentary shower toiletries were itch-inducing and very drying-out. Would not recommend. Not coming back.

My room was not clean. What i mean by that is the mess was from previous renter. The room was in the condition a previous person left it. Never cleaned and no rooms available. I had to rent elsewhere.

There was so much wrong with the room. The toilet wasn’t clean when we got there, the shower handles were detached from the wall, the bathroom light was gone, allowing for moisture (and almost assuredly mold) to grow in the exposed ceilings. Worst of all the towels weren’t properly washed and I got pink eye from them. Also breakfast had barely any food, even when coming down early. They didn’t replace any food after it was eaten, even two hours before breakfast was supposed to be over. I expected a lot better.

I don’t care that someone stole a shirt from me. It’s the abuse that was done to feel comfortable enough to do that. When you travel you only come with certain amount of clothes. I told staff to check camaras and they told me to wait till morning. Morning came around and they told me they had to wait for management & to leave my number so that they can call me to report it. I rather leave this review. On top of that, they only gave me one towel for the three days that I stayed, I waited for them to come clean the restroom and leave me towels but no one ever came. Usually housekeeping comes even when you’re not there to at least clean the restroom & stock up but not this place. I will never book here again.

Housekeeping was very disappointing. We stayed three nights and requested clean sheets and towels each morning, but they never came. We had to go to the front desk ourselves, only to witness an argument between staff, with the housekeeper eventually storming out. There were also kids in the room above us running and jumping late at night. We understand kids will be kids—we have our own—but it was midnight and woke up our 2-year-old. We had to call the front desk twice before anything was done. Overall, it wasn’t the worst place, but it’s definitely not somewhere we would choose to stay again.

The positives: AC worked great! Nice size room for the money (double queen w/ sleeper sofa), and the bed was comfortable. Other than this, I don’t recommend.. Reservation was for two nights. 4 travelers, and we only received 2 towels for the ENTIRE stay! Ask for additional towels numerous times and each time was told “we don’t have any”. Another customer was also asking for additional towels at the same time. They only received a single towel for their stay of 4 nights I believe and had 4 adults in their room. The shower rod in our room was half way out of the wall which made it droop a little. Because of this the shower curtain never stayed closed and water would go everywhere. The toilet also seemed to have a hard time flushing, even when there was nothing in the bowl. The bathroom door was also hard to close. Almost as if the door wasn’t hung level or the door just didn’t fit the frame. We were also missing a curtain from the window on one side. Had to rig the curtain that was there in order to block out the parking lot lights. Carpet felt disgusting and sticky. Stains on chairs, walls, and ceiling. Breakfast was sad. Suppose to open at 7am. It was not. A lady from the front desk came over to the dining area and seemed to start getting breakfast out, but then walked away and never returned (or at least didn’t while we were there). Customers had to help ourselves and even find toasters in the cabinets. Will never return!

Whatever yall do don’t book here. The place has a bad smell even in the rooms. Also the ac didn’t work in the room. The lock on the door didn’t work and was broken and even went to talk to the lady at the front desk basically told me there was nothing that they can do. When I went downstairs to cancel my room there was 2 people ahead of me doing the same thing complaining about not having bed sheets and the ac not working and about the smell. I had to leave the hotel for the night. I could not sleep in the room because there was black mold everywhere. I am allergic to mold and immediately started having problems. There was no staff to find to tell them I was leaving. I returned in the morning to talk to someone. She didn’t seem to care, that she would have maintenance paint over it. Very unexpectable

Nice location but construction in the area made commuting very difficult and long. Cockroaches in the room. The breakfast area never had coffee, even after asking the attendant for more. My wife left behind a nice necklace in the room. We contacted the hotel the evening we checked out and they said that there was nothing turned into lost and found. Either hotel staff decided to take it or the next guest in room 224 did.

The cleaniness of the 2nd floor stairway poor, lighting comes on at approximately 9:30pm in the parking area. Incident report of a 70 year old woman tripping due to poor lighting. Outdoor lounge area premises filled with trash where residents are allowed to eat. Family run establishment. Management rarely on site to address concerns. Language barrier with housing keeping staff whom predominantly speaks Spanish and are not bilingual. Pushback when I asked for the room to be cleaned daily. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The counter person did something wrong with my reservation which did not show me in the correct room. Thirty minutes after check in,the clerk used a key and entered my room to what I could only assume he put me in the wrong room. The next day, they assigned my room to another guest while I was still in the room and once again someone barged into my room. It happened a third time which I assume the clerk was trying to verify the room was occupied. When I addressed the situation with the staff the clerk previously didn’t process my reservation correctly and they didn’t have any paper work for my reservation. They did take the room cost along with a room deposit which I assume will be another problem getting the deposit back considering the screw up with my reservation. Luckily I was alone on this trip, but I did feel like my privacy had been compromised on this stay.

I knew this was a mistake when I was checking in and the manager had to walk around from the front desk to manually slam the elevator door; not kidding! It was known by my booking that I would have 4 guests, and yet they only give you two sets of towels stating it is management policy and if you want any extra towels or linens it would go against your $100 safety deposit. Most people staying in a suite will have more than two guests, so that was odd to me. Also, why would I have to pay for sheets for a pull out bed you advertise. Makes no sense at all. As soon as we walked into the room, I grabbed my phone to take pictures and to find other accommodations because I could not allow my children to sleep here. I found out through an Expedia rep that a lot of these reviews that were left are probably from family and friends of the hotel, and do not get me started on the pictures as they misrepresent the property entirely.

The parking was easy and secure. Check-in was interesting. There was an unexpected $100 deposit even though we paid by card. The room was clean but only one set of towels and there was 2 of us. The pool was filled in with gravel and the pool was the reason we booked there. When I brought it up with the staff they never followed up with me. Not too happy with that. Not sure I will stay there again.

Non of them The staff were extremely rude and indifferent. No one even looked you in the face. I had to leave 3 days early due to my son's health problems. I spoke to reception and they said they would refund for 2 days, but I haven't received a refund and my calls haven't been answered.

The location was good. The condition of room was ok for price. Had 2 towels with 4 guests. Took a bit to get 2 more towels. The weather was cool so ac was ok but had it been typical texas weather it would not have sufficed. The sofa bed had no linens. Th size of rooms was very good. Breakfast was good and staff kept it replenished til 1030. Overall for sleeping purposes it was good.

Management needs to take immediate action to address these issues. Until then, I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Our room was not very clean. There were holes in the closet and bathroom doors. We used the pull out sofa bed and underneath was a ton of garbage. One reason we booked the hotel was the pool looked great! Well it was FULL of rocks... no pool! My kids were so disappointed. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Once these hotel brands made their hotels like a franchise is when it went downhill. I picked this place based off reviews on here and tv brand name but that radisson gave motel 6. Skip this place if you can. It’s dirty, smelly hotel hallway carpets, room was cleaned when we arrived but felt sticky and the walls and decor colors were depressing, reminds me of project walls. Mildew on the curtains, holes all in the curtains like moths or something. The shower made the loudest squeeling when you try to turn it on. Sounded like a kid crying. The pool doesn’t exist anymore, it’s filled with wood, covered by a fence. It’s one of the main reasons I picked the place was the pool and gym. The gym is crammed in what looks like a break room. The breakfast is not that bad but not worth staying here. Hotel feels like it almost shouldn’t be open for business. Feels like the walls and carpets havent been wiped or changed out in decades. So over hotels this may be the last time. Seems you have to spend much much more than ever for a clean decent hotel

I will never stay here again. The room had a weird smell. The tv was on when we entered and the screen was broken. The remote had no batteries to turn it off. The side table was greasy and not wiped down. There was stains on the wall entering the bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned at all with stains that seem to be throw up in the floor. The curtains were hiding holes in the wall. The little tile that the room had super slippery. We ended up checking out an hour after check in and had to spend money on another hotel room. All this at 12am with my children.

Location was good The air conditioning stopped working in our room. We have a baby so this was a big issue. Also the pool was under construction and there was nothing mentioned during booking or arrival. We picked this hotel because online it mentions multiple pools. Very unfortunate

We deserve a refund for the last 2 days, and they know it. But won't return our phone calls. Horrible customer service.

Our room was musty and the bathroom was not useable. The walls and tub were cracked and moldy. I requested a different room, but was told they were booked. We were traveling with two five year olds and checked out the following morning. They refused to refund the rest of the trip.

I did not stay there. Third hand report is property was good My rating at all is based on non- response to original complaint. There was a desk mix -up. Despite me repeatedly saying I was not the one that would be staying there. Desk lady simply advised me that confirmation number guest gave and number she had were different. Neither showed me the confirmation number she had. Or looked at the number on my phone. Robotic telling me where things were located and times for breakfast. Despite the fact I repeatedly shared I was not the person that would be staying there

No contact. So what can you expect? At 06:30, the cooked breakfast will be just eggs. Bacon appears about 45 minutes later (maybe). Rooms are grey and badly lit. The sitting area therefore feels really unpleasant. Staff sadly don't give a darn.

They said breakfast start at 6am so my co-worker and I went at 6:30am and there was nothing but cereal and bread.after we ate almost nothing we went to get ready then at 8 as we te checking out, we saw now the kitchen ate was full of different breakfast. In My original room the heater didn’t work. The light in the bedroom didn’t work and there was no shower curtain. I reported it to the hotel, and they did nothing to fix it. I was later moved to a new room. The hotel is showing extensive signs of wear, and there was only one staff member there.

The room was fine for the one night we were there. It is in need of updating and felt like a little maintenence would go a long way. More wall decorations would have made it feel more inviting.

The breakfast was bad, almost nonexistent, very disappointing. The 'hot breakfast' consisted of biscuits and gravy or waffles with no syrup, and that wasn't until it was half over and complaints were made.

Didn’t offer to change rooms didn’t have a shower for my two days stay went to the office the following day to talk to the head manager at the hotel he told me he doesn’t have maintenance man to fix it and it was not fixed and I was not offered a different room. The room was missing a TV. The front desk staff was very very unexperienced.

Do not recommend. Moldy mildew smell throughout the hotel. Breakfast is so bad it felt like they were trying to make it bad. No security on property and they let homeless roam the parking lot with vehicles of guests vulnerable to theft. They allowed one of the homeless inside of the hotel and he pulled the fire alarm at 7 am and the entire hotel was evacuated. On top of pulling the fire alarm, he destroyed plumbing in the lobby restroom causing the water for the hotel to be cutoff from 7am to 1pm making it so that none of the guests could shower before checkout. Also the manager refused to compensate any of the guests stating that it was the homeless persons fault and not theirs even though hiring one person as security would have solved the problem.

We were woke up by a false fire alarm and when the firefighters arrived they just walked in and left and didn't tell the guest if I let was save to return back in. Finally front desk told us. Then the hotel had a pipe bist and we didn't have water to shower t before we checked out. I waited for 30 minutes for the front desk to come back to check out

Would not recommend staying here. The staff was helpful and helped us swap our room when we originally got there because in the first room we were assigned the toilet was broken, the heater had been running so the room smelled bad & there was a roach in the bathroom and the shower was pretty dirty. After swapping our room the new one smelled like a complete hotbox and the AC di not work so we had to open the windows and overall wasn’t very clean but the shower was at least a bit better. Overall wouldn’t recommend it wasn’t a horrible experience but also not pleasant.

Breakfast was absolutely cold, and the first batch of bacon was burnt. Last night there was spiders all in the sheets. We used disinfectant spray so could at least sleep through the night. Beds were a little soft for my liking but I think it’s standard since we stayed in other similar hotels. Everything was pretty close by, all within 15-20 min. Overall, I’d stay here again.

The room and bathroom were extremely nasty. We had a 4 night stay, and we tried to give it a chance. We went to the complementary breakfast the first morning, and there was mold all over the bread. We then checked out and I am now trying to get a refund for the last two nights as we did not stay and went else where.

I booked this hotel for a weekend stay. The front desk person was sitting outside in the car, which made it very difficult to check in or out, the hotel itself smelled like dog and mold. It was very dirty. Some of the doors didn’t close properly and we checked out 20 minutes after check-in and nobody can answer any questions about my reservation and if I can be refunded for the time that I did not stay.

Room wasn't cleaned after last guest. They moved us. Dog poop on the stairs. Shower rod falling out of the wall. Lights on stairs flickering for days per staff. Empty breakfast area, no food refilled. Dirty burned linens. Used tissues in the closet. Outlets loose in wall.

Live cockroaches in the room, refrigerator was dirty and sticky residue on the inside of door, and shower head was clogged from hard water deposits. First, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Check-in went fine. The room we were given had a host of problems. There was no shower curtain, the sink faucet was so loose we were afraid it would break, the toilet didn’t flush, the heat wouldn’t turn off, and the fan in the front of the suite wouldn’t turn off. We were given a new room the next day and it was ok. The breakfast was very poor. Items were constantly running out and they were very slow to replace them. I felt they just didn’t care. I won’t be staying there again.

The stay was terrible. The room smelled like cat urine and damp. The floor was filthy. They moved us to another room, and the towels were filthy, the bed smelled bad, and the air conditioning was blasting all night. The worst stay I've ever had.

Hallway carpet and the carpet in the rooms doesn't smell good! Needs carpet washes and dehumidifying! Old property, needs maintenance or renovations. Breakfast was ok!

Although I didn't get much communication with the staff, they did seem courteous. Upon arrival, the room felt humid and a little warm, and had a smell of wet laundry. We checked in late and were tired, so we decided to just go to bed. The beds were actually very comfortable, so that was good. In the restroom, there were dirty hands prints on the wall and the door didn't shut correctly. My wife attempted to have the breakfast, but said the coffee looked gross and the hash browns were terrible. Thankfully she didn't get sick from the eggs and chicken she had. We opted to go out for breakfast instead, and more than likely won't book this hotel again.

You get what you pay for I guess. We had one previous stay here which wasn’t bad. This time we were helped by Bobby who was cool. But then we found a roach in the room.

The first room we stayed had dried blood on the wall by the air conditioning unit. Also behind the toilet seat very noticeable so they changed our room which turned into a pest problem. Me and my husband tried to work with the hotel management who told us to despite it with our bank. I also have the pictures and videos for reference.

The restroom had issues with plumbing and I had to fix myself.

The front desk and the 4 days I was there, neither were fixed. The bathroom has black mold on the ceiling and in the toilet. The fan has months of piled up dust bunnies. The initial email says the rooms are cleaned every 3 days. The second and third day I was there, I could tell someone had been in my room because lights were turned on and I had left the room with all the lights turned off. One of the phones was moved and initially I assumed the phones were looked at but then they still didnt work and the light bulb hadn’t been changed. I checked out the night before because when I came back to my room, with every light on, I went to the bathroom and someone and taken a massive dump and clogged the toilet. I inspected the room further and could see that the trash cans had been emptied but none of the towels were replaced or bed made and at this point I was beyond terrified and disgusted. Who was coming in my room and not fixing the things I addressed or cleaning but leaving messes??? I told the front desk lady named Linda and told her I do not feel safe here and will Be contacting the manager.

The staff was great however kept having tech issue's at check in. The rooms bathroom needed major repairs and the halls smelled like wet carpet. That being said i was on there for one night and was able to shower and sleep. That was my goal.

Initially, I was placed in a dirty room, or rather one that appeared clean on the exterior but was nasty on the interior. When I first entered the room and pulled the sheets back and took a cursory glance, everything appeared fine; however, when I got in the bed later on that night I saw dried up blood on the underside of the comforter and hairs in the bed. Also, the refrigerator was leaking, a roach was in the room, and the water in the shower was draining very slowly. Needless to say, I was never able to speak with management. I was given a number to call to voice my complaints; however, the number went unanswered both times and no one called me back, even though I left a message with both calls. If it's up to me, I'll never stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff were nice; however, I feel management, or maybe lack thereof, is the problem.

We were a family of 4. They provided 1 towel and gave attitude when we requested 3 more, yet there was a signs stating how much they would charge us if we took pillows and towels blankets….. There was a sofa bed with no bedding to be found. Stains on one bedsheet. Holes in the doors and walls. Torn shower curtain, no water pressure and only cold water. Walls are paper thin, could hear traffic from the road. Elevator was filthy and had no signage that it has been inspected. AC made a crazy loud noise all night. Never again.

This hotel is a step above most others in its price range, with 2 separate rooms and sofas and chairs. Very clean with a comfortable bed. The night clerk, Prabtiu, was very friendly and helpful.

I did not travel with any pets nor did I encounter any during my stay. The room I was in however, did smell like dogs. Also, I was given dirty towels. They were very stained and not clean looking at all. I ended up going to the store and buying my own towels for the rest of my stay.

This is the worst property ever. I am not sure why they are apart of the Radisson or Choice brand. The room was dirty and I was walked to three different rooms from the original room. Asked to cancel and told that they would refund me and haven’t reached that. Contacted the brand and they haven’t called me back. Expedia, Radisson, and Choice all should be ashamed of this property. And watch they are going to respond with a generic message if they respond at all. All I want is my refund for not staying there. Give me my refund Expedia, Radisson, and Choice Hotels. Old looking and had a smell

My flight was unfortunately delayed, cancelled, and then rebooked for me to arrive the morning after my check in date. As soon as I learned this information, I contacted the hotel and asked for them to make sure not to mark me as a no show so I could check-in in the morning after all the delay. They confirmed they could do this. Then, upon arrival I was told I was marked as a no show and my room was not ready. After having to wait over 20 minutes getting in from over 20 hours of traveling the associate told us she could get us in a room. She let me know she would not refund the night I missed even though it was their fault for not checking me in. We get to our room only to discover ants infested in the air conditioner. We go down and tell them and she calls the manager to just hand us a new room key, does not apologize once throughout this entire process. Once we get to the new room we realize we are downgraded to 2 double beds instead of the queen suite I booked. Then the sheets, blankets, curtains etc all have stains all over them. At this point we didn’t want to deal with any more hassle after the long traveling day and night and day after that we had so we just dealt with it but it is not okay and not up to standards. Throughout the stay there was no check in on how the new room was, any sort of offer to make things better or any consideration for the guest. Was very disappointed in my stay and upon requesting some form of compensation they refuse to answer the phone!

This was a nice room very spacious staff was great and very kind other than Darla. Darla was not friendly or personable. She was actually quite rude. She should not be the one to greet people at the front desk at all. She would be my only complaint other than that my stay was good overall.

Just a dirty feel to lobby, rooms, etc. Had a foldout sofa bed in separate room for kids, but no sheets, pillows, blanket etc. Kids said it was an absolutely terrible nights sleep. Arrived after dark and kids wanted to swim, but pool area was terribly lit, very dark, and one person sitting in shadows in back corner at the only available table in pool area. We chose not to swim. Breakfast had white bread slices instead of biscuits for the gravy. What the what? Will not visit again.

The first room they put us in the air conditioner was not working properly. Wouldn't housekeeping notice that and tell the manger? The second room the A/C worked good. But in the middle of the night we realized they did not provide a bed sheet for the room. Only a sheet. I've never been in a hotel that doesn't provide a bed sheet. Also the bed was VERY firm. So firm that in certain spots you could actually feel the metal coils. Oh, and when we wanted ice I found out that despite being on the 1st floor the ONLY ice machine for the whole property was at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor. Really? It just felt like the property manager was trying to skimp every penny they could to the point that it really affected the guest's satisfaction with the property. I recommend you pass on this location and try somewhere else.

Staff was friendly and fixed our dirty room immediately. The only problem we ran into aside from not cleaned room was the pool was dirty and had trash.

I didn't like having to ask for towels and having to empty my own trash. When we tried to get face towels we were told they were being washed and the receptionist said she would bring them up to our room. We checked out of the hotel early because we were very disappointed with our accommodations.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. The only bad thing was the ac. It was warm eventhough i tried setting it lower. Then at around 4am the power went off it finally camr back on at 6am.

Both bed sheets were stained on both sides. Breakfast cream cheese had mold when I opened it. There were black fingerprints on the walls and a lot of insects within the building. My desk was sticky when I got to my room. I was also provided with 2 normal body size towels and housekeeper wasn’t allowed to bring us extra towels even though we were four. She said the new policy was they can only exchange the towels and give us back the same amount we gave her. We had to go to the front desk instead of being provided with the correct number of towels as per guest. Another guest had to clean the pool because it had a pile of leave's. Overall horrible experience and rude staff.

This is a well-worn, older hotel that’s definitely seen better days. It's more in line with a 2-star rating. The first room I was given had a strong odor, but the staff accommodated a room change. The second room was functional and served its purpose, though still dated. The toilet on the second floor barely flushed, and the shower had very low pressure. Overall, it was somewhat clean, but this hotel is best suited for those simply needing a place to sleep without expecting modern comforts. I guess because of this, it was a pretty quiet place and not very crowded.

Property doesn’t camera staff not concerned. Camera at front door entry don’t work as well. I was parked right in front of door area. Given that they don’t utilize safety as a number one priority. I will down grade this property as a 1 star aside from this event . You will stay at your own risk

The rooms smelled. The air conditioning was bad. The tub was horrible.

The front desk staff all have a different response to the same question The continual breakfast area has some type of mechanical or food shortage on a daily basis Aside from all that place is clean and pleasant

It was a nice room. It had a separate sitting area, it was a little hot in that area. It had a fan but it was a little noisy. The floor in the bathroom was coming up. They only gave you one face cloth. People apparently take items when they leave because they had a list of items and prices of they are missing from the room. The hotel was pretty quiet. When I woke up to start packing a saw a cockroach.

I did not stay, i wasnt informed prior to purchasing the room of an additional deposit and now Hotels.com and Country Inn are refusing to reimburse me for their failure to supply appropriate information prior to selecting a establishment

Great stay and Great staff

Would not recommend. This place needs an upgrade, everything was dated, dirty and smelly. As soon as I entered the elevator there was strange odor. The fire alarm battery in my room was low and was chirping every 90 seconds. I ended up getting another room, which had other issues, such as rust in washroom towel hanger, bed sheet has cigarette burn holes. I would not be coming back here, I am glad I was here for 1 night.

I stayed 9 days and didn’t get the room cleaned not once until the night before I was leaving. The computer chair was broken informed the front desk nothing was done. These type of hotels charge premium pricing but give mediocre service

Had a wonderful experience at Country Inn & Suites in Pflugerville! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet. Loved the complimentary breakfast and appreciated the convenient amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at the Country Inn in Pflugerville! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, with plenty of options and fresh coffee. The location is convenient—close to major highways and lots of local dining and shopping. The property felt safe and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Austin area!

Tiny bathroom Inadequate # of towels Cleaning is every 3 days Break last is a joke. No Microwave or toaster It's just a place to sleep My daughter was booked into room 215, when she got there it was al ready occupied. The door was answered by a big tall guy. She could have been attacked and we would never know

It was amazing that a low-priced, breakfast, close to main city. I will stay again when visit Austin!!

No one was at front desk when checking in. Waited thirty minutes for service. Room was clean and comfortable.

First room was hot and fridge had a horrible smell. Attendant was nice and gave us a different room. That room was great except for the bathroom ceramic tile that was cracked around the toilet. I was scared the toilet was going to fall through the floor.

The first day we checked in we noticed a bunch of little black flies in our beside lamp. We killed them and thought it was a one off. The next day we went to do laundry and there was a dead cockroach on top of the drier, not to mention the drier was not hooked up properly and our clothing did not dry. The following day we came back after a long day and noticed even more of the little black flies, so many of them that they kept landing on us, we kept trying to kill them but they seemed to just be getting more and more. They were climbing all over the walls. We called down and the front desk attendant came up with a little vacuum and kindly offered us a new room. So at 10pm we packed up everything and moved. The new room didn’t seem to have any bugs but it certainly was an unpleasant experience to say the least.

The hotel was dirty

I chose the pay at property option and this hotel attempted to charge my card before I made it to the hotel. I called at least 5 times trying to reach someone. One time someone answered the phone but did not respond. Another time a lady said “hello” and I asked is this the Country Suites hotel and she did not answer me, just hung up. Finally about the 5th time a man answered and I gave him my name and asked about the reservation and the charge and he told me he would have to call me back and that he had a guest in front of him. Needless to say I never received a call back. I thought this whole situation was handled unprofessionally so I went to another hotel where I was treated with respect and appreciation as a customer.

The room was clean and comfortable for me and my son.

When I arrived there was there was a person standing outside smoking a cigarette, and starring at me. I waited at guest service for a while and there was a note saying went to help a guess be right back. I waited and waited, then I noticed the guy who was starring enter the front desk and ask if he could help me. I was very upset, because he saw me come in and he was not helping a guest, just smoking a cigarette. I had gotten a room for a my family of 6 and this room had no extra towels, just two, and no extra blankets. The bathroom floor I was worried about because the tiles were moving as you step. I there huge gaps in between the tiles. It felt like you were going to fall through the floor. Not sure how this is a 8.4 hotel. What's funny later in the evening I step out went down stairs and there was another lady upset at the check in worker because he was walking outside and she was waiting.

its an older hotel but clean ,breakfast was good, staff was friendly , bed was good and bathroom was ok great for me and my Son to stay again

It was ok. The sofa was badly stained.

Room had a bit of mold odor in the living room and kitchen area. Bedroom was ok and didn’t smell as the other part of the room. It was a good staying for the price paid.
