Nice and clean. Pool was clean nice. Hot water took some time to heat up. Breakfast needs a lot of help. Not much to choose from.

Breakfast was rarely stocked. No pool towels without asking (practically begging) for 5 days. Unhelpful front desk (except for the night shifters). Pool area not kept up well. This is the 4th time we've stayed & very disappointing to see it go downhill.

Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.

Not kid family friendly. Not Veteran friendly. The third night, Staff member pounds on our door at 8pm saying my children were running around which they weren’t and was very aggressive. When my husband went to tell that staff member that the noise was continuing even though our children were in bed and to defend our children, that staff member called the police and kicked us out at 9pm (I have a 5 year old, 4 year old, and a 7 month old). It was handled grossly inappropriately and unprofessionally. The fridge was hot when we arrived. Room smelled like feet. Housekeeping finally cleaned room but didn’t leave towels. I could go on. I’m beyond disappointed with this hotel and will not be returning. I recommend staying at a different location!

The hotel was clean, the bed was super comfortable with fluffy pillows. The hot breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and seemed happy to work there. We were sad to find the hot tub closed for repairs, but at least it will be fixed for future visits.

The staff members were absolutely wonderful. They were all very helpful and customer service was top notch. The air conditioning vents in my room had a lot of mold on them and the room felt very damp. The floors in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned as well as the shower floor and sink. Cleanliness was lacking.

Breakfast was so so and we were told to eat with a spoon as there were no forks to be had.

this was the first time we decided we would have liked to use the hair dryer...and there was not one. kind of comical rather than a negative. All other hotels have one, almost every time we stay at one, there is one., yet we never used it. Maybe update the plugs on the lamps, they are worn and the charging blocks are loose when plugged in them.

Amazing hotel

I was only there for one night, but I found it to be clean, and well appointed. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and even assisted me in finding somewhere to have dinner when I arrived. The price for the room was also very reasonable, considering it was in a very nice area surrounding Austin Texas. Would recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone who’s looking for a pleasant experience.

I booked 3 nights to wait out the Austin winter storm on Jan 24. Upon arriving, the door handles had frozen on my car and as a result I couldnt close the doors or open them again later. I couldnt take the room because I couldnt leave the car doors open during the stay. But the hotel didnt care and wouldnt refund even though clearly it was a crisis and im a senior citizen too. I would have accepted credit for a future stay but none was offered. I think this is a rotten way to treat people who hadnt simply changed their mind. True, weather isnt the fault of the hotel but given that this was $500 down the drain, they certain could have done better, even subtracting a service charge. Im not saying a person shouldnt stay there but inflexible or severe policies like this should make one think twice.

We arrived at 1am after driving all day/all night. There was a sign on the front desk to call the night manager at ###…. to check-in. After checking in and 3 trips up and down the elevator, to get our key card to work, the manager finally had to come let us into the room. It was a room with 2 queen beds. Neither of the bed sheets had been changed. There were black hairs and stains on the fitted sheets. Since it was late and we had to leave early, we ended up sleeping on top of the sheets. I notified the front desk when we checked out.

Overall, the accommodation was VERY GOOD, but the maid service was lacking. (Specifically, after the 1st night the room was not made up We were also shorted toweling & water cups.) The bed was difficult for a senior female to get into as it was fairly high off the floor.

The overnight person on duty was doing a room check and opened my door at 2am without identifying himself. I had extra security on the door and they couldn’t enter my room. Then he knocked but didn’t identify himself. I was scared and then I got a call from the front desk as I was about to call and I was quizzed about my room. The person who changed my room when I checked in must have not updated the record. Sadly, I couldn’t get back to sleep.

The facility was good. I was paying for a guest and expedia charged me one price and I asked my guest to get a receipt and the receipt was cheaper than what Expedia charged me. I contacted Expedia about the difference and they said despite the receipt I would still be charged the higher rate. I am not pleased with Expedia and will not use them again. They charged me more than booking directly through the hotel and when confronted they didn't budge an inch. Beware future Expedia users

Booked a room days in advance and was placed across from the elevator on the ground floor. Was constantly woken by the sound of kids yelling in the lobby, unknown things hitting my door all throughout the day, and the chime of the elevator. No seal on the bottom of the shower door, so every shower led to a large amout of water on the floor to clean up. Definitely ruiened my trip by lack of sleep.

Nice hotel. Good location and clean. The only issue we encountered was the breakfast the two mornings we tried to eat. Breakfast was 7-10 am but despite arriving @ 845 and 9 they were “out” of every hot item and the pancake machine was empty. No coffee both days and had to ask for it to be refilled. The breakfast wasn’t particularly busy, but either it wasn’t staffed with enough people or the right people.

Also, we asked for late check-out on Sunday(due to the tournament my daughter was playing, and depending on the wining or losing the match we could stay or had to leave) - they declined. So we had to leave; she won her match and we found another hotel - better and cheaper!!! The only inconvenience for us was that we had a lot of luggage to move. Anyway I wouldn't stay in this hotel again!!!

The room was not cleaned very well. There was hair all over the bathroom countertop. We had a sleeper sofa and there was not blankets or covers in the room.

The property is fine however I had no hot water in my shower! I ran it for over 5 minutes and it never got warm. It was too late in the morning to make a change and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff, they only said, “thanks for letting us know!” There was no apology or any attempt to make amends. Super disappointing. We are calling the manager to discuss.

It was ok just a condition of the bathroom was a humidity smell coming out from there when we arrived, and we notice that during our stay when we left the room that smell was there after the cleaning service done.

It is right next to the freeway yet not noisey. However the elevator in the building is really noisey so you dont want to be given a room right next to it.

Everything about our stay was pretty good. Comfortable beds, nice pillows. Decent breakfast. Only two complaints - Could’ve used a lighter comforter or blanket. And hot tub was not working.

At first, our room was supposed to be the the one right off of the elevator, but my husband and I didn't want to deal with the noise of people getting off and on of the elevator all night, so we requested a room change, and the staff was super helpful in moving us. In our second room, our neighbors were super loud and smoking weed all day and all night. We got woken up to the smell of them smoking at 3am, so we literally packed our stuff and went to check out downstairs. I ate the cost of the extra night we were supposed to stay, but the other guests were loud and smoking, so we just found somewhere else to spend the night. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was great! But our room wasn't 100% clean and it smelled like weed. Never again. I expected more.

The area around the hotel is very ghetto and the hotel itself. It’s dirty we saw cockroaches by the microwave. The walls were very dirty and the bathroom look like there was water damage. The reception is that something strange that I’ve never had to do when checking into a hotel they gave us the option to do cash. They stated that it would be faster to get the deposit back if we did cash versus we used a card and when we were checking out, they made it a whole process to get the money back so we just left if you decide to do cash they will go to your room to check it before you get it back it takes too long so I’m sure they do cash for a reason so they can keep your deposit.

The fire alarm went off in the morning and seems to be caused by the strong smoke from the kitchen. The screeching alarm was just terrible and ruined the whole morning in the stay

Way too expensive for a night for this hotel. Room wasnt ready. Tv didnt work. Room was old and smelled of wet carpet. Bedding wasnt changed.

The place was fine and it met our basic needs. I liked how quick and efficient check in was. The room was quite spacious and the shower had strong water pressure. You could tell that the property was quite old and not well maintained. Housekeeping also never cleaned our room during the entire 3 time we were there. It would have been nice to get some clean towels and had more toilet paper, etc. The location wasn’t great either as it was in the middle of nowhere. Not the most convenient location. For what you get, the rooms were definitely overpriced.

Hotel changed room type as a guest prior to us wanted a king size room. Hotel didn’t offer any bottled water to purchase during our stay. Hotel locked us out of our room after the first night and we had to have new keys made. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Check in was a breeze. The receptionist was friendly, prompt and helpful.

I asked if that was more important than there not being food for us and his reply was it will be done in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we decided to go somewhere to eat as there was still no hot foods. When we checked out I told the female desk attendant about the poor service her response was,”I’m not in charge of the food here”. I took photos of the empty hot plates and the dirty sticky floor. Nice decent place if you’re looking for an affordable option. The complimentary breakfast was decent! A hot bar with eggs, sausage and potatoes/hashbrowns; pastries, delicious cinnamon rolls, fruit, and a pancake machine that made some oddly-shaped but OK tasting pancakes.

Staff was always great, Hunter especially was very kind and accommodating. The space in the room was plentiful and overall was decently clean once I got to the switched room. There was mold on the AC unit vents which made the room smell musty and moldy. I'm never a fan of full carpet especially with different people going in and out all the time.

It was nice & comfortable. There was a huge cockroach that kept showing up in my room. I eventually I killed it & didn’t see another one.

First thing is that when we got to our room it was burning up hot and we couldn't stand to stay in it long enough to even unpack which I really wanted to do after a 5 hour car ride. Fortunately it finally cooled down when we returned 4 hours later. I also very much resented the rude maid that knocked on the door at 10:56. I explained I was heading to get the luggage cart to load the luggage and she told me "BE OUT IN FIVE MINUTES". We all found the beds hard, and I did not like the scented sheets. The breakfast was good, the coffee was awful!

We had a great stay. Property was clean and well maintained. Check in was simple and staff were friendly. We will chose this hotel next time we travel to the area.
