All staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is a convenience store next door which was well stocked. And, there is a gas station attached to the convenience store. There is easy access to nearby freeways.

If you are looking for a less expensive hotel, and you don’t care what is in the area around you, this is a great place. The staff was always smiling and rooms were clean. However, it wasn’t really near anything as far as walking distance. Also, the free breakfast every morning was nowhere near fancy if that’s what attracts you. It was extremely minimal. The gym also left a lot to be desired. It just depends on what you were looking for when you come to Austin. If you’re looking for a non-expensive hotel and you’re just going to take Ubers and get away from the area, then it’s great. If you’re looking for something, a little fancier, this won’t be for you. I’d stay again if the former was my reasoning for Austin.

Nothing drug addicts were everywhere outside and walking around the hotel Everything! The staff was rude and watched us on camera with our kids, we pay to stay 3 nights but they continuously was trying to make us leave early the, they played on the room phone turned the pool cold on my kids so they would leave and refused to give us our deposit when we checked out.

For a budget hotel, this was great and the lady at the front
- 2/5
We chose this hotel because it was close to the Sips & Sounds Music Festival. We saw the good reviews but were surprised to see the hotel in bad quality. Specifically, the room. The walls were so thin. We heard the couple next to us having sex that lasted 30 minutes. We went to see if the front desk could ask them to keep it down, mainly because it sounded like the woman was dying from her screams. He told us if it continues for 20 minutes, he will do something. When I came back to the room, the man finished a few minutes later. As well, our room was oddly situated right outside the front lobby. It just seemed so close to everyone. For a cheap hotel, go here. But if you want somewhere better, look elsewhere.

Room was great! Friendly staff! Only complaint was it wasn’t much of a breakfast, no meat, just eggs in a crock pot and waffles you make.
- 4/5
Decent Rooms and Bed . Love the Pillows.
- 3.5/5
The only thing that seemed very uneasy was the elevator creaked like if it was on its last years of life.

The location was very nice. Great for you if you’re staying for a day or two. The only thing that seemed very uneasy was the elevator creaked like if it was on its last years of life.

Breakfast consisted of a waffle maker and eggs in a crock pot. I would not recommend staying here.

- 5/5
Very warm and pleasant stay. Clean rooms, great location. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
- 4.5/5
Wifi was very low
- 1.5/5
Easy access to & from event we went to 1- i requested a 12 (noon) check out due to my husband running the 1/2 marathon. Was told no problem. At 1120 they were knocking on door telling me to get out. 2- got king suite with sleeper bed for my 11 year old. Pull out bed was broken what we could see sheets were covered in urine. She ended up sleeping on the couch. 3- no working ice machine. As stated we were there for a 1/2 marathon needed ice ready had to use circle k for ice behind the property
- 4/5
Place was nice and breakfast was good The room was super hot when we arrived

The hotel smelled a little funky. Nothing overwhelming either, but not the most pleasant smell.
- 3/5
No store that close by and got strangers walking around close to the hotel
- 5/5
Quiet comfortable an convene y located
- 3/5
The room is clean and in good condition. The staff is okay. All is good except for the very loud noise from the highway. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, toast, cereal, coffee, tea, and juice.

- 5/5
The hotel is nice for the money that you pay. I would stay again if I visit Austin.
- 3/5
Breakfast was dreadful - no fruit or yogurt Very basic hotel - no more than a 2 star
- 1/5
If they give you a room on the second floor, demand to be moved. The owner lives on the south end of the 2nd floor. Rude man. Gave me and my partner dirty looks in the parking lot when we were coming back from our dinner date. Our room was next to his, and he made his employee call our room while we were trying to sleep. I've stayed here twice now, and he's always been unpleasant. Last time, I booked directly with Choice and he refused to give me the bonus points I was entitled to as an elite member. He lied that he would make the change in the system. He's lucky I couldn't leave a medallia review for his behavior.
- 5/5
Very accommodating, clean spacious room! Allows early check in for a reasonable fee!
- 5/5
Room was excellent. Comfy bed. Courteous staff. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
My son was in town for a disc golf tournament. This hotel was in a great location and the staff was great.
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Room was clean and well lit, but smelled a little musty. Breakfast waffle and eggs were good.
- 4/5
Noisy guest in the pool area after midnight
- 5/5
Clean
- 1/5
Location was good There was mold in the bath tub
- 4.5/5
The breakfast was good but it had no meat on the menu
- 3/5
Breakfast was a little below expectations. Sort of a continental breakfast plus scrambled eggs. The coffee was enough sub-par that I walked next door to the convenience store to pay for coffee. We had a problem with the TV while there, but the management promptly helped us sort it out.
- 3/5
Close to another hotel that had restaurants and close to COTA and DT. The bed had 2 bugs in it , the elevator was sketchy and the “free breakfast “ was just just two waffle machines and cereal. My hubby and daughter stayed there for COTA so unfortunately did not take pics and only complained to me instead letting the staff know about the bugs . They said overall the hotel was ok. But for over $300 a night there shouldn’t have been any bugs in the bed.

Nice rooms and good price Old TV’s w no Netflix and YouTube ?
- 4/5
Clean, great room service!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 5/5
We walked to a restaurant about a block away. The street on the side of the motel had a lot of trash stuck in the bushes.
- 4/5
AC was off & the room was too hot
- 5/5
I’m on the road 26 weeks a year. This place was a great value! I believe the owners both checked me in and checked me out. The man was super friendly at check-in and the woman was extremely friendly when I checked out. They had a hot breakfast with variety. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well. Overall, it was a great stay at a great price.
- 4/5
Staff was very welcoming and helpful!
- 5/5
Well maintained and sparkling clean
- 4/5
Good for the price.
- 2/5
The parking lot was dark, no lighting. Couch in the room was dirty with heavy stains. The shower had mildew along the bottom edge. Also room was noisy from I35 traffic, in need of a buffer wall. Finally I requested for a receipt to be emailed and did not receive it.
- 5/5
Came with friends and family and the room we got was Great. It was clean, spacious, and the bwd were great. Staff was super friendly. Love it.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Excellent location, very quiet. There is a circle k about half a block away. Which came handy. Staff is very friendly and helpful
- 2/5
Breakfast was very bad and customer service was poor
- 5/5
Great housekeeping
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay.
- 2/5
I did not like they did not give me what I had asked. Could not find my reservation and would not take my confirmation number to look for it. Had me pay more than what my reservation was
- 4/5
The staff at the front desk were helpful and professional at all times. The waffles were great!
- 5/5
It looks nice and clean but it was hot in the lobby and the hallways, pool was very cold but other than that nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Receptionist was kind , getting checked in and out … the room was clean , and we got out room cleaned that same night while we were out and about the town with us having to ask so that was nice .. only 10-15 min from 6th street and 20 min from circuit of America’s for a concert we attended … perfect spot
- 3/5
Breakfast was provided somewhat but the coffee wasn't even really coffee. More like light brown water, everyday.
- 5/5
The room was clean. Some of the halls leading to the room look like they could be vacuumed better.
- 5/5
Very nice people very convenient location the only thing I will say is the pool needs heaters
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the place was very affordable. Highly recommend!
- 4/5
Some areas of the property were in need of TLC but altogether a good budget accommodation. Near to public transport system to city centre. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel was clean and not too noisy.
- 4/5
Good location!
- 5/5
Easy and nice and clean
- 4/5
Everything was ok but coffee had no flavor wish there were more breakfast options. Room was good just noisy with the air unit right out the door in the hallway had to place a towel on the floor to block the air from coming in. There was a burnt smell in the room unable to find or locate where it was coming from.
- 4/5
Room was good, however the layout made space limited.
- 3/5
It wasn't the cleanest place but it was still fine for a couple nights. It was comfortable enough but neither bad or good enough to really remark much on.
- 5/5
Good staff and helping frieds
- 5/5
The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get to our destinations although some reviews stated the area was shady. I had no issues whatsoever will recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Some of the staff was not that professional. The rest was perfect, very clean.
- 5/5
It was one of the cleanest and quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was accommodating, professional and friendly. The continental breakfast included scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, cereal, juices, tea, etc. The coffee remained available all day and was excellent. I’ll definitely stay there again the next time I visit Austin. :)
- 3/5
The breakfast was a joke though, even by continental breakfast standards. In fairness I arrived late, but it looked like there wasn't much ever put out. I didn't stay there for the breakfast though.
- 4/5
Ok for one night stay. Area seems sketchy.
- 4/5
The towels were dirty

- 3/5
Our stay at the Quality Inn was nice and comfortable but the room smelled kind of musty . Overall experience it was really nice.
- 4/5
The accommodations were fine. Breakfast was not ideal for someone with type 2 diabetes.
- 3/5
Rooms do not have USB charging port
- 4/5
Nice staff, decent breakfast, high water pressure, and cold a.c. Didn't seem like the best neighborhood, the gas station behind it had an armed guard and my Uber driver said prostitutes were in the area.
- 4/5
the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was unfortunate that they no longer had laundry machines.I could have used them. The hotel’s location was very good for my purpose.
- 5/5
Mas o menos
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly worker and easy check in.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Room was clean, but ac was not on when we got there so it took a bit to cool off. Break fast didn't have a big selection but they did have waffle maker so it was fine. Staff was friendly.
- 3/5
For the price it was ok.
- 2/5
2. The heaters for the pool and sauna were broken and unusable. The pool was freezing. 3. The phone didn't work. 4. The breakfast was awful, especially the beverage machines that tasted like soap/cleaner. Barely any food available. 5. There were stains all over the mattress on the pull out couch. It was thin, lumpy, and uncomfortable. 6. The air conditioner had a difficult time cooling the suite. 7. The luggage carts both had broken wheels. I wouldn't have left a review about any of that. However, when we went to leave, the manager asked us if we were checking out. I said yes. She asked me how many people were staying in the room because she had spoken to and seen 2 men in the room. I told her that was definitely not true. She then pointed to the girls and yelled how many people were in that room! I said there were 4 of us. She told me only 2 people were allowed in that room even though it was a suite that slept up to 6. Then she asked us in an accusing tone if we were in town for some concert. I told her my reservation was for two adults and two children and that we were in town for a comic convention. I told her the girls were teenagers and went to pull up proof of my reservation. She then said no, it's okay and told me to leave her a good review. I reported what happen to expedia. They told me she would apologize and give me a refund. Her apology was rude and dishonest, and no refund offered.
- 4/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and clean. Close to public transport. Breakfast was simple, but reasonable for the price. Overall, a good place to stay in the city.
- 4/5

- 4/5
It’s was nice overall, I just didn’t like how when I checked in the guy at the front desk was questioning me about why I was staying so long and who was going to be in the room with me and that I couldn’t have more than one guest, like I was going to be a problem. Also on my second day I was coming back in from work and the lady at the front desk stop me and ask me what room number I was going too like I didn’t have a room there and just was freely walking in.
- 2/5
My room smelled pretty bad , breakfast wasn’t good, I wouldn’t stay again.
- 4/5
Good staffs
- 5/5
It was a great stay overall. The only down side was that they were remodeling which they were many chemicals. Other than that it was conformable.
- 3/5
Smelled funny and automatically as soon as i walked in. They started to speak in their language which i think is rude. I speak 2 languages but aren't rude like that.
- 3/5
Had to ask for things that should have been there.
- 3/5
Only good thing was the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling. The room was as clean as could be, but again, really dated...
- 5/5
Thank you very much to the staff, it was an amazing experience.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Check in was smooth and great. The service was personable, kind and relaxed setting. The room was large, roomy and comfortable. The hotel hit the spot for location and needs meet.
- 2/5
We had to change rooms 3 times because the sofa bed mattress was disgusting, they had red stains, we didn’t want to try to figure out what those where.
- 5/5
It’s frogging awesome!
- 3/5
I liked the place it was clean it’s a little old but good . the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the ac did not work that good it was hot
- 4/5

All was well. Room big and comfy. Very clean. Area and building clean. Employees were pleasant and friendly. We wanted to swim and went into the inside pool but it was very cold so couldnt stay long. Other then that it was good.
- 1/5
Very run down
- 4/5
Circle K behind it was ugly
- 4/5
Disappointed breakfast: No hot meal of any kind. Swim pool was OK for its size.
- 1/5
We booked Friday to Sunday and stayed here Friday night and was fine went back Saturday night and they didn’t want to give us 5 towels for 5 guests then someone kept knocking on our door and trying to open it and front desk did nothing there was trash all around outside and around did not feel safe there and left Saturday due to whoever knocking on our door constantly and trying to open the door had to drive all the back to SAN ANTONIO WITH 3 kids at midnight !!! Do not recommend this hotel said queen beds and definitely full size beds
- 4/5
The man and lady that were at the check in were super friendly. I liked that it had an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy. There was a super random large stain on the couch that was a little questionable but aside from that decent room, nicely stocked with essentials.
- 5/5
Excellent service and very clean
- 4/5
Our stay was nice and clean, staff was nice a respectful. House keeping was very helpful. The only thing we didn’t like is that the hotel didn’t have blackout curtains. With the bright lights in the parking lot, you wake up at 2 am and you think it’s 7am. Our only issue. I would hope that the property will invest in. Bed was oh so comfortable 😁😁😁
- 5/5
As soon as you walk in it looks and smells clean. Our room was clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. I also liked that we didnt have to drive far to go to downtown about 15 min away with traffic and staff is very attentive and friendly i would definitely go back and would recommend
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and the room was pretty clean. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
- 3/5
This property is very near the Interstate, there are homeless and sketchy type people in the neighborhood. We frankly did not feel safe there.
- 2/5
Front desk lady was rude. This place is very run down.
- 2/5
Convenient But Ac was not working properly
- 4/5
Good place to stay in Austin, good price and everything was ok
- 3/5
I want to be fair and honest. The property was not what we expected definitely dated, and did not match pictures diaplayed. Staff was respectful, but it was one of those times, the dated feel made it feel unclean. We also did not eat the FREE breakfast, which was really a morning snack. I have to say this is that one time I've been disappointed with a stay booked on expedia. I wish the property would provide up to date pictures and details on what to expect.
- 5/5
Very clean and professional staff
- 1/5
This hotel seems to be run by a couple. The lady was very sweet and polite but the man was rude when checking in. Our room had a musty smell and felt humid even with the ac running.
- 5/5
It was good and staff was nice. Would consider again
- 5/5
Staff was so accommodating to our last minute stay. “You get what you pay for” and it was enough to get some rest after traveling for so long.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent except for kids running upstairs.
- 4/5
It's an older facility.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Convenient location off the highway. Clean room. Great place to stay for a quick concert in town. I would definitely recommend.
- 3/5
Good minimal place to stay at a fair price. Not much in the area. No daily maid service unless requested. Continental breakfast included. Room needed repainting.
- 1/5
Staff didn't have my name in their system when i tried to check in. I decided to book again which cost me more money. Rooms smell old and dusty. Rooms do not cool very well
- 2/5
As we walked in, first thing noticed that the breakfast are and welcome lobby is so crowded. Did not look welcoming. The halls look dingy and old. The lady at the reception desk was kind but pushy. She did allow us a look at the room. The room looks clean at first glance. Decided to stay but at the first use of the restroom, noticed the towels were not clean looking. They had brown spots on several of them. I also found brown stain spots on the sheets. In the morning, went down for breakfast and the selection was very limited. One kind of bread, one kind of sweet bread, only one kind of yogurt. Did love the Texas waffle. I will not be staying at this hotel nor recommending it. It was not what I was expecting from the pictures on hotels.com.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff, clean room, well supplied. Free breakfast area was well stocked and maintained during service hours, but the area can get a little congested with guests at times. (Could also use a second waffle maker; move the coffee condiments to another area to reduce congestion.) Would gladly stay here again.
- 4/5
Very clean - recommended if you’re looking for an affordable option.
- 4/5
Family management is very kind
- 4/5
We were able to walk to a nearby restaurant Hideaway Kitchen and Bar, which was pretty good. The hotel room was clean and nice. The breakfast was terrible. There was not enough food or tables for all the people there. Need to have more than one waffle maker as there were about 7 people in line in front of us, so we just skipped it.
- 5/5
Staff was professional and friendly. ADA accessibility room was large, clean, quiet and conveniently on first floor. Breakfast, including build your own Texas shaped waffle was good. Close to main highway was convenient.
- 5/5
The staff were helpful and friendly. This breakfast was okay, but I wish they'd had boiled eggs and not just cereal or waffles to choose from.
- 4/5
The management put an effort on offering a good service. The zone seem to be safe.
- 5/5
Property was clean, staff was friendly. They were on top of the breakfast to make sure things were restocked quickly. Made for a great stay
