I reserved three rooms at a very reasonable rate. All the rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. I especially appreciated the walk-in showers as we had two members of our party with a disability. I didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but I was told it was satisfactory Overall,, it’s definitely a worthwhile stay if you need a place in Austin just a little outside some of the busier areas.

$11.50 to park in the parking lot is a bunch of crap other than that nice hotel

My family and I stayed for an evening. At first glance, hotel is clean and smells clean. Staff was attentive and nice to work with. In my room the only downside I had about my evening was that the sofa bed had leftover crumbs inside. If the cleaning staff could incorporate vacuuming the sofas that would be great. The pool had debris but was still nice. Overall, this was a good stay! Room was comfortable and clean.

When I booked the hotel from Expedia, the listing said the parking was free. Then I checked-in to the hotel & the hotel charged me parking fee. The manager refused to give me a refund. I was charged for Wifi even though hotel staff assured me I won't be charged for it since I used free wifi during my stay. This hotel pushes false charges on customers after they check-in. So, I won't recommend it to anyone or stay there again. When I was checking out, the front desk staff admitted that I shouldn't have been charged at all, since Expedia still said free parking for guests in the listing and there was a note that said I shouldn't be charged for the wifi since I did end up using the free wifi. She tried to cancel the charges and couldn't, so she called the manager and the manager said no. So, she ended up apologizing to me and said it was now out of her hands since the manager was her boss and she had to follow his instructions. She told me the manager had said for me to send an email to the manager if I wanted a refund. I sent the manager an email and did not get any response or refund. This hotel scammed me. So, I won't stay there and I won't recommend it either. People should aware of these issues with this hotel and be careful when making reservation at this hotel.

My family enjoyed our short stay. The hotel was so clean, room so nice, and the breakfast so good. I would stay here again.

A staff member treated my adult kids very poorly. Would not give them a key to their room after accidentally leaving it in their room.

I wish there were some pastry options other than muffins.

From check in throughout the stay everything was perfect. I apologize for being terrible with remembering names but the same young lady that checked me in was working at check out and is truly an asset to the property.

Rooms are clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. The pool area was clean and had towels available. The equipment in the gym was clean and working.

Great room with kitchen and large bathroom! Hotel was ideally located for easy access.

Front desk lied at check in about pet fees being refunded. We had called twice to inquire about any pet fees and deposits specifically asking what is refunded and what is not. When making the reservation they said all pet charges are refunded up to 3 days after check out. When we checked out they said pet fees are not refundable due to hotel policies.

Only thing was missing was a bar in the lobby.

Very nice hotel, up to day and modern fixtures throughout. The room was very clean and the kitchen in suite was a plus. They also served complimentary breakfast every morning with a large variety of choices. I will definitely stay again.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful!!! They are super helpful and courteous. This hotel has coin operated laundry which was a godsend!! The room was super nice with full size refrigerator and stove if you wanted to cook. The bed was perfect!! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

The general manager was amazing. She helped me and my wife out so much. It was very clean and they were always available when we needed them. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here every time I come to Austin, Texas.

The property was on on a main road and decent location, convenient, clean, good service and value for money. Enjoyed the breakfast and our stay for two days while we visited Austin capitol, mall and downtown too.

It was easy check in and the staff was great, room clean and easy to get to and from parking and elevator. One elevator was broken or not in service, the breakfast was nice and filling.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Had a full size fridge, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Bathroom was nice. Huge shower. Need was comfy but the mattress was a little softer than i like. I'd definitely stay there again!

We arrived for breakfast at 8:50 AM only to find that the oats had run out. When I asked the staff member responsible for refilling the food, she informed me that it would take at least 45 minutes to replenish them and adamantly stated that she would not refill them. This response was surprising and disappointing, especially considering that breakfast service continued until 10 AM on Saturdays. Overall, this experience fell short of expectations and left a negative impression.

The front desk allowed me to check in early so I could work. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the a/c was cold. Breakfast was great, nothing like a Texas waffle to start your day.

I had an issue with the toilet and it was promptly repaired the next day.

Didn’t like: no hot water in the bathroom sink. Let it run for 10 minutes and only got lukewarm. TV kept resetting about once per hour. Extremely frustrating as it would freeze then go through complete reset (continued even after maintenance came by to look at it).

Overall a very good stay, convenient to my classes. Would stay again.

The hotel was clean but our room smelled like hay. Weird but true. Our door didn’t latch correctly, so you had to be diligent and make sure you pulled it securely closed. There was free breakfast but it was not edible. Staff was very friendly. Location was good.

We had a very nice stay. What was suppose to be an 8 night stay turned into a 15 night stay. Every time we extended they were very accommodating. It was very quiet and the rooms were really clean. It was an easy location to get anywhere you needed to go with lots of restaurants nearby.

I liked the fact it was so close to our sons place. I am not sure how safe it was because a guy on a bicycle was a little crazy we were behind him and he was texting in the middle of the road so I honked my horn to let him know we were behind him so he might move over and he went crazy so i had to go around him and was not sure if he had a gun or not. I was beeping so he did not turn into my car. we went to my sons place and dropped some stuff off and on the way back to the highway there he was again and stopped right in front of my car again, just acting crazy. I think he was a worker at this hotel, not sure, but think so.

Then next day I wanted new towels , I had same issues with the lady that didn’t speak English . To me is like they don’t want to work because they’re acting like they don’t understand me at all.

Had a bad experience. I had booked and paid for a 1 bedroom corner suite for business travel. (A quiet room for conference calls/meetings ) On check-in was informed no suite available and was given another smaller room. Pretty disappointed as I was charged in-advance for for a suite. Was not offered partial refund, comp or anything to make up for the inferior room. As a regular business traveler, I will think twice about staying here again.

Property is clean. We changed rooms because of the lack of hot water. We were on the 4th floor. Breakfast never changes. No pancakes or waffles and some items were depleted. Staff was friendly.

We loved the complimentary breakfast, not many hotels offer that! We enjoyed our stay! We also love how safe it is, main entrance locks after 9 pm only way in is if you have a room key card.

Great location and the staff was very nice. There is free breakfast in the mornings and there is a cute little gym that you can use! My room came with a full-size fridge, a two stove, top range and microwave and two beds. We didn’t necessarily use the kitchenette but it would be nice for families +kids. The only downfall is that there is a hotel next-door, Hilton Garden Inn, and my room was the last in the hallway, near Hiltons dumpster. Hiltons garbage truck came at 4 AM every day, and it was very loud. So your sleep will get interrupted if you were a light sleeper like myself.

Surprisingly nicer than I expected for the $$. In a nice area as well, with many nearby conveniences (5-10 min drive or less). Room was very clean and included many things to make your stay more comfortable (full kitchen with large refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and dishes etc). Would definitely stay there again!

Really liked the full kitchen and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Light blocking shades worked well. The breakfast was pretty typical no frills but decent. The staff was friendly. No issues would recommend to friends and family

We was for 6 days at this hotel. we enjoy our stays with the family. Really recommended this hotel. Definitely we would be back! Thank you!

Located in a safe neighborhood with shopping and dining options nearby. Reasonable driving distance to the city as well. Breakfast could be a bit better as it was very basic. Overall a very good place to stay.

Fantastic hotel.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay if you need to be in the area. I have stayed here twice since I a friend lives close by and they never fail to offer great service. It is even dog friendly if you like to travel with your pet.

At check in the attendant kept asking why am I staying there when I live in town. Which I found very interesting being that she asked 4 times until I answered. Then my daughter black and my niece went to get snacks and the white male attendant kept questioning her and when she showed the room key he still wasn’t satisfied. Although my child was paying in cash my niece whom is white said Aunty he was seriously acting discriminatory. See the thing is people need to start being put in there place. Acting in any racist manner should be automatic termination. I make plenty as an internal medicine physician and had family visiting from out of town and wanted them to be more than comfortable so I got a room 5 min away from my home. I will never again choose this location.

Everything was fantastic. From the lovely and kind front desk managers to the cleaning staff and everyone in between, TPS is the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. They literally felt like family. I will be a repeat customer as long as my loved ones reside in Austin. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The rooms were large and well equipped with kitchen items. The employees were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast bar didn’t have a great selection. It served the same few items each morning.
