Priscilla was amazing along with the assistant manager. They helped me out in tough situations and I treated them with respect and they respected me. I know they get yelled at a lot but I wanted to share that they did their job well.
- 1/5
Para empezar no tenían llaves para poder acceder a la habitación,la recepcionista muy mal servicio,no tenían plancha,no manager para resolver problemas
- 1/5
I came here from Dallas to celebrate my husband‘s birthday and we stayed at this place. That’s the worst experience ever , starting with a lot of homeless people around, the room , hallway and elevator smelled really bad, and not to mention that a really loud noise coming out of nowhere ( ceiling ) didn’t let us sleep well and a woman outside was screaming asking for help????? Do not come over here people. .
- 4/5
Priscilla was awesome! She was very respectful, helpful, and kind. The manager was also very helpful as well. Having a kitchen and refrigerator was very useful.
- 2/5
No receipt was given to me when I had to check out early. We got there and there was a sign smoking 25ft from the door and someone was smoking next to the door and well as in there room on the third floor. Was kept up from running foot steps from the floor above me. Shower had a used soap and toothpick on top.
- 1/5
Every time I tried to open my room door, it would take 3–4 attempts just to get inside. On top of that, there was constant knocking noises 24/7. At first I thought it was construction outside, but the noise was actually coming from somewhere around the bathroom area and continued all through the night — even at 1–2 AM. It was extremely annoying and made it hard to rest. The only male staff member working there was also very rude and inconsiderate. I was recovering from surgery and had a catheter in, barely able to move around. The first night there wasn’t even any toilet tissue provided. Later when I needed clean towels, he made me go all the way upstairs to bring down the used towels. After I struggled to do that, he refused to take them because he thought there was blood on them, when it was actually pink surgical soak from my recovery. I even explained that one towel may have had blood on it, but he still made me go get it just to refuse it anyway. I ended up throwing it away myself. Overall, the stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and completely lacking compassion or professionalism.
- 4/5
It was a good room at a very good price. Room exceeded expectations. Staff was very friendly.
- 1/5
Not recommended, place was terrible no staff was available, no where to be found ,place smell bad , dirty people drinking in property tv , phone not working parking lot was dark homeless people walking all over the property. To top it off the hotel power went off completely while other areas had power . Ended up checking out and struggled to find another hotel.
- 1/5
Smelled like complete trash the entire time that we were there.
- 3/5
It served it's purpose for a weekend stay. Be sure to pack pots and pans and other utensils if you plan to utilize the burners
- 5/5
Affordable, quiet, clean rooms with great amenities near by if needed
- 3/5
Location kinda sketchy but nothing happened, I think the ac’s are old because I was coughing a lot
- 3/5
We stayed a week, no issues with the room. Due to guest being primarily used by workers and the rain, it was hard to keep it clean. No issues with parking. It is by IH35 construction, be aware they start working at 5:00am and it's impossible not to hear the noise. We were awake by 5am so construction noise was not an issue. Hotel does have a certain smell but again, we went when it was raining and it's hard to keep carpet clean. Price was affordable and that what was we were looking for. Other guest seem to be passing by, for some people, they might look homeless but they didn't cause any disturbances while we were there.
- 1/5
They not only didn't have breakfast, they served no coffee. Plus no coffee pots in the room.
- 2/5
Smell bad , Very old furniture
- 3/5
Staff was very nice, not the cleanest
- 3/5
ok stay we were disappointed that r still had wait till after 3 to go in room rooms were not ready by housekeeping according to front desk. we wanted to change clothes before our outing but unfraternally y did not happen. we went back later in the evening to check in.
- 1/5
Such a disappointment. The room had an unpleasant odor with water present on the floor. I notified the desk clerk and invited her to investigate the matter. She declined to come to the room, but she indicated that she was aware of the source of the wet floor, therefore, I can't understand why she allowed the room to be available. She reassigned me to another room only to find that it had no soap. Upon my return to her desk to request soap she appeared annoyed and asked me if the room clean? She provided the soap. I requested a blanket which she stated that the blankets were currently being cleaned. I had to make several trips to the desk before I was finally provided a blanket. Never again for me...
- 1/5
Terrible...3 people in our room - only 2 towels. Called front desk at 4 pm for more towels and a blanket - desk said "they are in laundry and not available. Check back later." Asked 6:30 at front desk at 6:30 - "laundry is not done please check back later." Went to eat and see friends. Came back at 9 and nobody is at front desk. Walked through halls to staff laundry room and knocked - "lady in there says she is "doing the laundry and there are none available." Elevator and halls reeked of weed. TV remote didn't work. Very sketchy "clientele" hanging out around front door.
- 3/5
Clean, polite staff. Not fancy. On a budget hotel. For just 1 night for us was ok.
- 1/5
The staff was rude during check-in and also they refused to refund my deposit. Hotel says I never stayed there. Took my money and their gym stuff was in bad shape. The room had a bad smell. Also, this is a stay motel for long term. I do not recommend if staying here just for one night.
- 1/5
Bed bugs and drunk people all over- unsafe area
- 2/5
Room deposit fees that were not disclosed through Expedia or their hotel website.
- 2/5
Magically there is a fee when checking in and there is no mention of it anywhere on Expedia.
- 2/5
The staff were very inattentive. They did not go over and above. There are no restaurants within walking distance. They had an automatic air freshener in the hallway that tried to mask the smells of people cooking in their rooms that made the combined scent worse.
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY HERE!! i checked in on a tuesday and there was a piece of pasta in the hall by the elevator and when i left on Saturday morning it was still there the elevator floor is nasty and the whole place smelled. In the room next to us there was a woman screaming for help the she was getting beaten. At least 2 of the nights the police were there arresting someone.
- 1/5
The room cleaning personal put my belongings in a black plastic bag treating as a trash without my permission even though I had told them that I will check out at noon, and they have told me that is ok! The whole building including the room was smelling bad! No room service!
- 1/5
The hotel had a horrible smell and we never had housekeeping once over a week long stay!
- 1/5
I would rate my experience a “0” if I could! I booked my stay OVER two months ago. About halfway through my journey, (i drove 5 1/2 hours) I saw I had been charged for my room. When I arrived in the evening, and the receptionist “couldn’t find my reservation”. I showed her my confirmation email, and she still couldn’t pull me up. After about 5 minutes, she told me my room was cancelled- because they CALLED to confirm I was still coming because the hotel was completely sold out. (I NEVER received a phone call or a voicemail.) but I reserved my room two months in advance? And yet my card was charged? I moved to the side and I waited for a manager - who I was told was "showering on the property". (Is this why I didn't have a room?) A woman checked in while i waited who DID confirm; she had already prepaid as well and she was being charged extra and had requested a room for her physically handicapped daughter (she was on the side in a wheelchair) and was told they had no rooms available for her, so the poor lady had to take what she could. The property smelled stale/bleachy and looked extremely outdated/dirty. Extremely unprofessional, I would NEVER waste my time here again and would highly NOT recommend. Thankfully, Expedia booked me a better room, in a better location and at the same rate.
- 5/5
I showed up on the morning of 7 March 2026 and was in desperate need for a place to let my kids sleep for a few hours. I can’t recall the front desk woman’s name but I’d really like to shout her out. She was absolutely amazing and helped me get my daughter and son in a comfortable bed when I needed it. Thank you so much!!
- 1/5
The only good thing about this place is the receptionist at the front desk. She was nice and cannot control the quality of the hotel. It stunk, the door had damage from being broken into, dead bugs on the bed… I don’t think the bedding was changed, there was dirt and hair. The appliances have dirt and rust everywhere. She tried getting us a different room but it only appeared better when you walked in. Still was not a place to sleep/stay. We left immediately, I was ready to sleep in my vehicle.
- 5/5
Amazing staff and amazing room the building is so clean and when you walk the halls it smells amazing. The beds are super comfortable and everything is amazing I highly recommend the stay.
- 1/5
Smell. Hard beds. One pillow per person. Nothing more. Awful sleep.
- 2/5
There wasn’t enough towels when they restocked our room and we checked in and the AC in the room needed to be fixed and it was creaking all night.
- 1/5
Muchas cosas biejas y reparadas
- 5/5
It was
- 1/5
GM is horrible at customer service
- 1/5
The GM is on the property daily and is no help whatsoever. Her staff is a reflection of her and she does a horrible job at customer service . When you are at the front desk and your customer is standing right in front of you and you continue on your phone with no acknowledgment, that is poor customer service behavior. I also lost a personal item that I am certain was in my room . This is not a good place to stay .
- 3/5
There was a better and cleaner hotel next door we were able to switch to
- 1/5
Elevator doesn’t work, it smells really bad, they only give you one pillow, I don’t recommend that at all
- 5/5
Room and hotel was nice
- 3/5
The elevator was down the Internet was out. They never came to clean my room and I stayed there for three days. Very disorganized place.
- 1/5
No service available
- 2/5
Elevator is down, wifi is not working. Very inconvenient
- 1/5
We get there and are told there’s no WiFi and the elevators aren’t working. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs
- 1/5
There was no room service, elevator never worked, gym was not functional. There is noo e at front desk over night so if you leave and forget your keys because you wont be able to get in. I left my reservation early due to lack of housekeeping & other crap but never able to talk to manager and they refused to cancel my reservation early
- 1/5
My stay was pretty terrible. I came out to Austin for a mental health break for a couple days as well as work on some scopes for my job. The day I checked in, I was told the WiFi was down but a technician was working on fixing it on site. They then tell me the elevator doesn't work and they put me on the third floor in a room with no heat. It was less than 40 degrees outside and the room was dead cold. I went to the front desk and asked for another room. I was placed in another room also with no heat, only the AC worked. I stayed anyway, next day hoping the WiFi would be working so I could get some work done , it was never fixed while I stay there for 2 nights. That weekend felt like a waste of time and money. I also attempted to reach out to corporate thru the Woodspring website but it does not work. Wish I could get my money and time back.
- 2/5
The hallways are filthy. The elevator doesn't work. There's one person on staff at night that disappears for hours at a time. They have some offsite calling service that tries to handle stuff that only a person that's actually there on the property could handle.
- 1/5
The bed was on a thin medal frame that was so uncomfortable. The elevators weren’t working. The cards kept not working so we would have to go up and down the stairs.
- 5/5
Good host and the rooms where very clean
- 3/5
Bad Oder
- 3/5
Good service but didn't say anything about a deposit when i got their they made me pay a deposit
- 1/5
They tried to open our cars and very noisy
- 4/5
Staff is great
- 2/5
I’m on the fourth floor and the elevator isn’t working.
- 1/5
I never got to stay because they were trying to charge me $100 deposit for my service dog.
- 1/5
There was hair left in the bed. Then they wouldn't give us our money back.
- 1/5
I booked the hotel and later that day when I tried checking in, they told me they didn't have a room available for me. The front desk told me there was an "emergency reserve" room, but it maybe hasn't been cleaned. On top of offering me a dirty room, the elevator was also not working, and the room was on the second floor. There were a handful of "night working ladies" hanging out in front of the main entrance and when I was leaving, a man tried soliciting me out front. To make matters even worse, the hotel never issued me a refund although they didn't have a room for me. You should avoid booking this hotel at all costs, you will lose your money... and even if they have a room available, you won't want to stay there, I promise.
- 1/5
They offered no breakfast. Elevator out of order , had to take the stairs up to third floor on an injured foot.
- 1/5
There was drug paraphernalia left in the room. The room was not clean properly. I informed staff about it, and they hesitated with giving me my security deposit back, which I was very upset about it after informing the staff of their mishaps with the room. Very poor stay I would not go to this hotel again.
- 1/5
The property was overbooked, and my reservation was cancelled, which I found out when I got there to check in, and then proceeded to be nearly arrested (detained by police for 2 hours) because I was in and out of the property so quickly, they thought I was doing a drug deal. F*** this place.
- 2/5
The staff were great, but that didn't make up for the stiff mattress, noisy room, smelly hallway, broken elevator, cramped shower, and malfunctioning keycards. If you're on a budget and only staying a couple nights you could choose this, but if you can afford it make another choice.
- 1/5
For a hotel, it was surprising that there was absolutely no place available to use the restroom, especially when I had been made to wait close to an hour Mind you this was around 7:30pm in the evening - not that I got before there before check in time. Really bad experience ! I simply left.
- 1/5
The front desk showed attitude when I asked about the elevator, which was not working
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
Had a two day stay and staff DID mention internet and elevators were down but promised it would fixed by end of day (even during holiday weekend) and nothing. Had to be let into room manually by staff until 11pm.
- 1/5
Beware! This place is a dive. You will NOT be given a key to your room. After you check in, and they charge your credit card, THEN they will tell you their card key programmer is broken. So no room key for you. It should be illegal to NOT DISCLOSE the lack of room keys BEFORE they take a reservation. This was on a holiday weekend. Very difficult to find other accommodations at 11:30 pm
- 2/5
There was no wifi and the elevator wasn't working and the staff had to open the door for us whenever we left and came back because she couldn't issue us the key card no curtains on the window
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Entrance into lot is a little confusing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Elevator was not working.
- 3/5
asked for a $100 deposit upon arrival and that was never stated in the policy before i booked the room. I still have not been refunded the deposit
- 1/5
Didn’t receive my security deposits for 3 rooms i paid 300 dollars saying it was going to be returned BE CAREFUL
- 1/5
No one at the desk to check me in. Called the after hours posted on the wall with no response. Ended up getting a room at the LA Quinta next door. And I was still charged full price for the reservation 😖
- 1/5
I’m still waiting on the refund for the deposit. The one perk to this hotel the coffee machine didn’t work. The elevator was broken. It was not the best stay.
- 3/5
Was really the most OK hotel experience I’ve had. My room was clean, the bed was decent, not a whole lot to complain about. I will say the highway noise wasn’t unbearable, but was still very loud. The hallways smell musty and at least while I was there at the elevator wasn’t working half the time. Got the room for a pretty cheap price though so I can’t really expect everything to be perfect. Wasn’t great, but wasn’t horrible either.
- 3/5
The building smells old and dirty. There was one staff member, unfortunately I don’t remember her name, who was kind and helpful. She was there during the morning shift Saturday and Sunday.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly but towels were stained. Room had no toilet paper. We also were only provided with big towels no little towels.
- 4/5
It was an ok place to stay. Elevator was not working. Toilet got clogged and they fixed it last day. Smell on the stairs and lobby were not that pleasent. It definitely needs some improvements.
- 2/5
Not the best. Stained floors, elevators not working, mildew smell everywhere, floors and walls felt damp
- 2/5
The elevator was broken, shower head leaked and mold was forming. Seemed like the leak had been there awhile. Told the staff on a Friday morning and it wasn’t taken care of in addition after telling them again of the leak it took them to Sunday to tell maintance wasn’t there on weekend. The were booked full and couldn’t change our room
- 2/5
Room was clean, however we were missing towels upon our arrival. Emergency stairs were very dirty, smelly, sticky, since all guest were using them because there was no elevator in service... and we were in 4th floor.
- 2/5
Sticky floors, dirty hallways, broken elevator, dog excrement in the stairwell, pillows that smell of body odor… just to name a few issues
- 2/5
No shower pressure, telephone did not work to call office, t.v. Would not come on; several homeless people hanging out in parking lot. Elevator out of service.
- 2/5
The staff was friendly and helpful, but could not make up for all the things that were wrong. The Queen sized mattress was really only good for one person, as one side was so broken down that could not sit or sleep on it. The elevator was broken, and we were on the third floor. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby only had decaf. Took forever to check in, as the lone person at the desk had to go upstairs to help a tenant who was locked out of his room. Will not stay at this location or any other Woodspring suites ever again.
- 3/5
The sweet girl at the front desk when we arrived at 1am was a darling. The elevator did not work so we did have to go up 4 stories with a week worth of luggage but it wasn't that big a deal. Also i had reserved a 2Q room and in their system it showed 1k room. She fixed that quickly too.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Great service, friendly & respectful
- 1/5
Beds were too tall and inaccessible to wheelchair user
- 2/5
The hall had a weird smell and the room smelled like chemicals or cleaning products a lot
- 1/5
Sheets gray and stained One tiny bar of soap for shower and hands No wash cloths, no hand towels, no kleenex Only two pillow provided
- 1/5
No lounge chair in room, no coffee maker, elevator broken. Chair at desk, upholstery was worn with torn fabric.
- 1/5
We were unable to check into our room when we arrived at 4:00,pm because their systems were down. I contacted them at 10:30 pm to see if we could check in and was told yes because our room Was already paid in full but whrn we arrived there was no one at the front desk to give us a room card, nor a hotel phone available to dail 500 per their sign. I called the msin numbet several times and was advised I would have to get a refund from my third party I booked with. This is ridiculous that I paid for a room in full and was unable to check in due to no one being available to let us in. I have NEVER been to a hotel that didn't gave someone on site! I am requesting a full refund!
- 3/5
No elevator service
- 3/5
The elevator wasn't working, and I had to walk three flights of stairs. The lack of an elevator meant that room cleaning service couldn't access the upper three floors of the facility.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean
- 1/5
neglected, dirty hallways, smell of marijuana, noisy and incredulous staff, they don't know anything, laundry without supplies,
- 5/5
Clean and nice
- 1/5
parking lot was difficult to find and also the rooms were just horrible, no shampoo, no conditioner no soap. Also bed was like a rock and sheets stained.
- 5/5
no further comments, everything was good.
- 5/5
Pretty nice for the price
- 5/5
The best family was happy
- 3/5
It wasn't too bad! I ask for a room on the top floor for more quiet and nobody stomping above me. My room was clean but look like they didn’t clean the floor. Also the people next to me was playing music loud until 2am and one night I heard them arguing and yelling. The trash bags in the room are so cheap, my bags broke on me and didn’t have but one extra bag to use. No housekeeping while you stay I had to walk to the dumpster to take my trash bags. The front desk people are nice and it not too bad of a stay, It can be better though.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet hotel people were very nice and room was very spacious and clean and comfortable
- 5/5
I liked the young lady who helped me with checking in. Very nice and helpful.
- 3/5
Lacking customer service. Kitchen had no essentials:/
- 5/5
Dislikes: No dishes/silverware/cookware provided in kitchenette.
- 5/5
Been here twice, next time in Austin will come back to this hotel.
- 2/5
Was there fir 2 nights, had a strange odor in the room, there was a hole on the shower head and was flimsy
- 4/5
Very friendly staff. Value
- 5/5
Good sevices & clean
- 5/5
I would come here again
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
I love the whole set up of things
- 5/5
Great staff, great location, very reasonable rates.
- 4/5
Room was nice for the price.
- 1/5
A/C did not work and it was hot all night. All areas of the hotel had a muggy smell, especially our bedroom since no fresh air was coming in.
- 5/5
Rebbeca was really helpful and super supportive.
- 2/5
Smelled weird
- 3/5
Noisy room and limitation to extra pillows towels and blankets
- 2/5
Walls are thin, Wi-Fi is terrible and the A/C mostly worked. I would skip and stay somewhere with a better track record.
- 1/5
This was the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in! The hall near the elevator smelled like cat pee, the entire room was filthy: floors were greasy and looked like they NEVER been cleaned, there was food splatter in the microwave, hair and trash under the bed, dust buildup on everything, something splattered on the walls, stains on the bedding, black mold in the bathroom and so on! When we went down to get a new room, the next two rooms were just as bad!! And there were SEVERAL guests also complaining about the cleanliness of their rooms!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The ONLY nice thing about this hotel is that they had the sweetest girl at the front desk working.
- 3/5
Bad smell in room, only got 3 super small pillows and 2 towels for 3 people. Water pressure in shower was extremely weak. No breakfast and the coffee was terrible. Will not stay there again.
- 5/5
Great for the price.
- 2/5
The internet was unreliable and frustratingly slow, making it difficult to get any work done or even stream a show. For what they charge, the quality just doesn’t match up. Overall, it’s not worth the price, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
It was a nice clean comfortable place for the price
- 5/5
great stay
- 4/5
Bed needed more pillows. More towels in the bathroom, but its a great place to stay
- 1/5
I arrived and they told me they were overbooked and there was nothing they can do, I didn't receive any call or email saying anything, I had an urgent trip and had to cancel important meetings to look for another place that ended up being way more expensive, far from where I needed to stay and a complete loss of time. Employees were completely unhelpful and just kept saying "there is nothing we can do"
- 5/5
Front desk very friendly and welcoming!!!!
- 1/5
While checking in I noticed a very strong smell in smell in the lobby as if they were trying to cover up something. I’ve we got to our room we were greeted with the same smell which was so strong it was hard to breathe. The floors in the room were so sticky that if felt like you were walking with tape stuck to the bottom of your shoes. After maybe 10 minutes my wife and I left this hotel and spent the money to stay at one down the road. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Stay far away.
- 5/5
Right off the highway so you can hit the road and go if you need staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and roomy.
- 4/5
Quiet & clean
- 4/5
Quiet, clean
- 3/5
The noisy
- 2/5
Arrived 9pm, 2 people, to find our room had 1 single towel, no soap, phone didn't work. Walked to front desk and1 clean towel was handed to me and told would bring more in morning but none arrived by 9:30am. Noisy from traffic all night.
- 1/5
It was just weird and strange
- 3/5
Friendly staff, Affordable nightly rates, easy access to I-35, free parking. Cons- towel shortage and the entire floor was sticky... I reserved a standard queen bed room for 2 adults for 2 full nights. There was only 1 bath towel and 1 towel mat in the bathroom, no face rag or hand towels were available. Front desk did not have extra towels available and we were told that there were some being washed in laundry. Went back to front desk couple hours later and was told that I would only be given additional towels and linen in exchange for used/soiled ones in the room. Needless to say my partner and I had to share the 1 towel we were provided in the room.
- 5/5
The air conditioner fried t work and there was not a maintenance person to fix it.
- 2/5
The heater in the room was not working and it was a very cold night. The room had an over powering smell of Pine Sol and Clorox. The bed covers were stained.
- 5/5
Miss Ded who works in the morning is an absolute sweetheart and she really made this stay just above and beyond amazing
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
The price was right. There was all we needed for one night. For a longer stay you may need to provide your own utensils. There were none in the kitchenette.
- 5/5
Chill staff. Everyone keeps to there own business
- 4/5
The stay as being great. Unitl this family move in and the child was running inside the room this was causing issues for me. So the front desk was told multiple times. They ask them to move rooms and if they didn't they could get out. How that wat u call customer service 🙂.
- 2/5
It was an ok stay, but it was ok for the price, but they can do better to the stay arrangement here at this hotel. No security ppl doing whatever after hours at the hotel.
- 4/5
It definitely got the job done for a few days in Austin. Accessible, right off 35.
- 3/5
It was a fine no frills stay.
- 4/5
The hotel location was good, it was a very basic room and bed. There was nobody at the front desk and had to wait for somebody after calling to check in from the lobby because it was after office hours but not bad in general.
- 5/5
Exelente hotel
- 5/5
I am in town for medical therapy, which makes me exhausted. I sleepnfor several hours during the day, and no one bothers me. I love it! The small kitchen is perfect for my needs. The fridge is helpful to store my food for a special diet. They have a nice laundry for guests, and I felt comfortable and safe my entire stay. Convenient location. I’ll be back.
- 1/5
I’m checking in at the hotel after 11 pm, nobody is at the lobby and no one respond on the after hour line
- 5/5
The staff was great, very accommodating. The staff are very friendly. The location was convenient for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Muy buen hotel
- 5/5
Nice staff

Everything is overpriced, but that is what happens when you have corporate gouging at every level. As the most affordable hotel in the Chandler area, they had everything I needed.

It’s not a bad property, I just wish they gave more than what they charge to stay at their hotel.

Just a wonderful place to rest your head.

The price was acceptable to my budget.

Did not have our room cleaned, beds made, trash taken out during our entire stay

Thought I give this property a try because it had a kitchen. It didn’t come with any forks, spoons or anything to cook or bowls. The room felt alil stuffy so I had to open the window when showering. And you can hear the everything outside with the window fully closed. The stay wasn’t all bad I would give it a 6

The entire hotel smelled horrible, a mix of wetness, smoke and piss. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldnt recommend it.

Convenient location on the 35, but hard to get to at peak traffic times. Only one entrance is available.

The front desk lady Deb was really nice and easy to work with.

Elevator smelled of dog urine and feces. As did the hallways. Room wasn’t serviced by housekeeping during stay. Broken sink head and bath tub head. At $400+ per night I’d expect clean hallways, a clean elevator and a sink head and tub head that aren’t broken.

There was a very strong cat urine smell in the elevator. Shower tub was dirty

Check in was no problem. Room was . . . Ehhh. No wash clothes or hand towels in bathroom. Floor mat for shower turned out to be a hand towel. Walls are paper thin. On the plus side hot water was good, not sure about soaps and shampoos - I bring my own. Overall I would not stay here again unless absolutely no other choice.

Their was a foul smell the entire time outside in the halls, and roaches. I will not stay again.

Terrible

No staff after 11 pm. Noisy the room above and the highway. Elevators dirty and hallways need more illumination. Unsafe the building and surrounding.

The room had a chemical smell and everything just felt dirty. We consider just leaving, and taking a long drive back after a long day and cut our loss with our money.

Ac makes a lot of noise and it seems like there were horses running around upstairs. Room looks good online and in pics but not in person. 10/10 would not stay here again.

Check in was decent but that's where it ends. The smell in the entire hotel is stomach churning. Exterior doors were propped open all night. My room was obviously a smoking room even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Our floor smelled like a very used catbox. There is no entrance...you have to use the driveway next door and cut through the parking lot. It is not marked and it's on a one way street so most guests have to do several laps to figure out where to pull in. I do NOT recommend this facility.

While the front office is clean there is a terrible musty odor. Upon entering the room a different order but still not good. Flooring coming up in the bathroom. Beds were very stiff and I found them to be uncomfortable.

People blasting their music outside hookers outside. Pretty bad place. That's what you get for under a hundred dollars in austin

I am so frustrated about my stay. I have been staying in this hotel for 4 -months now. Yet they refuse to keep my keycard activited. Im having to wait until they are open to get my keycard activated. They have no afterhours number to call and the emergency call phone isnt working properly

The info online was very misleading.

The staff was kind, but the overall cleanliness wasn’t good. It stinks like dog and mildew inside the building and smells really bad on the outside like urine and trash.
- 4/5
The room itself was decent but you can tell this is an older property. The room smelled clean but the hallways reeked of a permanent odor (possibly pot). The staff were very friendly and attentive to details. I brought my dog and they had a small area in the back for pets but the rest of the property is asphalt. I was next to a room that loudly opened and closed their door constantly, so sound was a mild problem. It was inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

The first time I had stayed here about a year ago. They asked me to check the room conditions and if it was ok, I could stay there. AC was not working. Didn’t let me change rooms...I had to wait about an hour for the maintenance man to show up. The manager at the front door always looked unhappy to be there and would never greet people walking in. This second time around that I booked, I decided to give it a try again since the location was convenient for me. There’s plenty more hotels in the area, I now know better. I booked ahead for a weekend and when I showed up to check in, 3 employees were working the front desk and no one greeted me yet again. This time the room they tried to give me was dirty! The bed was not made either. Clearly housekeeping hadn’t been there. I returned back the key and let them know they might want to send housekeeping there. They didn’t apologize or act surprised, the lady that helped me got on the computer and started looking for another room. While she did this, the manager “Bridget”, finally acknowledged me only to ask if I had an “animal” with me. I replied yes. She said it’s a $200 pet deposit. I asked if it was a new thing because nowhere on the website does it say anything about it nor had I been charged that the previous time I stayed there. I thought it was weird she only told me this after I asked for a different room. They have terrible customer service, a rude manager with an attitude setting the example, on top of bad housekeeping.

Very quiet

All was well but the elevator stopped working my last day there

Average room, fine for the price. Extremely loud by the freeway, and the room only had blinds with no curtains so there’s nothing to dampen the sound. The AC unit was also in a weird spot so the air barely reached my bed.

The staff here is great! They will treat you like family and make you feel right at home! It has been a long time since a hotel has made me feel right at home and these guys should be proud of the hotel that they help operate!
