Not much Big lobby The front reception staff were rude 3 out of 4 times I spoke to them They cancelled my reservation and charged me one night before I arrived There were other hidden holds and charges The breakfast was low quality and low variety and actually gross The floor I was on, floor 4 flooded and stank and I only moved floors after several days The rooms are very basic and room service got better on the higher floor But whilst on floor 4 it was very poor. The rooms are poorly designed with poor lighting and some old and dirty / sticky furniture The air conditioning didn’t work properly - I couldn’t turn down the fan it was either freezing or hot and was told that’s how it works I have to say there was much more - what a pity as I’m a business traveller who will come again and again stay well over 40 days And I have to say this was my first and last stay.

Unfriendly and unaccommodating staff , filthy public areas and a violent melee that broke out in the lobby leading to swarms of police arresting people made for a very disappointing, disgusting stay. Nothing was done to rectify the situation or apologize to guests. Awful.

Very clean modern hotel. Room layout is weird. Staff were really nice.

We had no soap in our room when we got there. Only friendly staff was Zidi everyone else look miserable. No smile no hello . No coffee or tea in the common area. Will not recomend this hotel. Disapointed! Sorry

Room was outdated, water spilled from shower onto the room floor, shower door & bathroom door wouldn’t closed completely. Water damage and rust on mirror over the sink. Hair found on pillow upon room inspection. Great location to restaurants and a short walk to Aventura Mall, which is amazing.

Parking was easy, felt safe, spots were wide. Front desk staff were polite and professional. In-room vinyl plank flooring is good. The water pressure in the shower was low, but that might/likely be due to the water shortage happening around the state of Florida at this time, and not due to any deficiency on the part of the hotel.

Great location, especially close to Hard Rock Stadium and Aventura Mall. The attached parking garage is very convenient. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The AC store is a nice touch for grabbing snacks, fruit, or drinks. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff could be more helpful—at times difficult to deal with and often not present in the evenings when assistance is needed. The elevator to the parking garage was out of order for a few days. Also, many parking spots are reserved for Hertz, making it hard to find a space when arriving later in the evening.

When we arrived at the hotel the sofa bed was not made up and we had to make the bed up ourselves (the front desk gave us bedding and pillows in bags)! The maids never serviced our room. The breakfast was disgusting (fake orange juice and cold cuts). The pool area was dirty, a lot of the furniture was broken and it overlooks a vacant garage.

Room was very warm. Markings on the walls. Curtains didnt keep the sun out. No room essentials. Front desk attendants wasn’t there upon arrival.

The front desk woman seemed tired and frazzled at check in. The toilet room had a very unpleasant smell.

My family is from the Bahamas and I been under going medical treatments for the past year and have been staying at AC Marriott every two months. The staff are very friendly and accommodating check in is always a breeze.

When taking a shower, the water kept leaking thru the sliding shower doors gaps making the floor very wet and uncomfortable. The cleaning maid missed cleaning the room and we came back to the room that late afternoon tired and wated to rest.. the

Desk staff was aloof. The first thing we noticed was how cold it was in the lobby as soon as we walked in. Our room was so cold and even turning it up as high as it goes was still chilly. Bed was very hard. The phone didn’t work. The key cards were not working at times. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment on that.Housekeeping was attentive when we asked for things. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. It’s shocking being a Marriott having so many problems.

Room was clean and staff did a good job of cleaning. Mattress was not the most comfortable and no separate bathroom facilities was a negative but I expected that since I have stayed in other AC Hotels.

Lobby was spacious and lovely, Diego at reception was helpful and professional however I was disappointed by the room layout and lack of standard amenities. AC Dadeland is far superior.

I stayed for 6 days at this Hotel, it’s not a 4 Star as we paid extra and upgraded our room and we’re on top floors, Rooms are very basic, there is no seprate bathrooms, toilet is in one corner in a box of 3ftX3ft and shower are very small and has plastic floor and very slippery on the other corner and a sink open to the bedroom, very strange and bathroom towels are kinda old, toilet papers are paper thin, air condition made a sound all night, Breakfast for two was $249 for 6 days and was bellow basic, you should shop before you book at this hotel and we will not be returning,

Our stay even thought it was short was very pleasant, the room was impeccable clean, the check in process very easy. Overall very pleased with the services. I would definitely choose to stay again.

Great stay except for cleaning lady giving us not so friendly looks because we were in our rooms when she wanted to clean. When she knocked we greeted her very pleasantly and she seemed upset. We understand people might have a bad day but this have on several occasions. Besides that everyone and everything else was great.

The room was clean. There were no drawers to place our clothes in. The shower floor was very slippery when the soapy water came on it. The a/c fans was very loud when it turned on during the night. I noticed the pool area was not clean around the lounge chairs.

If you are looking for a hotel in which you want to feel well served and looked after, this definitely is not the place. The positive thing was that lobby was very clean and location was really good.

Everyone at the front desk from check in to check out was friendly as can be. The only problem my fault was I had a surgical procedure and was staying in Miami at this hotel. I should have opted for handicap accommodation since there was no recliner in our room, sleeping was difficult. Had a problem with our toilet not flushing but otherwise it was a quick stay

Room was great except no space for clothes. Very good for a 1 to 3 night stay, but for longer I really needed to be able to unpack and not live out of my suitcase. Also it would be really nice to have a bench or some other seating outside the hotel doors. Service was great. Breakfast was very good. Water in the rooms every day was greatly appreciated.

Feedback: TV wasn't working when I checked in. Had to request Engineer. AC wasn't cooling to desired temperature. I did not request assistance. Booked rate included breakfast, had to provide proof of purchased package.

I like that it was close to everything, but needs to be updated.

The walls were very thin and I can hear my neighbors TV blasting. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and the temperature regulation was not great. We love the area and was great walking distance to the mall as well as across the street dining options.

everything was perfect until my pullover was torn as a result of it getting snagged on a room number plague. I even had a witness who saw it happen. I replied to an email the manager Mohammed sent and told him about it but he ignored me. Not a good person to be ignore frequent guests like that.
