The room was very large and nice to have since I had my dog with me. there was a small trail behind property that was great for doggie potty breaks.

Full breakfast on weekends & snacks available at all times. Room was large & comfortable Nothin

Cons: Bed pillows were "meh". The sofa (sleeper?) was not very comfortable to sit on. All in all, though, a good option for staying on Bainbridge. I will likely be back.

Easy to find, they allow your dogs to stay and it’s centrally located It wasn’t the property’s fault but when I stayed there was road work happening right outside my window that started at 6am.

The room was large and it was nice to have the couch and sitting area. We didn't have any food from the breakfast, but I did appreciate the drinks and snacks available to the guests. The carpet is old and dirty - plus it's cheap industrial carpet squares. Yuck. The tile on the bathroom floor is mismatched and very poorly laid. Uneven and a tripping hazard. The ice machine is broken on the 4th floor. We needed to go to the front desk multiple times to get the room key to work. The room has an odd, musty odor, dirty-smelling odor.

Second time I’ve stayed there in the last month with the rooms not very clean- food residue in sink…sticky surfaces on kitchen counters and bathroom counter.

The free waters, sodas, and snacks were a nice touch.

I was so impressed by the helpfulness of the young man at reception. I needed linens for a sleeper couch, and he was friendly and very quick to get me what I needed.

Close to town, secured parking, clean, spacious rooms. The staff, though, really the shining star of this place. They are gracious, helpful, and treat everyone like they are a guest in their home. This is a very special place that I return to often.

The check in person did not know the system. The room was bland, no color and not very inviting. The Sofa and Bed were worn out. The breakfast was not good, the waffle iron was broken. Not worth the money paid. Probably will stay somewhere else next time.

Also, the room I was moved to had the previous renter's clothes in one of the dresser drawers. Otherwise it was very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Marshall Suites. Janette and Jamal are truly phenomenal at providing courtesy and customer service! We felt at home with our needs immediately attended to when needed.

Overpriced for poor room quality.

The hotel was clean and neat, staff was helpful and friendly especially in the morning.
