I returned to the front desk and informed the staff member of the situation. He apologized and promptly reassigned us to a different room on the first floor. I have stayed at this hotel for many years, and while I have generally had positive experiences, this is the first time I have encountered this issue. It was particularly frustrating on this occasion, as we had already carried all of our luggage—including traveling with children—to the third floor after a long and tiring drive.

The room was clean and very large, but the bathtub was in need of repair.

Parking was easy, but you had to take the stairs to your room which made it awkward.

The elevator was janky like a scary movie. The floor in the hotel room could be cleaner. There was hair everywhere

There wasn’t any breakfast It was disgusting. There were roaches, hair everywhere, loud music and stomping. Partying in the parking lot. Horrible horrible. Even wads of hair floating in the pool.

Area was quiet. Helpful staff. Tub was a bit worn out and didn’t have Kleenex.

There was no breakfast served. I liked that I could bring my emotional support dog with me. It was quiet and the room was roomy not cramped. It had everything. My remote to the TV did not work. I took it down to the desk and the attendant gave me another one and it did not work. He came up and gave me another one and showed me where the light switch for the lights above the bed were and gave me another remote. As soon as he left, the remote made the tv flicker and I gave up and watched videos on my laptop.

Woman at the front desk is always rude, and not accommodating, pool never opens, and no breakfast. Other than that the rooms are clean, and spacious.

This hotel met my needs and there were no issues with the hotel. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and the hotel had significant security measures, like plexiglass protecting the lobby counter.

It was good to stay for a night - I wouldn’t longer though. Had to ask for extra pillows, the bar of soap was paper thin, elevator was questionable, top floor smelled of smoke, etc. it’s an older hotel so I get it but just wasn’t what I expected. Very friendly staff.

I like that they were very attentive and helpful !! Smelled bleach being used so that great! Pool hours close to early so my family and I didn’t get to enjoy the summer pool side due hours 9am til 9pm . Then on Sunday mornings no pool either , it was closed.

Very clean, comfy, quaint rooms - literally the only two complaints was that our rooms were on each side of a laundry shoot and it was used ALL night long. It was pretty annoying, the other complaint was that the smell of weed was pretty evident leading up to the property.

It was a great convent stay for us close to everything we needed .

Not what I expected..

We tried to check in but the rooms were not ready. After waiting almost an hour after check in time the manager said that check in time is actually not guaranteed. Finally they found us two other rooms. We wanted ajoining rooms which the website said they had but they insisted that they didn't have but took whatever we could because we already paid for the week. The rooms we got smelled funky. One smelled like old hamburgers and sweat. The other smelled like smoke and something spoiled. They were supposed to be no smoking rooms but the hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes too. There were several bugs that made appearances all throughout our stay. They have roaches really bad even big water bugs. The bath tubs were gross and had hair in them and on the walls. The towels they gave us had hairs on them as well. They didn't even sweep the bathroom before we came and there was bloody toilet paper on the floor. The pillows suck and are hard. The bed is uncomfortable and there were stains on the sheets including blood stains. The fridges and tv were un plugged when we got there. We couldn't even get one of them to work and had to get them to fix it. The maids don't even knock unless you deadbolt the doors and they yell and talk loud early in the mornings while blasting music and clutter the halls with their kids while they work. They take forever to "clean" and afterwards it doesn't look like they did much. It's over priced and not worth it. Loud and noisy. You can't get rest.

I pre-paid with Hotels.com and was charged a few days before arrival. It was Texas OU weekend in Dallas, so rooms were hard to come by. I got an excellent rate on the site. The hotel called while we were eating dinner to ask if I was still coming. Yes and they said take your time. About an hour later they tell me the ratevwas wrong and they needed to charge more as it was a suite. They said we can put you in a room with 2 beds instead for the same price. I said whatever. Well, they were out of those so they said I could have my original room for more. I said no and they said ok, original price. Then they asked for my card. I said i pre-paid. They said we cancelled that one. I gave them my card and checked with Hotels.com. My original reservation was not cancelled. So, I paid twice, and Hotels.com said they would get back to me in 24 hours after they contact management. We're closing in on 72 hours without a peep from Hotels.com. I just want my money back from one of them! Other than that, the room was very clean. A strange chemical smell, but very clean nonetheless. Someone owes me money and the hotel was definitely pulling something. Beware of bait and switch and being charged double.

Usually I stay here when I go down to Texas with my family and never had a problem with staff as far as checking in or if the a/c wasn’t working properly but this time around was different check in was good until the employee at the front desk asked me if I was going to be staying alone I looked at her in shock why is that her concern rubbed me the wrong way well the next day I showered and found a big cockroach in the tub

No complains other than there is only one front and back door and parking is mostly on the side of the building which will make any visitors have to walk to the front in any weather. In my case it was raining and my husband and i got our stuff wet. You will need your key to walk in after 10pm.

Make sure your room is in the back of the hotel, it is quieter. The room was clean, clean sheets and towels, no hair dryer, Parking is safe. Nice updated property, and you pay for it. Comfortable stay.

You get what you pay for. I stayed at this location because it was 2 min from my family’s home, however they do not have irons in the room, or any toiletries. There was debris on the floor where is was not swept well and there was hair in the bathtub.

Stuff went missing from my room, bathtub caulking was molding, overall a less than desirable experience.

It was a nice motel 6, i hadn't stayed in one for many years but my power was out amd it was 103° so this was the closet to my home. Overall cleanliness was good and the air conditioning worked incredibly!

I had a bad experience staying here. First off, the whole floor smelled like BAD and gave me a headache. Second, our rooms weren’t ready. They lady was rude about it and we had to wait. And lastly, the website was a lie. From what I gather it use to be another hotel and they used the previous hotel’s website and slap their name on it when they bought it. So the website shows breakfast photos but when we showed up in the morning there was none. I would not waste my money on this!

Our room was infested with roaches and the hallways reeked of cigarettes.

No Kleenex,no coffee pot,no hairdryer and no iron or ironing board.Room was next to stairwell and people went up and down stairs all night.

The property and staff were great. The room(s) had things broken than needed attention. Our first room the commode would not flush. The room we moved to had a broken shower head. I asked for an extra blanket and they had none. Very disappointing.

My room was never cleaned. Never got towels or clean linen. Stayed there 3 nights.

Staff was pleasant and fair price for what you got. Quick stay and back out. I would stay again if I got a dry paint room. lol

My shower didnt work, they had recently painted some rooms and the smell was bad. There were paint stains on the carpet. Only one vending machine and furniture is outdated.

Close to Devils Speedway, quite area. Did not like the fact there was no coffee or Breakfast. The desk clerk was very nice and explained everything in detail. The rooms was clean but could use some updates.

Nice property very quiet and peaceful. The overnight staff for checkin was great as it has been all nights of my stay. Morning desk worker was however not.she seemed bothered by people speaking to her and my car wouldn't start I needed a jump when I went and asked if possibly anyone inside could help she rudely quickly spoke for entire hotel and said no. No we don't do things like that here. I said ok thank u and was stuck until after 4 pm trying to ask people from the stores around to drive to hotel and they wouldn't

We were there for only a one night stay so it was perfect for that. Some may want to know, they give the bare minimum in the bathroom as far as toiletries. There were 2 bars of soap and that was all but luckily, we take our own toiletries. The beds weren't very soft so if you sleep better on a soft mattress, this isn't for you. The staff was super nice. Location is very convenient to food places. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Had to make a trip with the family and decided it would be better to spend the night than try to rush back home. Check-in was a breeze. We had 2 rooms. Pillows were missing from beds in 1 room, so we talked to staff and they gave us pillows. The beds were very comfortable. The water was hot in the showers, and everything worked.

The showers are VERY dangerous! I fell and hurt myself pretty bad, i would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband also had a hard time in the shower.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. My husband did not ask for a different room, so it’s possible the hotel would’ve resolved if asked.

Sheets and bedspread were not clean and the hotel in general did not smell good. The front desk personnel were nice though and tried to remedy the issues.

Guy working the front desk was nice upon check in a d initially it looked very clean and nice in the lobby. However, once we reached iur room it was a huge disappointment. It was like we checked into a jail cell. Mu husband thinks we paid for the jail experience. Everything was super worn out, bed was sagging down, only 3 tiny pillows and we were told no upon requesting another pillow. It was too late a d we were too tired to go to another hotel. I don't have back issues but after that night I'm in need of a chiropractor.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times in the past years. This time considering covid I thought it would be cleaner.(I always clean with clorox wipes and lysol when staying at hotels.) I was a little disappointed.

When i checked my room, it was 2 full size beds. Front desk stated that besides a king size single bed... they only have full soze beds in rooms.. No queen size at all.. Dont believe the ad. 1 bed had hair on it and dirty pillowcases and sheets. Bathroom stand was dusty and had accumulated hair on it.

What amazes me one of the male was like I seen you when came and you briskly walked to the hotel as you should at dusk. Well if you seen that you didn’t see my Tahoe get jacked?

The hotel was clean and guest service was very nice. The plumbing needs work. I tried to flush tissue down the toilet and water started rising up. I called down stairs and informed them of the problem. They had the maintenance man bring me a plunger And he demanded that I bring it back down stairs when I was finished. I had to find another toilet. Was afraid that it would not flush

We got there and it took a while to check in. He gave me a room key, I went to unload an take my bags up. When I got in the room it was not clean, hair on the bed and dirty sheets. All the rooms were getting ac’s replaced so it smelled an it was hot. I had to let them know an he placed me into another room. Even that room was not as clean but I was in town for a funeral so I didn’t have time to complain more. When I returned there were roaches on the wall and door. It was a very uncomfortable stay all night we ended up leaving at 6am because we couldn’t sleep. I would’ve been happier sleeping in my vehicle.
