The location was excellent. I also liked the value, although it wasn't as good a value as I expected once I stayed there. The bed was not comfortable. While the a/c cooled the room well enough, the dampness it caused was uncomfortable.

Nothing! The sheets were dirty! I tried 3 different rooms, and all 3 had dirty sheets and/or smelled terrible. The man who checked me in cancelled my reservation and refunded my credit card without hesitation - I'm sure he's faced this before. The health department should check this motel.

This was our second time staying at this Red Roof Inn in Baldwin, FL. Everything was just 'okay,' nothing stood out. There were a couple of dirty washcloths in our room. Not dirty in that they weren't washed, dirty from many uses and not being replaced. The breakfast was lackluster with no protein options.

This is an old motel showing some wear. However, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. As a female traveling alone, I appreciated being placed in a room next to the office where I felt safe with outside entry doors. Would recommend for and overnight stay while traveling. Breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was not a big deal but if you like waffles, bagel or cereal it was fine. The lobby & my room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. I would stay there again for the money.

Bed was comfy. The pool is filled with dirt. The rooms were dirty. But for the price and my dog was able to stay with me. I’d book again. Definitely needs to be cleaner though.

Got the room to get a solo staycation to self and although it said there was a pool, it wasn't until I got there to see the pool was permanently closed. Did NOT care for that because that is false advertisement. My bed spread had a burn hole in it but outside of that I enjoyed. Didn't hear rowdiness of any kind whenever I came out my room..I won't say I felt safe because anything can happen anywhere but for the most part, I would DEFINITELY come back for another solo staycation.

Room was clean, stayed for 3 nights. No issues with the room this was the 3rd time I have stayed here. This is the closest and the cheapest place in reference to where the event was. Nothing fancy, does the job. I will stay here again when I come to this location.

Red roof inn provides travelers a good place to rest while on the road. Overall I was happy except the tub wasn't clean. Rest of room was acceptable and took a few minutes to make bathroom usable. Bee was box spring but provided a decent night sleep. Plenty of towels and toiletries. I checked in at 10pm and out at 6am so was sleeping most of my stay.

But house keeping was very slow in cleaning my room and making the bed I saw the maintenance guy and he was very helpful in getting some one to attend to my room His name was Richard a very nice guy The hotel is very old and needs a make over But it was ok for my trip I don’t think I would stay there again As they have no pool The breakfast was a joke

Got in super late due to travel trouble and asked if it was possible to get a late check put at noon and got a very rude and abrupt NO i said i would have paid a fee still No thought that was crappy but over all a good place to stay

Next to a truck stop. Vehicles racing at 2am. Very noisy area. Room was clean but somewhat dated. Could use some modernizations.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the neighboring room played their TV too loud most of the night and kept us awake.

The room worked good for what it was. Don’t expect four star accommodations out of a one star venue, and all will be good.

Not a bad place at all very pet friendly . Good inexpensive decent place to stay. The staff was awesome . We stopped in for 1 night on our way to the Keys . We will be stopping there again on our way home . Wonderful budget pet friendly place to stay

Its a good place to get a room if youre down on your luck maybe or need a place to stay in a pinch but in my pinch, i coulsnt bring myself to stay here. We checked in & seen the rooms & left. The rooms were filthy. Handprints on head board, filthy floors &inspected the beds & there were stains & just felt nasty. We couldnt bring ourselves to do it. Didnt feel clean enough to lay my head there & definitely not clean enough to have my kids around it all. Its a motel style place so when i arrived, i shouldve known. Going to be avoiding this place & anything simular.

Convenient for I10 & 301. Clean & quiet. Friendly front office staff. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Much better than expected!

While the establishment is on a main road, there is a Waffle House (breakfast all day) restaurant and a a Pilot (fuel and food) right next door, easily accessible.

The bathroom was filthy. There was dirt all around the side and back of the toilet like no one had cleaned it for months. We ran out of hot water for the shower. Beds and tv were ok. Breakfast was average but no hot foods. It was a sparse breakfast. I rated it average but it would be a low average. We won’t stay there again. It’s pet friendly so there were dogs likely in most rooms.

One night stay on our travels. Would definitely stop again. Check in was easy and the young lady was pleasant and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The lady at reception at breakfast in the morning was also very pleasant and friendly. I will add this place to my stops when heading to Florida.

Is was just perfect for what we needed. The water in the shower was not hot , but y’all took care of that the best you could. All was good.

Dirty! I could deal with the area off the highway, the age of the building and pot holes in the parking. But the room was dirty. The microwave was dirty, hvac control's, mini fridge, and the furniture looked like they have not been cleaned for months. The sheets are worn and torn. The mattress was stained in areas. I slept on top of the sheets because it was so dirty. I didn’t bring in anything. I was so tired that I slept one night. Lastly, why would you put an ashtray right outside a non-smoking room. I smelled cigarettes throughout the night.

Very clean and comfortable in excellent location just off the interstate. Very nice staff. Will stay at again.

Every think you need when travelling

The staff was very friendly and the location was VERY convenient. Easy and safe parking, and walking distance to several dining options.

There was a big dog show in town, and the staff at the hotel was super accommodating every day for a week serving us breakfast early at 5 AM instead of the usual 6 AM. All of the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything.

Excellent front desk person when I checked in! Large clean room with dated furniture & appliances. Only dining options are a Waffle House next door & Burger King a quarter mile away. Only protein source in the free breakfast is yogurt.

Clean room Nice and quiet Friendly staff Big TV👍👍 The only issue I have in the room that I stayed at. AC/Heater unit have seen better days. Needed to be serviced. The fan is too noisy when it’s on. I had to turn it off so can sleep and that gives me a warm room to sleep on. Not fun when you needed a good night sleep and the next day I have a long drive ahead. But overall I really do like the place. It was just unfortunate that the AC unit wasn’t working properly when I stayed. And it’s was the last room available when I stayed.

You need a hotel that is clean and comfortable and not too outdated? Our sink stopper didn’t work, but no big deal. This one is it. 50% cheaper than the hotels in Jax, and the staff are super friendly. Food within walking distance and clean/comfy. Great spot for an affordable no frills sleepover!

Room was not cleaned before our stay and I have evidence. The room was also pretty damp.

Room was not very clean. There was hair in the bathtub and something disgusting on the bathroom walls. The bathtub surround had cracks and patches. The windows looked like they had never been cleaned. This property is craving some TLC and updates. However, front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

We came evacuating Hurricane Milton, the owners were amazing. We did have our fur babies, and it was great knowing it was pet friendly. You could never tell this hotel IS pet friendly. Room was very clean, smelled good. I was weary at 1st, but Iĺl say, they did not disappoint. The owner, who was very personable, sweet and understanding. I ended up extending another night. Price point, even better!!! Keep up the great work! More Hotels need owners like you!!!

Room felt very humid. Air conditioner covering was dirty. No soap at sink or in shower.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable! Stayed one night on a Sunday evening. Very convenient location to I-10. Waffle House is adjacent to hotel. Room was clean and quiet, only issue was I had a little trouble with the key checking in, but the gentleman working the front desk walked with me to the room to make sure the key was working properly. Very attentive! Exactly what I needed for a quick overnight while traveling south!

This hotel was exactly what you would expect. Clean with friendly staff but nothing fancy. The bed is hard and pillows flat, but everything was clean and room was quite despite being not far from the interstate and door opening to the parking lot. One awesome feature is that pets stay free with no deposit! That saved a lot of money compared to some closer to the city. Would definitely stay again.

General cleanliness of room - ok but needs a deep clean. Fridge drawer stuck with some sort of spillage. Clock alarm grime all over. Lead for hairdryer grotty. Room smelt damp. Ok for a one night stay but the smell got to us by the morning…

The attitude of front desk and the way they knock my door 9:30 am was horrible don’t like it

It was clean and spacious. It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was filthy with poop all over it including the seat. Cleaned it ourselves using Clorox wipes we keep in the car since it was a late arrival and no staff available or other rooms available. Told staff at checkout and they didn’t seem to care.

The microwave was dirty. They refrigerator has moved in it. The coffee pot was dirty. The mirrors were splattered. The covers on the beds were both dirty one had a pee ring and the bed smelled like pee. The bathroom also smelled like pee. The swimming pool is full of dirty water with grass growing in it.

Average hotel with some updating done to the rooms. Not completely clean but not disgusting. A/C worked and TV (and remote) worked. Even though it’s next to a truck stop we didn’t notice much noise. The pool is permanently closed. Continental breakfast was good. We will stay here again if we’re in the area and their prices don’t go up.
