Every part of this hotel that we stepped foot in was very clean. Even while checking in there was a lady cleaning the floor and another wiping down tables. Our room was super clean and neat. The bathroom also clean and fresh. The breakfast is good too. The pool also fresh and clean. My only complaint would be the bathroom next to the pool was locked.

The location of the hotel is centrally located to a variety of stores. It is quick access to highways. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top notch. Pricing is comparable to the services. Self pay Laundry on site, continental breakfast serves hot and cold foods, and parking is free. Great stay!

Everything about this hotel was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was hotel breakfast but decent. The area felt pretty safe.

Only complaint. Guest have is guest would’ve liked to have an ice machine and vending machine on the floor guest stayed on. Overall experience during this stay was great. I only stayed one evening.

The room was adequate and clean. The property itself had some construction going on the breakfast room was dirty. The breakfast itself was not well maintained. Overall the hotel had kind of a mildew smell to it. It was in a neighborhood that was a little bit lower on the overall economic scale.

I had to move from the first room given - the curtain didn’t come all the way down. One that was handled great experience. Very nice soap, very helpful team members! Great coffee! Quiet!

After checking in our first night, my husband and I went out with family to dinner. When we arrived back around 9:30 pm, I discovered used and unopened condoms on the nightstand by the alarm clock. We notified the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do because the housekeeping staff had gone for the day. They brought us extra towels which didn't help. Good thing I travel with Clorox wipes. The next morning we spoke with a manager who moved us to another room. The rest of the stay was fine.

Good location and free parking. My room was very nice-clean and spacious. The only issue is there was construction going on that could get annoying on days that I was working out of my hotel room, but I’m sure it was unavoidable. All the staff were nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

This hotel is just plain OLD! Apparently, the current owner(s) are content with making do with this hotel’s deteriorating condition instead of spending the money to replace the soiled carpeting, broken wall tiles, chipped countertops, scratched cabinets, and overall worn out conditions of the rooms. That’s their choice, but if they want to take that stance, they are overcharging for the rooms in this hotel by about 40%. This is, at best, a two-star hotel. Anything over $80 per night is highway robbery. You won’t see me, or anyone I know, giving you our business in the future. If your bookings are down in recent months, you have no one to blame but yourselves. Fix it or close it down.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was pleasant and we would stay at this hotel again.

The heat was worked well. comfortable temperature. The front desk staff at check in and departure could have tried to be more friendly. when I walked in after midnight, the staff was sitting on a bench by the door and got up when I approached front desk. The clerk on departure stood around looking at computer and never gestured or said hello. the food was good and temperature was just right. I stayed ibn the 6th floor was was appropriate for me.

I have stayed at this hotel since it first opened, whenever I come to Catonsville. It was wonderful those many years ago. Now it is just OK. The people at the front desk are AMAZING, I'll say that first off. The cleaning staff needs better training-like to stop vacuuming while people in the lobby are talking. The most disappointing part of my stay was the Free Breakfast. The breakfast is good if you're there for a day or 2. Any longer it's unbearable. Folded American cheese omelet, dry turkey sausage patty, pork link disgusting biscuits and gravy. Same thing every day. And lots of sweet rolls, muffins, bagels to make up for the fact they have a sign saying "pancakes here" but no pancakes. All of this was made worse by a man from the kitchen staff who sat in the dining area the whole time, staring at people as they ate, monitoring what they took? The carpets need to be replaced with manufactured hardwoods. Carpet in my room was dirty. But as I said the front desk people and the ones cleaning my room were very good. Mostly everything else, no.

It says its in a park but its surrounded by concrete Inside is in disrepair, peeling wall paper, loose fixtures, light bulbs missing, lights didn't work, cigarette burns in bathroom, old electrical, cable is trash and no programming guide.

The room was clean and didn’t smell. It seemed fairly updated and comfortable. The shower had lot of hot water and it came out at a strong pace. Our room was quiet, except for the AC was a little noisey. We were on the fourth floor and didn’t hear any traffic. We were leaving at 6:00 AM Before 6:30 Breakfast, and they allowed us to grab a couple of muffins on our way out. Since we were on a tight schedule, that really helped us out that day. The muffins weren’t fabulous, but did the trick. I choose hotels, when possible based on their ability to provide breakfast with the stay. I wish all hotels that provide breakfast, had some food available for those who leave early. Not everyone wants to hang around the hotel until 6:30 or 7:00 and Grab and Go food could really make someone’s day.

We used the room to sleep and shower as we were in town visiting a friend that lived 3 min away for her birthday. I did like the Dove soap in the room. The room was very clean, towels white and fresh, and staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn’t too bad either! Overall a good stay and would definitely recommend for a quick short stay

Smooth check in process, breakfast buffet could have been better/hotter, room "felt" a little dated, assistwd with early check in, not enough bath towels, telephone wasnt connected, not enough toilet paper, all this should be already in room, good location to get around to baltimore, BWI.

Stayed here for a night to attend the Katy Perry concert. Check-in was easy hotel staff is very nice. Room was clean,The hotel is in a great location many stores are right across the street or in walking distance. Walgreens..Walmart..dollar tree etc..there is a parking lot to park in. There is also a checkers right next door that stays open until 3am. Would definitely stay again

My only purpose was to really go swimming, but the pool was dirty. The hotel was beautiful, and staff was really nice.

The customer service was very good. Nice and clean lobby. When checking in I asked for a room close to the pool if possible and they gave a room within a few feet of the pool door. The room was quiet, No noise from other rooms or the pool. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. My only concern was the broken shelf on the bathroom vanity. I only mentioned it to them to make sure I get my security deposit back and they offered me a whole new room which was not necessary. The WiFi stayed strong as I worked as well. The breakfast buffet was satisfying. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean - they even had some interesting art by the elevator! The sausage and biscuits were soooo good!

Pros: The breakfast was great! Should’ve had bacon or turkey bacon, waffle maker, and grits on the bar. Other than that, it was a good stay for my daughters and I. The location is close to a lot things, so that was a plus.

We have used this hotel many times for 3 years. They're consistently on top of everything providing a reliable safe place to stay. Starting with the front desk staff always friendly, the rooms are clean and in great shape, to breakfast always fresh. If you ever see something wrong, just notify the staff, it'll be fixed in a jiffy.

It was nice. There was a problem with someone smoking nearby( you could smell it in our room, especially the bathroom) I called the front desk , problem was immediately taken care of.

The cleanliness of my room was a little messy. I had to ask for new sheets because the sheets I received had a blood stain on them. There was a hair on the bathroom towel. Thank God I had brought my own towel from home.

This property didn’t have any updated features in the room. The towel holder in the shower came out of the shower and the iron was a five dollar iron that didn’t work. I had to go get another one. Last time I will ever stay here.

During my daughter's soccer tournament, we stayed at this hotel for one night. Overall, our experience was positive although we did encounter some issues with the bathroom. Specifically, we noticed mold on the shower wall, the shower was leaking water constantly, and the bathroom door was creaking loudly.

There was mold on the walls and the curtains… Traveling with a son with asthma it’s caused us issues from the first night… All they did was offer To move me to another room down the hall…

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. When we came back to the hotel on the evening of the second day, the bathroom had been cleaned, but the bed had not been made. I spoke with the manager the following morning, and when we came back to the room on day 3, the bed had been made. I downgraded my stay on the survey because I expect the bed to be made every day.

The property wasn’t clean and in the day before the check out they didn’t bother with cleaning the room. They had same breakfast everyday and apparently just warm it up from the previous day

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property definitely needs some renovation. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are dated and the bathrooms needs some repairs. The breakfast is the same everyday so they need to change the menu.
