No breakfast. Guy at front of hotel understood maybe 10% Englsih and didnt understand my questions. On the sign, it said that there was a fitness center. But there actually isn't any according to the staff. Also in our hotel, the faucet did not Let you shower. You can only use the running water at the bottom. So we had to take a bath. Our only compensation was today staying two extra hours, which was not significant.

Had to plug in own lamps to make them work. No breakfast but what do you want for $90.

The bed itself was comfortable and clean. This was one of the poorest kept up hotel rooms I've stayed in 10 years. It was cheap and you get what you paid for. My wife made a list of about 10 things that needed to be fixed (or attention given) and we gave the list to the manager. A couple examples, the door to the bathroom drug on the floor because the hinge was loose (you had to lift it up to open and close it); a light by the bedside did not work; baseboard was missing in places; the seal around the toilet was black (perhaps mold); needed paint.

I loved how clean the room was and everything. I loved how there was air conditioning the bathroom was clean. And I lived how quiet it was. The only problem there was is that the windows in the room i was staying at were alittle broken and shattered.

Room and bed linen were clean the rest of the building is a work in progress. Room was secure no house keeping very little coffee in the room. I can see why some people went into melt down when they saw the place but one day it will be a really good hotel. At the moment inside the room ok outside shabby. It is not the Hilton...but it is not Hilton prices. Would I stay there again? Possibly but I know what I am expecting now. The owner is working on his own version of the American dream one room at a time. His money and time are spent on bringing it on line in stages so shabby on the outside acceptable on the inside. I spoke with the guy while he was personally cleaning the common area and he seems genuine.and likeable -If you are on a budget give it a try

The hotel was in very poor condition, stained and old carpet, the tv didn't work, it smelled bad and the tub did not drain. We slept on top of the blankets and left ASAP in the morning.

Everything

It was the only hotel in town. The room had basic amenities, was clean and run to standard expectations. The bed was comfortable.Everything worked as expected. The building is dilapidated in a state of serious disrepair. Elevator is (permanently?) out of order, some areas smelled rank, black mold is visible on ceiling of outdoor carport, giving rise to unseen health safety concerns. Fire extinguishers seemed maintained with a prior year date but fire safety crossed my mind.

The lights needed fix
- 1.5/5
It was fairly inexpensive. The bed was comfortable. I was on the ground floor in the back. It was very quiet. The location was perfect for my needs. One of the lights didn't work at all. In order to have an outlet to charge my phone, I had to unplug the microwave. The bathroom floor and the bottom of the tub looked dirty. I don't know for sure, but I think it's possible the owners are making efforts to improve, but right now, I wouldn't stay again.

Rooms and hotel were filthy, unsafe environment, appliances inop.; just about everything

the man at the desk was very nice and walked me to my room. The outside looks very shabby. The lights near the bed and TV did not work. The water pressure was very weak. The office said OPEN in the morning but there was no one there to whom I could return my key

hot water & shower pressure not clean, no housekeeping, vending & ice machine inoperable, motion lights in bathroom, only 2 operable outlet, king room to small for price, office locked whole weekend, only 2 towels for 2 people for 2 days, tub cracked & slick, toilet, mirrors & floors not clean.

NOTHING It was disgusting. Very disappointed. Filthy. Slept with our clothes on & kept shoes on because carpet was beyond disgusting!

the staff were extremely polite & helpful, listened to any concerns I had and answered all my questions. good communication. the other guests were friendly and respectful. lots of a nice spots to eat nearby & there's a library down the road. the blue heron is cute and comfortable. you get what you pay for with a motel, so if you can't do old or a bit messy then it's not gonna be for you. but if you don't mind it then you'll be fine & if a room isn't up to your (reasonable) standards then the staff will be accommodating. **if the water isn't getting hot then try actually turning the knob to the cold side instead. worked for me.
