The room was very spacious and clean. Love the location and the staff is very nice. The mattress on the bed is hard and the blanket had cigarette burn holes.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Roaches everywhere! Outdated everything rust and mold everywhere! They moved us to a different room and promised it was better but woke up to more roaches! And it was Christmas!!

Clean and friendly staff

Everything was clean, room was good, but I should of asked for a extra blanket. The a/c worked great

NASTY!!! FILTHY ROOMS!! ROACHES. SMOKED OUT ROOMS, BURN HOLES ALL OVER BEDDING, and it was a non-smoking room.

Unclean, roaches, crack pipe in cabinet and food left in cabinet. Office manager rude and said i could leave if i didn't like. I was needing a place to stay, because my water heater broke and flooded my home. Do not only was i working at my home i had to clean the place i was paying to stay. I requested a discount and was refused. No breakfast was available either as stated when i booked the room.

I loved how everything was prepared and organized.

It is a place I am not returning too. If you are in need of some rest, this place if okay. It is better than sleeping in a car. Staff was friendly, the place is in a decent area. I was disappointed.

Staff and stay was great. The burners in the kitchenette did not work so I had to eat out more than planned but still well worth the stay. Only thing I would change truly is the bedding.

There were holes in the couch. The kitchenette had absolutely nothing as far as furnishings. Room appeared and smelled dirty.

This is such a clean motel and the housekeeping staff is amazing.one of my favorite places to atay in baytown.

Unfortunately, The bedsheets were stained (down to the mattress) so, we asked for them to be replaced. The window only has a blackout curtain, no voile so, no natural light comes in the room unless you want to expose yourself to the parking lot and anyone walking by. Lighting inside the room is terrible fluorescent lights. No closet, no utensils for “kitchenette”(no pots, pans, cups or silverware… nothing).

I respect the owners for not wanting back and forth traffic but as a women who works nights at the hospital as a nurse my hours can be late and i should have the right to come in and out as i please as long as im not causing trouble

The room we booked was a kitchenette I did not expect a kitchenette I was very impressed I just expected a bed microwave and mini fridge. But I had a full size fridge stove top that had two burners kitchen sink with garbage disposal and king size bed! The room also came with two tables a couch a coffee table. It was very very nice for the price that I paid I was very very pleased! The room was also very clean it did not have carpet which I like is a lot it vinyl flooring is much easier to clean!

The owner is a bit of an ass or tries to be i think but really is a good guy just wants his property taken care of. Can't blame him on that. But rooms are always clean and most everything is working. Maybe a light out or something but overall one of my favorite places to stay in Baytown.

Quiet and clean

The property was easy to find. Check in process didn’t take long. Bathroom was clean and bright. Bed was comfortable. I would recommend that a blanket be made available and not just the flat sheet and thin bedspread to cover oneself with during the night.

I ordered a non smoking room and got a smoking room and I got sick from the smell I had to get some spray to kill the smoke smell so I could sleep

CLEAN & RAMPED: Rooms are completely refreshed with new paint, hardwood floors (no sticky carpet) and mini-kitchen, Nice.

Night manger was rude never stay there again.

There was a concern about the room, however when I brought it to the manager attention it was immediately address and fixed. The staff was great and friendly. Would stay there again.

There were roaches, the room stayed damp, they complained when we asked for more towels, says theres a kitchen but nothing to cook with, mold, the tv had lines on the screen

The hotel host was very nice and accomodated my husband and I to the same rate, but I had a made reservations for a non-smoking king size bed room. At my arrival we had to get a 2 double bed, smoking room. In which I disliked the smell. Our blankets had lots of smoke burn marks which is very uncleanliness for those that don't smoke. Yes i could have complaint but no sense since we were there for just the night. Hopefully this will help the hotel management to make sure they throw away old burnt blankets and put new ones in. Or simply when customers reserve non-smoking, they get what they reserve.

Terrible service! I didn’t end up paying only $56 for my stay but instead $90!!!!! And there were bed bugs and we weren’t “allowed” to go outside after 10. Utterly ridiculous I don’t recommend this motel at all it was terrible I’d actually like to be refunded bc that was absolutely ridiculous I’ve never dealt with so much bull crap from a ROACH MOTEL in my entire life

The man had really bad attitude and manners, i booked the room and when i got there i told him i had a reservation and he said he dirent care.

But I tried checking in yesterday and was told I was banned at this location because the v time before I had to many guest. I had a my bf staying with me and while I was there I had two friends stop by say hi while I was still in town. For that banned fine ill take my business where its wanted. I feel the only reason I was targeted cuz I was gay. When I checked they hit at front desk made looks. I understand they have right to say who they want to rent a room toi have never been warned or told anything no noise warning Avoid this place, at all cost. Funny how the cheap hotel which cost the same as say a Sheraton Marriott act try act classy yet subject guest to such strict rules. If I'm not breaking a law or thing destructive or if not being loud leave me in peace. J7

Since I made the reservation, they went in and turned the air on before I got there. I got a smoking room and when I walked in, I could hardly smell the smoke. The rooms are always clean. The only bad part about the stay is the employees are hardly ever in the office so I always end up waiting a while and when they finally show up they don’t acknowledge you at all before they start check in but other than that they weren’t particularly rude but they’re always in a rush to be done with you. It was a good and relaxing stay, rooms are perfect.

The staff was really stand offish!!! There where people in the parking lot most of the night hanging out and drinking. There was a loud noise coming from the kitchen fan all night long that kept us up. The remote was broke and hardly worked.

Smoking room had a weird odor. Shower head needed to get fixed.

The tub would not drain when we first arrived, so the same young gentleman came and unclogged it for us. There was no actual blanket on either bed, just two flat sheets and some thin cover - nothing to keep us warm. I appreciate the fantastic attitude of the young gentleman who came and attended to our requests as best as he could.

They charged a thirty dollar late fee for a miss communication after I already paid and got in my room the fee just mysteriously showed up

My stay was pleasant enough; however, I was a bit disappointed; I do have some observations: 1. You advertise "Kitchenette In Room" which were adequate; however, there wasn't a single kitchen item to be used in the kitchen. I had to go across the street to Dollar Tree and Dollar General to purchase kitchenware to use during my stay; maybe that's that you mean by "no frills". 2. You advertise "Free Continental Breakfast", yet you only offered Coffee and Juice; a Continental Breakfast is "A light morning meal typically consisting of pastries and baked goods, fruits, toast, and coffee. It is usually served buffet-style and modeled after the European breakfast, similar to what one would enjoy in France or the Mediterranean." your hotel used the lame excuse of "COVID-19", as a reason for having only coffee and juice. 3. Your hotel is pet-friendly and I had my dog with me; I signed an agreement that I was responsible for cleaning-up after my pet. Many pet owners weren't responsible and as a result failed to clean-up after their pets; should the pet owner fail to pick-up the pets' fecal waste, then the onus is on the hotel management to get that waste cleaned-up. On the morning of my 2nd day at the hotel I found it difficult to walk my pet in the grassy area designated for pets; there were many piles of old fecal matter. I reported this to the hotel staff at the lobby . By the time that I left on the 4th day of my stay, the area had still not been cleaned.

The price was ok for the type of room. My dislike no wi-fi, the bath tub has no stopper to take a bath , ice bucket was broken, water was leaking, no blanket , pretty chilly, no iron nor ironing board. Not enought towels for two people.

Because of my current situation I've had to resort to motels for a place to stay. By far the worst motel beds I've ever slept in. The bathroom was so dirty I even brought in my own cleaning supplies to clean the shower/tub and sink. The price was fair and the location wasn't too bad.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty! Terribly dirty place! Floors were disgusting! All kind of different hair, dust, trash etc... probably never been washed! Microwave dirty! Blanket smelled! Omg the whole place was trash! Check your rooms before you give it to people!

Staff, friendly and professional. No breakfast. They bought dollar store snacks and offered them since their breakfast service wasn’t operating at the time. Had ordered a King bed, got two queens. No utensils or plates/bowls in a suite that included kitchenette. I think the staff were good however, and hope their service improves

Booked 2 queen non-smoking room online. Arrived and had to basically book the room all over again. The online payment I made was apparently just to hold the room, so I had to pay at the desk. There was apparently some confusion as to what room I was to be given. After 15m I finally got my room key. Opened the door and the first thing I noticed was the old cigarette smell. Visually, the room was very nice looking, a little dark, but overall very nice; it had a kitchenette and larger mini fridge/freezer. Each comforter had a hole in them. One was obviously a cigarette burn while the other was a tear of some sort. We turned the a/c on and it worked beautifully. The bathroom only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths which is NOT ideal for 4 people; there was also a cigarette burn on the toilet seat - again, I booked a non-smoking room. We left for our activity, returned shortly after midnight and despite leaving the ac on, the room was warm. Temps were in the low 50s so we turned the heat on to 68-the room was actually too warm at that point-awesome heating unit. Pillows were legit only 2 per bed, mattresses were a little harder than I’m used to, but overall it was a decent night’s sleep

Did not particularly like anything. It was pretty much just a plce to sleep. The keys didn't qork on the door, I had to repeatedly go to the office evey time i came back from an outing to get the door opened. Towel distribution was scarce.

Took them three times to finally hand me a room key to an empty room. Rooms were decent besides the fact they stuck me in a smoking room when i wanted a non-smoking.

We stayed in a room and walking in the room looked like what we would want to expect, however, looking closer, our room was still under renovations! I believe we got high from the paint fumes, our kitchen cupboards were all trashy looking with the handle hanging off, At check in the agent never expressed what time breakfast was so upon arriving for breakfast at 8:51 everything was put up n the agent said breakfast is over at 9. Will not be staying here again.

We didn't like the area. We didn't like ...we called and made reservations, they were expecting us, we arrived as we had discussed, we had our payment available, but we were still sent to an unclean room. It's just hard to believe.
