Reviews
The hotel generally meets expectations for its price range, with cleanliness being a consistent positive. However, there are mixed reviews about the staff's friendliness and the quality of amenities.

- Affordable pricing
- Inconsistent staff friendliness and service
- Lack of amenities or poor quality of amenities

This was the cleanest place i stayed at in TN. I was happy with the place.

About what you would expect for the price, and it was worth the extra $10 over the Motel 6 in Jackson which was really creepy the last time I stayed there. They did have coffee in the morning. The bedspread had only one burn hole, and TV remote was hit-and-miss (old batteries?).. Door to room appeared secure. Female owner's English was difficult to understand--Exit 66 sounded like 56. It is Exit 66 BTW. I'd stay there again.
- 4/5
My only complaint, no blanket in room. Just sheet and comforter
- 3/5
Clean, Comfortable but minimal.
- 2/5
Smelled like cats...
- 1.5/5
NO hair dryer, NO microwave, NO refrigerator, NO coffee pot, NO Kleenex/tissues Would have been a good room IF there had been some amenities.
- 1/5
Spend the extra $20 or $25 to stay at a hotel/motel in the next tier. This one is barely a place to sleep, if you can get over the smell. Too many negatives to list.
- 3/5
For the price the hotel is very reasonably clean and maintained.
- 4/5
Quick check in, polite staff, clean room, close to food and right off highway. Someone and his friend asked my husband for money for some reason. He told them I had the money and that I was at the diner. They drove to the diner to aske me for money. Creepy, but the hotel itself was fine. No problems, not noisy.
- 4/5
Easy check-in and check-out, family and pet friendly, good value for the price.
- 3/5
I had to request room service after the second day. I was not happy with that. If I'm staying there for days it seems like you would check on me daily for housekeeping. The bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
This is an okay, cheap motel in a very poor location. I expected to go somewhere for dinner, but there was no restaurant nearby, just a gas station, convenience store!!! Stay at a busier exit on I-40!!!
- 5/5
We needed a place to stop and sleep. This hotel was nice and clean. The price was great.
- 1/5
The room was clean, but our needed as great deal of maintenance. There was almost a one inch crack under the door letting in all sorts of bugs. The room asks lobby had bad smells, ice machine didn't work, there lobby restroom didn't work. Just not up to Motel 6 standards. For a cheap stay it worked.

We're two 28 year old girls on a roadtrip and felt safe here. (Our parents would probably disapprove w it being right on the interstate ha!) No breakfast but rooms were clean and beds were comfortable (looks like pictures). No hair dryer or shampoo but had soap and enough outlets. Shower is tiny but good hot water and ok pressure. We were able to park right outside our first floor room. They ask for your license plate # which I wasn't familiar with. For what you pay, it's a bargain. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable room. No frills but offered a restful nights stay.
- 3/5
Was okay for the price. Smelled musty. No frig or microwave. Bare bones place.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable but the only place to get hot food is the truck stop next door, could be in a better location.
- 4/5
Good for the price. Check in was kind of slow and the office had a smell to it. Bed and linen was good no complaints. Bathroom kind of small but we only need a place to sleep and shower.
- 4/5
Wonderful. Clean room. Nice staff.
- 2/5
Toilet overflowing asked for help very rude, had to ask for help 3 times before we got it. Thin sheet like material for covers on beds, flattest pillows I've ever seen.
- 5/5
The staff that checked us in was very friendly and the room was clean comfortable.
- 4/5
My family and I were traveling from Texas to West Virginia and needed to stop for the night and Motel 6 offered a very clean and spacious room for my family and I to spend the night. It was quiet, the staff were friendly and check-in and out was super easy.
- 4/5
Pretty adequate hotel. Worth the money. good beds, acceptable shower, smells fine, no stink. hot coffee in the morning. the room has working fridge and microwave.
- 3/5
If you like water so Brown running out of the faucet and shower that it stains the sink and tub you like this place
- 5/5
Very effective room for an overnight stay. The desk staff were pleasant and professional.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly. The linens were clean. It was a basic no-frills hotel, but it provided us a good night's rest for a budget-friendly price.
- 4/5
Very nice firm beds and substantial pillows. Good night's sleep had by all.
- 4/5
No eateries went to bed hungry which didn’t hurt me
- 5/5
Just fine for the money.
- 2/5
Dirty rooms, didn't appear that the linen had been changed.
- 3/5
Definitely a truck stop motel. Decent stay if you’re staying for a night. Clean for the most part except the dead cockroach in the room.
- 5/5
It was wonderful. Nice, clean, relaxing.
- 4/5
I've been to several Motel 6 properties recently, and this is one of the better ones.
- 5/5
This is a very cleanly furnished hotel room. very clean, no odors, no carpet. We have a dog so it was great! No place for other animals disease or fleas to live. Very quiet and good rate. Nothing fancy at all, however we just needed a quiet good night sleep.
- 3/5
Pet friendly, however, the owner/manager, would like pets walked in a specific small area that is unmarked. I would recommend putting up signage to avoid confusion and frustration. Room was decent. Had to go to the front desk for additional towels and wash clothes. Stayed for 3 nights and no one ever came in to throw out trash or collect and replace towels. Had a microwave and refrigerator. No coffee pot or hair dryer. Supplied 2 small bars of soap so bring toiletries.

incredibly OK

For starters, if the gentleman at the desk was any slower, I would have fallen asleep standing there. He wasn't very friendly, but wouldn't call him friendly, either. Next, was the smell near the stairs. Smelled REALLY bad of cat urine. Overall appearance of the hotel though was clean. Then, my key didn't work. Luckily, there was a housekeeper there that let me into my room. First impression of the room was tacky decor, but I just needed a shower and bed. Really didn't care that the room was light blue with orange accents and wood floors...1970's?! Shower was hot, but no shampoo. Not the first time I've used bar soap to wash my hair. It wasn't until my morning shower that I noticed the mildew in the bottom of the shower curtain. . The TV reception/picture was pretty poor. Then again, I'm not a fan of watching TV and really didn't care. However, the wifi is barely even worth mentioning that it exists. I did a speed test and it was < 1 Mbps. I opted for going to bed at 8:50pm The bed...OUCH!!! If you like a hard bed, great. If not, keep traveling as I will the next time I am in this area in one week.

Good for a nights sleep, but no frills . Old threadbare sheets, but clean, no shampoo, no coffee maker. Bare bones but it is inexpensive, there's that.

This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.

Spartan, very noisy ac, smelled of smoke in non smoking room, had to ask to get room cleaned and beds made but did good job. What you might expect for the money
- 2/5
Bugs all over the room was ok but i recommend staying on sec floor
- 5/5
Free wifi king size bed and comfy

We arrived very late at 2:30 am. We'd called ahead and they were up for us. The only complaint was the hard pillows. Bring one with you. Good Motel 6.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable .

I prepaid for this hotel. Presented drivers lisence and credit card for incidentals. Informed desk manager I would be retiring early, and hitting the road again about 3:00 AM. After sleeping for approximately an hour, the phone rings. I declined to answer. Within 3 minutes the desk manager is knocking on my door, demanding I come to the front desk immediately! I ask him what was the specific problem. He would not say. Only that I should come down to the desk. I perceived that he must have mistaken me for someone else, so I opened the door, and presented him my ID once again. After he looked at the ID, he instantly realized he was barking up the wrong tree, and left quickly. The following morning (3:00AM) the desk manager stopped me on my way out. Apologizing numerous times , offering me a $25.00 discount on any future stays at this facility. I paid for what I hoped would be a quite 5 or 6 hours of restful. Sleep. I did not get that sleep, nor was I offered any restitution for the rediculous interruptions

Just as described. Nice, economical place to stay. Clean, comfortable and close to freeway access.
- 4/5
Easy to get to, clean, would stay there again.

It is not in Bells. It is 10 miles out on I40 in the wide open. Worst location I have ever seen for a hotel.
- 4/5
The people at the desk were not very friendly but the room was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Room was small, but very clean. Bed was comfy after driving 800 miles. Heat worked well. Shower pressure was very good and water got super hot.
- 2/5
Dirty! Dirty! Bugs. Wouldn't stay again or recommend to anyone.

Very helpful staff
