Was amazing!

Very comfortable bed, beautiful location and quiet at night. The pool was very crowded with kids so no opportunity for a nice relaxing swim.

The rooms was very comfortable and clean. The view and facilities were great. We were celebrating our 48th anniversary and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne which was very kind and generous. Location out of busy town. The fireplace in our room did not work. Maintenance could not get it working. The pool was not working as well as one of the two hot tubs. We asked for bathroom toilet paper but it was never brought to us. I was disappointed with those items.

we booked this hotel for a quick night b day celebration for our daughter. We booked because of the pool. After arriving we were told pool was closed for Reno. no where in reservation did it say this, they were pretty much unapologetic said they would have a manager speak to us before leaving and never did. it was just a bummer that before or even after we were not informed.

Excellent potential the property has. small fixes can make it the best. Staff incredible . Room Service and condition of some of the chairs was disappointing and having no one answer your calls is unacceptable. There is no hot water provision in the room. the best part was the excellent staff who did everything to make it up, they waived certain fees as well as offered free breakfast (brilliant) . though the smoke from controlled fires from the city which was not their fault made breathing in the room unbearable especially if one was asthmatic like i am. Otherwise world class golf course, friendly pro shop staff, brilliant views of the properties - A MUST visit ...

Tetherow - exceptional as always.

I liked the location to Bend and the beauty of golf course but I had to go outside to see it. I booked early and I know there were still rooms available that face the golf course that were available for cheaper at the point that we arrived yet still no upgrade to one of those rooms

This resort is incredible. The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the property. I’d highly recommend this for anyone looking for a place to stay in Bend. The restaurant, The Row, was absolutely delicious. I ordered the salmon with risotto and my partner ordered the French dip. We split the cookie with ice cream for dessert and everything was great. Our server Aubrey was very sweet and made us feel welcome. We also requested extra blankets to our room which arrived in a timely manner and were very comfortable. The robes in the closet were so soft and comfortable. I’d love to know where they’re from. We will absolutely be coming back in the future!

The staff was phenomenal. From the front desk to the restaurant staff... Sean, JD and Adriane at the restaurant were great and Oliver at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

Our check in was terrific, and the location is great . However ......the beds are HORRIBLE , very uncomfortable. The restaurant (Row) is very good , but that's only if you can get them to answer the phone ! It's a very sleepy place , not a lot going on . My ten year old says it's "creepy" there ! lol

I loved the beautiful surroundings and the room was spacious and decorated very rustic modern. It was obvious this was an elevated resort. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was really nice. The room we were in facing the golf course had a loose handle on the door from the balcony. It fell off when we were out there just for a moment in the late evening, and it was freezing outside, and neither of us had our coats on or phones in our hands. Thankfully, my husband is handy and figured out how to put the handle back on quickly! (But there was a couple second panic) This is an easy fix there wasn’t anything else I didn’t like about the property!

- We had a room with two Queen beds and the beds were quite comfortable. - The curtains were excellent at light blocking. I was quite impressed when we opened the curtains in the morning to find that it was a gloriously sunny day out, but with the curtains closed it was pitch black in the room. - We had a room right on the golf course. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking one of the tee boxes while having a relaxing drink. It was quiet and peaceful. - Everything was very clean and in great condition. - We did not actually eat onsite, but downtown Bend is a quick 10 minute drive with many great options. Every meal we ate downtown was fantastic. The following are the few MINOR "wish list" items to make it even better: - Smart television options to pull up things like Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. - While the bathroom was well maintained and quite large, more water volume in the shower could be nicer (I understand the use of water efficient heads, but not as luxurious).

I loved the location and the view we hade of the golf course. I think there were a bunch of trails I wanted to explore as well but wildfire smoke disrupted our trip I didn’t like the gym where we got a lot of stares from rich old farts. I also had a problem with the very over priced cafe if that’s what it was called by the pool. Hardly any options and expensive. I was lead to believe I could get an average breakfast you know like bacon and eggs. Best they could do was an egg sausage croissant which was tasty but half the price anywhere else. I liked the grounds, the view, the room and the Row.

Charged for pet but nothing including. Shower, couches and carpets full of other people’s hair. My daughter same experience in her room except the bath towel also had hair on it. Really poor housekeeping

Excelente Beautiful

Beautiful rooms and location. Friendly staff. Excellent amenities. Meal we had was excellent! Almost makes me want to start playing golf! Small quibble: had expired creamer in the room which delayed my much needed morning coffee! Staff brought fresh creamer to the room so crisis averted.

Beautiful hotel. Surrounding was so peaceful.

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and always helpful. Well definitely return!

Great stay

Spacious room, convenient and nice pool.

We enjoy this property for its excellent staff, very comfortable beds, excellent quality of food and service in the restaurants and very clean facilities. I booked this time for our anniversary. I was really looking forward to a relaxed pool day. Unfortunately, with the home growth around the property it appears the pool is now being used by new home owners; the pool environment is now similar to a county club pool with lots of young children (at one point I counted 17 kids under age 8).

It was beautiful. The resort was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The pool was great. We had a wonderful time. The beds were the nicest bed I have ever slept in. There were a couple of things we were disappointed in. First at check in the young lady who checked us in just rushed through our check in. She was nice but she didn’t explain anything about the resort to us, like where the restaurants were for an example. Probably the worst thing about check-in was we stayed at the end of August. The average temperature that week was 90° when we finally found our room we opened the door and it was 86° in our room. The air conditioner was off in our room. It was so hot in our room we dropped our bags off grabbed our swimsuits and went to the pool that’s what we had planned to do anyway. I just feel the room should have been at a comfortable temperature. Total first world problem I know this! The last thing was our room was not very clean. In the bathroom, there was coffee splashed on the wall, there was no body wash in the shower. Normally I have my own so it wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I forgot to bring some. I called down three times 2 times one the first day for them to come fill the body wash and after the third time,Avery nice young man brought up three travel size body wash bottles. (Just irritating) In the bedroom, there was coffee on the lampshade. There was a layer of dust on a lot of the surfaces in the room. Although none of this ruined our stay, the room was still wonderful. I just feel like for the price point of over $1400 for three nights. None of those things should’ve happened. Again, first world problems our stay was still wonderful and we would absolutely stay there again.

Very clean and updated property. Super comfortable beds. We loved the pool and cafe. The sauna and steam room were also a huge plus! Close to town and the trials! We will be back!

The pool did not provide lap lanes.

The mattresses were very comfortable The house keepers went through our suitcases and my wife’s purses. They were understaffed and the front desk people continually lied to us about everything. They overcharged us as well. The house keepers didn’t speak English and we were told that the resort doesn’t do background checks. Also told that the property owners are having cash flow problems. It use to be our favorite place now I don’t think we will return. We stayed for 8 nights.

Had all amenities. Very clean. Beautiful view of the golf course. Loved the walking trails.

A bit difficult to stow the bicycles - the room was down one level from the ground floor. However, that was a minor inconvenience. This is a great property!

We loved our suite overlooking the golf course and the mountain views were outstanding. Staff is well trained. Food delicious. It's a safe place and clean area to walk your pet. We'll be back.

Dissappointed. Room wasnt cleaned. Call 2 times. Finally got towels and coffee but room was never made up. 2nd day - we ran out of toilet paper no extra in our room. Food really was not hood at tbe restaurant!

Beautiful spot to stay while visiting Bend. Very convenient if you are skiing at Batchelor. Loved the views over the golf course with peaks visible in the distance. Short drive to the City and the Mill District. Will stay there again!

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was noisy — I could clearly hear traffic from outside, which made it hard to relax or sleep. There were no slippers provided, and the floor felt sticky, which was uncomfortable. The room itself felt old and poorly maintained, and it was overcrowded with furniture, making it feel cramped. Overall, it didn’t live up to expectations and definitely wasn’t worth the price.

Comfortable room, nice view, very quiet.

This hotel was super convenient for our day to Mt. Bachelor. There was a round trip shuttle we were able to take to the mountain. There was also complimentary Tesla EV charging close to the check in area. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

The resort has been a Westside favorite but after pre paying for a king suite on the Mountain View side, I arrived and was told they had over sold the hotel but “upgraded me to a double queen room over looking the golf course instead of over the parking lot.” I actually had wanted to look over the parking lot to the mountains at sunrise instead of listening to golfers tee off so early. The bed was amazingly comfortable but it was difficult to sleep with the guest upstairs AND next door snoring so loud…boy was that frustrating and obnoxious! And the crispy clean sheets were great but smelled so strong of bleach I slept in my clothes to keep warm instead of the covers. What a huge disappointment and total rip off for a fun last minute staycation.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We checked in at midnight and were delighted when the staff upgraded us to a magnificent room with stunning views of the rolling countryside and mountains. The property was impeccably clean, including the heated pool, which was a hit with the family. Parking was easy, and the food was excellent. The friendly staff and the great location, which offered easy access to the town, made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!

Very unpleasant and a clear violation of the law. I informed the front desk and the manager was out of town and had a kind person take down details with a promise to follow up with me. I did get a message from the pool's manager- I think- promising me to retrain the employees. They offered me some perks but I simply wanted to be treated correctly But I waited a bit to write this review leaving the resort manager ample time to contact me. To no avail. To top it off the lights did not work well in the room, one of the bathroom sinks was clogged, there was visible mold in the shower and there was a cleaning cart left by the emergency exit for at least 24 hours. Not the experience I was expecting from a supposed better than most place to stay. If you do not have a service animal, this may not resonate with you but perhaps indicative of how there is a disconnect between the rate charged and the poor experience we had.

This property is not worth the money charged. The customer service was god awful across the property. I went to The Row for breakfast one morning and stood at the host stand for a full 15 minutes waiting to be helped and never was. Never greeted or acknowledged in any way. There were 3 people on the floor and only 5 tables? Still could not get help. That’s just one example. Super unfriendly at the front desk. Disappointed for the money. The amenities were lacking. How can a standard basic room be $900 a night.

Wonderful all around!

This is my second staycation here since I live locally, and it’s been great both times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a good bathroom. But the staff is what makes this spot above and beyond! Everyone we spoke with (from the front desk to the restaurant to the fitness desk) was so welcoming, professional, and fun! They make the experience even better

Upon check-in, I was given keys and instructions to get to the room. Went with bags and once settled noticed a phone message. Front Desk says they gave me the wrong keys and could I return to the Front Desk - DIFFERENT BUILDING - to exchange. Also it will be a different room. OK, so I pack everything back up, put in car, and drive back to building. Turns out the correct room was ACROSS THE HALL from the mistake they made. Why didn't you come to the room and explain the situation? Why did you make me repack and then unpack again to move across the hall? Why no compensation for your mistake Extremely poor performance for a property that attempts to position itself as premium

Beautiful layout and everyone was extremely helpful and very nice. Had a hard time confirming room type up until check-in. Resort had my wife & me in a 2-queen room, even though I had confirmed with my reservation a 1 - King standard room type. Checkin gal indicated this was an issue I needed to take up with Hotels.com VS the resort. Fortunately, I had my reservation confirmation which reflected the King standard. They apologized as they were not sure why there was a mix and we were finally able to to receive a king room. Other than the mix up with the room type everthing else was great! Will stay there again.

The property was very neat and tidy. I would like to see ashtrays around the property. The staff was professional and helpful. We would stay there again.

The room was incredible. The bed was firm but comfortable. Nespresso machine in the room was a welcomed touch. Fireplace, comfy couch. Very spacious bathroom with a huge shower, great water pressure. We will DEFINITELY come back and stay here. We did eat at one of the three places on site to eat and the food was really good. The staff was friendly at check in and check out.

If I had to say anything it would be queen size bed pillows on a king bed but that is really digging deep for a problem!! Tons of hiking right out your door. Close to town and mountain. Felt super lodge-y and great golf course views from our huge room Cannot wait to go back.

We had a WONDERFUL stay!

The customer service was outstanding. The only thing missing was the closure of the fine dining restaurant.

Only two complaints - the toilet paper was low quality which was surprising and we didn’t get more shower gel / body wash when they serviced the room. I would definitely recommend if you want to stay at a luxury resort in Bend.

Beautiful view, large room, great amenities

The room was clean and spacious. We love walking in the morning and the paths around the community were awesome! We had a problem with the bathroom lighting and it was corrected immediately after informing the front desk, thank you!

We enjoy the ability to stay on site for food and activities. We return every year for our anniversary as we had our wedding reception here and love the amenities and area. Thank you Tetherow for allowing our family to make so many fun memories together.

The Tetherow Resort was a great place to stay. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The location is very convenient to downtown Bend. The views from the property were spectacular. We would def stay here again in the future.

Beautiful views, close to restaurants and shopping in Old Mill District and downtown Bend, spacious room and bathroom.

I asked for a corner room in the cascade but didn’t get the corner room. Tethrow said they didn’t have a record of me asking. The restaurant that we love there, Salomon’s was even though months ago they accepted our reservation. We stay at this hotel to eat at Solomon’s! The rooms are very expensive for what you get!We most likely won’t stay again!

Great view, great comfort. Parking was a little challenging and not having an option to get bags taken to room was a bit disappointing. The golf course was amazing, the robes were super comfortable, the room was great. Wish the pool was open later as after golf and dinner it would have been great to get in the hot tub but it was closed at 8 pm so there was no way for us to make it by then. Missed golf carts being able to be on the course by 1 day but thats just bad timing and nothing against the resort. The staff all around were very friendly and helpful. Will consider another trip but not go out of way to return.

Great location. One step removed from downtown for privacy and quiet, but close enough to still explore the city, food, shopping, etc.

Leo the manager and all the servers at the Row gave us an amazing experience. Will definitely stay at Tetherow when we visit Bend again. 😊

Location

We live in Bend. Decided to treat ourselves to staycation. Money well wasted. Bed was so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving at midnight and going home. Were also unable to use amenities. Everything was closed by 8 pm. At the check out time next morning: “Sorry to hear that your bed was so uncomfortable, would you like your receipt emailed or mailed to you?” Great customer service. (Sarcasm)

The hotel

We stayed 3 night in the property. We had all agreed this is the best stay among our trips. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is so comfortable and cozy. Best of all the room is very quiet without any annoying a/c noise. The location is great for going to downtown or to the mountain. Will definitely stay here again!!!
