If you're looking for a nice, budget friendly hotel, this is the place! The rooms were clean and breakfast was free. I was concerned that the rooms would smell like animals since they allow pets but that was not the case. You can tell they've done a lot of updating to the hotel and it was a great place to stay with the family. Pool area could use some updating as metal pieces stuck out that could injure someone walking around the pool. Free breakfast did not include a waffle maker and the bagels/toast were a little stale but for the price and free breakfast, I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during a recent weekend trip for a concert. Very convenient to Uber to WM AMP. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable and the bed was perfect. Perfect location and would give 5 stars across the board but they are going through renovations. Once they are complete, should be the perfect spot to stay. WILL GO BACK.

Management wanted to charge us when arriving 1hour early. The staff was excellent however. Also, they don’t have coffee in the lobby.

I booked at this hotel because they offered shuttle service to and from The Walmart Amp. Upon arrival I was informed that they had discontinued this service.

No microwave Maid service did not come to room until 430 pm as we were getting ready to go out for dinner. Asked for additional towels and she had to go get them from the dryer. They were damp. No ice Management stated it was because the hotel was full. No excuse, if you’re going to charge 260 a night… it better be worth 260. It was not.

Good location. Nice room. Some maintenance work going on when we stayed so breakfast was a bit makeshift and they had run out of coffee, which was v disappointing.

The hotel attempted to charge us twice for the room and when attempting to fix it staff blamed us and Expedia for the error.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Building was under construction and so breakfast was in the conference room. No drinking water anywhere, so we had to go to the hotel gym to get it.

They were doing construction which I would’ve like to know before we booked. However the room was cleaned very well. I always clean before I allow my family to get in the bed and use tables, but my Clorox wipes were spotless! The rooms are spacious. We did hear construction early that morning but it wasn’t unbearable.

Property is under construction. The parking lot is hard to get around due to construction. Lobby was a mess. The staff was nice but they forgot to clean my room. Will not stay here again until they finish construction.

The property was under a “refresh” so there was work being done while we were there. However, that’s really not an excuse to have to breakfast so poorly staffed. The hotel was fully booked and there was nothing me poor lady cooking breakfast in an electric skillet. They ran out of everything early. It was like they had no idea we would all be there.

Great location not too far from the airport. The hotel was under a lot of construction while we stayed there, but was a very nice hotel.

This hotel is right in the middle of all the restaurants and places you want to go when you’re in Bentonville. Great staff and great coffee. The most importance is the room is quiet from noises. Easy check ins and easy check outs. Overall experience is beyond my expectations. Book with confidence.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional!! So friendly and genuine smiles were seen. The room was so nice. Hotel is undergoing a remodel and our room was so nice. Shower water was hot. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was good, typical fare for a hotel breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. This will be our go to place in NWA.

Not the room type I paid for. No fridge, no microwave, TV didn't work, toilet ran, didn't get the shower I ordered, front desk failed to tell me the room was not finished, said they didn't have king beds anymore... .

Excellent location for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were greeted and checked in by very friendly staff (Ren), who also is an excellent bartender too. Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, and we also enjoyed the coffee and breakfast as well. The location is very convenient too - right off the highway and near plenty of shopping. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks.

The staff, especially Ren at the front desk made our stay in Bentonville with their friendliness and their energy. We were especially happy to be able to park our 4 bikes in our room and we were also given the option of keeping them in a locked room near the front desk if they didnt fit (they fit)

The traffic noise is far worse than before and the hotel has no control of that. The breakfast was mediocre at best. But the thing mybhusband really didn't like was no thermostat or way to adjust heat or cool.

The beds are so small and they felt hard as a rock. Not to mention we asked for a blanket and linens they gave us thin blanket. When we left in the morning there was a bin in the hallway with large, soft blankets that were never offered.

The room had an interesting smell I could not quite figure out. The bathroom was small and not functional, shower was also dirty. Killed 3 centipedes before we checked out the next day

The hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. However, there was too much noise from the interstate highway traffic. Also, the a/c unit in our room made a lot of noise so it was very hard to sleep through it.

They were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and the breakfast was very good! We will definitely be staying there again if we travel that way.

The Hotel room was one of the nicest rooms I have personally stayed at. Room was very spacious and had some of the best water pressure for a hotel, I have ever had

The room we stayed in was outdated, matched the parking lot. But, we were comfortable and had what we needed. Camilo at the front desk was amazing, so much knowledge and recommendations were given.

Not sure how this property could get 9 stars rating, because that’s the only reason why I booked it. It is extremely old and not clean

We were able to park our truck and trailer in the parking lot. All the parking lot lights were out, so didnt really like that. The ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom had cracks in them and peeling, fridge froze our food, and it was noisy being right by the interstate. But staff was great, room was clean and big, and breakfast was good every morning.

The hotel was really nice but the room location was HORRIBLE.

Hotel was older and paint was peeling in the room. No ice machine on the floor. Also loud outside the window.

The room was very clean, staff was always upfront ready to help. Wish there were better options for a restaurant next door because IHOP was horrible waited over an hour and never got our food so decided to leave back to the hotel and bought noodles from the front desk instead. Thankful the front desk had options to pick from.

Offered to put us in yet another room! I was livid! Finally sent someone to help with the tub faucet Out of 3 ice machines, only one worked (on first floor; we were on the 5th floor) Needed microwave for neck wrap (have a neck issue and need heat to relieve pain) that needed to be heated up throughout the night; only microwave was on the first floor, in the breakfast area, again we were on the 5th floor Never again will use a booking website; we needed to receive a full refund for the horrific experience we endured! This was our first Hyatt experience and it’ll be the last.

Room was great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility wasn’t prepared for breakfast. Ran out of tableware, plates, glasses, and had to substitute some preprepared food items for their regular fare.

Really good hotel, however the European square pillows are terrible. Was in the UK 3 weeks ago and only 1 of the 3 hotels we stayed in were still using these customer unliked pillows. Also on both days we stayed here the shower gel was empty and they didn't have a bath sized bar of soap, only 1 small bar for the sink. On the second day we did not receive any washcloths for use while showering. However would still stay here again as these are things that can be easily fixed.

We were quite disappointed and surprised on the condition of this property. Exterior landscape beds are full of weeds, the pool area is NOTHING like the photo. The pool was cloudy with slimy sides and horribly uncomfortable chairs that should have cushions. What hotel in 2025 doesn't have a microwave in the room? No water dispensers in the lobby? Wallpaper in the loby area is peeling up. This is a HYATT?

Stayed here for a nearby concert. Service and attention to guest needs was absolutely over the top. Assistant manager Ren personally drove us to the concert and made sure to give us their cell number for pick up. When we called they were already finishing the first trip back and came back and got us for the complimentary ride from the concert. Very clean. Quiet. Nice free breakfast. Somebody is obviously trying hard to run a hotel with attention to customer service. Very congenial.

We had a very nice stay. Our air conditioner went out but the staff was on it immediately and gave us another room, even offering to help us move. They made sure we were comfortable and provided excellent, friendly service throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean, the pool was great, beds were comfortable and water pressure was great.

The hotel was clean and looked nice. The lobby, halls, and elevators we very warm for 90° plus day, but when we walked into our room it was nice and cool and felt great. The room was clean bit the fridge didn't seem like it got very cold. The shower had a crack in the ceiling and when the unit above ran water, it was steadily dripping into pur shower. The beds were very firm and we did not sleep well at all. The beds were not comfy at all. We went down to check out the breakfast and decided not to eat. There wasn't a lot of choices and my kids were bummed they didn't offer waffles or pancakes. This hotel will work for people who like a bed that is like laying on the floor, and if you don't care about breakfast options.

The first room they gave us smelled like a dog crapped it. The carpet in both rooms were so dirty that i didn’t walk barefoot in stocking feet. Kept my shoes on. The overall cleanness was horrible.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHEETS/BLANKETS ARE WASHED. I flipped my blanket over throwing stuff on the bed & it was one of the most gross things I’ve seen. The colors/stains/spots. I went to Walmart to get a blanket cause i was scared

It was wonderful. The only complaint I have is the pool wasn’t available and it was why we booked in the first place. Also a light wouldn’t work in the room which is an easy fix

What a nice surprise this hotel was. Friendly staff, Extra large divided rooms, sitting area, comfortable beds, very quiet and peaceful. Close to a lot of shopping, entertainment, etc. Good breakfast too. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

Hotel is right off interstate, so the rooms facing the interstate are noisy. The breakfast did not have eggs, bacon or yogurt. They said they were out and would have resupply on next truck. Of course that didn't really help me for breakfast. They could have easily went to Wal-Mart and pick of the breakfast items to accommodate their guest. We stayed here because breakfast was included.

We initially had an ADA room but the shower head was SMALL and also did not have a pull out couch as advertised, but the staff at the front (Ren and Will) were AMAZING! Super helpful and friendly offered us another room to switch to and we did. The 2nd room was perfect. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again for sure!

I did not like that I had to be placed on the 1st floor due to having a pet, and pay an extra $25 above the $50 a night for my dog. The lady at the desk was very confusing and hard to understand. I loved the area and how clean it was. I would’ve stayed another night but I did not want to pay extra another night for my dog.i also was told I could not leave my dog by himself if I left for an errand. Very upset over this.
