Very convenient to XNA, and has a shuttle (didn’t need). Is quiet. Not really near anything else. The breakfast is better than average, with good hot choices, good coffee, and early morning availability. The facility itself could do with an upgrade. Starting to be a bit musty.

I liked that they had a pool available! It wasn’t well kept, the ac unit was outdated and hard to get working. There was a moldy smell coming from the bathroom and overall didnt feel as clean.

Although the hotel was very clean it had an old feel to it and was pretty dark. The beds were comfortable. Early breakfast starting at 4a and ride to airport right on time. If ever needed again I would certainly stay there.

I only stay at this hotel out of convenience. It’s falling apart, the rooms are not clean, and our room didn’t go below 75. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are half pillows. I didn’t even know they made those. Also, the staff is less than thrilled to check in guests. If you can avoid this hotel, do.

When flying out of XNA, I always stay at the Wingate. The hotel is welcoming and comfortable, and the shuttle to the airport is wonderful. It really makes traveling much easier.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. This location is super close to the airport and they do have a shuttle ( I did not need it but it is available). This location had one of the better "free breakfasts" with a good selection of food and the staff kept it stocked.

Floor is warped possible water inside. Furniture looks like a good it was donated. No plug for phones. Very sticky floor. Better to stay at a Tom Bodetts place.

We could not find any USB ports in the room which we needed. Upon check out I asked why there were no USB ports in the room I was told people kept stealing them and the ports were on the TV. Other than the port issue and a ugly bug on the bed our stay was ok but I would not stay there again.

One of the pillows has blood on it, the bathroom was filthy, the phone didn’t work, one of the lightbulbs was out. We spoke to the manager, George, and he was very argumentative he was not helpful or apologetic at all. He sent a lady with a rag and a bottle of Clorox to the room. We asked for a new room. George said they had no rooms available. Then one magically became open so he sent a lady up with key cards for us. So when we finally got all moved over to the new room we asked George for some kind of compensation and he refused and he was very loud and argumentative with us. Never apologized for a filthy room with blood spots on the pillow. In the morning we called down as asked for a late check out and George refused and said we needed to leave at regular check out time. We said we needed to be compensated for the time we spent moving in and out of rooms. So he let us stay for one hour extra. George, the manager was another example of very poor customer service that is everywhere these days. The room was disgusting and I would have just left but everything was booked for graduation weekend in this town. Next time I will read reviews and pay attention to what others write. Hopefully this helps another family. Good luck out there guys

The check-in process was chaotic. However, the facility itself was clean and the breakfast was good. Our shuttle to the airport was on time and we only paid $5/day to park our car at the Wingate while we were gone.

The Pre check in was so easy. The rooms and lobby area were clean and Smelled clean. The only issue I had was a family had their little dog in a chair, At the table, giving it bits of food when we came down for breakfast.

Airport shuttle is great. Parking only $5 a day and breakfast starts at 4am. Clean and the staff was friendly. Can't ask for much more at an airport hotel.

The staff is doing the best they can with what they have. It’s outdated so it makes it look run down in some parts. Mattress needs to be replaced. I never understand hotels not refreshing their mattresses often. Bathroom was clean but just outdated so the sink and shower looked dirty but wasn’t. The shower has tile flooring which to me is just nasty in general. Maybe replace with a solid shower so it can be scrubbed and cleaned. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was friendly and are doing the best they can. Breakfast was good. Waffles are the best.

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers shuttle service. The breakfast had a large selection from oatmeal, grits, waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, pastries, juice, yogurt, coffee and tea.

They were very responsive when picking you up at the airport and dropping off. Overall, a good experience. I would use this hotel again.

The rooms are basic but clean. The staff is sensational - best point of this hotel. Proximity to the airport is a definite plus along with the free shuttle. But I defy you to find better staff at another hotel.

The location is very convenient to XNA, which made our travel morning much easier. We also appreciated the nice breakfast offered in the morning—such a great bonus when you’re preparing for a day of travel. Overall, it was an affordable and comfortable stay, and we would absolutely choose to stay here again when flying out of the area.

This hotel was great. The precheck in made checking in so easy and fast. Our room was comfortable and the hot tub and pool were working properly. Thhe breakfast was hot and fresh plus had a good selection of foods. I will definitely stay here again.

Floors need mopping, bathroom door very sticky and dirty, toilet set loose, wires laying on floor from bedroom air conditioner, eating table rocks very bad, hard to eat. Coffee Creamer very old, was just big chunks. Pillows very small for King bed.

Stayed because of the proximity to airport. They had breakfast ready at 4am so I was able to have breakfast before my 6am flight and the shuttle to airport was a big help.

No running water and then the staff lied to say they didn't have my number to let me know leaving a disabled person stranded. On my 1st stay the door lock broke and i was displaced while having a medical event and my meds were in the room. This place is trash!

If you'd like a dumpster fire if a visit, this dilapidated trash pit is for you! Had never been in the area and chose it for the proximity to the airport and shuttle. I booked and prepaid for the night I flew in at 11pm & the night before returning home at 6am, 1 week apart. Arrived about 11pm, dropped my bags in the room,went to get tea in the lobby to take my meds as I'm disabled & beginning to have a flare. I couldn't get back into my room bc the battery in the lock died and no one could open it. Couldn't get to my meds or implant device controller needed for an hour causing me to become sick all night and I couldn't leave my room since they had to manually tear it open. A disabled small woman, 11 days major surgery postop, having a flare only traveling alone due to a family emergency and had just the safety latch to close the door in a completely unknown area. Anyone could have come in while I was violently getting ill in the restroom.I was afraid for my safety, sick and could not wait until the car rental opened & I could leave. Already prepaid coming home, I called to get picked up from the airport and there was no water at the hotel and told to go somewhere else. Where am I supposed to go? Now stranded at the airport. They lied saying they didn't have my number to call, but George had texted me earlier to make sure I was really disabled. Don't stay here. Run!

Stay there when I fly out of XNA. Very close/convenient to said airport. Clean and cost efficient. Rarely use the amenities as it is usually late in and early out. They do offer $5 a day parking and shuttle to the airport, I do not use this as I prefer covered parking at the airport but it would be a cost effective solution for some travelers

There was a strong musty smell in the hotel and the room. The heat fan ran continuously, never shut off so when it was up to temperature, it blew cold air instead of shutting off. The rooms were clean, the hotel is by far the closest one to the airport for my 5:15 AM flight. In addition, the hotel has very early shuttles to the airport so that I could park at the hotel (much cheaper than the airport parking and far more convenient with the shuttle). Steve P.

Perhaps the gentleman at the check in was having a bad day - but friendliness even in the worst circumstances would have been nice. Other staff were terrific, though i am bummed that the email receipt has never came through. Food was awesome. Room clean. Glad we picked Wingate.

I contacted the feont desk Friday evening and notified them that i had 6 -8 ladybugs in my room and was told "yeah they are migrating, nothing we can do". Ok well they are just lady bugs afterall. O ly to find 2 bite marks on my left calf when i am getting dressed Saturday for the wedding. When I google it I fins out that ladybugs bite during migration. Extremely u happy i

Hotel is a little older but looked like it was getting a facelift. The room was good for the price. ( i used my hotel cash to get a good dicount) opted for the big bathtub but didnt use the jets. They looked like it needed cleaner ran thru them. Room was clean, a little older furniture. The living room area is huge with enough room for a blow up matress if needed and the loveseat does fold out. The bedroom is small with just enough room for king bed, 2 nightsatnds and dresser and tv in closet area. Super xlose to airport. No smoking. No working pool or hot tub. About a 10 min drive to town.breakfast was decent but nothing to wrtite home about.

The staff was nice when I could find someone but they charged an extra $25 just because I checked in 1 hour early. I was not told that I would be charged extra or I would have sat in the parking lot. The hallways always smell iffy, partially near the ice machines always smell like a fart, no idea why. The rooms are relatively clean and nice and don’t smell bad like the halls. Do not do your check in before 3 or you will apparently be charged extra without warning.

This place is always clean when I stay and I stay fairly regularly. The staff are helpful, door dash delivers and the price is fair.

Front desk staff and shuttle driver were great and very friendly. The breakfast staff were the best we have ever encountered. Room was just average and had a few problems. Flooring was coming up in the center of the room and bathroom floor trim was dirty.

Pool and hot tub not in use due to renovation. Do not blame property, but blame Expedia for not letting me know.. properties website listed the closures, but Expedia did not!

Really needs a small restaurant/grill. There is nothing within walking distance of the hotel. Flying in to XNA and using the shuttle was a great help. The shuttle staff as well as the AM desk clerk were wonderful!

We stayed here for one night before leaving on a trip to Hawaii. My husband accidentally left his headphones there, and they were very helpful in returning them to him when we returned. We would definitely stay there again.

We initially were sent to a dirty room. The second room was better, as it was clean. However, the second room was musty and dated. I believe the facility is in need of updating. This was surprising since it is a Wyndham property.

Could not sleep due to uncomfortable bedding with 12” pillows. AC unit was very, very loud. LVT floor tiles were peeling up all over. Tub would not drain. Breakfast looked nasty and had a tip jar. Staff were all very nice, polite and helpful although I would never go there.

Leaving the property in the morning one road in or out and there was no traffic light and crossing traffic did not stop. We spent over 30 minutes on two-lane road as lots of people heading to the airport or traveling straight kept us on the side road from being able to time any turns.

Very close to the airport with a running shuttle. The shuttle service starts at 4:00 a.m. and runs every 30 minutes. Hotels a little run down there is no pool or hot tub but for the price it was a great Hotel

Oh my! Stayed here because we had an early flight. That and the friendly staff were the only positives.

there was a computer problem, and it took me about 20 min to complete the check-in. the key card I was given did not work, went to the desk and got another that worked, went in the door and there was water on the Foor, the front desk gave us a new room.

It smelled so bad you could smell cleaning things but it was overwhelming not good. Like body spray on stinky bodies I will not feel comfortable staying at your property again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that there is a continental breakfast and airport shuttle. The condition and cleanliness are a concern. The laminate floor boards in the room are lifted and peeling up as well as other run down cosmetic damage in the room. The bathroom still had hairs on the floor from the previous guest.

I booked this thinking the pool and spa were available inly to realize when checking in that they were not. I would gave booked somewhere else had I known.

The only downside was the pool was closed and our room had ants, but with it being in the country, it was understandable

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, staff was very nice. We chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle and the option to leave our car there during our trip, so that was very convenient and the parking is cheaper. The laminate flooring in our room was coming up in multiple spots and was a major tripping hazard for my mom, or anyone really. It was like the adhesive stopped working and then the board bowed up. Otherwise, nice stay.

This location is in need of major renovation. From the shuttle van to the hotel all is pretty ratty. Air unit in our room leaked water and completely soaked a towel over night. It ran off and on all night long, no consisty to the temperature, and was very loud. Had a very sleepless night. Staff were all frendly. Hotel is very close to the airport and they do offer shuttle service that was nice.

It’s super convenient to the airport, but the management is clearly managing for profit. One elevator of the two is out of order, the pool has been closed for months, the check engine light on the shuttle van is on. It’s too new to feel as tired as the property is.

Very convenient to the airport. Room was comfortable, and adequately equipped with fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. AC cooled well. Hotel has some maintenance issues - pool out of order, as is one elevator. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free hotel.

I stay here regularly, it a nice quiet place that offers a shuttle to the airport.

I beautiful comfortable hotel. Nice bed, comfortable bedding made for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good and the worker at the breakfast bar was friendly. It is close to the airport so it was convenient for us.

Black mold on the ceiling of my room. Obvious leaking issues, water seeping up from under the floorboard.

The stay wasn’t the greatest experience. One elevator was out of order, the pool and hot tub were also in repair, the room was very humid and smelled a little of mold. The stick tile floor was newer in the room but corners were pulling up. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

It's right by the airport so that is convenient for an early flight. It advertises that it has a pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub didn't work, one of the elevators didn't work, ice machine upstairs didn't work, the fridge in our room leaked water and got some of my stuff wet.

The web site lists the property as Bentonville, but it’s not its ten or more miles away. Swimming pool was closed for construction. We didn’t get that information from the website.

Our first room had wet bed sheets like they weren't dried completely and the knob for the shower literally fell off in my hand, we changed rooms, the second room smelled really bad, only reason we didnt leave that night is because it was midnight, checked out first thing in the morning, they didn't charge us for canceling our reservation so that was nice, dont recommend staying there!

Clean, friendly, comfortable beds

The room was very noisy. We picked this hotel for the transport to and from the hotel that was advertised, but we were told that the morning shuttle was full and couldn't accommodate us with our baggage. Then, when we returned, we were told to call a number for pickup, and no one answered the call. We had to pay for an Uber to and from the hotel. We will never use this hotel to travel out of XNA again.

Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again! But hope the pool and hot tub are useable next time!

Very close to the airport and convenient

Unorganized at front desk. We had to wait quite awhile to check in because they had booked people in the wrong rooms. Once we got to our room, it hadn’t been cleaned. Hotel isn’t very clean and smelled like smoke.

The hotel is located just past the airport, but not too far. Nice place & will likely stay here again. Closest place to eat is an easy 10-15 min drive. There is a Dollar General within minutes just past the hotel. Everyone was friendly. Pool was closed, but that was no problem for me. Had to leave out before breakfast @ 5:00, but thats ok they did have fresh coffee ready! Nice staff & very helpful.

The hotel smells horrible when you walk in. At check-in, the computer wouldn't work. Once I went to my room, a window was broken in the hall and my door wouldn't open. I went back and was assigned a new room on a different floor. As soon as I went in to the room, it smelled horrible like farm animal. The rooms were very dim and very few lights in the larger space. The couch was so dirty and dilapidated with large stains that I wouldn't sit on it. The bedroom was ok. The smell was still overwhelming. In the bathroom, the tub had crus in it and hair left behind. The shower floor was dark and grimey. The fan was so loud with the light it woke me up when my husband used the bathroom in the middle of the night. When I took a shower, the body wash was so watered down it was basically water. Overall, I can't believe I had to pay as much as I did for such a terrible, low class, smelly, dirty room where I didn't feel comfortable enough to sit on the couch and the horrid smell woke me from my sleep.

It was near tha airport, but when you walk in, the lobby stunk and then when we got to our bedroom, the beds were hard and the pillows were attrocious. They looked like couch pillows abd we asked for different pillows at the deak and rhay said there were no extra pillows in the hotel.

Dog prints on the floor but otherwise clean room, pool was closed, roof leak on the 3rd floor, ice machine didn’t work, and the location was about 14 minutes from any dining. Having said that, it was priced low so a good value.

We stayed in a deluxe suite and the only thing nice about it was the bed and the jacuzzi tub. The furniture is very dated and was stained, the floor appeared dirty but it could have just been the flooring, when we arrived they had three buckets collecting water in the entrance from the leaking ceiling, their was only one elevator that worked and the pool and hot tub were out of commission as well. Breakfast started at 5 am and we got down there at 6 and their wasn’t any bacon and potatoes there, it took them about 15 minutes to get the food out once we were there.

All of the staff was incredibly friendly and nice. The water in the shower was hot and the breakfast wasn't awful. As far as the rooms of the hotel itself. They smelt like dirty socks. We talked to another guest and they found a cockroach in their sheets. The pool and hot tub were closed, an elevator wasn't working, and the elevator that was working wasn't up to inspection, friends of ours had leaky air conditioners. It may be convenient to the airport, but going the distance to another hotel is worth it! A different hotel should hire the staff.

Clerk failed to tell me about $25 theft protection on credit card. Room was like a 1950’s accommodation - especially the bathroom. One of the two elevators was out of order., old a/c, pool and hot tube out of order also.

Amazing stay

The pool and the hot tub were not in service. They were sorry for the inconvienince but not enough to tell you in advance or on Hotle.com or give you a discount.

It was a terrible experience starting with the customer service, the pool under construction, old and rusty rooms, A/C issues, smelly and humidity rooms, the bath shower stained and we even had bugs experiences 😖👎👎👎👎

Had to book a last minute overnight here due to a cancelled flight. Was very nice to have the option close and with the shuttle provided! Check in, shuttle, and booking were quick and easy, beds were comfortable, room was clean.

Property is very dated but was told they will be renovating soon. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

This property was close to the airport and it was very quiet.

Only one elevator worked. The hot tub and pool were out of order. The bathroom door in our room would not close. That about sums it up.

I thought it was an excellent deal for a hotel near XNA.

I liked the closeness to the airport. It was a very safe environment. I would recommend it highly.

Staff was great. Provided a shuttle to airport. Was able to leave car here for less than airport charge. Will come get us on return trip.
