Great hotel with great staff & clean place.

Great location for our stay. Very close to food and shopping. Breakfast was wonderful and happy hour was a nice touch.

Perfect for family trip. Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are renovated. breakfast is included and a full buffet and egg station. Food is very good. Loved the happy hour with two free drinks and a snack per adult. Indoor, outdoor pool and Jacuzzi and full gym equipped.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The breakfast and the pool were our favorites. At breakfast, we got omlette made to order and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely visit again.

Everything is good! Staff is wonderful. Rooms are good and clean. Area is good location. The only thing I will say will be that the pool needs a little bit of cleaning lots of bugs and dirty areas on the outside pool and mold lines in certain areas of the pool walls and the plastic glass that divided the outside/ inside pool.

We had to check into and out of 3 rooms before we had one with a working AC! Then the electric door lock malfunctioned and we needed to wait for maintenance to diff it one night. The property is old and tired.

Breakfast was excellent. Room not suitable for couples. There is no door between the bedroom (sleeping area) and the bathroom sink and closet area. That means if one person gets up during the night to use the toilet, and then washes their hands, they will disturb their partner who is sleeping. This poor design results in recommending that others avoid this property.

This hotel is very well organized and clean. Breakfast has a variety of hot food and fresh fruit. The omelette lady was very good, handling 4-5 pans at the same time while taking care of every guest's need. The parking space is huge and cost is reasonable ($24 per night). The only downside is its location, a bit away from public transportation (e.g. the red line subway). You must have your own vehicle to go anywhere around DC. Overall, I give the hotel an excellent remark.

Everything was great and the breakfast and daily reception were the best. The location was convenient for our trip to the DC area. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the indoor pool was closed for much of the day for baby swimming lessons.

It was a great room. The iron leaked and I couldn't adjust the temperature. The room was very nice and has a restaurant at site.

Loved the room size, its cleanliness and super comfortable bed. Staff, from front desk to restaurant personnel, are uniformly pleasant and professional. Included breakfast was first rate. Highly recommend.

The start was not great. Our toilet did not work well (and the bathroom needed an upgrade). We asked them to fix the toilet, but it still didn’t work the next night. We asked for a new room and this time it was excellent. The staff was very professional and sympathetic. The breakfast included a wide variety of options and tasted great. I would ask for the highest floor available.

Very time I have a trip to the DC area this is my go to spot!

The pool is only available very limited hours during the week they do private swim lessons, the hot tub was down for maintenance, the a/c quit working the last day in our suite and there was no water pressure in the shower, the toilet however flushed so loudly that it was heard in both rooms. The carpet was frayed and had burn holes, we even upgraded to a corner suite which I expected to be nicer than it was.

Well I was desperate for some R&R and I headed to MD on a rainy day . The drive was well worth it. The embassy suites was centrally located in the best area for me . I was desperate for a mani pedi and it was within 10 minutes and dinner options were abundant . The hotel suite was beautiful and well stocked. Breakfast options were abundant and the omelets and staff were so incredibly pleasant. This hotel was full of families and was packed but you didn’t know it . This will be my fav getaway moving forward.

Everything about the place was excellent, except for the shower. The controls were very odd and the water pressure could use a bit of attention.

I stayed here for an extended weekend and it was great. Joe at the bar was so kind during the happy hour and just any time we saw him while on the property. Lucia L at coffee bar and the breakfast area went out of her way to make my coffee each morning and it was perfect. She was so kind to me and my friend. Maria made an excellent omelette The front desk team were amazing, but I forgot to write their names down

Lovely property - super clean and well maintained. King size bed suite was spacious and ample for our family of three (2 adults, 1 toddler). Only negative is that the parking is extortionate ($24 for the night) and there is no real suitable alternative parking nearby leaving you no option but to accept the rate.

Everything was great

It was our second time there and will stay there again as we have a relative under medical care nearby. Wonderful staff and very clean. The breakfast is outstanding and the evening dinner fair is good too, but my only recommendation would be midday service for those of us who might be staying in that immediate area. Four points to the omelette makers each breakfast.

Definitely have not seen a decent hotel in quite some time. There is no such thing as perfect but there were 2 things that bothered me and they both included housekeeping. 1.) If a room is occupied and you knock and do not get a answer or if there is no check out that day and no one ask for housekeeping. Housekeeping SHOULD NOT just enter the room. That was a huge no.2.) Then while at breakfast coming back to the room. I guess the housekeeper was cleaning my room and another. I came back to the pillows thrown in a corner on the floor.Now she did change the pillow cases. Even still she could have sat the pillows on the night stands. Other than this I would give 5 stars

It's conveniently located at the first exit on the 270 just off of the I95/495. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Their wide selection complementary breakfast was excellent. Made to order omelettes if you wish!! They offered two complimentary alcoholic beverages between 5 and 6 p.m. Overall the accomnodation was a decent!

Traveling from National Airport, I called the hotel to find out what Metro station was closest. I waited 14 minutes of ringing before anyone answered. When I got to my room, the inside of the little refrigerator was filthy -- black gunk on the shelves and the inside of the door. The staff could not answer basic questions about navigating the area as a pedestrian, could not answer any but the most basic questions about where the nearest stores were and what they offered. All utensils for food were made of plastic. No one cleaned my room after my first night. Housekeeping staff could not speak English. The breakfast was okay -- the oatmeal was very watery. The happy hour bar was decent, although my friends could not drink the white wine they offered because it was so bad. They ended paying for their drinks so they could have something decent. And all of this to attend a funeral! Jeez!

Flush the toilet or take a shower and it sounded like a roaring jet engine. I was glad I am deaf without my hearing aids. Otherwise the staff were super friendly and helpful!

The staff was very nice and our room was clean. The pool needed cleaning. The breakfast was very good. My biggest complaint is the additional $25 per night for parking. You should include it in your nightly rate price. It’s a deceiving practice. There is no other place to park so it’s not optional.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites, Bethesda. The hotel lobby is inviting, the rooms spacious and clean. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was excellent. There were many food choices and all staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff were responsive, however management should step in to prevent these things from happening in the first place, let alone more than once.

This hotel is definitely a 4.5. I loved my room and the balcony it was clean. The bed was great. The TVs were good. The amenities were nice. They didn't have bathrooms, but everything else was perfect. It was close to almost a five star. Stay to be honest.

This is the second time we've stayed here as a family. Rooms are clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. I love the complimentary drinks given, and the breakfast is great. My kids approved it too. I will say that watch the clearance in the garage because just because you can drive in there only the first level prior to the ramps/turns will accommodate a luggage carrier on top of your roof. Unfortunately I learned the hard way and smashed mine beyond repair and I had just bought it. I did notice a clearance sign hanging just beyond where we fit, after.

The Elevator is broken couple times and 9 floor with 2 kids not fun. And pool every time booked by private classes. My kids need wait almost by 7 pm

Check in was smooth and easy. Front desk was welcoming and polite and very helpful. We were greeted immediately and with a smile. Room was clean and housekeeping was very nice, helpful, and polite. Although the bedroom tv did not turn on. When we reported it to front desk who made the process easy the situation was not fixed. Bartender was not welcoming. He made a tasteless inappropriate joke to myself and my husband. Which made it uncomfortable that my husband and me tipped and took our drinks to the room. We went to the pool which is a good size. But it was a little dirty with a ring around it. Breakfast was good. The staff were amazing. Met a lady who worked there by the name of Marie G. Who was very friendly and welcoming to my family. She was very warming and polite. She also remembered us the next day which is always warming. Overall staff is amazing besides the bartender . you will definitely feel welcomed.

Hilton hotels are always good, but the view on this one was awesome, I would recommend staying on upper floors, and great breakfast too!

The room was really nice and had plenty of space for our family of four. The kids loved the pool. Some guests left the pool area a little messy, but a cockroach enjoyed cleaning up after them 😬. Other than that we really loved everything about the hotel and would definitely go back again.

Overall this hotel is very nice. Majority of the staff is pleasant and professional, but we did have an issue with Maria the room cleaning staff. She knocked on the door lightly in the morning and as I was heading to the door she opened it and saw the large sum of cash on the shelf under the tv. I asked for 2 towels and she left. That evening when we came back into the room Maria knocked softly again and let herself in while my husband was sitting on the couch. He asked why she was walking into the room and she couldn’t give an explanation. It made us uncomfortable and alerted the front desk staff immediately. When you go just have everything put up and away.

This hotel has both a pool and hot tub. However, the pool is closed during various times for private swim lessons.

The room and staff were great. Breakfast was exceptional. The hot tub had hot water but the jets didn’t work. Multiple people called the front desk but nothing was done and nobody from maintenance came to help.

Our stay was great. The staff were welcoming and professional. They gave a free snack and drink from the bar. The complementary breakfast is phenomenal. The hotel and room were clean. Weekdays the pool is closed from 2 to 7, which is a little bit of a downfall not being open until seven and check-in being at four.. also if I could change one thing in the room, I would put a door between the sink area and the bedroom although it was nice that there was a door from the shower area to the sink area and on the other side from the toilet area to the suite.

Breakfast was great, especially because of the omelets. Room was clean with some exceptions like some dirty sheets on the sofa bed kit but was replaced without issues. Main concern was the AC unit making a lot of noise and not cooling

Yes this was the best breakfast ive ever had at a hotel. They offered free made to order omelets with multiple choices, had the best bacon and hashbrown tator tots. They also had the Belgium waffle maker's and fresh cut up fruit along with the yogurts, cereals, and breads.

Overal definitely will go back and recommended to anyone especially bigger familys with kids

Everything was great! No problems with late check in, no problems with check out. Pool was warm and provided towels. Breakfast was amazing and we woke up early just to eat otherwise we would’ve slept in all morning on those comfy beds. Only complaint i have was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door leading to the master bedroom. I have a 4 year old who loves to walk in on me while I’m vulnerable lol so the lack of a lock took away that privacy. WiFi was strong and overall we will definitely be back!!!

Everything was clean and in order. Check-in was smooth. We had two small dogs, so I guess we were out in the pet wing as we could hear other dogs. They provided dog treats and had a dedicated pet area in back near the parking where there’s a side walk down to a pond with grass on each side. It was baby central at the pool but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good with omelettes made to order. WiFi and outlets were plentiful as well as places to work outside the room. Highly recommend.

Book for my daughter and family for the birth of their new baby at a local hospital. Staff extremely helpful in making sure the crib was set up for my grandson. Pool was nice and warm for the little’s. Breakfast was delicious and wonderful variety. Overall stay 10/10 highly recommended!!!

There were lots of families staying there; the indoor pool had kids enjoying it from 7am on! Parking onsite is convenient & cost $24/day. The breakfast buffet is good: omelettes, bacon & sausage, pancakes, yoghurt, toast and pastries. Daily happy hour includes 2 drinks; munchies were slim (tortilla chips & salsa, peanuts).

I did pick this hotel based on location and that part was not ideal-not their fault the weather and street construction outside of the hotel makes walking to local shopping or restaurants impossible. The low stars has to do with the 4 inch roach that scurried across the floor during the busy breakfast 2/16/2026. That is disgusting, and telling of the actual level of cleanliness

-Pillows were all flat, I called room service at 9:30pm for new ones and they said they don’t have room service at night. They said they would send some in the morning (not helpful at that point) and they didn’t come anyway. -Bathtub faucet in off position dripping the whole night, bathtub stained and dirty. -Shower head broken off of wall -air/heat unit making loud rattling sounds

The only downsides were that the property feels a bit outdated and could use some repairs. We experienced flickering light bulbs and a running toilet, which took away slightly from the experience. Despite those issues, it was still a comfortable stay and I would consider staying here again, especially if some updates are made.

The shower is really great, very good water pressure. The room has fridge, microwave and separate area to rinse glasses etc. the people at from desk were super nice. The elevators are fast and bar and breakfast area very nice. I highly recommend this place

Last week in Maryland (and around the country) there was record snow, ice and frigid temperatures that shut everything down. There were NO plans made to provide extended food service. No lunch, no sandwiches, no hot drinks, nothing! I was there for a week, and had to move elsewhere for 3 nights just before the storm hit.

They accomodated us for an early check-in. The kitchen staff at breakfast was over the top friendly and the food was excellent.

Wrongfully accused of smoking in my room. They waited 2 days after my departure to charge me without any receipt, emailed updated folio, or knowledge of the charge. They literally sent me a picture of an empty trashbag with flakes of "something" - 180 stays per year in hotels and I will NEVER stay here!! Beware of stick and move charges fraudulently charged to your account days after resolving your room stay.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were very courteous all the time. It is located close by a mall with several dining options and it is not far from Washington DC. Really recommend this hotel.

The staff and the rooms were wonderful. You need a car to get anywhere. The included breakfast was great with lots of options. The food on the hotel restaurant menu was just okay. The food and drink choices on the 'free daily managers reception' were lacking.

Room was quiet, clean, well-appointed. Shower head was remarkable. Towels were large and fluffy. Breakfasts were exceptional - something for the carnivores and the vegetarians. Evening receptions were good. Staff greeted us each and every time we got off the elevator. Breakfast staff were happy, helpful and cheerful. Fitness centre was well equipped and easy to access - I was there every day. Parking adjacent to the facility was too and very expensive - but clean and safe. I'd stay there again if ever in North Bethesda again.

Also, when will you be adding any cable channels or access to streaming platforms on your TV’s? I stay with ES whenever I’m in town which is usually one a month and the channel selection is not the best. Besides that is was a great stay and excellent service from the young men at the front desk.

Room was clean. I requested more pillows & extra blanket and it was sent to the room quickly with no issues. Staff is excelente with the exception of the bartender, she was short and not very friendly. The breakfast was great and morning staff super friendly, helpful and super pleasant attitudes. My 2nd time here and I'll continue to come back. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful except the parking. The parking garage has high curbs on curvy ramps too narrow for large cars to maneuver without scraping up wheel rims.

I didn’t get a chance to go to the bar, but that is always a great incentive in staying at the Embassy suites along with the fact that they have the full breakfast option. The only negative thing I have to say about my stay is that the bed was very uncomfortable and it looks like the bed needs to be retired. I did let them know that as soon as I got there, but nothing was done to accommodate the very uncomfortable bed. If you sat in the middle of the bed, the head and foot of the bed almost rises simultaneously.

​I encountered significant disruptions across three core areas: ​ Upon arrival, I attempted to utilize room service from Darcy’s Kitchen, as the information available suggested, only to be informed that this service is not offered at this location. This inconsistency between advertised services and availability is misleading. ​ The most disruptive issue was the non functional wi-fi service. Despite attempts to connect, the network would not load, rendering internet access impossible throughout my stay. This failure meant my personal devices, including my Fire Stick, could not be used, and I lost critical access to necessary work and personal communication. ​ The television remote explicitly featured a Netflix button, yet the service was unavailable. This, combined with the lack of working Wi-Fi, meant the in-room entertainment options were severely limited. ​ ​Basic room comfort was also compromised, leading to poor rest. ​The room temperature was persistently hot, and the HVAC system did not adequately cool the space. ​The bedding arrangement was irregular; the Pillow cases contained folded sheets inside of them creating an uncomfortable and bulky surface.

I hate it must stay at this hotel. I ended up leaving early and not completing my stay staff, member is coming in my room without me or my permission to clean my room. Things went missing of items were stolen and I did not appreciate to the point that the police was called. Will never stay again.

We brought our senior dog, and there were plenty of areas for walking. The only issue we had was parking in an attached parking garage was $22/ nightly. This cost wasn't disclosed upfront. I didn't understand why so much and not included in the room fee.

Our downsides were that the walls were thin so we could hear the neighbors, the balcony was deceptively small, and we were placed very close to the elevator so there was noise from noisy guests throughout the night. I would have paid more money to not be by the elevator but it was not an option upon booking.

However I would be remiss if I didn't mention they close the indoor swimming pool to guests during a good chunk of the day time for swimming lessons for the community. While this is good for the community, it might be disappointing to you if you planned on using the pool during the day. I would suggest you call the motel to inquire about the pool availability if it is important to you. Even with this, I still would highly recommend the hotel.

Our pull out bed had a nasty stain on the mattress! I felt for the money we spent I would not have seen something like that?! It was yellow and black.

Decent hotel but a little dated.

Liked staff, room cleanliness, amenities, room size, hotel facilities, vouchers for drink and diner. Did not like much Paid parking and breakfast.

W asked for rollaway. It was denied. We had one last time we stayed her. We asked couch be made up and have linens and bedding. Not in room. We had to awkwardly make it up to Bally some help from an inexperienced desk person. We asked for more towels. Never arrived.

The hotel is dated but nice. Breakfast in the morning is really good, the ladies there do a great job of keeping up with fresh omelettes, etc. all that was excellent. The front desk staff was very, very nice and accommodating. There was one bartender at the bar unfortunately that was extremely rude and the three times we encountered him was not kind or helpful at all. It was unfortunate. He seemed very unhappy and like he really didn’t like his job at all.

Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast and complimentary cocktail hour. I loved the size of the suite. Each suite has two rooms, and each room has an entry way to the bathroom, meaning the bathroom had 2 entries/exits. Some bathrooms have walk in showers, some have tubs (those are the accessible ones i believe). Each room in the suite had doors as well for a semblance of privacy. The bed I had was king sized, though the mattress couldve been comfier honestly. My mattress at home is better quality. The kitchenette was useful. My only complaint was cleanliness.... I had requested housekeeping the first night despite them being on my floor when i left. But also, I had seen a roach. A roach at the Hilton is pretty unprecedented. I wanted to take a picture but was unable to due to shock and fear.

Clean, comfortable and affordable, this Embassy is a keeper. I have stayed here multiple times and am never disappointed. Great free breakfast, easy parking and very friendly staff.

Love this hotel

Deadlock was very difficult to set. One handle fell off of double French doors leading from seating area to bedroom. These things happen and they are certainly not going to keep me from booking here again but they do need to be addressed by the maintenance personnel. I did not mention these to front desk personnel upon checkout as they were very busy.

This has been my go to hotel over the past couple years. However our past two visits have not met my expectations. The previous visit I found a transgender hormone pill in the corner of my room. My son was just starting to crawl so that could have ended badly. This time around I asked for the room to be double cleaned and ready for us. The room was clean and great upon arriving. I took a shower the next morning and the water was pooling in the tub which was pretty gross. I then later that night realized the mini fridge in our room had broke. We had brought some hello fresh meals that all spoiled. They replaced the fridge the next day and my son’s morning and night teething gels had gone missing. I kinda expected them to offer to take something off my bill considering I lost

The Embassy Suites Bethesda is amazing. The rooms are large, comfortable and immaculate. The breakfast is wonderful with an omelets station and something for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, there is an early evening happy hour with a free drink for each adult member of your party each night of your stay. It has a parking garage that requies a parking fee for each day, but considering all of the accomodations, this is a bargain.

This property never once cleaned our room or even gave us more towels, never cleaned trash. The fire alarm was hanging by wires in our room and they refused to do a thing. The cleaner in the lobby cursed at my gf when our dog had an accident! There were cockroaches in the pool area. The pool was closed 2-7 for lessons!!!

I love Embassy suites, but at this location the customer service was not welcoming. The gentleman at the front was very sarcastic…needs customer service training especially in empathy.

Was shocked to find out that the pool was used for swim lessons and our 2 kids weren’t able to use it til 7pm. They suggested the hot tub but both kids were under the age restriction for hot tubs. We brought our dogs and one had an accident in the lobby, we asked for paper towels from a cleaning lady and she said she didn’t have any and gave huge attitude. We cleaned it up ourselves. We were locked out and locked in the parking garage multiple times I had to call twice to get our Barcode reset up. Our room was never cleaned the entire stay there. We stayed over four days so we never got any replenished of coffee or towels, toilet paper or anything for that matter every time I needed something I had to text or call the lobby, which made it kind of inconvenient our trash was never collected the entire time so we would have to bag it up ourselves and get our own trash bags and put it in the hallway. I called on day two to let them know that the fire detector was hanging off the wall by a wire. They said they would send someone up the next day however, no one came.The free happy hour was also disappointing as the bartender was extremely miserable. I understand as they’re giving us two free drink drinks but still, I would assume our nightly rate contributed to that and the appetizers were 2 celery sticks, and they didn’t have any ranch left and no one replenished at the entire time and the other night was crushed chips. And caramel corn overall wasn’t very happy.

Great check in experience, we were made to feel very welcome . Hotel itself is well maintained and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Plenty of parking in the deck behind the hotel but I saw lots of cars parked on the street and couldn't tell why. Then I went into the parking deck. The cement stairs had MAJOR cracks in the concrete and in many areas the concrete was breaking off in small and large chunks from the walls and ceilings, VERY scary looking.
