As always this hotel is wonderful. I stay here every time I am in Bluffton. Staff is great. I always get the room I want, they are very helpful. I would not stay anywhere else.

Overall hotel was good, but in our room the carpets need to be cleaned. They were sticky on your feet and socks. Better exhaust vent in the bathroom would help too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We've stayed at this location many times and it never disappoints. The breakfast is fabulous, staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and well furnished.

Very friendly and helpful staff who helped make our stay run smoothly since we were staying there as we were waiting to move into our house. The front desk helped print out necessary documents, the housekeeping cleaned when we asked since we have a dog, and the breakfast was good and well attended by a friendly associate.

We were put in a handicapped room… we didn’t ask for it or need it. The room was fine but shower was a walk in and water got throughout the bathroom floor. Slippery

Breakfast used to be good at Hampton, it is not now. It was not hot, meat choices limited to turkey sausage patties, bisquits, no Bacon served. Make sure that all the rooms have been updated with new beds...every move keep us awake

Vanity and faucet were poorly designed. Actually, entire unit is poorly designed with the desk/dresser in the middle. Hard to watch TV.

That it was clean when we arrived and breakfast. That they did not tell us when we arrived that they only service the room every other day. No toiletries, no shower cap, no safe.

Breakfast had a good variety. Lady who worked the buffet kept things clean and fresh food flowing!

Area felt safe. Only interacted with 2 people. Neither were terribly unfriendly or friendly. Just very direct. We didn’t visit the gym or pool. Only needed the room to lay our heads and it was a great place for that. It was quiet which I appreciate.

In my room, there was what appeared to be a rubbery bra strap on the floor--which made it seem like it was not cleaned thoroughly or properly.

The curtain didn’t close,the bed was shaped like a bird bath,the door didn’t fit correctly left a big space and gave us a room with a handicap shower with chair in it and it was gross.

Not this year.?This will be my last stay because of a hotel that doesn’t allow you to take care of business. I spend thousands of dollars a year at your location. Mostly pleasure. The personwhp took care of our room.was excellent. The hotel was on the older side, but still very well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was the toilet was so low and the shower curtain needed to be replaced, it was riped.

Parking area is fine Air Conditioning sort of strange the temperature in the room kept changing, even though I said it at one temperature I really don’t like the idea of being in a hotel with dogs. I would’ve thought that they would have one floor for dogs, but it seems as though they were all over

This is our go-to hotel for the night before we spend a week on HHI! It's conveniently located off I-95. The rooms are comfortable, the staff friendly and the breakfast is incredible! We couldn't ask for more.

Room was nice, bathroom and shower were for handicap. In construction. Floor wasn’t done correct and when used shower, left a 4 ft round puddle of water in center of bathroom floor. Was only there for two days if I would’ve been there longer, I would’ve definitely requested another room.

Had to change my room once it had a mildew smell the second room was good.

Great location, great property. Staff was friendly & efficient at check in. Only issue was that they sent another guest to the same room, so we had unexpected company walk in, which was disconcerting for all.

I expect a higher level of overall quality from Hampton Inn. At this particular location Breakfast was terrible on both mornings of our stay, cleaning of the room (emptying of waste baskets, etc) and restocking of simple things like paper coffee cups was not provided. The front desk staff was not knowledgeable when asked about nearby restaurants, shops and points of interest in the area. Overall experience AT THIS PARTICULAR hotel was not representative of overall Hampton Inn quality and experience we find at other locations.

Another point choosing your hotel was the pool which was closed throughout our whole stay.

Felt the hotel could use a refresh. Plus the machine that makes the room keys was down so there was no room keys. Every guest had to be escorted to their room to have entrance.

Only stayed one night in a handicap room. Didn't need this type of room. Thought the rate was a little high for what you got. Clean, quiet, convenient but nothing special.

High pitch noise in the room. No idea where is coming from. We could hear a barking dog. Lastly, mold in batbroom tiles in the shower. Staff is friendly. Showing its age.

My husband and I came in for our first trip to Bluffton/Sun City. Staff were very welcoming. Hotel accommodations were nice. The room was serviced each day of our stay.

Our check in went smoothly and the staff was friendly. The first impression of the property not as good. The designated smoking area was right outside of the entrance which made the entrance and lobby smell like cigarettes. The bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. They were lumpy. The couch was old and very difficult to get out of. The breakfast was a highlight. It had a good variety of food that was fresh and hot. The attendent obviously took a great deal of pride in her job and was constantly refilling the food and cleaning the area.

Then, 2nd room they moved be to, the TV didn’t work and there was no soap in shower. When I told front desk they had someone fix tv, but never had soap in shower. Decided to go and stay at another hotel that was newer and cleaner rather than stay a 3rd night.

We book this hotel for our son when he drives to and from school! He always comments on how nice the room is and conveniently located.

Overall would recommend this property. The room was spacious with a bed, desk, love seat and chair as well as a wet bar area. The bathroom vanity was too small for the room, and the bed was not at all comfortable.

We were in a handicap room, but we are not handicap, which was fine for my daughter and I because we’re short the shower head is short, which is understandable when you’re a handicap. And the front door had gaps in it like it was not hung right, and you need to clean the shower head because some of the nozzles did not work, but we had a wonderful stay. And the employees were very nice and the breakfast was awesome.

When checking in, there was no one at the desk. It was only 4pm. I waited several minutes with no one there. I called out and the person said they would be there in a minute. The woman came out and was not very pleasant. Everything else about the hotel was awesome. I love the hotel and the room.

After we arrived and started to unpack, i was walking in the room in my socks, and they got wet from a soggy carpet. I called the front desk right away, and they switched us to another room. The refrigerator was probably leaking, and it had a funny odor.

The only negative was limited parking and the bed was a little soft for my taste, but otherwise it was excellent.

The beds in the room were all caved in. The caulking in the shower was moldy. The water from the shower pooled up in front of the toilet. The stall were all very friendly and helpful.

Do not mind a pet friendly hotel; however, for those of us with animal allergies, it’s a little rough! Maybe keep one Floor Open for pets so others don’t have to suffer with allergies or with constant barking???

The staff was friendly. The maid service was excellent. Rooms were spacious and the work table was large.
