My kids and I loved being able to walk two minutes to a beautiful beach! The pools are very nice too. The food at Marisol is amazing! I highly recommend The Beach Club at Boca Raton!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place. The staff have been nice and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and daily service spotless. It is a club with plenty of nice little touches like chocolates, lip balms, beach bag and slippers, to name a few. The mandatory 20% service charge meant we did not have to worry about tipping and the staff did not expect any. We took the boat to the Cloister several times and doubt it pleasant and convenient. Would definitely go back.

The rooms were nice. The food was quality was not commiserate with the prices being charged. The waitstaff in the restaurants were average. We were treated very well by the valets, bellmen, and the life guard. The beach had a fair amount of trash on it but we did not see anyone from the hotel picking up the trash while we were there. They advertise that they have 10 restaurants "on site", but that is not quite true. The Beach Club only had one restaurant and a bistro. They would not even bring food to us on the beach even though we were given a menu with food and drinks. The other restaurants were located at their sister property that could be accessed via shuttle or water taxi. Unfortunately, due to bad weather the restaurant at the Beach Club was flooded the first night we were there and remained closed for the remaining time that we were there. We ended up eating off site for our meals. But, it turns out that the food was much better elsewhere and it was much more affordable. We did not like that any activity like pickle ball was an additional charge. Which, like their food, was quite a bit pricey compared to playing pickle ball at another facility. Bottom line is, we would not stay here again. We have been to several other "5-star" resorts and this one does not come close to our other experiences.

Location, facilities, pools and beaches were wonderful. Front-desk staff at first was a bit unpolite, but later (after we dealt with someone else) it improved. Our waiters in the pools were awesome! Our waiter at Marisol? down-right rude.

The room had a patio out to the pools and ocean with a view of the ocean! The amenities were outstanding along with the service. The entire property was clean and well kept! Go, you will not be disappointed.

Consider a few things: Food prices are high. For instance breakfast for two was $100 with tip. Also covered cabanas are $350 a day. Because the beach area is confined to “non member and non resident” chairs are crowded together. Currents at the beach are challenging (and I am or WAS a competitive open water swimmer). In my opinion not the safest place for small children. But ultimately we had a great time. Just bring your wallet.

I stayed for two nights in March. The property is beautiful. The service is amazing. I mean there’s nothing not to like the rooms are clean and luxurious. It’s a five star hotel all the way I would absolutely return.

The Boca beach club has always been an amazing property… You know you’re going to get quality for the money, and I’ve always been happy. Now, our room is shabby, both the bathroom and the bedroom, there is construction going on at the hotel and we were not notified in advance, and the elevator was closed Near our room… And more . For $1000 per night, I expected much more from The Boca Raton. (Formerly The Boca Beach Club)

Was a fine place, but too expensive for these inconveniences that occured. I paid just under 1,800 for two nights for a standard double-bed room. I thought that was quite high. On top of that, at the end of my stay, they charged an extra 100 per night for resort fee. Really? This was not disclosed upon check-in. Also, we arrived early, at 9am, and asked them a day before for an early check-in. They did not accommodate this. They let us know they will work on it and text us when a room will be ready. Well, they never texted. So I went back to the front desk to check after tanning by the pool area around 4pm and they hadn't even worked on it yet. The day of check out, I asked if there was any way to do a later check-out (let them know I was even fine to pay a fee for that), but they also said they cannot accommodate for this. Gee, thanks! So yeah!! How could I say with that price that this was a nice stay?

We stayed 4 nights and paid about $3,000 for the stay and had a hotel bill of over $2,000 when we checked out. $5,000 for 4 days. What a total rip off! The property is a bit run down too.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. It’s a gem situated in Boca. Our 8 and 5 year old had the best time!! The restaurants were all amazing but nothing beats the staff and their eagerness to make your stays exceptional. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Up market hotel, with ocean view rooms in the beach club section. Lots of swimming pools and am excellent choice of restaurants in the harbour side section of the hotel. A water taxi and a shuttle bus service is available between the two parts of the hotel.

Property is so clean and well taken care of. My wife and I have stayed at The Breakers in Palm Beach, The Biltmore in Coral Gables and Four Seasons...by far the Boca Beach Club is the grandest. Shout out to Sergio, Ben, Ming, Maddy, Alex (AJ), Jordan from the beach staff and welcome staff. Would like to thank Maya & Jordan from the Palm Court Bar and Kevin from Monkey Bar. Wonderful staff and great people. Looking forward to seeing everyone again next year!

Before our arrival, I got a call from the hotel letting me know they were upgrading our room so that we would have more room for the whole family. We arrived before the 3pm check in so we were able to leave our bags and go explore. We received a text when our room was ready and to our surprise we were assigned to an Ocean View Suite! Our children were ecstatic, they even asked to stay and live there hahaha. The suite was gorgeous and spacious. It had a beautiful view of the pool & ocean. There were complimentary snacks, water bottles, sodas, and liquor. Beachfront with beds and umbrellas, the pools are wonderful and ALWAYS clean. Nice snack/ice cream little shop, bar and restaurants. The water taxi to the tower resort was a 5 min fun ride, it was extremely convenient considering my kids wanted to be there! They have plenty of amenities for children. Restaurants have great food and service. I also tried the homemade chocolates, macaroons and their ice-cream. Everything was delicious. Check out was at 11 am so we dropped our luggage at the lobby and spent the rest of the day exploring and relaxing until we left at around 5pm. I would like to praise the resort staff. They went above and beyond all our expectations. Overall a great experience. We can't wait to be back soon!

Valet was nowhere to be found if you leave early in the morning (5-6am). No ice machines on the floors and they say they deliver ice but never do. For a resort that charges in the hundreds of dollars, this place is not worth it. You can pay a lot less for a lot more in the area.

Beautiful Hotel, perfect a relaxing weekend, and great staff/service

This was such a wonderful facility! Employees seemed to love working there! Made stay so enjoyable! Food was excellent! Facility outstanding!

Our stay was wonderful. The staff and service was excellent in all areas. The room was very spacious we had partial view of ocean. The bathroom shower was a bit dated but bathroom overall was big and very nice. Ability to go from beach to the Boca Raton resort via shuttle or water taxi was awesome. The water park and all amenities there were great. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the room chairs umbrellas were great. We had an awesome time.

Great hotel and time

The service from the beginning of my stay to the end was horrendous. For a "five star" hotel, the service was barely 1 star. Upon check in, was greeted by a gruff and rude staff who gave me one word answers to my questions, and told me to text my inquiries. Room service got my order wrong repeatedly. Kids club staff also terribly rude. The easter egg hunt was a nightmare, 15 minutes late, children waiting in the blistering heat, no ownership. If you lose an item here, don't expect it to come back, the hotel is decentralized and frankly the staff do not care to help. Do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to decompress

Great property the room I was assigned really left a lot to be desired for the price. It was essentially overlooking two concrete builds. Might as well have been an inside room without windows.

Awesome place

While the Boca Beach Club and adjoining facilities are nice, the holiday week was overly packed. Not enough attention was paid to the fact that 5 hotels share one beach area and one pool area with slides and lazy river. My kids were not permitted to use the slides for two days because the staff at Boca Beach club indicated that we didn’t need reservations for pool use, only chairs or cabanas. So they had to wait until after 3pm when it got colder and most people left in order to use them. Management at the Pool area was not accommodating at all and lacked any sympathy over the situation. Same issue with the beach, packed like sardines onto one area and too many people for any service. Getting food at the pool area took nearly two hours. Would not return during peak times here.

Beautiful facility, the staff is amazing perhaps the best staff I have been around in a long time. Everyone from the valet, bag attendant, bartenders, beach staff, hide keeping. Whatever training they have received is working. Kudos to the Boca club!

Simply the best!

Best location on the beach. We paid for an ocean front room with a balcony but it didn’t have a balcony only windows. We had to pay extra to upgrade to a balcony. So Expedia had a false advertisement:( Property is awesome very convenient nice restaurant with a DJ at night. We are very happy with our stay would definitely go back.

We liked everything about the hotel and staff.

The spa is exceptional- must try - and an oasis of calm. The weekend was super busy when the members came to the beach and pool but otherwise a very relaxing, luxurious and beautiful resort and location.

Very nice location, excellent staff. Only negative - very small space for clothes, 28 inch hanging rail and a few drawers. Room designed for a few days stay. Had to get a free standing rail to hang clothes as stayed for 7 nights.

It was honesty the most amazing service and lobby ever. Food (and we are food snobs) was insanely good, including the sushi. Layout of entire place was well thought out.

Extremely overpirced for what you get. The hotel rooms looks old. The service was good. However, they ran out of coffee at 7 am, should offer complimentary coffee. Instead there's a small kiosk where they only have two people working to provide coffee for the whole hotel. And the coffee is really strong and you have to pay for it. The rooms looked older b/c i noticed mold on the bathroom grout. No balconies. A disappointment for the price!

Food and drinks at all the places we ate (room service, restaurant and pool cabana) were excellent. We will definitely be back here again.

Though our trip was cut short due to COVID 19 we enjoyed the 3 days we got to stay. All the front desk, wait staff, and beach employees were wonderful. Kat, Michael and Nate were fabulous to work with. Really all the staff. My only complaint is paying $30 a day additional for umbrellas at the beach. If you must charge at least do a discount for multiple day rentals. We are gluten free and all the restaurants on property were very knowledgeable. We would definately go back.
