This property is always amazing! Clean and the staff are so helpful. Unfortunately, the hot tub was under construction this time or we would’ve enjoyed that too!

Great location from a convenience perspective and I did book on short notice so I appreciated that there was availability. It was also clean. I’ll preface this by saying I did only stay one night. However, upon arriving and waiting to check in I catch the tail end of the clerk checking in the person in front of me. She was filling him in on the amenities, breakfast, happy hour etc. The usual spiel they give once you’re all checked in. Figuring I looked tired after having driven 4+ hours, I smiled and walked up when it was my turn, said hi and that I was checking in, and handed her my DL. No hi back. Ok. I asked how her day was going. I understand this is maybe seen as a time waster by some but I always try to be polite or make conversation. To be fair it is a bit of a nervous tic of mine but usually if people aren’t interested in chatting they just give a short answer and move on. Nope. Nothing. No response. Got it. Not in a conversational mood. Then someone comes out from the back (office?) to grab some dry cleaning. The clerk stops checking me in to have a conversation with her coworker about said dry cleaning. I’m not really in a hurry so I politely wait. The clerk comes back to checking me in and when she’s done she just hands me my DL, CC, parking pass, and room keys and walks away. I don’t stay at Wyndham a lot. I don’t have a rewards account. Based on this, it will likely stay that way. She never once asked me anything or told me anything aside from asking me which card I wanted to use for incidentals. The next morning when checking out was the same but different clerk. I walked up with my room keys, they asked for my room number, asked if I wanted the receipt emailed and that was that. No good morning, have a nice day, thank you for staying with us. Nothing. It might seem pedantic but I just don’t understand why basic politeness isn’t a thing anymore.

Staff was welcoming and professional. The property and rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. I’m booking again.

Room was clean and spacious. Shower didn't drain well, but told front desk and maintenance came to fix it right away. Saw a few ants too but once we told the front desk, they handled it and we had no further issues.

Overall, great location and great shirt stay.

The room had a damp, moldy smell, and several appliances did not work properly. The carpet had stains, the room did not feel clean, and the bathroom was even more dated than the rest of the space. Overall, the entire property feels run down and in need of a complete overhaul. Friendly staff can only do so much when the condition of the hotel is this poor.

I booked for 7 days. I had to change rooms because the first room they gave me smelled very musty. The second was not so bad, bud still musty, so I had to go get Damprid and hanged it all over the room. Even that was not enough because I couldn't sleep with the heavy air in the room. I checked out the 3rd day and they had the audacity to charge me for 3 nights because it was past 11am.

Extremely clean, fresh flowers, individual toiletries and nice linens. It was lovely, the restaurant it’s incredible. The bed is a little bit hard but if you like a firm bed, you would absolutely love it. The property is gorgeous.

I would have placed a 5 stars but the breakfast was fair. The fruit bowl that came w/my breakfast was mostly rotten (mostly due to the fruits stayed too long in the refrigerator). Everything else is excellent (clean, comfortable bed, excellent services from staffs, etc.

We checked in late because we were basically just sleeping there. The room, upon arrival, was musty and smelled very stale. We were exhausted, so we just used cologne to help mask the odor and went to sleep.

Every staff interaction was over and above!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Boca Raton Hotel. The pool was wonderful, clean and well taken care of. The hotel staff was kind, helpful, and very accommodating. They even had a microwave to heat up leftovers from a meal we had! That was key! Would definitely stay here again.

Pool was beautiful and the grounds were immaculate. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back next year!

Enjoyed the pool but the room was dated

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The pool and pool area were clean, plenty of chairs in the sun and shade. The staff were friendly and helpful in making sure we had what we needed.

The pool area is very nice. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The building is old and our room required a de-humidifier in February. The bed sheets were cheap. Overall, disappointed.

Hotel is located close to the i-95. Has a nice coffee shops with good coffee. Had noise from next room (connecting doors) - water pressure in shower really bad.

Clean and friendly

It was a very attractive hotel with a nice room. We especially enjoyed the excellent Farmers Table restaurant and the TrendTea cafe which offered good food at reasonable prices and with very friendly service.

We took photos of the floor one morning before heading out for the day in hopes we may have been wrong, but when we got back that night the same food and crumbs were on the floor. Having a toddler made us that much more aware how unclean the rooms are. Very disappointing given we’ve stayed here multiple times but would consider anywhere else in the area, especially feel as if the rooms just have the beds made daily and the rest of the suite has no attention paid to it. Unfortunate, but glad we took pictures as reminders of how little attention was paid to cleanliness.

Room was great, pool area was fantastic as well as the little tea shop on the 2nd floor. Would have been 5 stars if the front desk had been nice. Most hateful front desk we have had ever!

I found a bed bug before checking out in the morning and have pics. I shouldn’t have to worry about bringing them home and for almost $300 for one night I feel I should be refunded.

Staff and service was amazing room was perfect and clean entire time and just all in all was an amazing awesome trip. The only down side I can say which wasn’t even a down side was that our refrigerator broke in our room and started pouring out water but the staff on site immediately fixed it and replaced it with a newer one and bigger one. Awesome trip thank you Wyndham !!

Bathroom sink/counter surface too small

Staff was very helpful. Had mistakenly booked the following night and Hotels.com staff contacted hotel and was able to have the reservation moved to the correct night. Reception was understanding and welcoming.

Would not recommend a suite. The suites are poorly maintained, old and I was extremely disappointed. I have stayed there before with no problems but this time it was a suite and half the room didn’t have air conditioning and it was filthy, mirror didn’t work. A few outlets didn’t work.

Great stay! I would recommend the pool bar be open or simply having the restaurant wait staff round the pool for optimal customer satisfaction (we had to dry off a bit and get dressed to head into the restaurant for a bite to eat and drinks).

The hotel was quaint but outdated and there was a hole in the closet door and the TV in the bedroom did not work. It was clean and quiet. Beautiful pool area. May stay again.

The hotel is under renovation, this has not appeared anywhere in your archive before. The workers enter and exit through the gym so it is unairconditioned, full of dust and unpleasant to work out there as there is always work going on. Also noisy. This is my 4th time at the hotel and I was very disappointed.

Overall great - I’ve stayed dropping my daughter off at college. The staff is not professional at the desk - I am still looking into two reservations supposedly made Hotels.com

Property was generally clean and staff were helpful. The age of the property was evident to some extent but there’s only so much one can do. The dampness in the rooms seemed excessive, even for the area and time of year. Decent quality stay. I would book again for business.

The Wyndham Boca Raton is such a beautiful hotel! I love the 3 story high lobby with the oversized windows. Trend Tea on the 2nd floor is the coolest tea shop and has the best tea, coffee, muffins and tons of other other baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. The pool area is so relaxing. The Farmers Table is a healthy ingredient/scratch kitchen restaurant with tasty dishes and a great bar/happy hour.

However, once you stepped out of the lobby the hotel was dated. The plumbing in our sweet was terrible. The sinks took forever to drain and the tub would fill as you bathed. Let management know upon check out, hopefully it's something they address

Great property for an extended weekend business trip. Staff were very helpful and the food options in the area were good. I had several packages arrive at the hotel, these were handled with care and I was alerted each time.

I had an excellent 4-day stay at the Wyndham Boca Raton. The staff was attentive and consistent — my room was made up every single day with fresh towels provided daily, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. Great service all around!

There were ants in the kitchen area and I had to push the refrigerator back as it was falling out of its space However, the beds were hard and all bedding tucked in so crazy tightly. Didn’t sleep well.

My room was clean, front desk was helpful, easy to uber, the restaurant on premises (The Farmer’s Table) was very good & open from 7:00an to 9:00pm. Pool looked very nice & beautiful plantings in the courtyard.

For this property to be older and slightly out of date, it was extremely clean. I was very happy about how close it was to great shopping and restaurants!

Conveniently located and well maintained

We chose to stay at the Wyndham in Boca while visiting FAU and Lynn University. Great proximity to both schools. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and makes you feel as though you are staying at a high end resort. Highly recommend!

Wyndham is always my stay of choice when visiting Boca. Tons of space, close to everything and easy in and out to all highways. Highly recommended.

This is by far my favorite hotel! I keep going back there when I'm in the Boca area. It is pristine in cleanliness, quiet, quaint and yet it has a luxurious vibe to it. The pool area is never ever crowded👏 .It is a saltwater pool so you dont smell like chlorine and always squeaky clean. There is also a jacuzzi and a variety of ample seating around the pool area. The restaurant is also right there adjacent to the pool! For a quick bite there is also a Whole Foods and Publix down the street, literally. And for those who love shopping, the mall is again, literally down the street. If ypu want a quiet, uncrowded getaway, this is for you!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham. It was very clean modern and updated would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. The pool area was also a 10 out of 10.

The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant. Our room including the bathroom was clean. The carpet didn’t look filthy. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the view was amazing. I would definitely come back 10/10 recommend.

The property interior areas were dated and the furniture in the room and public areas were soiled.

We stayed the for the third time. We really like this place. Close to everything: stores, mall, restaurants and our daughter’s college.

Great staff and clean hotel

I've been at worst hotels and I've been at better this is definitely good for the price it is lacking a few items such as a snack bar by the check encounter versus outdated vending machines, the supposed Lounge that's on the second floor closes at 9:00 and the only coffee offered is this teeny little cup out of off-brand K-Cup or an espresso machine. The building is dated but as of kept as possible which is a positive but most importantly it was clean and that is key. The pool was wonderful but it did feel like it needs a little life into the overall building to bring the energy level up.

Property was nice. Room was disappointing. Hard to understand the front desk at check in and check out.Don’t think the sheets were clean first night as my husband developed a rash.

i always always stay here. i love the pool,staff, especially the ladies at cafe which i didnt get to see thus time😔 only complaint i have had in the past and had issue with this time is the draining. Last time it was the sink, this time the shower. The water was draining so slow that I was ankle deep in water for my shower. I didnt say anything bc every thing was amazing and I didnt want to be a “karen”. But maybe something that can be addressed. I will be back as usualllll!!!!!

This is my first time using Wyndham hotels and I can honestly say that I was very disappointed. 2 of the small white towels had brown spots which is very disgusting

The room was directly adjacent to an outside patio with zero privacy and an inability to open a shade for light . Dark and dank . People next to my window waking me at 7 am! Terrible ! And on top of that their lawn sprinklers shot filthy water everywhere covering my car with spots and filth . Terrible place and overcharged considerably .

Rooms are a little outdated and the property is loud because it’s right beside an airport. The staff was very friendly and the pool area is very nice.

The hotel had a very peaceful, calming and beautiful aesthetic. It was very relaxing. There was music playing in the courtyard and pool area that was very relaxing and enjoyable. All of the landscaping was beautifully in Bloom. The staff was very nice. Everything I had at the café and the restaurant was very good and the staff were very friendly. I had a very enjoyable time and will come back here again. Some people might not like being in the flightpath. It didn't bother me in the slightest.

The rooms were a bit outdated and both of my daughters whom slept on the sofa bed got an allergic reaction to something on the sheets or bed itself, not entirely sure. Both woke up in the middle of the night with hives and itching like crazy. One of them with swollen eyes as well! We had to run to the store to buy Benedryl. It happened the first night and we thought ok maybe it was something else. Then again the second night and by that time we were checking out. It’s a shame! Luckily, it wasn’t bed bugs! I would’ve actually have a panic attack! The hotel itself was nice. Amenities were great and the location was very convenient.

The hotel was conveniently located to the university where we were visiting. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We checked in late as we had an evening flight. For an extra charge, I had upgraded our room to two double beds with a pool view. It was located on the ground level and noticed a funny smell when we entered. Not exactly unpleasant, but not pleasant either. This was most disappointing as I had paid extra money to be moved into this room. The carpet is dated and needs replacing, but the pool area and the restaurant were wonderful. It was my first hotel stay in the area. I will probably look for less expensive options, but it wasn’t bad.
