Hotel is well maintained. Lobby is very modern. Room was very clean; clean bedsheets and very clean bathroom. This is always my hotel of choice.
- 5/5
Always enjoy my stay at this property. The rooms look good, I like how they are furnished. They have PLENTY of wall outlets. Nice size tv. A sofa in the room. A humidifier. A larger fridge (not full-size but a 10 can one either). This particular stay in June, someone was setting off fireworks outside at like 10pm. It sounded close enough that it was a guest in the parking lot but I only heard 2. But they can’t control that. I’ve never used the pool here but it looks nice.
- 5/5
Property was nice. Check-in was weird. They have a machine that you have to check in through other than that....

I love that it is clean and conveniently next to the highway. Don’t really care for the breakfast
- 3/5
The hotel is nice and the rooms are great but the check in process with the kiosks and webcams are ridiculous. The backup staff were non english speaking which is wild because they're just housekeepers. I had to be let into my room while they figured out how to get my key to print & then someone walked into our room over an hour before checkout time.
- 4/5
It's conveniently located. The cost is fair. Its was clean.Shower pressure is good. Rooms are spacious. The elevator was very slow. Bed was comfortable but pillows are to small.

There was a Kosik for tired travelers to try and check in with. The person could not speak English well enough to be able to understand him. One couple in our party took 45 minutes to check in. The refrigerator in my room did not keep anything cold. Had a hard time commutating with operator about it. Cleaning women brought another one that did not keep cool. Had to throw milk and meat out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and room was large. TV was too grainy to watch.
- 3/5
Check in was a kiosk instead of a live person. The only staff I saw were cleaning personal and no one spoke English. I missed breakfast by 15 minutes because the only person around spoke no English when I asked what time breakfast was. My bed was not made or the in room coffee was not replenished. The pool wall felt slimy, and I could not smell any chlorine as expected in a public pool. I will not stay here again,

Our stay at Days Inn and Suites was a very pleasant one. First, our room was comfortable (if a bit sparse looking) and clean, so no problems at all there. The ladies who serviced our room were amazing—-competent, friendly, patient and completely trustworthy. I would be so happy if that were the case in all hotels! I was not terribly impressed with the kiosk check-in and checkout speaking via computer screen with George and John (couldn’t help wondering if there was a Paul and Ringo available as well) instead of checking in with on the spot hotel staff at the front desk. The Continental breakfast was somewhat underwhelming, with some really dreadful coffee, although I shouldn’t have been surprised…it’s hard to find really good coffee in most places in Florida unless you don’t mind paying high prices at the upscale coffee shops. However, if what you’re looking for is a clean, comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price, this might just be what you need. The kiosk check-in might not have been to my taste, but then, I’m old and resist change! I noticed the younger people breezed through it without a second thought.

Clean rooms and good continental breakfast. Great location for our work.
- 3/5
Room itself was huge for a hotel room. Water pressure was great and room was very clean. Breakfast was basic, but perfect for what we needed. Ice machine was great. Pool was older and the metal chairs were uncomfortable. The staff on the check in were virtual on a kiosk and extremely rude, but the in personal cleaning/ maintenance staff were very accommodating. I will not be staying here again unless front desk staff is in person.
- 5/5
Check-in is pretty automated with the machines there. Didn’t have issues with parking when arriving before 5pm. Seemed more full after 11pm. I don’t eat the breakfast there, not many options. Tv doesn’t have many channels but it did have the options to change the input and being careful, I was able to access the hdmi so I could plug my laptop in to watch Netflix. Internet was slow but worked for streaming ok. There is a gas station and McDonalds within walking distance which is nice if you want a drink or snack. The desk chair in my room seemed rather worn out from previous guests not taking care of the furniture in the room and now it doesn’t roll very well. Overall, I love this place. I’ve stayed here probably 15x.
- 1/5
Two electronic kiosks, one of which was broken… with a “front desk agent” on a screen. Not personable at all. The volume and screen provided no privacy. Not a way to make anyone who values their privacy secure at all. Four of us in the room for two nights and we were offered one little “complimentary” bottle of water. Room needed to have been renovated about 10 years ago. Water damage on bottom of bathroom door. Many cracks in walls. Bathroom sink drained poorly. Room did not look as fresh and well kept as the photos on the websites. Breakfast ended at 9am. We were never told that… at least we were able to get a coffee at 9:30.
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
Had a nice breakfast. Was very clean. Great location.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean, it had a very nice fragrance when you walked in the door. The only thing that I found strange is that there was no Hotel staff they were on a computer you could see their face but if there was no live person there.
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast
- 5/5
Very clean room and great price.
- 1/5
They had a virtual receptionist from out of the country for the front desk. Awful. The guest room lights are on sensors and turn off in the bathroom when you’re in the middle of taking a shower. Awful.
- 5/5
For a days inn this one is the best one we’ve been in……marble flooring and decor looked like the Hilton…John was very pleasant and caring
- 4/5
Room was clean, comfortable and a welcome place to relax. I will stay there again.
- 2/5
The accommodations were clean and fine. But there is no actual person at the front desk. The job was outsourced and I had to have someone on a screen check me in. This is not an acceptable way to run a hotel. I'd like to interact with a real person in front of me. Won't stay at hotels again that outsource their front desk employee positions overseas.
- 3/5
Did not like the virtual check in. It was very impersonal. The breakfast area was cramped on the weekend and very limited. However the room was spacious and nice layout.
- 4/5
Clean was really clean and environment is clean. Not alot of breakfast options though and I barely got wifi connections in my room and the room phone didn't work.
- 5/5
The elevator door was very slow to open and close
- 5/5
It was very quiet and silent. Only noises you hear is road cars from the street road. Great room to stay in. Tv in the room, just need tv input to change into hdmi cable. My staying was relaxing
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff were very friendly, hotel close to a variety of restaurants and shopping.
- 5/5
Good staying in
- 4/5
Buenas tardes el hotel es lindo sólo que la habiatacion la limpian un día sí y un día no.
- 4/5
We did notice a roach in the bathroom late at night, which wasn’t ideal. The pool also needed some attention—the sides had visible mold, the bottom looked dirty, and the surrounding cement was cracked. That said, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back, but there are a few maintenance issues that could really improve the experience.
- 5/5
Very clean room.
- 5/5
Muy bueno, muy recomendado
- 5/5
Very clean everyone was polite friendly and professional
- 5/5
Clean room……. I prefer in person interaction so I was not expecting a full on video interaction.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
This Days Inn was a pleasant surprise—great price, very clean, well maintained, good Continental Breakfast, easy access off Interstate. The computerized check-in/check-out was flawless(surprising since have never experienced it before). I would highly recommend.
- 5/5
Clean rooms but front desk wouldn’t give out more towels and face rags
- 5/5
Very clean hotel with very helpful staff. The continental breakfast was okay. It’s a bit far from the beach, and if you want to find parking at the beach lots, you need to arrive early. We tried Bonita Beach, Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins and finally found parking at Delnor-Wiggins, which turned out to be a lovely place.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
Great place to visit….but breakfast was terrible…
- 1/5
There were bedbugs so I had to leave a day early and they refused to refund me, even for the day I didn't stay.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Clean and affordable.
- 1/5
I stayed at this place for three nights, and unfortunately, none of the staff spoke English, which made communication very difficult. They also didn’t provide many basic amenities, which was disappointing. Additionally, the location wasn’t convenient or close to most of the places I needed to go.
- 1/5
No staff at front desk, there was a kiosk with a live person on screen with poor people skills. When I asked about staff on site I was told yes there’s housekeeping staff. I assumed that there would be a way to call housekeeping either phone or text. Loud music in parking lot for an hour 1/2. No phone line to call. Then a bedbug!!
- 5/5
Very nice
- 4/5
Room had a harsh smell of mold.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Breakfast, fine. Quick stay was good. Weird not having an actual human at the front desk. Its a virtual kiosk with someone in India I think.
- 3/5
For the price there should have been more attention to ur guests
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
easy check in with a video camera now and a customer service agent speaking to you. Super easy and efficiant
- 4/5
very clean
- 5/5
Clean room, check in is done on a kiosk so there’s no staff.
- 5/5
was very pleasantly surprised by how upscale it is. will definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
Could not use the toilet in our room. Staff came in the jiggle something inside the toilet on the back and expected me to do the same throughout the night. Never again will we stay here
- 3/5
The housekeeping staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was decent, but with limited options. The front desk staff was nonexistent, there was one person on a screen acting as front staff, which was odd. The toilet in our room didn't work properly (the tank didn't fill), so I had to fix it myself every few flushes. Also, the phone in our room didn't work, which made me nervous when there was a man screaming in the parking lot at 3:30 in the morning, especially since there was no front desk person there. It worked for the purpose we needed it for, and the price was better than comparisons in the area. Fridge and microwave in room was a plus.
- 2/5
My toilet in my room wouldn't flush every time. The elevator did not work when I came in at 1am so I had to go up the stairs with housekeeping.
- 1/5
Found some individuals lurking on the premises grounds. Did not feel safe. Clearly the office personnel must have felt the same. No one manning the desk. register by computer. They wanted an additional 100 damage deposit fee, I then refuse to pay he the damage deposit. I Asked the computer guy if I didn't pay would I be charged a cancellation fee? He said no. Best I don't get charged.
- 1/5
No water pressure, no hot water in the shower, and boiled eggs at breakfast was not peeled and still frozen
- 5/5
Great location.
- 2/5
Elevator works sporadically I would not recommend riding it. After the roach they offered to change rooms- that wasn’t going to fix anything-roaches are there in one room they’re in every room. Breakfast was a joke- very few options- coffee was awful. Check in is “virtual “ no one on property to fix any issues you have you have to rely on texts to management it’s OLD with smelly carpeting but new “wall decor” and lights. When it’s hot out the hallways smell very bad. Keep your air on or your room will smell too. For the cost- stay elsewhere If you don’t have an option it’s was at least quiet and convenient. Will not stay there again and we travel to this area often.
- 4/5
Yes it was nice
- 3/5
No desk clerks, it’s an online screen with a kiosk. He is in another country. No real person there. Rooms were redone and looked nice and clean. The breakfast was horrible nothing but carbs! Nothing hot or fresh… disappointing for the money it costs.
- 4/5
solid...loved Kevin on the kiosk!
- 4/5
I love that there is a dehumidifier in each room, and the rooms are very clean! However, the breakfast is not anything I would want to eat… too many carbs, not enough healthy options, and the coffee is not good.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 3/5
There is no live person greeting you. You walk up to a computer screen and wait for the guy to put on this earphones and put down his iPhone to check you in. Janitorial staff did not speak English and we figured out they couldn’t read English as well so our room never got clean
- 1/5
Check in and check out…. No front office help….. no real people to talk to. Kiosks bad idea…. Never stay there again.
- 5/5
All good
- 4/5
The room was spotless, saw no staff, Poor TV reception
- 5/5
The room was clean
- 1/5
You walk in and a face in a screen greets you at check in. No human interaction as far as a person. The face convinces you, go ahead, talk to it. It checks you in, in broken English so you may have a hard time even understanding. My point, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY POOR PERSONAL CONNECTION TO HAVE THIS AT FRONT COUNTER? PLEASE!!!! All correspondence is then belched out by a machine. What has become of you, Days INN? Time for me to move on to another chain if that's what you like.
- 3/5
Amenities
- 3/5
Hotel and room were very clean. The toilet tank would not refill after flushing each time… I had to take the tank lid off to pull the chain up to refill after each flush. The shower head is at a terrible sideways angle and the water does not reach up to my head and have to bend over to wash my hair! Maybe it would be high enough for a small child… last night Thursday there were work trucks with terrible really loud engine sounds until 3am
- 4/5
Breakfast was very limited. Clean room

- 5/5
Room was clean, comfortable and with refrigerator and microwave.
- 5/5
staff friendly clean, looked new
- 2/5
There was no one to check us in or out. It was a machine. We won’t be back.
- 5/5
Room was modern, spacious, and very clean. Staff was friendly and accomodating, he allowed me to check out one hour later without a problem. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. This will be my go to hotel if I'm ever back around this area.
- 4/5
The room was clean and updated. However the exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy.
- 3/5
We stayed here in March of 2025 and loved it so much that we did not think twice to come back. This time, we were not happy to be honest. The room given was much smaller. There was no extra bedding. The pillows, although they were a lot, were tiny. There were not enough bathroom towels we had to keep asking for more. The blinds were broken, and we asked to be fixed, but nothing happened, so we could not have a dark room. Also, there were issues with the bathroom door in which did not close completely. We are planning to return in March 2026, and to be honest don't think we want to stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms
- 3/5
This is a good 2 star hotel. Establishment was clean. Ut us what you need for a simple onenight stay. However, the offered breakfast is hard to utilize as the space to eat and acquire your food is way too tight for comfort and makes the value of this “included” item hard to use.
- 3/5
Spray the room a little roach crossed the bathroom. First time in many years of staying
- 3/5
Web site pics showed quest computers which did not exist. Man in kisok thought they were there but he is in a foreign country and only sees the web video. Room needs another chair. Chair in room was in disrepair. Few employees speak English. Need more fruit on breakfast offerings. Apples only.
- 2/5
The room was good. But the staff was less than good. They use a computer with a remote person on it looking at you to check in. The rest of the staff was not able to communicate effectively. So not an ideal or warm feeling of welcome.
- 5/5
My stay was very comfortable and quiet. But I am especially grateful for Salman, the front desk agent, who went the extra mile to locate my wallet which I had left behind. He took my paniced call and called back twice to keep me informed about search.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.
- 4/5
Clean
- 2/5
No staff support
- 3/5
Can you believe that there is no ‘Live’ person behind the lobby desk? Just a computer screen w/a face. And you sign in on the computer. I hate it. I would like to see a nice, friendly customer service person behind the desk. Oh well. Breakfast is minimal….MINIMAL. Pretty pathetic . And no carpeting in the rooms. Very very basic.
- 5/5
It was a great stay! They did a lot of remodeling and you talk to clerk through a machine!!
- 5/5
Limited selection. Not many options. Hours (6-9 am) are not convenient or uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Nicely renovated Days Inn. Clean room, comfy bed and good breakfast. First time checking in via a kiosk screen with a remote call center person. All went smoothly and i suspect this is safer in some neighborhoods.
- 5/5
Clean room comfortable king bed with numerous pillows, TV worked great The property was quiet. Everything you want in a short stay.
- 4/5
The place to sleep was great, everything was clean when we arrived and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Only thing i didn't like was a computer to sign in. I prefer to talk to a live person in fron of me. Kind of disappointed in seeing that
- 4/5
The room and bed were nice. However the breakfast was very disappointing. Breakfast is till 9:00 am. We arrived at 8:45 and there were 5 other guests starting breakfast. No waffles, no pastries, the cereal counter was a mess! Regular coffee low. At 10 after 9 we were still eating what We got befor 9:00. The staff turned off the lights!!
- 5/5
Clean with a lot of amenities and 1 block from I75
- 4/5
At first I was a little upset because the sheets on both beds had blood stains on it. However, housekeeping came quickly and fixed the issue. Other than that it was clean and smelled very good throughout the whole building.

- 4/5
I found the virtual assistant at the front desk disconcerting. I don't like the AI.
- 5/5
Very good!!
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean. Didn't have any staff member on hotel spoke to somebody from India. Did not like that. The guy was nice but I would like to have somebody at hotel.
- 2/5
The check in process was done remotely, via video kiosk in the lobby with someone we think was located internationally. The staff at breakfast didn't speak much English.
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 4/5
Add more to the breakfast
- 5/5
the room was very clean and the bead was comfortable. The staff was prompt and helpful.
- 4/5
Clean property and friendly staff. Coffee and breakfast subpar.
- 3/5
The room and cleaning staff were spot on. There are two or three (seemed to be staff children) are on premisis. They were running around in the lobby and throwing rocks outside in the parking lot. Does not look good for business.
- 1/5
I travel a lot. I booked this hotel and i made an honest mistake in the drop down box on the dates I was staying. I realized it during my stay. I called and explained the situation. They still penalized me when i checked out, a day earlier than the drop down dates. I understand policies. All businesses need them. However, people make mistakes in booking. Particularly on the cell phone bookings. They just lost about $3000.00 of my business over a $100.00 squabble on the dates.
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 1/5
There was no physical person at the front desk. It was a kiosk with a man who I had to assume was in India. He was very condescending and made me feel like I was the problem. The elevator felt like it was going to crash at any moment and the rooms were musty, dirty and the bathroom shower head was leaking and the water didn’t go past lukewarm. This had to have been one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in a while. I do not recommend
- 5/5
La habitación estaba impecable, el desayuno tiene una pequeña variedad en productos para ajustarse a varios gustos, el personal del hotel muy amable, con gusto volveré
- 5/5

Started with Check In ~ So impersonal, checked in with a person in a computer. Hotel said it was renovated ~ not the case. Three Small square pillows on the bed, asked for a couple more, staffed said NO! Over All Not a Good place to stay! Would Not Stay or recommend.

- 5/5
Room looked great, comfy bed, cold AC, hot shower, great water pressure.
- 3/5
No desk clerk - the job had been outsourced to a virtual guy in India. The parking lot was less than half its normal size due to retarmac-ing, with extra big trucks in the limited lot, such that vehicles of paid guests could not fit and were potentially subject to towing. A man required by his doctor to use gym equipment for his health could not use it, as it was dysfunctional. When these matters were brought to the attention of the virtual Indian, he at first just made excuses for the problems but did not act to solve them. When people insisted on solutions, he said he'd cal in an assistant, who turned out to be a young female who could not speak a word of English. Between the cheapo outsourcing to India and DEI hiring of a likely illegal alien this hotel lost its reputation with several guests, at least. Meanwhile, pubescent kids, including a topless (and clearly mentally ill) girl ran around in the lobby, while three guys drank beer out at the pool that was supposedly closed for the night. No professional was present to remediate the circumstances.
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
There was no personnel!!! Only the house keeping people. All virtual, from check in to check out. If AC isn't working, bad luck, no technician on site.
- 2/5
I would give it a 3 or 4 star rating if they had returned our 100$ security deposit. We were informed that it would be refunded in max 3-4 business days.
- 5/5
The breakfast was simple, but fine. The waffles were good! A variety including more protein would be nice, but for the money, it was fine. The hotel was clean. The virtual check-in was interesting, but easy! It was a great value for the lower cost. If you just want place to take a shower and rest at night, it is a good find!
- 4/5
There was no hot food.
- 4/5

- 5/5
There's no staff you are greeted by a person on a screen for check in. But overall the hotel is great for the price.
- 5/5
Great time
- 5/5
Very spacious and clear room.
- 3/5
When putting things away, I noticed the fridge was warm with no knob to adjust the temperature, so we moved to another room on the same floor. Unfortunately, this room also had a strange odor. Both rooms had dehumidifiers, which I emptied upon check-in and again after one day—a lot of humidity for Florida, where I have a dehumidifier at home that rarely fills in a single day. The breakfast selection was limited to cold, continental-style items. The bright side: the shower got hot, which is great after a long drive or, for my son, after a day of sports. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again as my first option.
- 5/5
John was very helpful at the kiosk during checkout.
- 4/5
I would have given the property a great review but the ac in the room was extremely noisy which kept me up throughout the night
- 5/5
Excellent as always
- 5/5
good
- 1/5
After pay via Expedia they charge again more money without notice, terrible experience
- 5/5
Clean and newly renovated rooms. One thing I did not care for was the $10.00 to wash and dry your clothes and the laundry detergent dispensers being empty. Good thing the dollar tree is right down the road.
- 4/5
Check in without desk person is different!!!
- 1/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Although they have a remote check in staff, the check in process is still fast and they are friendly. I like that the rooms are not carpeted and have a dehumidifier in them. Although I have stayed here a few times and they were filled to the top and should have been emptied already (they auto turned off). I really like the furniture choices in the rooms. The sofas are a bit hard, but they will last a long time. The finish is also pretty hard but makes it very easy to clean if there is a spill or something. I didn’t go in the pool but it looks nice. The breakfast is super basic and should not be a selling point. Overall, I love coming here and have stayed several times.
- 4/5
Staff was fine but my key did not work. Had to trudge back down to the front desk with my arm load of baggage to get another key
- 5/5
Not to bad
- 5/5
No staff, all a screen now with live person which was amicable and in and out fast
- 5/5
It was lovely. No issues
- 4/5
Good place to stay
- 3/5
The outsourced front desk workers on the screens were very off putting and made the stay much less personable. Odds are I would not stay here again solely based on that. People need in person connections
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
What really disappointed me was the check-in process. There was no employee at the front desk, it was completely virtual, like a Zoom call. I had to wait at minimum five minutes for someone to join the call and was told because I was checking in at 11pm, the employee said I’d need to use my phone to open my room door instead of receiving a key. That would have been fine, except I never received the link or instructions to do so. I walked around the lobby trying to find an employee in person and eventually found staff in a break room who didn’t speak English. Which also wasn’t an issue because all phones translate, but all they did was put me back on the virtual kiosk again, where another employee finally issued me a room key with no problem. The whole process took about 30 minutes. When I checked out, there was still no one at the front desk, just another virtual kiosk employee so I ended up skipping the process entirely and walked out. Great room, but the virtual check-in and lack of on-site staff made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.
- 5/5
I think the breakfast shout be to 10. People go out late and sleep in. Otherwise everything was excellent
- 5/5
it was in a very convenient location. all sorts of restaurants and shops are in the area. two gas stations and a McDonald’s are within easy walking distance. Pool was clean and nice. Breakfast had decent options and even had a waffle maker.

The desk is operated by a computer screen: you talk with a guy remotely. The men I talked with were very unfriendly and didn't speak clear English. They treat you like a moron when you don't understand them. They are probably from India! A cheap solution because they don't want to hire an American clerk! Horrible!
- 5/5
Very clean room and love the decor.

Good
- 3/5
Hard to check in as there was only a self service computer screen. Batteries were missing from remote in room. Was unable to be refunded a day when trying to check out early with over 24 hr notice. Then we canceled the check out, come to find out that they still checked us out of the rooms early and had booked them already for someone else. Have been waiting for management to call back for 3 days now for an explanation or money back due to the double booking for the last day and no partial refund.
- 4/5
The place was good. It was just weird to check-in without a person. They have a screen to communicate with someone overseas through the process. The contactless was not a comfortable way to interact.
- 3/5
Room was fine but remote did not work so I had one channel. Bedside lamp unusable due to flickering on/off. Needs fixed.
- 5/5
Good bargain for the price
- 5/5
I would prefer in person service. Other than that, it was good.
- 4/5
I stayed for one night and overall it was okay for a short stay. The air conditioner started making a loud noise in the middle of the night, which was a bit disturbing. The shower handle was a little hard to turn on and off. Breakfast was included, but it could definitely be improved. It’s a basic place, fine if you're just passing through.
- 5/5
Good stay for good price
- 5/5
Have stayed here for years? Always clean
- 5/5
I did not like being greeted by a computer screen. I prefer having a real person.
- 5/5
We only stayed for a quick night but couldn’t be more impressed. Super easy check in with a nice man over a screen. I’ve never done that before but I loved it. Room was great and the bed was super comfortable. Nice shower pressure too. Great stay overall
- 1/5
Horrible, this hotel has a machine for a check in, my husband was three hours for a check in..
- 3/5
Nothing special, just a place to stay, loud air conditioning, no stuff at the desk just remote terminals with a person on the screen, new for me.
- 5/5
Enzo’s Italian Restaurant which is close by, is amazing!
- 5/5
Horrendous virtual staff check in
- 2/5
I didn't realize that Days Inn was now a part of Wyndam or I would not have stayed there. I do not like talking to person in a box at check in whom I cannot understand. I was also told if I want to check in early it would cost me an additional $20. The breakfast was not much more than cereal and waffles. No cartons of milk to drink and items in the cooler were very limited or not replenished.
- 5/5
Very helpful online staff and very vice clean room.
- 4/5
The hotel it’s self was nice but the elevator was pretty sketchy, water cooler didn’t work well and the pool can use some tlc but the room and the hotel was clean..
- 4/5
Nie ma człowieka na front desk tylko rozmawiasz online przez ekran monitora - wszystko sprawnie. Śniadanie słabe. Brak owoców, brak cream cheese, brak jajecznicy -
- 5/5
Always stay here monthly on business
- 5/5
The breakfast options are slim and the note about there being no eggs because of bird flu seems a bit dated and just like an excuse not to have eggs during a slow season. Overall, a solid, comfortable state that offered what I needed.
- 5/5
Good other then the checkin through the machines and no people there. I also think that breakfast needs to be served longer than 9 am. Wasn’t able to utilize it at all because of the late night due to an emergency surgery on a family member while traveling. Checking in at 4:30 am should not be charged as a full night either. Especially when you have more than one night.
- 5/5
nice and new very good property
- 2/5
No fire alarm in building hidden fees
- 4/5
Very clean hotel, staff friendly but speak very little English. Large fire safety sign on front door stating fail sprinkler and fire alarm system testing by fire department. Was dated over a month ago. Staff didn’t know anything about the problem.
- 4/5
Property was under refurbishments while staying. Nice enough room with a nice black out blind system. We did need to empty the dehumidifier, but did appreciated having one for lower humidity. Breakfast options were limited, and seating and breakfast area are very crowded tight areas.
- 4/5
Good. Clean. Helpful staff.
- 4/5
The place was clean but the kiosk for check in was weird.
- 4/5
I just leave this morning at 4:30 am. Hopefully there is no overcharge on me.
- 5/5
Clean nice staff
- 4/5
Is ok
- 3/5
I actually did have an issue with my stay. I was charged an $100 security deposit at check-in I was told would be reimbursed for. I haven’t brought this up since now, because I had been giving Hotels.com the benefit of the doubt. However it has been a month since my stay and I have yet to be reimbursed. Please assist in reimbursing my money. Thank you
- 1/5
I cancelled the reservation a week prior i will deny the charge.
- 5/5
Room was clean. No carpet. Actually pretty awesome.
- 3/5
I didn't like the idea of not having a real person at front desk to do the check in and check out. The system is very impersonal, I don't like it at all.
- 5/5
very comfortable room
- 4/5
Nice hotel clean and fairly modern. Downside Lobby area hot. Seeemed like there was no AC working in Lobby Area. Hotwater was lukeward. Barely felt hot. Not sure i hot water heated was not workig properly?

My only complaint was my rom was next to elevator and it was nosy.
- 5/5
The best
- 5/5
Nice and quiet
- 5/5
It was clean and basic. No front desk live-personnel, but I knew that from reviews. Overall good deal for the price.
- 2/5
Go somewhere else, spend your money at another place.

Not good. The bathroom sink was plugged and would hardly drain… The faucet handle was so old and corroded, that it would hardly rotate on or off. The water would only get lukewarm in the bathroom for showers or sink. I asked for a few blankets because the beds are so stiff I need to add blankets underneath me; But they only wanted to give me two, and acted like that was a problem… the phone was not connected, so I could not reach anyone at the desk for service. Several of the lightbulbs within the room were burned out as well. This is the first review that I have left; but I have stayed here several times out of convenience for location, and most of the rooms given me the same experience.
- 5/5
The staff was very professional and the establishment was clean
- 3/5
Overall clean and looks like they are modernizing. I didn't like not talking to a person when I had a problem w my room key. Lack of eggs for breakfast was very disappointing
- 4/5
First time using a remote check in. All went smoothly. Very helpful staff
- 4/5
Didn't care for remote check in using kiosk
- 4/5
Convenient and clean.
- 5/5
Always stay there for years
- 3/5
The room is big and comfortable. However, the breakfast is horrible. The area to eat is extremely tiny, you have a hard time moving when there is people. They said that “due to egg shortage” there was no egg, but there is no shortage of ham, or cheese, or bananas, just to mention a few of the things that can be offered instead. They take forever to reload the little yogurts that they offer. That breakfast is really shameful…
- 5/5
I was a bit hesitant to reserve a room as the reviews were not constantly favorable. We were very surprised - the hotel was recently updated. The rooms were beautifully renovated, the beds comfortable, the lobby was clean, and the virtual check in was an interesting process. The breakfast was just so, so. Overall, I would book this hotel again.
- 2/5
My reservation was for a handicapped room but this was changed and I did not receive it. Checking in was a nightmare using your robot system. I requested extra pillows and was flatly told there were none. Thus I spent my stay in pain related to your lack of supplies. Breakfast was another nightmare. The only protein was yogurt, everything else were starches. The fruit option of apples was limited. The coffee was terrible and the machine didn't work well.
- 5/5
No local close restaurant the area around the facility appeared sketchy
- 2/5
I hope this just all aligned poorly for us and not every stay is like this. Checkin is through an automated screen. We had chose this hotel because of the fitness room. We couldn’t get into the fitness room and the person over computer told us that it was only open some days then changed the story to the equipment all being broken. In the room, the lights above the bed flickered continuously if on for more than a few minutes. Looking at the lights I realized there was either mold or dirt on the ceiling. We decided to leave the lights off. The TV said “no network connection” and didn’t work. There was not a plug for the bathtub and there was no conditioner (only body wash and shampoo). In the morning we went to breakfast at 9:00 and apparently bkfst ends at 9:00 because as soon as we got part of our food they turned off the lights on us. We finished eating in the dark. Very uninviting and poor condition. Pretty room but nothing worked.
- 3/5
I did like the heated bathroom mirror.
- 3/5
The room was fine and the bed was comfortable, but the gym was closed, and they didn't provide notice of that and the breakfast was very limited. I understand not having eggs because of the cost, but the only fruit they had were apples and the overall selection was very limited .
- 5/5
It was ok, but I don’t know what’s going on with hotel nowadays they refuse to serve proper breakfast.

Everything

Felt that t.v. options were not adequate....front door deadbolt didnt work...and unheated pool was unusable.
- 3/5
We love this hotel but disappointed the elevator didn’t work while we requested 1st floor at our reservation we were put on the second floor (not cool with bad knees) we were offered a refund but couldn’t find another hotel short notice
- 4/5
broken elevator and I stayed on third floor!
- 2/5
Once there, we realized one of the beds had an awful squeaking every time you moved. We removed the mattress and put it on the floor to sleep. The phone in the room did not work. When I called on my cell phone the next morning to ask for the manager, the person who answered the phone coukd not tell me when the manager was coming in but said they would leave a message for them to call me. We never got the phone call. Overall this hotel was great when I stayed at it previously. That's why I brought my family back to this specific hotel. However we did not have a good experience this time.
- 2/5
Hot water was lukewarm. Construction for updates meant debris around and only elevator down 2 separate times during stay, causing many trips up/down from 2nd floor with bags to depart. Thankful we were not on top floor. Hotel main desk not staffed, used virtual means, and they were unaware of elevator situation. Seemed like everything done on the cheap to enhance their bottom line. Rate charged was WAY too much for the value.
- 5/5
Excelente todo muy bien
- 5/5
Updating hotel so a little construction work not a problem. Had to stay a extra day Mark kept us in the same room with no problems.
- 5/5
Very quiet
- 2/5
no front desk check in. when i called with a problem, the phone person said they would have someone come to the room. no one ever showed up. never again.
- 4/5
Clean, Good average hotel to stay at safely. Its not the ritz carlton but its good. No gym, and the kiosk check in is definately strange.
- 3/5
The hallway floors were being redone - we should have been told there would be sticky hall floors and workmen outside in the halls. Also, the room A/C unit was very noisy. The lobby was nice, the room was nice overall and it was a convenient location.
- 1/5
You canceled my reservation and you didnt notify me.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect! The room was clean and the service is good
- 4/5
Nice people
- 4/5
The hotel room was very nice but our television had a terrible picture….very fuzzy.
- 4/5
It was nice and clean. I like my room. The only thing I didn’t like was the Kiosk check in. I like to talk to someone in person. I also lost my prescription sunglasses and there was no one at the desk for me to ask if anyone turned them in.
- 2/5
No workers other than housekeepers. Entire 3rd floor where we stayed smelled like marijuana. Also on this floor carpeting was torn up. Looked horrible
- 4/5
Breakfast choices could have been expanded
- 4/5
My stay was good. The building was clean and the staff were friendly. I did not like not having a person at the front desk. Dealing with a person virtually takes away from the welcoming feel. And not having their presence in the lobby made me feel a little unsafe……like the building was unattended.
- 5/5
Very clean , nicely renovated . Breakfast was just ok
- 5/5
Very good room, clean and friendly
- 3/5
I don’t like the kiosk.
- 5/5
It was nice for the cost
- 5/5
One of the best hotels I have stayed in!
- 1/5
No one st the front desk besides a video screen to Bombay. TV didn’t work, no help from repeated requests from hotel. I fixed it myself. Homeless guy in the pool area. Requests for room accommodations not returned. Laundry ate my money. Analog tv with 20 bad channels. Roof of building in horrible condition water damage in building. Dehumidifier running in rooms. Pictures don’t represent actual condition of property. Construction going on in hallway of first floor. I will never return to this property, Days inn or any Windham hotel. Overall a horrible experience.

daily room cleaning offered, but it was hit & miss. The cleaners mostly did not speak English so never knew when they were coming!! despite putting the maid service sign they did not attend. I emptied bins/changed sheets myself on a few occasions. The towel situation continued throughout our stay. Breakfast times end too early!! Then in the 2nd week we came back & saw a cockroach running around the bathroom, this was the 2nd time we had seen one, but I caught it this time. I reported this and the fact that I’d gone to close the blackout blinds and it fell down on top of me & hit me on the head. We had an 8yr old child I’m our party & fortunately she did not close the blinds that evening. When reported the housekeeping was sent to the room I showed her the dead roach & using google translate she advised me it was a bedbug!!! I told her in my broken Spanish not to be ridiculous they were 2 very different bugs!! They would not fix the blind so had to wedge it in the window frame to achieve a blacked out room & sleep. We eventually got moved to another room the next day after going to complain about the safety of the room again. The cleaning attendance continued to be sporadic, I had to go fetch clean towels myself most days,

Dog friendly. Clean. No issues.

Did not like talking to a gentleman "in a box". A real person makes things more personable.

Did not like the check in which was alk remote through kiosk. Felt it very inpersonal. Kond of wierd

I loved the hotel. I disliked Expedia’s eight emails in order to rate hotel.
