Let me begin and end by saying staff was very accommodating and informative. Room although clean had a hint of cigarette smoke upon arrival that never quite left. didn’t do breakfast but told selection was limited and expensive. location of hotel isolated guests relied food delivery services. internet service complicated when in lobby awaiting uber.

Property is in excellent condition and in a quiet section of Bowie, MD. The staff were inviting and helpful. The lobby has a bar and vast eating/sitting area. The pool is small, but there is a pool; thankfully, we were the only ones occupying it. The hotel is in close proximity to a vast selection of eateries. There is no reason not to stay here, when in the area.

the TV/streaming was extremely faulty and slow to work with the remote. was very frustrating to navigate. had to call front desk to have help sent up 2x and still was slow and difficult to use. When I was trying to call front desk for assistance, I would only get an answer 50% of the time. Was very frustrating

The staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable!

They gave our room away upon arrival and put us in a room with only one bed when we needed two beds, the room they put us in, had no working toilet and told us that they did not have an on-site maintenance staff to come and fix it or an available room to move us to, and the air-conditioning in our room was broken. The only thing good about this day was the front desk woman was sweet as can be!

I was shocked that this hotel did not offer a free breakfast. They did provide coffee in the room and there was a very limited cash bistro. I didn’t even check because I had assumed it would be free. Would only stay where there was a free breakfast next time

Last minute stay for us & was great!

Our stay was awesome, highlight: our food delivery did not send plates with our food the bartender gave us plates silverware and napkins. Its a little thing but meant a lot.

It was a nice place, but apparently we are doomed to a future of wet bathroom floors. With no door on the shower it was just going to happen.

The button to call elevators was broken and had to take stairs all weekend. There was also children running up and down hallways, jumping on beds over our heads. The parents were all outside by the fire pit while their children terrorized the hotel building and other patrons. Nearly got hit with a soccer ball coming into the building by other kids kicking a soccer ball into the building. It was a madhouse.

No big issue BUT, under the sink, red spots on the wall, tiles were grimy and caked on dirt along the wall. Bathtub had a few black spots.

I loved the property and location. My only negative comment would be that the ac unit was very noisy

The renovations are up to date and look nice. There was an annoying noise that came from the AC the ENTIRE night. The bed is FOR SURE not a king. Definitely a queen or double. There was only one elevator working. There were people outside smoking weed with no regards to anyone else. The remote had old food or something on the numbers. I was truly disgusted. The staff was super friendly though.

Hotel room was nice, front desk has only one associate at 8 pm taking care of answering the phones and checking in the guests. Have to wait for 35 minutes just to check in... bistro restaurant has been very sluggish order response... overall good hotel

The location was excellent, and the room was clean. However, the pillows were too soft for my liking, and the towels could have been better. I didn’t use the maid service, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, I’d give the location an 8 out of 10.

The surrounding reminds me of my hometown rural living area the peace and quietness.

I was trying to upgrade to a two bed room. Was told i cannot upgrade because I book on expedia. Then the pull out mattress was dirty with a big stain in the middle of it. Not please

This is a newer hotel in the area just off the beaten path, but near enough to plenty of restaurant and shopping options. Great stay if a you're in town for an event at Liberty Sports Park. Safe, quiet, and convenient. Hotel staff were outstanding.

I found the area beautiful and peaceful. I see that there are improvements being made around the area and will have more options are coming but there is plenty to do in the hotel now to occupy your time.

We went for the Annapolis boat show. The prices nearer to the show were insane. This was a short drive away. East to get to and away from the craziness. It was clean, quiet, the service was excellent.

I really went there to relax and this was ideal for that with the pool and the gym. The amenities were very good! The water was shallow in the pool but a little cold, In the room they had lots of great things and was very modern especial the bathroom and furniture. The best things was the hospitality on the lower level. The staff is both friendly and helpful! (Very accommodating) last people seem to be enjoying the bar area! I like the restaurant in the lobby! The menu was order to your specifications. They are new so not set up for room service yet! There is shopping around if you have a car. I look forward to visiting again!

It is around a new developing area so no shops or restaurants right around it but their are about a mile down the street!

Great hotel, we travel often for lacrosse tournaments and try to always stay in Courtyards because they are almost always a good experience. I would have to say this is probably the best one we have stayed in. The hotel was great, the staff was helpful and friendly, the surroundings were nice. We will be staying here every time we come back to this area.

I have no complaints about my stay at the Courtyard. Will definitely go back on my next visit to Maryland.

There were two elevators at the hotel only and only one was working. The next morning I Had to wait 20 minutes to reach the lobby to checkout. Then there was only one person assisting people to check out. Thankfully she let myself and three other people hand in the hotel room keys. Otherwise I would have been delayed in driving back to NYC .

The pool water looked old. It might have been cleaned but doesn’t appear blue and clean.

Excellent place to stay. Clean courteous staff the restaurant located downstairs was surprisingly good. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend. The only downside is there’s no restaurants or shopping in immediate area of hotel but for the service everything else is worth the drive

Started staying here recently due to location, friendly staff, nice bar and good fitness center. This trip my room was large, comfortable and very clean as usual. Bright bath!
