MY FAMILY AND i WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE BREAKFAST. I LOVE THE GYM AND THE WASHER AND DRYER MADE IT NICE FOR US TO TRAVEL WITH CLEAN CLOTHES.

Everything was clean, beautiful, and spectacular. The service and customer care were better than any five-star hotel I have ever visited. We truly felt at home, cared for and pampered as if we were surrounded by family. It was an incredible experience, and we are very grateful.

Showing its age. Side entry doors had security locks that required room cards to enter, but they were non functional, open all the time, high danger ! Rooms were clean but worn down.

Would give a 5 star rating except the room doors are very heavy. They are hard to open and if you don't hold the handle it closes very loudly.

Hotel in itself is a little outdated compared to others but suits are spacious and very comfortable. Complementary breakfast was pretty good with of course child's favorite big waffles maker. Overall everyone was very attentive and courteous, just one of the ladies on the breakfast area looked annoyed all the time. But it was a great experience for my family staying there!! Hotel is surrounded by places to eat and close to the highway exit which was a plus!

The hotel itself was nice. The breakfast area was small but the staff in the breakfast area was hard working and very nice. She also had to accommodate a junior high boys basketball team that converged on a very small eating area and soaked up all of the space with their entourage. It was unfortunate for the rest of us who were staying there. The remaining staff gave a negative vibe especially during check-in when the amenities that were supposed to be offered (promised on our hotels.com listing) were not and I was told they were not available. I even asked about the cookies that Country Inn and Suites are known for and was told “yeah we don’t have any and probably won’t during your stay.” (We had a reservation for a 5 night stay). They also resurfaced the parking lot during our stay without telling the guests that it was happening or doing anything to make that process easier. We left for the beach one day and when we came back everything was roped off and we had to find parking behind the hotel where there was no marked entrance so we had to lug our gear to find one. While there was no notification (not even a sign at breakfast that morning) they did call me to ask if I was driving a Mazda because I would have to come back and move it — clearly if I wasn’t at the hotel — it wasn’t my vehicle. Even that communication was curt and more about dealing with an issue for them not for me. The rates here were great (that’s why we stayed).

The first night we were there someone left a paper under the door saying we would have to park at the neighboring hotel due to some construction. There was a dog that barked 2 nights straight on the 3rd night they moved us. I wanted to check out a day early Stephanie the girl that was at the front desk said I would be able to check out early and get the last night refunded. The next morning I went and asked the lady at the front desk about it and she said I wasn’t able to get my money back. So I still checked out and I left the keys in the bowl as requested. I called about 10am to let someone know I had already left and wanted to check out a day early. She acknowledged but didn’t ask what the reason was. Someone from the hotel continued to call my phone multiple times asking if I had a car there and if I did could I move it. The ladies at the front desk were rude and unprofessional they wouldn’t take accountability for what was going on. The room smelled like a wet dog and I felt like we were staying at the dog pound.

The Location was very convenient, Room was good-clean & comfortable, Breakfast was adequate, the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise outside our door in the middle of the night with someone apparently listening to videos in the hallway for hours on their phone with the volume up and early morning(4-5am) someone talking or arguing very loudly for quite a while in the hallway as well. I would not recommend staying on the first floor.

The room was well appointed and perfect for a one-night stay with little time spent there. Having been a hotel operator I'm particularly conscious of service. I didn't get the name of the young man that checked me in, but he was professional, courteous and helpful. He's an asset and should be trained to move higher in the organization.

Well, it's not only on the same floor as the old room but is located DIRECTLY ACROSS THE HALL from it as well?!?!!!! Upon this moment of realization, I turned back to him, frustration clearly visable on my face, and I said "are you serious right now"? Sir? YOU just made US pack up EVERYTHING we own, put it on a cart roller, make our way down here to the front desk, all of this, with sleepy whiney kids in tow only to make us go back to where we were-BUT ACROSS THE DANG HALL. Absolutely zero effort was made to compensate us for wasted time or the trouble this caused my family into the wee hours of the morning the same day we checked in. No lunch on them for all of our trouble, no extra day stay free, our last night of stay free not even a discount. My family and I were very very disappointed at the way we were treated and the SEVER lack of BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS that are DESPERATLY needed in the hotel industry.

Everything was good! But recommendations pit 4 towels in the bathroom.!i called alll the night to ask for a towel. We are 4 person and when they clean leave only 3 towels.

Very noisy. The breakfast area was not the cleanest and the person that was supposed to make sure to fill up the station was watching a soap opera on the phone. There was no food left other than bread and one piece of egg.

Whoever was at the front desk at 6/26/25 did a great job. She brought a positive and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We were able to check in with ease, and the hotel room was on the first floor. We were offered cookies and a free complimentary breakfast/.

The toilet was hard to flush, the bathroom was not too clean and we heard vacuuming in the hallway early in the morning. Also, we got in very late the asked for late check out, they said no. Which was ok, but then to have a knock on our door early in the morning to see if weee still there was not very considerate.

The hotel was packed with families there for a baseball tournament. Unsupervised 8 year old boys running through and wrestling on the lobby furniture, playing baseball in the parking lot, and taking over the entire pool area. I love kids, but this was too much even for me. Patents should supervise their kids better, and the hotel should not allow kids to go crazy all over the property.

Enjoyed my stay, and the property was very affordable and accommodating. I had my handicapped mom with me and they were able to have room set up for us that was handicapped accessible. My daughter and her children were able to come and swim during our visit.

Easy and friendly check in. I felt safe with the Publix within walking distance and a plaza.

Staff were very friendly and personable. We especially liked seeing Dawn everyday! Our room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable sitting area. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The only complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable, which I can deal with most times, but my side also had a terrible creak every time you moved just a little bit. I can also deal with that but we had our baby with us and the extra noise would wake him too.

The only problem was the keys. Had trouble with getting in the room, had to try with keys like 5 times before getting in the room. Customer service was excellent and the cleaning of the room was good. The staff was friendly and kind, I have no other issues. I would recommend my friends and family

Rooms and baths could have been cleaner. We stayed on 3rd floor, older carpets in halls & laminate & tile in room. Toilet was finicky to flush. All in all ok, very limited TV viewing choices.

BED BUGS! When I returned home my husband and I went to the ER to see what was going on and was told we were suffering from Bedbugs bites…I called more than 6 times over the week to inform management about my experience at the hotel, I left all of my contact info & the room number that we stayed in for two nights up until this day I have not heard anything from Management. Therefore I’m putting it out there!

It was overall decent. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom door squeaked so loud it could wake the dead and the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you flushed it a couple times

I think the price for the hotel room was high. They have updated the rooms, but there was alot of rust stains on the toilet connections and around the tub. That definitely is an eye sore.

Rooms were not very clean and very humid. Pillows were uncomfortable. I asked for an extra pillow to sleep and they said they didn’t have any. And they charged a pet fee for each of the nights of my stay but our pet only stayed one night of our three night stay. I’ve left several messages asking for the refund and no one returns my call. I won’t be staying here again.

We filled two roaches in the bathtub. The pull out sofa was extremely hard, thin and uncomfortable. The elevators are very slow to arrive.
