Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, there are recurring complaints about the pool being closed and issues with parking. Some guests also mention problems with the bathrooms and beds.
- Convenient location
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Pool often closed

Solid stay in downtown Bremerton near the ferries.
- 5/5
Location was outstanding right along the waterfront! The staff was welcoming and super helpful. The hotel smelled fresh and clean and the room was excellent.
- 4.5/5
Windows do not keep the outside sound out, can hear people talking below on the plaza and also the squawking seagulls early in the morning.
- 5/5
Great location right off of the ferry terminal. Good breakfast, Great staff.
- 5/5
Amazing service
- 4.5/5
Toilet didn't flush as much as it could
- 4/5
The bathroom was not as clean as I would like, especially for the price of the room for one night.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and great location near many restaurants and happenings!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. A low key welcoming place close to many things to do. We will stay again, and we are in two weeks!
- 5/5
Very clean and wonderful staff
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
Great property with friendly staff. Breakfast choices were limited, but it was fresh refilled quickly.
- 3/5
Front desk staff were very courteous and responsive. Breakfast was just okay

Clean Room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was very clean and spacious
- 3/5
Hotel location was great and view from our room was nice!
- 5/5
Great staff. In construction so no sit down breakfast. Is a bag to go. Great location. Next to the ferry

The size and cleanliness of the room

Terrible experience. Toilet was broken in our room. Couldn't get a refund because it was booked through Expedia. Expedia wasn't able to help at all. Was told if I had booked directly through Hilton I'd have gotten a refund. Booking through Expedia greatly limits your ability to deal with any problems. Don't do it.
- 3/5
We were told in person at front desk that room would be avaliable by 3pm. Gave my number to call me. Never heard, so went to front desk at 3:45 and finally got checked in.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The check in associate had a lot on her plate as the key system was down and we had to wait for our key. She was doing the best she could.
- 3/5
It was not disclosed that there was no hot breakfast due to construction. There were muffins and such. However, it was not disclosed at check-in that microwaveable sandwiches and burritos were available upon request. We saw another patron ask and then when asked the staff informed us. Other patrons also stated they were not informed. Additionally, no seating was available. A high table to stand at was there and if you wanted to have a chair it was a regular one that you couldn’t even reach the table with. Besides this the stay was great, however, one of the reasons we stayed there was for the delicious breakfast we had at our first stay. We were truly disappointed by the lack of communication and the staff was not friendly this time around.
- 3/5
Room was spotlessly clean. Location is great. There was no notice that the hotel was under extensive renovation. There's also no longer a pool, we were told. I've stayed before and was very surprised to find that the checkin desk is a folding by the entrance, that there is very little staff, that the lobby is totally boarded up. There's also no breakfast room or hot breakfast, and when we asked where to sit to have a crummy wrapped pastry, they said sitting is not allowed. It's a negative vibe. Apparently the renovation has been going on for years now and no one knows when it will end. I would have selected another property had I known.
- 5/5
Good
- 2.5/5
The check-in agent was very dismissive and rude. I had been calling the desk during the day and at night and only received assistance when I would go down to the desk and ask for help. Our toilet was leaking in our bathroom and that was disappointing.
- 4/5
The rooms are clean and the hotel location is convenient. However, with the remodeling, the first floor makes the hotel look not as good as Hampton Inn and Suites usually are. Also, there need to be more gluten-free and non-dairy alternatives at breakfast.
- 2/5
Proximity to Anthony's Restaurant The hot breakfast and seating area was unavailable because of a renovation. No lobby or exercise room either. Still paid premium price for the area with no acknowledgement of the lack of the usual amenities and disruption. Also my TV was not functioning.
- 4/5
Every staff member I met were always so friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was always handy, simple and pretty delicious! The location was also perfect because its by the dock and not too far from the places we wanted/needed to get to. The cleanliness could have been done better. When I entered the room, there were short hairs (that were not mine) in the shower. As a solo-female traveler, I was also set on the first floor, which by pre-caution, I wish they took that into consideration and placed me on the upper floors. I didn't want to say anything at the time because they might've been at high occupancy due to my friend's wedding party.
- 4/5
Everything is good
- 5/5
Nice waterfront view, convenient low rate parking w direct access into hotel, good restaurants within walking distance
- 3/5
The room was okay but the hotel is undergoing renovations and didnt have it on their website so the hot breakfast that is supposed to be included was a to go breakfast, very disappointing. Plus parking in the underground is not included in your stay so expect a $12 per day charge for that and the height is only 6ft 8in, if you do not fit you will have to park on the road and is free on weekends only. FYI
- 5/5
Nice place
- 3/5
Not worth the money
- 4/5
Nice room, nice location, friendly staff. Noisy bed.
- 2/5
Hotel is under renovation. Not notified before reserving the room that this was going on. Construction noise began as early as 5:30am and continued as late as 11:00pm. Complained, but was told that construction crews left by 5;00pm. Also no warm breakfast, single coffee urn was usually empty.
- 3/5
Property was under construction however, that was not listed on Expedia while booking.
- 2/5
Breakfast was very subpar. Hotel under construction so gym was closed. Our rooms heater didn’t work so we had to have someone come up to fix it.
- 1.5/5
Towels and sheets were clean. The coffee pot did not work, the entrance to the hotel was not easy to get to, the parking was very expensive, the lobby was so very small and under construction, the hold on funds was not discussed. The TV options were very limited.
- 5/5
Clean. Friendly staff.
- 0.5/5
The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.
- 3/5
The hotel was under renovation and there was no notification of that that I could see on Expedia. Also the room was advertised as having a jetted tub but it was just a standard standalone bathtub with no jets. On top of that the breakfast area was being renovated so they had extremely limited options with a bunch of buns that my girlfriend couldn’t even eat because of her gluten intolerance. We had to drive out to get breakfast. We feel ripped off.
- 2/5
Everything was under remodel, rooms were downgraded.
- 2/5
The bed was horribly soft. There was frequent pounding from the room above us. We paid for parking that was sometimes unavailable because local residents know the lot is not monitored and park there for events. (We spoke to people who attended the Krampus event.). The website said there was construction but didn’t mention that the advertised hot breakfast was a poor selection of “cold” breakfast items. Housekeeping didn’t happen on every other day, but we were able to get towels and tissues from the front desk.
- 2/5
The room and the view from the room were great. Unfortunately, the hotel was being remodeled and we were never emailed or told prior to checking in. We were told at check in, that because of the remodel that there wouldn't be a hot breakfast which was one of the BIG reasons we had booked this hotel. She told me that there would be breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved yet there wasn't any available either morning. The lady was snippy that the information was on the hotel's website. I've looked at the hotel website and still don't see any notification about the remodel. Her suggestion was to ask me if I wanted to cancel my reservation while I'm standing there checking in. I truly doubt I would have been able to find a hotel at the last minute with hot breakfast and parking at the last minute for a reasonable price. It was also very disappointing that you pay to park on site with no guarantee that you can park in the garage with direct hotel access. I honestly believe that we should get some kind of refund after eating half sized yogurts, packaged muffins, bagels in sandwich bags with plain cream cheese and the most bruised bananas I've ever seen in my life.

Renovations!
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Rooms are always great, This is the only place we stay at in Bermerton!
- 5/5
This is my favorite hotel in Bremerton. Clean, updated and well kept rooms with welcoming staff.
- 2/5
No hot breakfast, had no idea that construction was going on or would not have stayed.
- 3/5
It is difficult to review because the lobby was under construction so there was no breakfast bar.
- 2/5
Location close to Anthonies The hotel lobby was under construction. There was supposed to be breakfast but there was no room for it. No tables, no chairs. We chose the place for that morning convenience and booking.com did not inform us of this. You service sucks.
- 4/5
I know options limited because of remodeling. Not a big problem.
- 5/5
This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this place and it was just about as nice as the first time. The room itself absolutely did not disappoint at all. So spacious with a sitting room with pull out sofa desk coffee area amazing closet and huge TV. The bedroom has a huge TV along with the most comfy best and pillows ever. You could connect your own streaming accounts to the TV if you didn't want to watch cable and it was auto deleted upon check out. My only issues were the fact the there was hair still in the shower and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty which made it to where I couldn't wash my hair at all and there was no coffee in the coffee station at all so we couldn't even make coffee in the morning. Other than that it was amazing!!
- 5/5
Nothing.
- 5/5
The front desk lady was super efficient and helpful. Made the process easy.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. Areas of the Hotel were under construction but did not effect the stay.
- 3/5
There was renovations being done, disruptive
- 5/5
Location, location, location! A wonderful inconvenient spot. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was under renovation while we were there, but they made the entire experience feel great.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 1/5
Hotel was under renovation, systems crashed, room was tacky, walls were paper thin and could hear everything, room was dated and did not match what I reserved, staff who checked me out was rude, I was made to pay extra for parking, homeless people were fighting outside of the hotel at 3 am, I could go on and on. Will not be returning and question whether I'll ever stay at a Hampton Inn again.
- 0.5/5
Convenient location The hotel is under construction. This was not on the Booking.com listing. When I brought this up, the staff shrugged and said "it's on our website". No hot breakfast, power tools and hammering, completely demolished lobby. It was an awful experience. They also lost EV charging as an amenity, but they do not own the charger, it belongs to Kitsap County Transportation.
- 0.5/5
They were doing a remodel so it east dusty, uninviting and everything was closed. I had to pay an extra $50 to park there and the free continental breakfast consisted of dry cereal and a banana that was rotten. I left early and requesting a refund.
- 3/5
The property is under remodel and the breakfast was just cold items with no place to sit and eat. Disappointing.
- 5/5
Will visit again this place
- 3/5
it was under construction. Breakfast was cold items or a burrito you had to heat. Rooms are not well insulated and noisy. Toilet ran all weekend. Need to better insulate walls and floors as you heard every noise especially people walking around. Barely slept over 2 nights i was there.staff very friendly which was nice.
- 5/5
good
- 4/5
The property was good for what I needed.
- 4.5/5
Daily charge for guest parking. Huge turn off! I wish guests were notified at time of booking that the hotel was updating. No hot breakfast no gym facilities. Our final bill should reflect inconvenience cost.
- 2.5/5
Hotel was in a terrific location, very walkable to downtown ~ restaurants, ferry dock, waterfront. There was a lovely outdoor courtyard area, open to the public ~ not for the specific use of guests, on the south side of the hotel with chairs and tables. This area made for a relaxing space to get away from the chaos of the hotel renovations. One needed to be "aware/alert" to their surroundings when using this outdoor courtyard as it was a desirable place for vagrants as well. Very disappointed upon arrival as hotel was undergoing major renovations in common areas that were not mentioned when making reservation. I feel I paid top price for a hotel which did not have a hot breakfast nor a fitness center ~ two of the main reasons I book a hotel. Additionally, many of the garage parking spaces were being used as storage for renovation supplies forcing some travelers to use an "overflow" garage which was not as conveniently located.
- 1.5/5
Location Didn’t realize they where under renovation. No pool “Free Breakfast” very limited due to renovation. Had I known that probably would have looked elsewhere. Had to buy breakfast elsewhere anyway. Ice machine on floor did not work. No shower gel or conditioner in shower No room service when we left. Had to go down to get coffee for second day even after I had mentioned to front desk.
- 5/5
Unfortunately, they were renovating part of the hotel so that was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, it was fine.
- 3/5
Hotel is under construction and no notice before hand about it. Secondly, the room I got was not what was advertised, so over paid for that. And the floors are so then you can hear everything. Might be the worst hilton I have ever stayed at. Probably the best thing was the lady at night, who was expressively helpful with everything going on and even noticing small details that made my stay a little more enjoyable.
- 3/5
Picked this hotel because they had a pool, parking and free hot breakfast. When we arrived they had shut down their pool. We expessed our disappointment to staff but the did not care. My point was there is a marriot 2 blocks way that has a pool and we could have chosen if we knew. The price we paid for the room was not worth it if there was no pool. Then got to room and toilet kept running water. The hose and flapper seemed to broken. The phone in room did not work so we went to front desk. She sent a very nice person to fix toilet. Did not work. We asked if we could move rooms and because we booked with expedia the answer was no. The manager tried to fix toilet the next day while we were out. When we got to room the toilet was not running but still did not stop running water once you flushed it. Lastly when we checked out we were charged for parking because we booked through expedia. Im a hilton rewards member but if you book through third party site you are not treated very well. Sad, we will never stay at hilton owned properties again.
- 3/5
Alot of homeless people around the property, we chose this hotel due to the gym and pool for our kids and it was closed for renovations prior to the posted date. A/C is just blowing out a ton of dust and the room is very dusty. Very meh compared to when I used to stay here every year.
- 5/5
We love that it was close to the water.
- 5/5
Great location near the ferry terminal and within walking distance of
- 3/5
The price per night should account for the value of amenities highlighted in description. The amenities in room are basic and the breakfast, while, complimentary is what you should expect from a complimentary breakfast. It will get the job done but it isn't something you should have high expectations. Parking garage is available, but be sure not to park anywhere other than what is marked as Hampton Inn or you will get towed. I would say, service was reasonably good. If you do stay, I would recommend the top level (4th floor) as you can hear people walking above you in other floors. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a distraction. I would also request a view of the water - that to me was the highlight. Also, if you are picky about pillows, you may want to bring your own. :-) Overall, @ $200/night, I would not rate this a good value for what you get, but it will work in a pinch.
- 1/5
Couldn't understand why I was so stuffy when I woke up until I went into the bathroom and saw a half inch thick layer of dust in the vent. Elevator takes 3 business days for anything. Charging full price AND parking when half the amenities are unusable is insane. Never again
- 5/5
I liked how close it was to the ferry and the breakfast was great
- 5/5
The front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was easy to find. Cleanliness was spot on. Check out was breezy
- 1/5
The bathroom door is broken and was told sorry that’s what it is
- 5/5
It was close to the ferry to get to Seattle
- 5/5
Was a great location. Normal hotel breakfast. Was actually fun to hear the seagulls in the morning.
- 5/5
Better breakfast selection
- 5/5
There was a ferry to Seattle, and foot-ferry to Port Orchard - all just right there. It is in a great location. The room was very spacious and clean -- it may have been recently remodeled, as it was updated nicely. The breakfast that was included in our stay was well stocked with a variety of food and it was good. The only negative, was that the facilities were being remodeled which left the gym and pool inaccessible. Some guests might be disappointed to find that out upon arrival, but it didn't impact us at all.
- 3/5
We went to the front desk 3 times during our staff, each time we waited for someone to come help us. Key card quit working twice. Lobby area needs renovation as well as the elevators.
- 4/5
nice location
- 5/5
Staff was great along with how clean it was the whole time.
- 5/5
Location of the property.
- 3/5
Everything else was fine
- 5/5
Excellent in every way.
- 4/5
no
- 5/5
Our stay was outstanding. It was very close to the ferry terminal and the hotel itself was beautiful. A great stay, very peaceful and quiet looking out onto the water. Very nice!!
- 4/5
It was fine. Our room was very clean, and the hot breakfast was nice. The property has clearly been renovated somewhat recently, and the pool and gym were closed for renovations during our stay. The hotel is right next to the ferries, and the neighborhood is very industrial. There are several restaurants within walking distance, though no shopping or entertainment. We had a hard time finding it (arrived by car), because it's part of a plaza and the sign for the hotel itself was very small. The staff friendliness was hit and miss, some people were friendly and some weren't. Our toilet wouldn't stop running in our room, but my husband was able to quickly fix it. This hotel isn't going to impress you, but if you need a place to sleep near the ferries, this is a good option.
- 5/5
Hotel was undergoing a renovation, so no pool. The breakfast service was awesome and attendant was superb! We loved the convenience of the location due to its proximity to the Seattle ferry. We had a great stay!
- 5/5
Renovations were happening but the staff were so kind and pleasant.
- 3/5
I was a bit disappointed that the hot tub was closed, we planned our trip with a hot tub and poll in kind. It would be nice if there was a warning about this in the booking so that we could have adjusted our plan. Other wise it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Anthony’s restaurant around the corner which offered a fantastic meal.
- 1/5
Unfortunately too many homeless around, and couldn't sleep due to all the noise outside. Walls are thin and can hear everything next door and outside.
- 4/5
The room i got was not what i booked so they changed rooms, it was a lot of walking for a handicapped person.
- 5/5
Excellent 👌
- 1/5
Picked mynroom for the "jetted tub" and it was not what was advertised. Very disappointed
- 5/5
This property is very nice and lobby area very relaxing with a coffee bar set up. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Located within steps of boardwalk and many attractions and good dining within walking distance.
- 5/5
Waterfront rooms , beautiful views
- 4/5
Great view from our room of the water
- 3/5
It was close to the ferry but was loud. The bathroom toilet didn’t flush unless I took the top off. Curtains were broke. Moldy in the bathroom and no ice maker
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
Room smelled and there was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling.
- 5/5
I had to attend an event at the convention center. It was awesome that it was right next to the hotel. It was safe to walk around. My room had a nice view to watch the ferry come in. Easy check-in process. The continental breakfast was really good. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
It was convenient to stay there and get to the Bremerton to Seattle ferry.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Used it to attend local events.
- 1/5
Nothing to say. Change plan, so i did not stay in this hotel. But they did not issue a refund even though i cancel it days before the date of stay...
- 2/5
The cost of the hotel is way too high for something that is under renovation with most of its amenities also closed due to the renovation.
- 5/5
Loved the breakfast and water provided in the lobby. The property is going under construction but doesn’t affect how the property runs. The only downside is there’s not much to order in from in that area to just pick up. Everything closes early. Had to door dash food after driving all day. Also the parking was a little confusing to find.
- 4/5
It was near our relatives, so that was nice.
- 4/5
Not typically a fan of continental breakfast, but this hotel offered a fantastic breakfast spread. The area was clean and well presented, with so much variety. The food tasted freshly made. Well done!
- 5/5
Easy parking
- 4/5
Under renovations- but staff is always so friendly and helpful that it more than makes up for it. Easy access to Bremerton Ferry and Olympic College
- 5/5
Every Bremerton visit, we will surely book our stay here
- 5/5
Clean room friendly staff felt welcomed
- 4/5
Great stay for a trip to seattle
- 5/5
The only negative was that we had to pay extra for parking. Great accommodations!
- 5/5
Clean and pet friendly great service and breakfast
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly
- 4/5
It was fine. Other than the tile around the bathtub needing some maintenance/repair, everything else was fine. A little expensive of course like all lodging these days.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Very nice location, clean and painless check-in.
- 3/5
Nice quiet area of Bremerton.
- 4/5
Good spacious room. Comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Close to the pier
- 4/5
It was rather full so we had to park in a garage a ways from the hotel, which was fine but we had drag our luggage up 2 flights of stairs from the garage to get to a n elevator. Plus signage from the garage wasn’t there so weren’t sure if we were going the right way.
- 5/5
I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the view of the water from my room and the free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were no negatives and I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Free parking
- 4/5
Nice hotel on the bay, good staff and clean rooms. Area around the hotel is ok, mostly felt safe.
- 5/5
Loved our stay. Steps from the ferries, boardwalk, good restaurants. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Loved our stay!!
- 5/5
We always stay at this Hampton Inn when we visit Bremerton. It’s in a great location and you can never go wrong staying at a Hampton Inn.
- 5/5
Great place. We would stay again
- 5/5
Good hotel at a good price. The king suite has a small area with a fridge, microwave, and a sink. One of the outlets on the side of the bed didn’t work. Both plugins and the light didn’t turn on for one side of the bed.
- 4/5
Clean room and walking distance to multiple dining options.
- 2/5
....
- 5/5
Fix the treadmills and everything would be perfect. The breakfast was great!!
- 5/5
Good view
- 2/5
The front entrance of the hotel was not clearly lit up at night and was hard to find. The front desk gal was not professional and abrupt.
- 4/5
This is a waterfront hotel where the waterfront offers live music in the evenings. If you are not into that sort of thing, you may not want to stay here. Otherwise, it is a lovely hotel with great views of the inlet and local boaters during boating season.
- 5/5
good place to stay
- 5/5
Quiet
- 3/5
A fine hotel if you are a business traveler and you are here for a conference or if you need someplace clean to stay and wash your clothes. Otherwise, if you have access to a car, it's best to stay somewhere else as this place was more expensive than it should have been. On this trip, I stayed at hotels in Bellingham, Port Townsend and Gig Harbor and this was the most expensive hotel with the least charm and amenities. I wish I had just stayed 2 nights in Gig Harbor instead of stopping here.
- 5/5
The Hotel is quiet, walkable to places (dinning place, ferry and the views is wonderful)
- 3/5
I like my bed to be refreshed daily they do it every other day
- 1/5
My room was filthy, could see some type of beverage on the walls in the sunlight. No roller shade for window privacy, a small make-shift curtain that did not fit the window properly. Would not stay at this location again nor recommend.
- 3/5
The location was great. Check in was easy. Charged for parking on top of the fee for stay. Room could use an update. Cracked tiles and mildew in bathroom. Old upholstery. For the price of the room I should not see the cleaning cart left in the hall as you get off the elevator. Breakfast had a lot to offer. Staff was friendly. Was a quiet hotel.
- 4/5
Very convenient to the ferries.
- 5/5
Great breakfast as usual
- 5/5
Staff could be ride
- 5/5
Beautiful view! Great price!
- 5/5
The ladies at the front desk were amazing. We actually booked a send night after we arrived.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 1/5
The refrigerator didn’t work so my food spoiled over night and the microwave didn’t work so I couldn’t eat my breakfast before my important ACT test. I will never stay at this hotel again! This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my whole life, especially for the price I payed for a suite.
- 5/5
Funny story, I have stayed at this location many times in the past for shows at the Admiral Theater and last year’s Bridge Blast… each time I neglected to bring a bathing suit so this time I packed two! The pool is being renovated till October… still I had a wonderful stay
- 5/5
Would have been nice if the pool was open
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
The staff is quite friendly, and the hotel is convenient to an excellent restaurant and the Bremerton-Seattle ferry.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Easy check in. Clean rooms.
- 3/5
Loved the view from our room. Ceiling was a bit low and the room looked dark during the day. But since we went out to visit we didn’t mind. We could hear the music outside. They had a special event on Friday evening. We could also hear people walking and talking outside our windows. Heard someone at 1:30 am. Very convenient location for walking around and plenty of choices to eat food. Starbucks is really close to the hotel. Overall it was probably not worth the price (almost $300 for 1 night) just for the view and the location.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very nice people
- 5/5
This property is clean, quiet and walking distance to many restaurants.
- 4/5
Good choice for a service at the Kitsap Conf center
- 5/5
The person at the front desk , I think his name is Trevor, was very nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable but the tub drain needs to be cleaned as it started backing up while showering. Aside from that it was great.
- 5/5
Very nice staff. Comfortable beds!!
- 3/5
Property charges $10-15 for parking and its not included in price of hotel.
- 3/5
Location next to the ferry was very easy with all the basic amenities available. Staff were efficient and professional, especially Christine in the cafe! Can’t go wrong with real sausage and fried potatoes , and the waffle maker made my morning with the lemon batter option. My only disappointment was the bed. The king bed itself was comfortable but it was sitting on top of a chip board frame that wobbled and squeaked. Double check that before settling in.
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing!
- 4/5
Waterfront location
- 5/5
Close to the ferry, but quiet for the location. Breakfast is standard but plentiful.
- 5/5
The waterfront was fun, with plenty of walking.
- 4/5
Everything was good for our stay clean quiet and friendly staff
- 3/5
I disliked that I got 2 Queen beds instead of the King bed I ordered online and I disliked paying $10 for parking per night in a parkade that said leave at your own risk and the gates were wide open to anyone to walk in...
- 3/5
Solid no frills stay in Bremerton. Nothing too fancy. Good hot breakfast included— French toast, waffle maker, scrambled eggs. The blackout shades did not roll up. Otherwise overall good stay.
- 4/5
Great location for exploring the area and a day trip to Seattle. Ferry nearby is very convenient

Nice location, upon arrival found out pool was closed (very disappointing since we booked for a pool), the shower fixtures were broken, and i noticed 1/2 way through my shower that the conditioner bottle was empty. I had to have my son run to the front desk to request some mid-shower. The breakfast seating area could use a deep cleaning.

Always a good stay… the bed is wonderful, I like a little softer bed than most

It was alright

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable with nice sheets. I had called before booking and was told our pet would be $50 extra. High, but seems to be standard. Then when we checked in we were told that it was $75. That was over half of what we actually paid for the room. This is ridiculous. We were there less than 10 hours! Also, there was very little parking and we had to squeeze into a space that we could only open one car door. Maybe this was a good thing since we ran into someone whose car had been broken into and items were stolen. The garage is not secure and there were a lot of homeless people and addicts roaming the area. We won't be back

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Somehow the ice machines are broken on every floor except the floor where you check in and they have been broken every time I’ve stayed here for over a year. This seems like a challenge a giant corporation should be able to overcome. Also every room I’ve ever stayed in has water damage on the wall between the shower and the toilet. It seems like they just aren’t putting any money into fixing the walls or ice machines. The staff is all very friendly. The hotel is dog friendly. They have a daily hot breakfast and there is a Starbucks on the same block as well.

Was closed for maintenance Also on arrival the front desk person wasn’t around, for 10’mins I literally had to holler hello several times when they arrived though check in was fast and easy, the staff was polite

The room had a wonderful view. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had a room with a jacuzzi tub. It was nice but the hot water was hit-and-miss. I enjoyed the stay. We enjoyed eating at the ramen place just a short walk away.

Shirdel was awesome at the breakfast bar. My daughter and I showed up at closing time and she took extra care of us instead of pushing us out. She is awesome!

Thank you for an awesome comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a nice location, but the room itself was not up to par. There was a used soap bar left in the shower, the floors did not look vaccumed and there were crumbs in the creases of the chairs. I booked this hotel because it had a pool, but after checking in I was told it was not open. They had lots of options for breakfast which was nice but the hot foods, such as eggs sausage and french toast, were over cooked and not good.

We had an awesome and comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean minus a sports bra left in the closet.

We had an amazing time here! Parking is so convenient, the staff is kind and welcoming, and the hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect for shops, restaurants and walking along the waterfront. Right next to the ferry terminal, would make a great trip! We will definitely be back.

My only complaint is that the walls and ceiling are VERY thin do you can hear people stomping upstairs or people talking in the hallway. The windows arent soundproof, too, so the seagulls sound like they're inside the room. Lol just wear earplugs. All in all, a good hotel.

Christine at the break bar was amazing. Kayla, the Receptionist was also very helpful. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs. We felt $10/day was steep for parking in the garage. We enjoyed the view of Puget Sound from our window.
